話說半年前喺中環店買過一次La Famille嘅戚風蛋糕, 一直令我念念不忘......但由於中環IFC呢啲咁high class嘅地方我又唔係成日去, 所以一直都未有機會食第二次,直至到今次俾我喺旺角嘅朗豪坊再遇上了呢個舖位先前都好似係賣蛋糕嘅,但應該已經轉咗手俾La Famille啦,對我嚟講簡直係一個好消息嚟呀~地點方便咗好多之餘,仲俾我見到佢出咗唔小新款式添,所以今次我又一次過買咗四款靚靚甜點番屋企同阿肥兩個慢慢嘆意式芝士Tiramisu($54蚊):平時如果鍾意咖啡味嘅朋友,呢款口味真係唔可以錯過,淡淡嘅Tiramisu味道非常討好,亦唔過甜,外圍軟綿綿嘅戚風蛋糕用小叉切開一口一口咁食落去,仲會嚐到裡面La Famille特製嘅忌廉,鬆軟得嚟又有滑溜嘅感覺,老實講,我真係可以一個蛋糕當飯食北海道忌廉芝士巴伐利亞Hokkaido Cream Cheese Bavarois($42蚊):呢一個冬甩型狀嘅水果啫喱,我係特登揀俾阿肥食㗎,心知道佢唔係太喜愛甜品,但係生果佢就唔會抗拒,呢一款仲有佢至愛嘅啫喱,所以呢件嘢對佢嚟講真係毫無抵抗能力...我本來都諗住可以分一杯羹,誰不知佢三爬兩撥之後,我只係眨咗幾吓眼,個靚靚圈圈已經消失於我眼前我試咗一啖咋T.T嗚嗚嗚......呢舊嘢上半部分係啫喱而下半部分就係佢哋嘅皇牌忌廉,仲要係香濃嘅忌廉芝士味,啫喱裡面除咗包含咗幾款水果之外,仲有兩片唔同顏色唔同花種而又食得嘅花瓣,味道清香,甜而不膩,非常特別!瀨戶內檸檬蜂蜜Setouchi Lemon & Honey($54蚊):要遷就不嗜甜嘅阿肥,除咗揀咗啫喱俾佢之外,我仲挑選咗個酸酸哋嘅檸檬味俾佢清新一下。果然不負眾望,檸檬本身帶酸嘅味道配合咗蜂蜜之後恰到好處,食完完全唔會覺得滯。宇治抹茶椰香Uji Matcha Coconut($54蚊):除咗Tiramisu之外,我最鍾意嘅口味就係綠茶喇!開心發現佢新推出咗呢一款日式嘅宇治抹茶口味已經口水都開始流出嚟,仲要唔係配紅豆咁死板嘅配對,竟然係加上椰香,溝埋咗之後真係令人驚喜,創意無限。又出奇地兩款味道原來係夾㗎喎~宇治抹茶嘅味道濃帶幽香,微微嘅苦澀味道令人醒一醒神,回味住佢為心情帶嚟舒服嘅感覺…Read More

阿肥話好耐都冇食過自助餐,叫我搵間新嘢試試,雖然有啲酒店嘅價錢都比較高唔係好捨得食,所以我都幾經辛苦咁喺openrice度搵到呢間叫<珀麗酒店>喺銅鑼灣區反而價錢算好相宜嘅晚間buffet,佢哋現時做緊嘅主題叫做「戀上法日」Fall in love with FRANCE,最吸引之處就係呢期做緊海鮮自助晚餐...嘩!!!發達喇!!!即係魚蝦蟹任拆任食啦!!!晚餐嘅享用時段由六點半至九點半,我哋揀咗星期一收工嚟,所以收費係成人每位$398(另有加一服務費),呢個主題嘅推廣期係去到6月30號㗎:)已經好耐好耐都冇食過邪惡嘅自助餐,今次可謂不枉之行,入到酒店已經覺得環境不錯,本身見佢價錢咁抵都冇去考究佢係幾多星級,親身體驗過之後個人感覺都認為呢度冇五有四食物嘅種類亦好豐富,除咗一眾法式主角之外,無論日式中式西式都冇缺少,我一邊拎嘢食一邊出去巡迴影相都好幾次呢。法式主角之一:喜馬拉雅山鹽板燒(期間限定㗎),有煙牛脷同埋安格斯肉眼,鍾意食幾多次都得,廚師先生會乖乖咁企喺度等客人落柯打然後即叫即燒,視覺享受之餘仲有嗅到享受,見住佢燒到香噴噴,微微焦香我就拎番埋位慢慢食,肉質鮮嫰,牛味滿滿。