韓國知名烤雞品牌Goobne Chicken登陸香港,陸陸續續開咗好幾間分店,繼上次同友人一闖中環分店,今次決定帶父親母親大人一同攻陷呢間餐廳,測試吓銅鑼灣V Point店嘅水平!位於V Point25樓嘅呢間分店比起中環嗰間明顯寬敞同靚d,落地大玻璃令陽光完全灑入餐廳,大大增加空間感。服務員安排我地坐喺餐廳的一隅,自成一角,一邊享受炸雞,一邊欣賞銅鑼灣嘅美境,簡直就是食烤雞嘅最高享受!!!!食物:我地叫咗兩個菜,分別為gochoo basasak(香辣烤雞)同埋砂鍋魚糕湯,兩個都好好食,香辣烤雞可以話係我喺香港暫時食過最好食的,特別出色。Goobne Chicken 嘅香辣烤雞以韓國獨有嘅青陽辣椒烹調,唔好睇少佢得一隻辣椒仔,食落真係好好好辣。食完會識得噴火roar!香辣烤雞附送兩個醬汁:千島醬同辣椒醬,沾千島醬食可以中和個辣味,不過沾辣椒醬食就更加好味,本人建議食得辣嘅朋友可以一嚐呢個烤雞,絕對值得!至於個魚糕湯,我覺得個湯煮得幾好,配烤雞一流,水平可以話係above average啦。魚蛋種類大概有3-4款,本人覺得半圓形嗰隻最好食,不過相比潮州白魚蛋,韓式魚糕真係無咁好食,仲差一段距離。服務:落單點菜要按鈴,waiter好快就會行過嚟,不過無乜笑容,服務態度除咗門口嗰個好好之外,其他都只屬於不過不失。…Read More

銅鑼灣向來都係foodie嘅天堂,而登龍街嘅永安中心更係美食嘅集中地,中日韓三地嘅美食通通都可以喺呢度搵到!小妹誤打誤撞發現咗藤之宮誠太郎商店,因而決定一試,無諗過竟然會有驚喜!一撘升降機去到22樓,見到門口嘅大menu就俾佢吸引,另外見到有鐵盒蒸生蠔食,咁誘人嘅蠔又點可以錯過呢,唔食真係對唔住自己!哈哈點知一食就食上癮,而家呢度就成為咗我嘅飯堂同埋見朋友的聚腳點。食物:呢度嘅lunch set係星期一到星期六都有供應,包茶碗蒸、沙律、漬物、味噌湯,唔收加一,白飯更係任添,每款$100。本人覺得以咁高嘅食物質素同服務態度而言,$100真係值得。小妹同屋企人額外叫咗鐵盒蒸生蠔 (每隻$38,最少叫3隻),店員哥哥隨即攞咗個好似月餅盒嘅鐵盒出黎,將四隻蠔放入去,再加少少聞都已經覺得好香嘅清酒調味,合埋個蓋蒸三分鐘就有得食!由於用嘅蠔係兵庫縣一年蠔,所以呢d都依然蠔BB,食落好嫩,好creamy,食完隻蠔再飲埋d汁,好清甜好贊。本人覺得清酒係提升咗蠔本身嘅鮮味,令呢隻熟咗嘅蠔變得比生蠔更加好食,絕對值得一試!至於另外喺大餐牌叫嘅(北海道產)燒赤魚一夜干亦非常不錯,鹹香鹹香,魚肉質感實得嚟又幾彈牙,配蘿蔔蓉同白飯/佐酒一流。半條價錢為$88。環境:餐廳採用半開放式的廚房,客人可以望住日籍廚師一手一腳咁燒魚、煮飯,感覺不錯。除此之外,由於餐廳喺22/F,所以景觀相對比較開揚,環境舒適,適合同朋友、屋企人傾計享受。服務:店員好親切,好有禮貌,同時亦好醒目,自動自覺加茶同埋解釋食物的做法,貼心得嚟又好專業。…Read More
