早聞這間cafe味道不錯,難得三連假,去Chill吓歎吓。星期日下午3點到cafe是滿座狀態,等咗兩張枱,可見cafe有一定客量。慢煮手撕豬腩窩夫三文治($116)這裡最特色的是窩夫三文治,點都要點一份。手撕豬腩放得整齊到似漢堡扒,帶著很重的肉香味,一分開肉絲,肉汁流出,加上炙過的芝士,賣相非常好看。 窩夫一般給人的印象是甜品,但因這是配咸食,甜味減卻不少,但留下鬆軟口感。慢煮牛面頰肉配扁意粉 ($172)牛頰肉很軟腍又入味,而且肉量都幾多,醬汁估計係用紅酒做汁底,再加入黑椒令菜色更為惹味。意粉似是有輕輕炒過,單吃有淡淡的蒜香,配上醬汁食又是另一種風味。單品咖啡($70)職員介紹咗來自雲南的咖啡豆,酸苦味適中,再加上淡淡的果味,連編者非咖啡愛好者都覺得很好入口。多莓果茶($46)很重的黑加倫子味,就像抽走了大部分甜味的果汁一般,酸酸地,很開胃。…Read More

蟲二開了都有一段時間,置身於旺角的活化舊樓頂層,感覺能過渡疫情的小店都一定有過人之處。餐廳有分室內及室外位置,夏天加上這幾天都時晴時雨,室外沒什麼人,但室內則是滿座狀態。一汁三菜 - 烤芝士漢堡扒伴海苔肉鬆($150)附有食用步驟,汁是鰹魚昆布茶高湯,而三菜則是慢煮蛋、副菜(高湯蔬菜凍)及六選一的主菜。淡淡的鰹魚湯主要用以泡飯,蔬菜凍晶瑩剔透,看到裏面包含了西蘭花、紅蘿、秋葵等,睇得又食得。漢堡扒兩大塊,非常鬆軟,加上肉鬆,很下飯。旁邊的其他客人也有點這個也讚。半湯烤五花腩片冷麵 配蒟蒻拉麵($155)最近想少食些澱粉,有蒟蒻拉麵就對了,味道有少少似中華沙律,拉麵份量多,所以都好滿足。而五花腩厚厚一片,肥瘦均勻。黃豆粉蕨餅紅豆配雪糕 (+$30)一汁三菜其實還可以追加甜點或鹹點。這甜點可算是經典組合,幼滑雲尼拿雪糕配搭煙靭蕨餅,以紅豆作為味道上的點綴,為晚餐作結最好𣎴過。Cappuccino ($38)這店還有不少咖啡,飯後不好甜,飲咖啡也是不錯的選擇。…Read More

旺角搵食行行吓見到一間招牌立體醒目人龍天婦羅店,裝修好yo充滿昭和感,牆上貼滿海報,座位像是拉麵店。另外一入餐廳向上望不是“いらっしゃいませ”,而是“ばかやろう”,帶點玩味。天婦羅可以自選再配一個主食,同時附上味噌湯,漬青瓜及橙,一上餐整個盤都滿滿的,非常豐富。天婦羅都是即叫即炸,所以上餐時間會久一點但值得。因為每件都炸得好,粉薄,裏面依然嘗到原料的汁水,而且不會過油,完食後墊底的吸油紙也沒沾到太多油。當天兩人試了十款,穴子、鮮帶子、廣島蠔、黑虎蝦、牛肉餅、帆立貝、紫菜蝦膠、茄子、金菇及蘆筍。好欣賞餐廳有勁多款可以選擇,並非來來去去都是蝦、魚、茄子、竹輪、蕃薯之類。其中最推薦穴子及黑虎蝦,穴子魚味重又大條;黑虎蝦脹卜卜,像是看廣告的形狀。其中一個主食冷烏冬,芥末味濃,放入冷麵汁也能突顯出來;味噌湯帶有海鮮味,這兩樣也令我印象深刻。另外點了芝麻雞翼,炸到金黃色,內裏肉嫩,連翼尖都唔想放過。最後上期間限定的甜品 - 炸菠蘿雪糕,菠蘿是罐頭那種。燒菠蘿食得多,用炸的真是第一次食,加上海鹽雪糕,雪糕的咸甜加上菠蘿的酸甜,是一種味覺衝擊,無諗過可以夾到,非常滋味滿意。…Read More