牛仔腸;炭燒西班牙伊比利亞豬鞍架:呢啲菜式啱哂好似阿肥咁嘅食肉獸,牛仔腸有條骨好趣緻,另外豬鞍架想食職員就會幫忙切片酒店應有嘅水準都好齊備。令人食指大動,目不暇給嘅甜品類:有日式芝士蛋糕+十勝紅豆抹茶瑞士卷+士多啤梨慕絲+香蕉蛋糕+芒果布甸等等...款款味都冇馬虎,我尤其鍾意十勝紅豆抹茶瑞士卷同埋香蕉蛋糕呢各款新鮮水果+焦糖布甸+提子布甸+朱古力慕絲+北海道3.6牛奶布甸,連綠茶大福呢種日式小點都有,中式甜點仲有桂花糕添。去番主角法國嘢,甜品類仲有迷你葡國蛋撻同埋麵包布丁,兩片金黃色領土喺我面前,又香又吸引。香煎鵝肝+田螺小酥餅同火腿小酥餅都好好味,賣相亦都好高貴精美。法式海龍皇煲+日式清酒煮蜆+三文魚頭麵豉鍋,呢幾款湯物都好有特式,而且酒店職員更換得好快手,一定唔怕冇得食。就連我最喜歡食嘅熱氣嘢炸蝦呀同芝麻雞翼都有...已經好飽喇!刺身壽司區,嚟食自助餐唔食都對唔住自己啦三文魚呀帶子呀吞拿魚呀八爪魚呀唔該每樣都要吖至尊重頭戲當然就係呢一帶嘅海鮮版圖喇,甜蜆+小龍蝦+超大蟹腳+凍蝦+青口,鍾意食海鮮嘅人一定會發癲咁不停來回穿梭,腳軟之餘可能拆殼都會手軟其實仲有好多鏡頭外嘅食物例如意粉呀炒飯呀小菜類呀粟米魚塊呀同埋名牌雪糕等等多到都唔係好記得喇,呢餐自助餐真係抵食夾好味吖…Read More

如果要喺香港食正宗大阪燒,講真如果要一流嘅味道,首先就要承擔番一定嘅代價...就係付出金錢XDD想要食到好味嘅而價格又相宜,真係要嚟呢間喺旺角T.O.P.四樓嘅<千房>喇~店舖面積都夠大,座位充裕,所以嚟到要等位都好快就有喇^^因為每張枱都會有私家爐嘅原故,連張枱都夠哂位置放食物,坐得舒舒服服。同阿肥相議過後,決定叫咗幾款嘢食,一解大阪燒單思之苦~香腸鐵板燒($38蚊):香腸有條骨好似比較少見,原來都幾香口喎,另外有款都有小小黑椒味,由於熱得快所以都食得好快狂熱雞翼($48蚊):見佢個名都幾惹火,於是又叫嚟試下~雞翼醃得好惹味,配合埋檸檬汁更加開胃,$48蚊有四隻都幾抵嗌。千房燒($108蚊):唔好以為兩個人share食就唔夠分,一份大阪燒嘅份量都幾大,呢個叫千房燒嘅材料有豚肉+牛肉+大蝦+帶子四款,所以都足料非常,啖啖滋味最開心嘅莫過於可以自己玩吓燒吓,雖然食物本身已經煮熟,上碟嘅時候都總會覺得由自己加啲調味料同埋分切嚟食都幾過癮,加小小美乃滋醬同埋郁郁吓嘅木魚,成個大阪燒嘅味道都好豐富。裡面嘅大蝦食得出都幾新鮮彈牙,豚肉同牛肉亦切到好薄,唔會嚡口。蛋包麵($88蚊):阿肥最鍾意就係食蛋包麵,無論去到邊間嘅日式餐廰只要見到有蛋包麵佢都一定會試厚厚嘅玉子蛋煎到啱啱好,裡面嘅日式麵條好重日式醬油味,食埋個麵已經肚子脹脹,好飽lu~…Read More

肥臀同事講我先至知,原來我哋番工嘅地區都開咗間嚟自法國西南部嘅米芝蓮一星餐廳,叫做<BriKetenia>,聽個氣勢都知道唔係平嘢喇,不過為食嘅我哋都要嚟試吓~難得距離咁近,夠哂方便,食個lunch應該都豪得起嘅嘢食都未叫,職員就首先送上一籃餐前麵包,高級餐廳固然就係濶啅啲,法包可以refill之餘,另外仲有一小碟銀魚柳蛋黃醬供客人沾點添~不過我就略嫌腥味重了一點,試過就算喇,只食法包已經開心。我同肥臀一人叫一個set lunch,大家都一樣俾呢份忌廉蘑菇濃湯配芝士及麵包粒吸引咗,上菜嘅時候已經聞到香濃嘅蘑菇味,忌廉湯入口順滑討好之餘,本身只用鼻聞得到嘅蘑菇味仲濃濃咁滲入埋口腔裡面,最令我驚喜嘅係,湯入面仲有啲一片片塊狀嘅芝士可以細嚼,非常有水準。