最近睇完J2胡生嘅「冲遊泰國」,身痕想食泰國菜,终於搵到飯腳陪食,唔想走遠,目標範圍太子、旺角(近屋企) ,由砵蘭街行至柏樹街,喺三間泰菜館中揀咗呢間,全因佢啱開張,做緊半價優惠另有9折,對於長期糧尾嘅我,FIT哂。喺門口等約20分鐘,被泰姐安排入座(好誇張,星期二竟爆場)但我哋坐位真係唔太好,近水吧旁邊,泰姐應承有位即調,OK聽住先,睇過餐牌,今晚半價菜有咖哩炒蟹同酸辣鳳爪,叫齊兩款折後$168(原價$336) ,再後加椰青、酸辣海鮮湯(细) &甜品椰汁西米糕,等上菜。先嚟酸辣鳳爪配料伴有洋蔥、番茄仔、唐芹加生菜,無將貨就價,份量足夠,鳳爪爽脆,唔駛啃骨,酸辣汁先鹹酸,辣味後繼凌厲,刺激又開胃要求伙記加汁另上都無托手踭,扺讚。椰青味甘、清甜夠凍,食完辛辣菜後整一啖,簡直係泰版嘅神之水滴,用匙羹深刮椰殼内椰青肉,厚厚完整一塊刮出,椰肉爽脆有嚼頭,正!咖哩炒蟹無渣流灘,上枱時我同friend都「嘩」咗聲,賣相贏哂,蟹身就無乜膏,蟹鉗去殼好似食雞錘,肉厚鮮甜,咖哩汁濃稠香滑,椰汁、花奶同蛋漿調配得好好,如果唔係怕眼闊肚窄,會叫客蒜蓉飽蘸食。酸辣海鮮湯:以為嚟錯咗(我叫细份) ,佢细鍋其實都足夠3-4人份海鮮無支離破碎,蝦肉鮮爽,夾雜著香茅、檸檬葉、紅油,湯底酸味強烈,辣味唔嗆喉。椰汁西米糕:上層椰汁凈白濃醇帶椰香,西米晶瑩剔透,完美結合不過甜。椰汁糕(送) 預備埋單,泰姐走嚟話唔好意思,最後無安排調位,送咗一客椰汁糕,此舉令我非常鍋心,因為我唔係消费好高,又非熟客,講返椰汁糕,入口陣陣椰香兼有斑蘭葉草香,軟糯有嚼頭,推介…Read More

經濟不景,近年自助餐不再甘於平凡,纷纷諗出新點子吸引客人。嚟過Promenade 都知道,佢最有殺傷力吸引粉絲團莫過於有條擺放200款嘅美食長廊,即開生蠔、拿破侖同燕窩燉奶都係其招牌作,聞說近來加添咗一系列主題美食,2年無嚟,睇下進化级數。先嚟輕食,走到刺身部款以算多,壽司吧有告示牌寫上部分刺身限3取片,眼見師傅刀工精细片片「薄」身,為免不夠食再輪侯排隊,我大擔要求帶子厚切兼加碼,換來竟然極盡配合。即開生蠔:師傅密密開應付人龍,生蠔雖凍但不掩其味,海水味淡但肉質creamy略帶甜,值得一試。低温烤羊排:食出有蒜香同迷迭香香料味道(應該係除非唔係),肉質夠嫩,肉汁得以保留,水準之作。墨魚汁燴飯:口感黏稠,米粒呈隋圓形,米飯充分吸收墨汁及水分,做到呈現Risotto那Creamy及厚身的口感,惟墨汁味淡。咖哩薄餅:有d似酥皮薄餅,較油膩但很鬆軟,咖哩有濃厚椰漿味,推介有款咖喱什菜,非常香濃,又帶少許辛辣刺激。烤乳豬:場内太多中式镬氣小炒,乳豬皮脆肉嫩,食到咯咯聲。榴槤脆酥:外層鬆化,配一層綿密濃郁榴槤蓉,滿足榴槤愛好者。燕窩燉奶:口感軟嫩,感覺有點像半固體的豆花,奶重較香,大概用上全脂奶,,挺好食。綠茶布甸:似心太軟,一切開綠茶漿缓缓流出(其實巳放了一段時間)味道甜而不腻。其他美食…Read More

