昨日 2024年12月24日,下午6點已有人龍,排了大約20分鐘才有位。但各樣食物味道非常令人失望。蠔餅 - 炸得很脆,蠔仔亦幾大粒,但完全無味道,無蛋味,無蠔味。落魚露就太咸。上枱時,感覺到好熱,但等咗一陣就涷哂。唔通係炸定番炸?腐乳通菜 - 正常偏咸。白鱔雞煲仔飯 - 白鱔好幼,得五件,唔夠肥美,多骨。飯無乜飯焦,飯無香味,而且“巷”。膶腸排骨煲仔飯 - 膶腸唔靚,排骨無味。飯無飯焦,無飯香味,有“巷”味。食後口腔感覺好重味精,唔舒服。煲仔飯無飯焦係死罪!總之,唔會再幫襯!…Read More

與老友相聚,當然要搵美食。在開飯上搜尋,找到了這家裕•鵝莊,說是深井裕記家族第三代主理,由總店請得老師傅,保証與深井裕記同一水準。在尖沙咀食到,當然要試下。點知•••這次晚飯在4月5日,是疫情影響,還是師傅去了拜山未回?食味完全不似預期。晚上6:30準時到達,點了燒鵝下庄,只是微暖,已經心知不妙。燒鵝肉淡無味,而且有點硬。失望。點了鵝腸,當時只有大約三成客人,已經沒有。失望。鵝肝配意大利陳醋,鵝肝唔夠香,陳醋似糖漿。唔合格。小炒皇,蝦醬通菜,中規中矩,只是徧鹹。下飯應該好啲。全晚最差的是招呼。侍應全晚黑面,好似同老細有仇,要趕客。當晚,客人已不算多,這樣服務水準,相信唔會有回頭客。裕記是由細食到大嘅老牌餐廳,第三代主理人請加把勁,這邊的水準差好遠哦!…Read More

昨天下午兩點幾才到大澳,相當肚餓,二話不說,直接走入這家餐廳。到咗傍晚,離開大澳嘅人超多,巴士站大排長龍。所以決定先食完晚飯才離開,同一日又幫襯這家餐廳。兩次都沒有失望。回顧開飯嘅食評,有人負評招呼唔好。其實在大澳水鄉嘅地方,要搵五星級酒店嘅招呼嗎?同一日兩餐飯,我覺得伙計已算不錯,正如標題,是恰如其份。言歸正轉,中午飯點了漁家蒸四寶,脆炸蝦醬豬腩肉。白飯。兩道菜嘅評語,請參閱相片內容。而白飯比較硬。可能已經焗耐咗,乾咗。晚餐點咗簡單嘅燒鵝下庄,豉油皇炒麵。唔明有啲網友話無炒粉麵。每次入大澳,其實都係喺這處食飯。每次都無令人失望,肯定會再之光顧。…Read More

限聚令稍稍放寬,就約朋友一起試試這個期等待已久嘅蟹之約會。既然在酒店內嘅中菜餐廳,想必唔會太差,又買一送一,所以懷住好大期望。去到,靠窗只剩細枱,照要啦,點知...全個套餐有八道菜,幾乎九成九嘅客人都是訂咗這個套餐,所以廚房可以大手做,好快咁上菜。不過,就無顧及客人嘅需要。上一度菜未食完,就硬上第二度菜,好似要做到大排檔咁壯觀壯觀。忍唔住開口叫停,侍應才將這幾碟餸硬塞俾另一張枱嘅客人。唉!可惜,隔咗兩三度菜,又推滿張枱。可能因為廚房出菜速度“太快”,普遍食物溫度唔夠熱,只有黑椒炒蟹及蟹肉湯餃除外。另外,蟹肉伊麵完全無蟹肉,無蟹味,只能算是蠔油伊麵。整個用餐體驗,味道ok,若再注意食物溫度及上菜要顧及客人進食速度,以買一送一價是個唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More

當晚,在“開飯”搵咗好耐,見到這間餐廳有好多好評,決定到這試一試有無伏。總體算唔錯,可以再幫襯。大約晚上六點半到,當時餐廳只有一兩成客人,竟然安排我哋在又逼又放咗隔板嘅細枱,當然唔接受,㨂咗張周圍闊落好多嘅細枱,坐得舒服好多。講番食物,點咗個煙鱔沙律。煙鱔係法國進口,口感較本地鱔爽脆,唔油膩。但本身無乜味。勝在輕輕加上少許黑松露及大量橄欖油,再加上辣肉腸,青蘋果片,令整個味道提升咗。跟住上係焗法國蝸牛。又係進口嘢。只要焗番香就無得輸。佢做到。再來個藍芝士披薩。芝士夠多夠香。披薩底邊邊又脆又煙韌,但中間有點太濕,太軟,要扣啲分。主菜係慢煮烤乳豬件,則比較失色。乳豬本身有豬騷味,無經醃味除騷!!皮就烤得唔錯。配菜嘅烤番薯,反而俾到驚喜。總括雖然唔係每樣都滿意,但已算唔錯,係中上水準。食材好就唔會太差。…Read More