時令鮮魚配油封蕃茄薯蓉及蔬菜清湯($188蚊):我就叫咗呢份魚~出街食飯都盡量叫啲健康啲嘅食材啦^^大鄉里嘅我本身都好好奇佢係咪一條魚再另外又加一碗湯咁呢(?!)原來唔係啵,講緊嘅蔬菜清湯原來係形容緊個汁底,今日嘅時令鮮魚係法國鯛魚,魚皮煎到金黃香脆,厚厚彈牙嘅魚肉証明夠鮮夠嫩,一啲腥味都冇。味道只感受到調味方面簡單咁用咗小小海鹽醃製,已經夠用帶出魚嘅鮮味。另有油封蕃茄,薯蓉同一啲荀呀西蘭花呀紅蘿蔔呀咁做配菜,真係夠哂fresh呢~好鬼鍾意呢種口感超級奶滑又creamy嘅薯蓉,廚房真係落足心機呀波士頓龍蝦扁意粉配龍蝦汁($258蚊):識食嘅肥臀又點會錯過要食就食到最好...雖然唔見震撼嘅龍蝦頭連殼,但係去殼處理更為高尚吖!!!每條扁意粉都俾龍蝦汁包圍住,食入口味道豐富,麵條口感亦夠彈牙,另外仲會食到少少菇仔嘅爽,加埋啖啖嘅龍蝦肉,真係好邪惡呀如果大家仲想再食豪啲,加小小錢就可以品嚐埋甜品,我哋兩個怕肥嘅懶惰女子...都係忍一忍口算了。…Read More

一不離二,二不離三,每次入元朗都要發掘唔同嘅美味,西餐日本嘢燒烤都試過喇,唯獨是蒸氣火鍋海鮮仲未曾試過,呢間叫<華苑>嘅酒樓平平哋每位$268就可以任食任飲蒸氣海鮮餐,價錢咁抵試吓都無妨吖~酒樓勝在地方夠大,就算多人幫襯都唔洗等位就有得入去,最鍾意就係食嘢有效率㗎喇。任食任飲蒸氣海鮮餐($268蚊):首先挑選粥底,餐紙上面共有三款,我哋就揀咗南瓜排骨粥,之後每人就再揀四款自選海鮮~咁我哋總共就揀咗生猛大元貝+蟶子皇+生猛海中蝦+生猛鮮鮑魚,樣樣都係我哋鍾意食嘅海鮮類最後仲有張點心紙,入面嘅肉類+蔬菜+糕點同汽水全部都係任嗌唔嬲,所以都唔洗驚海鮮唔夠飽肚,另外唔好忘記仲有鍋南瓜粥呢~大元貝同蟶子皇上面都加咗料,有哂粉絲同蒜蓉,咁樣清蒸一向都係無敵之最雖然鮑魚上面冇果皮,不過都加咗小小蔥花同埋冬蟲草花,蒸完之後一樣煙韌彈牙,鮮味十足。其實蒸海鮮雖然唔難控制,不過出得嚟食飯多數都會掛住傾計,再唔係都做咗低頭打機族,所以酒樓嘅職員全部都會自動幫忙蒸煮,幫客人睇住時間,服務有哂水準,有夠誠意再到任食類別,我哋都冇做大嘥鬼呀,食得幾多先嗌幾多,都係隨量點咗啲蔬菜類例如翠肉瓜同秋茄子,而呢度仲有松草花蒸雞,手剁鮮蝦丸同埋自製墨魚丸,唔係雪藏嘢所以眼見都睇到啲丸丸幾晶瑩,值得encore嘅仲有手切和牛肉同手切和牛粒呢!!!南瓜排骨粥煲製需時,所以喺呢個食到差唔多9/10成飽嘅時候先至食得,雖然已經好飽不過鍋粥煲到軟綿綿又入哂南瓜味,令人忍唔住食多幾啖呢~資訊參考:嚟呢度食海鮮餐,係免收茶錢㗎:)…Read More

Happy friday又嚟啦~聽日唔洗早起身番工又可以入元朗食好西喇,上次有人試過呢間<Darci by Aldou>話好味道,自己都會再encall,咁我都要嚟試吓。可能我比較小入嚟元朗,嚟到都好有新鮮感,見到餐廳外面掛咗啲燈飾都幾好feel,仲有少少露天座位俾人吹下風或者放下狗咁,都幾寫意同埋餐廳都好多人嚟食,好彩我哋有事先訂位咋^^見到餐牌有啲二人套餐都好吸引同埋價錢都幾抵食,不過另外見到買一送一嘅生蠔更加吸引吖!!!所以叫set怕食唔哂...都係散叫就算喇,咁早嚟食飯都唔係太餓,冇湯飲都OK嘅~餐前小食嚟咗份烤薄餅,另配橄欖油醋可以點嚟食,份薄餅暖笠笠得嚟口感夠軟。