雖然4月22號開始走塑政策,亦明白餐飲行業都有一定壓力和影響。但作為餐廳負責人或其員工,亦必需要清楚了解政策內容,不要一知半解的將問題轉嫁到食客身上。香港餐飲業現正處於水深火熱,囍運冰室投資者還縱容其員工在胡亂說話,得罪客人,這樣只會令生意一落千丈,結業只是遲早的事。你們員工在4月23號向客人訛稱,堂食者不能打包食剩的食物,因為會獨犯法例,還理直氣壯地說出,今日已經拒絕數位客人將食物打包,即使客人願意自行附費。當然作為一個有常識的人,也會感到莫名其妙,政府是要市民響應環保,而不是鼓勵市民浪費食物。現在有請各餐廳負責人,如仍未清楚政策內容的話,請立即致電走塑熱線查詢,電話:54672494以免像囍運餐廳(牛頭角淘大商場店),得罪了客人也當無事般,無知最可怕,投資者的墳墓。祝各餐飲業投資者生意興隆,順風順水,大吉大利。…Read More

官塘食肆近年卧虎藏龍,特色餐廳,米芝蓮推介,隱世高手,琳琅滿目,當中亦充斥了魚目混珠,無心經營的商舖,本著沒有客人投訴,沒有食環違規,便安心本份,得過且過生存下去,對於好似本人難得有 quota 食好野時,便會白白浪費了機會,失望至極。今次想同大家分享是一間小冰室,位於鴻圖道尾位,門口電視重覆播導輝哥為食遊片段,又打正旗號是做清湯腩和牛什,心動之下便衝動一試。點單時向服務員要求肥腩麵及凍檸檬茶,回應是盡可能,我家牛腩不肥🤪得到如此荒謬的答案也懶得再跟她糾纏。其後遞上檸檬茶時,杯內只有2片薄薄的檸檬,加上淡而無味的茶,整杯檸檬茶根本就是失敗之作,頓時感到直升機已在上空盤旋。其後送上牛腩麵,簡直係不堪入目,九流刀功,配上九流食材,充份表現出 hea 做的典範。牛腩尺碼無論厚薄,大細,都十分極端,有正常尺碼,亦有細過手指尾的碎腩,不明白牛腩師傅為何還要堅持上菜。牛腩更是災難級,牛味欠奉,已談不上是新鮮腩之餘,腩身更是非常韌,明顯是火侯不足。門外門內打正牌頭做清湯牛腩,又有電視台加持,本應是給食客信心的保證,可惜沒有做食物監控,員工服務水準不達標情況下,慢慢地便步向懸崖盡頭。…Read More

今日經過荃灣工作,發現眾安街有一間新食店(全聚牛),隨即入內試試。餐牌上第一樣吸引我眼球就是有清湯腩食,點了一份清湯腩麵,再加一杯凍檸茶,盛惠$63元。清湯腩是新鮮牛,可惜時間未夠火喉,入口比較韌,配搭兩顆白蘿蔔,淡而無味,湪麵時間過久,麵質已失去彈性,最敗筆就是湯底,除了不夠熱之外,還令我想起周中師傅一句評語『好過飲滾水』食店是用牛作為生招牌,但最基本做清湯腩的幾個元素都拿捏不到,價錢定位跟足外間清湯腩,但水準又相差十萬八千里,很難會再吸引幫襯下一次:(…Read More

星期日與太太到沙田分店嚐晚餐,門外等候時間不算太久便入座餐前小食是脆魚皮和花生,魚皮應該是暴露於空氣太久,已經帶了點韌1. 點了個椰子雞湯,湯水只有咸,完成食不出椰子與雞的味道2. 再來個沙茶牛肉炒芥蘭,沙茶味欠奉,芥蘭等同白烚,淡而無味3. 繼而青瓜雞肉薄餅,上桌時餅還熱,脆口但不香口4. 醬油雞腳不夠腍,味道淡5. 整體上海鮮喇沙算是好一點,但相比其他餐館,這碗喇沙也是差一個級別由於是在門外的椰子雞湯吸引而入座,很可惜失望地離開,相信亦不會有下次的光顧…Read More