紙婚前夕,提早慶祝一下。來到時代廣場13樓一間叫SUL JIB的韓式居酒屋。不少靠牆座位都有一塊薄紗遮蔽,增加了一點私隱度。是日不太想吃澱粉質,因此點肉居多。先來兩小碟泡菜 (辣白菜&大豆芽)作開胃菜。白切肉拼生菜包飯醬 ($240)白切肉排成工整的圓扇形,中間放著辣蘿蔔泡菜及葱花,每片白切肉厚度平均,比坊間厚。近豬皮部分十分Q彈,不覺油膩。除了大醬及蝦醬外,滿滿的生菜盤下還藏著辣椒及蒜片可以夾肉享用,可惜到最後一塊生菜時才發現。和牛三文治 ($398)輕微烤過的薄麵包,夾著超厚的吉列牛。 目測牛肉約7成熟,肉質軟嫩,加上特製醬汁,將肉味更為提升。牛肋骨 ($520)個人最鍾意食痴骨肉有少少筋位,肉同筋都非常軟腍。肉味比和牛更持久。配有薯蓉、冬菇及蛋絲,冬菇勁入味,先生還要留到最後才吃。燒香蕉配朱古力醬 ($88)香蕉中間切半加了一層焦糖,不沾朱古力醬已夠甜,所以可以用來點藍莓及草莓;但更重點的其實是布丁,蛋味濃厚,質感綿滑。柚子梳打 ($48) & Peach Black Tea ($32)兩杯都唔會好甜,較為清爽,食肉解膩一流。…Read More

大半年前去過北角店,就覺得食物質數不錯,列入了我的回頭店清單內,約朋友去食九龍灣分店。跟北角一樣,枱上泡菜、泡菜爐邊蛋和粟米芝士是無限添食,等開始焦底食就最正。濟州特上豬拼盤 ($328)豬排極厚身又入味,醃料帶甜味;五花肉薄身但肥瘦相間分明;豬下青即豬頸肉,軟滑爽彈;豬皮本身已熟還醃到甜帶辣,燒到微微焦香入口滑溜,且好像有層膠質補充骨膠原。厚切牛小排 ($168)油花均勻,牛味濃郁,厚切令牛肉咬下時更突顯其油香。質數高但份量較少。食堂蘋果梨汁雞肉 ($88)份量依然十足,以水果醃肉令肉質更軟,且入口帶甜。芝士明太子石頭飯 ($88)石頭飯較濕,飯面有幾種不同蔬菜及菇,加上帶少少咸香的明太子醬及芝士,一個不錯的組合。朱古力綿花糖 ($55)綿花糖在爐上烘一烘後放在朱古力消化餅上,以其熱力溶化朱古力,再夾一塊普通帶咸的餅,既簡單又好味。巨峰葡萄 & 濟州特飲 ($45/$32)燒肉點少得凍飲,兩杯都好清爽。…Read More

圍方大約一個多月前新開咗一間重慶粉麵店,記得開張時勁多人排隊,一個月後晚飯時間竟然唔洗排直入,價錢尚算平民價就當試吓。門口無人安排座位,唯有直入,坐咗一陣都無人理,問待應點落單,先話一陣比QR code。其實無問題,但之後入內的客人就比人叫返出去,有個待應仲話 “咁樣會搞到我好亂架”,叫啲客出返去等位。招牌麵 - 酸辣木瓜金湯底 ($69)即係有大雜會好多餸既麵,可以揀米線。走咗鴨血,豬腩肉、魚片都算唔錯,不過其他就相當普通。湯底唔算好辣,食完未算勁口渴,但打嗝時感覺個味有啲刺激,唔太鍾意呢種感覺。咖哩雞丁蓋飯 ($58)完全覺得係罐頭或即食包倒出來的咖哩。。。雞肉勁柴。。。唯一可取係搭咗幾條菜心。熱豆漿 (+$10)跟主食半價,味偏淡,同唔明點解浮面勁多泡。…Read More