法國生蠔($18蚊一隻*買一送一):真係正呀生蠔先十幾蚊一隻,仲有買一送一嘅優惠我哋即時一人叫兩隻吖~生蠔雖然唔係話好大隻,但係勝在夠新鮮。香煎北海道刺身帶子龍蝦汁意粉($158蚊):我好鍾意呢個意粉呀三粒帶子超肥美又彈牙,真係同日式嘅新鮮刺身冇乜分別,啲龍蝦汁好豐盛,夠哂cover成碟意粉,意粉嘅質感亦夠乾爽所以唔會一pat pat咁,另外仲有啲小菇菇做配料,味道豐富。香燒鰻魚玉子燒漢堡配薯條($128蚊):Burger嚟到嘅時候令人嘩然,份量勁大,漢堡包皮有被烘脆,打開仲好清楚見到厚厚嘅玉子同埋長鰻魚一大條,平時佢食漢堡包都食得多,鰻魚漢堡真係比較少見,配菜嘅蕃茄同沙律菜都冇缺少,裡面係日式燒汁,鰻魚燒過之後仍然夠哂juicy入味,整體非常有日式fusion嘅感覺,好有新意薯條亦係新鮮即炒,加埋粗鹽夠哂熱氣又香口。平時都唔係成日嚟元朗,所以今次食到好西心情都變好,餐廳環境裝修得幾靚,坐得又舒服,期待下次再嚟吖~…Read More

之前聽朋友講過話太子有一間專食手工餃子嘅舖頭好好味,叫我都要快啲試下,今日喺銅鑼灣行街經過見到呢度原來有新分店,諗都唔洗諗就齊齊入嚟幫襯啦~入面仲大大隻字寫住「天下第一餃」添,相當架勢堂呀。新開店舖光猛企理,牆身亦有啲得意插畫介紹有關嘅餃子食法同介紹製作過程咁,每一張枱面都有擺放多種調味醬架,都幾體貼。餐牌顯示餃子嘅款式種類繁多,有部份口味仲幾特別,見都未見過嘅,所以我同朋友就決定大家都叫啲新鮮菜式試試,share都冇問題啦~龍鳳松茸雙灼餃*跟湯($86蚊):龍鳳嘅意思即係餃子裡面有配黑松露醬同白松露醬嘅味道,餡料仲有松茸豬肉,味道相對較香較濃,豬肉亦肥瘦均勻,口感較好,配埋嘅湯係叫做狀元九鼎湯,味道雖然清淡,但醒在材料有益豐富,見到介紹話裡面包括粉葛、順德活鯪魚、香山活鰂魚、紅蘿蔔、扁豆、赤小豆、新會陳皮、蜜棗、鮮排骨等,功效可效提升免疫力,溫腎益氣,滋潤腸道,養顏保健。至尊松茸豬肉餃($105蚊):話明「至尊」,連價錢都稍微貴一點點, 我哋想原汁原味咁品嚐所以呢一款叫咗灼餃冇叫煎餃,雖然冇咗香口嘅感覺但餃子裡面嘅肉汁散出淡淡嘅松茸味亦美味非常餃子皮薄餡靚,晶瑩剔透,果真一分價錢一分貨呢。本身驚淨係食餃子唔夠飽,仲叫多咗份韭菜豬肉餃($46蚊*中碗): 煎香咗嘅餃子果然唔同啲,外表都金黃香脆,入面肉汁熱辣辣,韭菜味一向較突出,寧舍惹味香口。食多碟上湯松茸時蔬($32蚊),咁就再健康啲啦,點都應該有啲菜落下肚嘅。呢度凍飲同熱飲都一樣咁大杯,胃口唔係太大嘅我,都唔係幾飲得哂呢假如食得粥粉麵飯多食到悶,試下呢種高質餃子都係一個唔錯嘅選擇呀…Read More

呢個週末一早就起身,要陪阿肥嚟中環簽文件同埋去百年唱錢,再等佢去埋銀行搞手續嘅時候,肚子餓到咕咕叫嘅我又點可以唔上openrice度搵下附近有咩好嘢食呢!本來我都環繞住搵一啲比較類像all day breakfast嘅店舖嘅,不過搵搵下又俾我𥄫到呢度竟然有一間係「羅宋湯專門店」啵,阿肥知道咗之後二話不說就唔理咁多即刻衝過去,不過就真係好近呀,離開銀行之後兩條街就到。基於佢係地舖嚟,所以路痴都應該唔會搵錯XD不過嚟到嘅時候都有少少驚訝,因為佢哋門面都非常樸素,同我心目中嘅「專門店」係唔同樣嘅,裡面嘅人客亦唔係好多,好似快餐店型式咁,自己鍾意坐邊度都得。同阿肥坐低咗之後就睇下餐牌有咩揀,好彩都唔係太多選擇,好容易就揀到心頭之好啦!真係好餓呀~我哋各自都嗌咗一個餐,阿肥仲嗌多樣小食添,今次嘅體驗感覺好好,真係要同大家分享一下。Set B-淨海派牛腩羅宋湯+燒澳洲肉眼脆豬仔包($88蚊):呢份係阿肥叫嘅,佢嚟嘅目的就係羅宋湯,當然就係叫番個牛腩羅宋湯喇~就咁睇碗湯好似冇乜特別,同普遍嘅都係差唔多樣姐,又有幾「專門」呢(?!)阿肥試咗幾啖之後就牛咁眼咁望住我,我話:「做咩呀?唔好味呀?」佢竟然係答我:「好好味呀!死喇!我以後一定會好掛住呢度啲羅宋湯!」我心諗...「有冇好飲到咁緊要呀...(?!)」於是乎我都撈咗羹試下,um!~確實係特別好味喎!有一種驚喜程度係相信呢一間舖頭係用咗100分嘅心機去炮製佢哋嘅招牌湯底,羅宋湯裡面除咗足料之外,仲非常足味!紅蘿蔔,椰菜,牛腩沒缺其一,味道濃郁,阿肥亦話啲牛腩炆得十分之腍,柔軟可口,我諗如果再多一碗佢亦都非常樂意清碗!至於佢個燒澳洲肉眼脆豬仔包我就唔知道係點樣喇,我都冇試到因為我覺得我連自己份餐都未必食得哂不過阿肥都一樣俾咗好高嘅評價。Set B-淨健怡紅菜頭湯+香煎豬扒脆豬仔包($88蚊):一場嚟到,見阿肥都已經叫咗羅宋湯啦,咁我當然想試下另外嘅嘢,見到有紅菜頭湯已經覺得好特別,因為好似唔係度度都有得飲,再加上佢標明「健怡」兩個字,仲唔係啱哂我?一定唔怕肥啦~碗湯嚟到之後,我內心都沉咗一沉,皆因除咗清湯紅菜頭之外,就真係乜嘢都冇喇XDDD賣相可以話係一啲都唔吸引,不過魅力...真係要用「味覺」去感受,呢碗湯真係好飲到不得了!!!除咗有紅菜頭本身釋放出嚟嘅甜味之外,湯底仲精心調味過,極之香濃,令我飲完一口又一口,停唔到落嚟,切咗小磚狀嘅紅菜頭份量十分之多,女士嚟講真係夠哂喇而另外我嗰隻香煎豬扒脆豬仔包,賣相亦都係平平無奇,但豬仔包出奇咁脆口,溫度又夠熱,入面嘅香煎豬扒冇呃人嘅,真係煎得超級香!豬扒冇肥膏亦冇多餘嘅骨,裡面仲有少許生菜同蕃茄,配合埋沙律醬簡直就係絕配呀小食拼盤($30蚊):拼盤份量標明係一人份嘅,不過我同阿肥各自都包辦一整個餐,所以呢個拼盤share嚟食都唔過份呀~裡面包括有迷你蝦多士+秘製炸雞翼+薯仔沙律三款小食,每一款都食得出店舖無論整咩都落足心機同材料,雖然係炸物但一啲油膩感都冇,仍然十分香口,味道十足。薯仔沙律更加值得一讚,有啲似日式料理會食到嘅薯仔沙律味道呢~本身叫餐可以包埋熱飲,凍飲都只係加$3蚊,我冇執輸咁叫咗杯熱咖啡不過真係好後悔呀因為飲完個湯食埋嘢我已經飽到上心口喇哈哈雖然呢間舖頭冇豪華嘅裝修吸引客人,但用其實力取勝,確實值得推介…Read More

經為食同事嘅介紹之下,佢話呢間<登堂>嘅夜晚套餐好味又抵食,於是乎我就同埋肥臀同事一齊收工嚟驗明真身啦~呢間餐廳新開咗冇幾耐,喺觀塘The Wave 2樓,非常之就近我哋公司,只需要過條馬路行多條就到喇。一收工就上嚟,果然未有太多人呢個鐘數食晚飯,無他嘅,對我哋嚟講,愈早食就愈好,冇咁容易肥吖嘛~又到咗我哋兩個最苦惱嘅時候,餐牌裡面實在太多選擇,揀得多又食唔哂,職員都好好招呼咁有介紹佢哋有咩推薦~同埋一樣令我哋驚喜嘅事係呢度原來有生蠔啵仲有成十款咁多添...我哋最後都係憑感覺去挑選,脆脆地一人揀咗一隻試吓。跟手就嗌咗一份「必食威靈頓牛柳」再加一碟意粉,兩個女仔share嚟食剛剛好,夠飽又滿足。