藏身於銅鑼灣舊樓內的高質cafe

隨著大量打卡café湧現街舖商場,個人已較少去樓上café。但被一張明太子意粉的相片吸引,找到了這間默默用心製作的樓上餐廳。餐廳如傳統樓上café,藏在銅鑼灣的一幢舊樓內,單位不大,裝修簡約溫馨;座位不算多,但這樣更能照顧每位客人需要,而且也可以靜靜地傾計。Set Dinner 價錢$200-$300,有前菜、餐湯、主菜、飲品及甜品,用餐後完全覺得性價比高。前菜 – 素食雜果沙律沙律菜新鮮爽脆,加上新鮮的香橙、草莓、提子及藍莓,擺盤精緻繽紛。前菜 – 煙三文魚他他 (+$35)咸香的煙三文魚粒中混入碎洋葱及青葱,頂層鋪上香橙,帶入清新。餐湯 以南瓜作底加入粟米蓉的忌廉濃湯,兩樣清甜的材料混在一起,味道濃稠。主菜 - 炙燒北海道帶子配蒜香明太子扁意粉 ($202)吸引我來的菜式。坊間餐廳大部分選用明太子醬,但Groovy卻用原條明太子(切半),底部的忌廉汁呈粉紅色,打卡一流。明太子本身咸香味濃,因此意粉調味較輕手予以配合。帶子略燒表面夾在明太子及意粉中間,軟嫩鮮甜。主菜 – 慢煮安格斯封門柳配阿根庭青醬&炸薯條 ($299)封門柳切開排好,肉質柔軟,肉味濃郁,再鋪上有少少辣的阿根庭青醬,增添層次。配菜竟然有烤焗蒜頭,以為食一粒口會勁臭,但又無想像中咁厲害,而且入口即溶。椰菜仔烤過也不覺得味道好青。甜品 – 伯爵茶意式奶凍佐雪糕奶凍濃厚細滑,加上雲尼拿雪糕,雙重享受。飲品 – 熱香茅薑茶 及 Cappuccino (+$10)…Read More

今次真係要讚吓自己,搵到呢間高格調西餐廳,環境裝修媲美酒店。週五晚上爆場,受歡迎程度不可忽視。先來餐法包,配上海鹽牛油。香煎慢煮牛柳伴日本南瓜杏鮑菇 配牛肝菌牛肉原汁 ($308)5成熟調較得啱啱好,睇到既鮮嫩多汁。牛柳脂肪含量少,油香一定無肉眼西冷重,入口肉味卻超重,用餐後口內仍留有肉味,就知道廚師完全無辜負舊肉。 配菜的南瓜杏鮑菇都無馬虎,燒到表層微焦香脆,裏面軟腍。蟹鉗肉蟹黃南瓜意大利飯 ($248)意大利飯中間放滿碎蟹肉及南瓜粒,擺盤精緻。 蟹黃相信係混入咗飯中,所以每啖除咗有南瓜的甜,仲帶有蟹鮮甜,配合得宜。香煎帶子 配粟米濃湯 ($98)沒錯,湯是配菜! 大大粒帶子才是主菜! 帶子也是微焦,內裏鮮嫩Juicy。湯是上菜時待應倒入碟內,粟米味濃而creamy,同時碟內有粒粒燒過的粟米。Berry Well & Bird's Eye最後點了兩杯cocktail,兩杯都好打卡,味道清爽。…Read More