吉拉多Gillardeau生蠔 x 2($68蚊一隻):呢款口味標榜海水味重同鮮甜,肉質肥厚,另外口感爽脆鮮甜,對於我嚟講我比較喜歡重口味嘅生蠔所以呢一隻都好合我嘅心意,唔算太咸之餘生蠔亦夠新鮮好食,唔需要再點茄汁,佢本身亦都一啲腥味都冇。美國馬尼拉鮮蜆,卡拉布里亞辣香腸,勝瓜,蕃茄,蒜片白酒汁意大利粉($178蚊):呢碟意粉濕濕地咁有個橙紅色嘅汁底味道幾開胃,出乎意料地竟然一啲都唔油膩,估唔到勝瓜加上蜆肉同蕃茄都可以配合得到,有種清新得來又夠鮮味嘅感覺面頭都有小小我鍾意食嘅火箭菜,成碟意粉修飾過之後確實高咗一個層次呢~威靈頓美國特級安格斯牛柳伴炒嫰菠菜,燒手指薯配黑松露菌燒汁($348蚊):呢份主菜應該係呢間餐廳嘅必食之選啦!!!賣相已經夠吸引,帶點油光嘅酥皮未切開已經感覺到佢嘅香酥感喇,𠝹開咗之後仲見到入面半粉紅嘅滑嫰牛柳肉,真係令人食指大動呀雖然牛柳嘅size唔算好大,但因為有夠厚嘅酥皮配合,以女性嘅食量嚟計真係足夠喇。慢慢切開一舊一舊去品嚐,酥皮連住牛柳一齊食,真係一種味覺享受酥皮口感夠酥化之餘亦不失牛油嘅香味,入面牛柳肉質鮮嫰輕力咀嚼已經溶化,牛味香濃,夠哂juicy之外仲有菠菜襯托,我同肥臀都一齊大叫好食好食呢~一人叫咗一壺熱茶品吓呢度嘅茶壺器皿亦好講究,雲石花紋勁靚,一個係冷泡蘋果茶($45蚊),一個係咖啡果皮烏龍茶($58蚊):各有特色,各具茶香~一邊飲茶一邊傾計,感覺消化一下飽滯嘅感覺,都幾寫意…Read More

適逢元宵佳節,見2月14冇同阿肥大肆慶祝,所以中國情人節就靜雞雞book咗我心目中要翻啅嘅呢間<16 shell>美味餐廳,上次同好姊妹嚟食已經一試難忘,真心愛上,今日就可以帶埋阿肥嚟毒害埋佢啦~雖然呢度店舖細細,但真係甚有格調,就算已經有八成入座率都唔會嘈吵,嚟得呢區食飯嘅人可能都比較斯文^.^阿肥見我咁推薦,睇餐牌都睇得份外認真黑炭黑蒜蓉包($70蚊):呢個黑蚊蚊嘅蒜蓉包係我不停咁同阿肥講一定要叫一定要叫一定要叫嘅(重要嘅事要講三次XD),所以我哋都叫咗個。第一次嚟叫咗呢個已經話過非常好食,麵包香脆味道獨特,除咗有蒜蓉嘅香味外,仲有一啲甜甜哋但又睇唔出係乜嘢嘅調味料,有少少似莓類嘅果醬,最後果然連阿肥都覺得十分驚喜。一碟有六小塊,每人都可以食到三塊,好鬼滿足蒜蓉香椒白酒牛油汁煮蜆($130蚊):上次嚟因為只有兩個女子,食唔到海鮮頭盤喇,今次嚟一於叫嚟試吓。見到啲蜆雖然唔係十分大粒,但仍然係好有肉地,彈牙多汁,最重要嘅就係鮮甜十足,除咗好濃烈嘅蒜蓉牛油味道之外,竟然蓋唔過蜆肉本身嘅鮮味,阿肥因為有尿酸嘅問題唔可以食太多甲殼類食物,所以我就有口福啦好味到連啲蒜蓉都食埋,啲白酒汁仲可以好似湯咁飲埋都不為過。無骨雞脾肉墨汁意粉($150蚊):今次嚟到呢個期間有呢個special嘅菜式可以叫,可能唔係時時有嘅關係,所以都覺得唔好走雞吖。無骨雞脾肉十分討好,啱哂我呢啲懶人,啖啖肉,雞皮香脆,肉質滑軟,份量十足,每人兩件大大塊,另外墨汁意粉配上黑蒜非常惹味,意粉質感煙韌又夠乾身,仲有少少甜甜哋辣辣哋嘅感覺,yummy牛膝肉意大利焗飯($320蚊):意想不到嘅係呢度有牛膝肉食,唔係度度都有㗎~牛膝肉嘅肉質俾佢煮到好腍身,同牛扒類別完全唔同,好似人哋飲牛尾湯食埋裡面煲到好腍嘅牛肉一樣咁,而呢度嘅茄醬調味亦好夠喉又開胃,配搭住屬於淡味嘅白汁意大利焗飯絕對可以中和番。意大利飯粒粒分明,又有口感,連平時唔食risotto嘅阿肥都話好好食,好啱佢口味,而我就超鍾意佢有埋露荀,正嘢呀!最後一人一杯飲品,兩口子滿足開心過元宵聽到阿肥都話鍾意,仲話下次再嚟,yo~我可以開心轉圈灑花瓣喇。…Read More

呢度原先係一間日式fusion餐廳,本來我係想嚟食意粉同甜品㗎,誰不知原來已經執咗喇喎!搖身一變原來已經成為咗一間叫<南瀛水產>嘅浜燒店,相請不如偶遇...既然一場嚟到就坐低試下啦~日式水產我同阿肥都好喜歡呢:)呢度主打嘅項目都係新鮮水產做浜燒,打開餐牌超多選擇,豐儉由人,由於呢度職員嘅態度都十分親切友善,我哋都唔怕醜咁問吓佢介紹我哋兩個食乜好啦~軟殼蟹沙律($78蚊):呢度除咗蟹子沙律之外原來仲有我最喜愛嘅軟殼蟹呢!!!二人份量剛剛好,加咗柚子醬汁嘅沙律菜非常開胃,軟殼蟹炸得好脆之餘仲係熱辣辣㗎!南瀛卷($258蚊):職員話呢份南瀛卷係佢哋嘅人氣出品,見到佢上菜嘅時候我都「嘩」咗一聲出嚟呀...壽司上面左邊一大條拖羅右邊一大條海膽非常吸睛,附上大大隻甜蝦,另外再加上波波魚子,成碟卷物非常精美,賣相絕對係走上高檔路線。可惜我唔食拖羅嘅,不過吞拿魚蓉就啱哂阿肥口味啦~而我囉喎......當然唔會放過呢一條咁肥美嘅海膽,鮮甜無比,oishi des!壽司卷裡面亦都有蟹肉材料,配上芝麻口感極之豐富,我俩亦十分大讚呢道菜式。東瀛五點盛($368蚊):嚟到食日本嘢,點都要叫番啲刺身過吓口癮嘅,呢款五點盛顧名思義即係有五種刺身,有帶子+三文魚+甜蝦+吞拿魚同埋油甘魚。除咗吞拿魚同油甘魚都係阿肥負責之外,其餘嗰啲都係我鍾意嘅殺絲咪,材料算是十分新鮮,難怪價格亦比較高了。蟹味噌甲羅燒($136蚊):又輪到食浜燒嘅主角蟹蟹出場,呢度就算自己識燒,都唔洗自己郁手,職員永遠為大家服務,非常貼心,手勢亦都非常純熟。大大隻蟹殼裡面有蟹籽+蟹肉+蟹膏,同埋必備嘅鵪鶉蛋,睇住佢一邊燒一邊攪拌超級期待,等佢搞掂好哂仲會夾到埋你面前享用,蟹膏味道非常濃郁,甚有日本情懷,超級鍾意呢種重口味嘅蟹膏感覺,簡直就係刺激味蕾。活貝盛合($388蚊):燈登燈櫈!!!今晚嘅重頭戲出場喇~呢一set活貝盛合裡面包含咗幾款海鮮,有鮑魚+硯+大帶子同埋生蠔。set嘢未嚟之前係睇住職員由餐廳裡面嘅魚缸拎出嚟㗎!繼續享受呢種殘廢餐,等職員慢慢燒,一邊睇住佢落醬汁一邊翻手,寧舍覺得自己係大爺,哈哈!海蜆係令人十分驚喜地鮮甜,仲要有種肥美嘅口感,鮑魚煙煙韌韌嘅質地証明職員絕對冇overcooked。咁大隻嘅帶子就更加不在話下,既彈牙又多汁,生蠔亦超級爽口~鍾意海產類嘅朋友真係唔可以錯過~活生生嘅海鮮浜燒完之後保留原汁原味,雖然我哋兩個都唔飲啤酒,但係飲住大大杯嘅梳打and乳酸飲品,已經非常滿足…Read More

人人都食西餐,你估人人都想食西餐咩不過今次又要遷就一下阿肥想鋸扒嘅慾望,於是乎我又四周圍搜索下邊度有西餐廳,上網搵搵下見到呢間喺尖沙咀嘅<SHINE>勁多好評喎,咁近地鐵站,一於嚟試下啦~太子集團中心呢楝大廈一啲都唔難搵,只要喺I square出口一出,隔離就已經到喇,搭𨋢又唔洗排隊,啱哂我呢啲一夠鐘收工個肚就已經餓到咕咕聲嘅人。呢度六樓全層都屬於餐廳,𨋢門一打開已經見到酒吧位置,柔和嘅燈光帶啲浪漫格調,不過客人眾多難免有啲傾計嘅聲浪,熱鬧啲都好吖~本身以為喺呢個黃金地段,啲嘢食都唔方平啦...睇一睇餐牌之後,都唔係喎!~全部食物嘅價錢都只係中位價格,甚為親民啵,大家想食邊樣就叫邊樣啦。龍蝦湯($88蚊):阿肥想飲湯,見佢唔貴諗都唔諗就叫咗喇~餐廳用嘅碟盤都屬於大size類,所以周邊都會灑啲裝飾咁增強視覺享受,伴湯嘅仲有一件脆多士,偷偷飲咗佢兩啖,龍蝦湯味濃郁,也不過咸,滿意。燒安格斯肉眼扒10oz($318蚊):阿肥見到有安格斯扒食...又點會錯過吖~塊扒嚟到嘅時候真係覺得好有藝術嘅氣息,啲醬汁畫到好似一幅太極畫咁,一邊紅色一邊白色,原來紅色嘅係車厘茄口味而白色嘅係帶啲蒜香嘅薯蓉,見阿肥唔洗十分鐘就食到塊碟乾乾淨淨,佢應該都幾滿意。我咁八卦,當然要問下佢味道如何啦(?!)佢話塊牛扒都唔錯,冇乜渣同筋之餘,入口都唔會韌,所以咪食得咁快囉芝士南瓜意大利飯($148蚊):我最鍾意食嘅嘢都喺齊度!不論芝士,南瓜,定係意大利飯,都正中我嘅下懷。阿肥初初話:「嘩~冇肉㗎喎...夠飽㗎喇??」喂大佬...risotto喎...本身已經算係比較漏嘅嘢嚟,試問又點會唔夠飽吖~意大利飯粒粒分明,比較硬身嘅口感增加咗咀嚼嘅力度,令人更加之會慢慢咁食,啖啖芝士南瓜汁味遍佈口腔之中,醬汁味道夠濃,好味香蕉朱古力smoothie($68蚊):雖然係致肥飲料,之但係我覺得飲咗之後呢一餐有個完美嘅終結朱古力碎冰打完之後味道仍然豐富實在,絕無溝水,仲有埋忌廉添,正呀…Read More

每次同阿肥去到佐敦,基本上晚餐都會唔知食乜好,最出名嗰兩三間街坊茶記而家又成日要排隊,坐得又唔舒服仲要急急咀咁食,食得慢都驚俾人鬧同俾人趕走...諗諗吓不如食拉麵啦。不過印象之中呢一區嘅拉麵舖好似比較小見,所以我哋都要靠openrice大神嚟尋寶~見到呢間<金鶴拉麵>嘅評分都唔錯同埋又喺附近,就行多兩條街過嚟試下啦~嚟到門口,已經感受到昭和嘅日式格調,趟門打開之後,裡面更顯高貴日洋氣氛,一邊金黃色燈嘅牆身圖畫非常搶眼職員安排我同阿肥就坐吧枱嘅位置,可以清楚見到裡面幾位官仔骨骨嘅拉麵師傅製作美食,衛生情況較為理想。經過一番思量,我同阿肥決定一人試一款唔同口味嘅拉麵,再叫咗一款小食share,結果又係飽到反艇了鹽味拉麵($78蚊):拉麵一到,清澈透底嘅鰹魚海鹽湯底尤如清湯一樣透明無瑕,呷一口先嚐湯味,味道帶點微咸又不失魚香,平時唔鍾意食魚嘅我都可以接受呢一種魚味。最令人驚喜莫過於除咗有兩片豚肉叉燒之外仲有兩塊睇見都覺得嫰滑嘅雞肉,叉燒經過煙薰處理非常焦香,叉燒肥膏不多正合我意,奶白色嘅雞肉片果然幼嫰,啖啖雞味,配合埋吸收湯味嘅拉麵麵條十分滿足,半隻流心溏心蛋必然能為拉麵畫龍點睛啦這個價錢對我嚟講性價比已經很高呢~雞白湯拉麵($98蚊):阿肥揀咗呢款係呢間舖頭推薦嘅雞白湯拉麵,眼見佢面頭有一綴炸過嘅薄脆牛蒡非常吸引,成碗拉麵即刻高貴不小。蔬菜類嘅嘢我從來唔抗拒所以我都偷咗阿肥小小牛蒡試下,薄薄地脆口得嚟又有點牛蒡嘅甜味,唔錯呀~鮮甜嘅奶白色雞白湯湯底比起我個鹽味湯底更濃,啱哂阿肥比較喜歡重口味嘅人啦。而佢呢碗一樣有兩片叉燒兩塊雞肉同埋溏心蛋,份量對佢嚟講如果多小小麵條會更為滿足。燒雞泡魚乾($48蚊):呢度嘅小食價錢相對嚟講比較經濟實惠,外面比較出名嘅拉麵店一碟都普遍為六十幾蚊,呢度$48蚊就有喇,份量亦唔會比外面少,雞泡魚乾啱啱燒好口感非常腍軟,點一點沙律醬非常開胃,值得一讚!日式煎餃子($33蚊):一碟四隻,煎餃子就比較普通,不過不失。最後店員仲送咗餐後甜點,係我最愛嘅日式抹茶軟凍,煙煙韌韌嘅質地好似麻糬咁,餓依屍呢…Read More