今年做冬貼地d,同屋企人去平民飯堂和記。「和記」大大話話在佐敦屹立超過三十多年,無論家常菜或燒味,碟頭大之餘,色鲜、味濃、夠鑊氣。(雖然部份吃後有口喝)燒味尤其做得出色,佢做嘅燒味出名奄尖,聞説醃肉燒烤尊循古法(真偽不得而知) 但我最欣赏佢捨得用料,叉燒為例,太肥太瘦部分,大刀闊斧裁走,叉燒叉燒出嚟亮澤濃香,脂油間有股醃料香,肉邊微微燒焦,肉質纖维保持軟嫩,永無失手。金牌燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,一入口鵝皮油潤甘香,配合酸梅醬畫龍點精,味道更出色。椒鹽鮮魷外層薄脆,鮮魷夾集蒜香、椒鹽味道,惹味到極,送啤酒一流。薑酒煮雞雖然用上冰鮮雞,但薑、酒辛辣味巳完全逼入蝦中,夠濃香,足以彌補食材不足,而且暖胃又滋補,冬天食適合不過。结論:要食装修食排場唔好嚟呢度,和記食佢味道外,更食一份懷舊,必試燒鵝,件件脆皮,有鵝油光澤,就算放置一陣都仍至軟腍,咬落仍然脆皮酥化不韌,其他小菜亦出色,唯吃後有d口喝。…Read More

Happy Friday 雖然我要趕返去睇'拳佬'但星期五一定要放縱下,之前經過金巴利道見到呢間「梨泰園」,上網check 下咩料,就連蔡生都讚不絕口,人講我唔信,今次為一試醬油蟹而嚟,又睇下會否中伏⋯⋯老闆娘超好客,傾咗幾句,佢話醬蟹由延坪運嚟,佢哋係用藍花蟹,放入醬油瓶醃完冷藏送嚟舖頭,上檯時蟹蓋、蟹肉充滿金金黃黃蟹膏,掂喎,鹹鮮甘香肉質黏嫩,將我擔心蟹被醃到死鹹心理恐懼一掃而空。海鮮煎蔥餅是另一亮點,邊位帶焦脆,中間夾雜大量魷魚、蝦蜆肉同蔥,蛋餅香軟,海鮮彈牙。中途有段小插曲,因為我同朋友好早食(趕返屋企睇劇)當時人少老闆娘比咗間房我地坐,嘢食未嚟齊,有個男人又叫坐返出去,我唔介意你嘅安排,但其實可以有禮貎d 炸雞一份有齊原味同甜酸兩款,炸漿ok,皮脆鬆化,肉汁保留,正!值一提前菜可無限量添補,青色韮菜餅、甜番薯、麻油魚片、炒雲耳等。結論:醬油蟹香港韓店越來越多有供應,但水準參差,更擔心反而唔乾淨,梨泰園嘅醬蟹唔會好咸,有蟹鮮味,而且碟頭大,我離坐時見好多檯係韓國人,更有信心,值試…Read More

最近某某老牌腐竹店推出腐竹雪糕,大家心郁郁話想試,的確,腐竹入口濃而不膩嘅味道啱晒健康香港人新品未嚐,不能報告,但近年每當我想飲腐竹薏米一定搭 ”叮叮” 嚟到位於天后維園側嘅美鮮豆漿,街角小舖,其貌不揚。夫妻經營,店小無空調無立食,主力外賣一系列自家煲製糖水同健康飲品欣賞佢哋大部份都分有糖或無糖俾顧客選擇。我最欣賞,要數腐竹薏米水/糖水佢賣嘅腐竹薏米係樽裝上,你會清晣見到上層奶白嘅薏米水,下層係沈澱嘅薏米,由於腐竹煲得溶化,飲時好綿滑,加上薏米夠煙韌,(好鬼憎有d糖水薏米都末煲透,硬個石頭) 味道清潤解渴。有甜定無甜可隨自己喜好選擇,建議想清揀無糖,免被甜掩蓋荳香。想潤揀有糖,但其實佢哋煲所謂有糖嘅產品都徧向少甜,試過你會知同出面涼茶鋪及糖水店分別。結論:有誠意嘅小店喺香港越來越難經營,喺今次我外賣之後曾經同老闆講:我會寫遍食評上網推介一下。兩夫妻話:有心,唔駛喇,小生意都係服務下d街坊。其實呢間鋪我每星期最少幫襯3次,幫襯理由唔係出於扶坐弱細小店,而係真心欣賞佢哋產品。…Read More

夏天,為大地帶嚟雨水!錯哂計我話:為大地帶嚟…汗水就真唔想喺屋企開爐,唯有出街食金坊 屬我個人泰菜首選,餐牌由沙律、湯、咖喱、鑊氣小菜囊括港人熟悉大路菜式,味道走中庸,唔會一味死甜死酸死辣,老少皆宜泰國炎夏生果特別靚,熱帶水果木瓜、柑橘及芒果,消暑舒神。先嚟一客青木瓜絲沙律,木瓜絲外,混合咗車厘茄、花生、椰糖、魚露同青檸拌食(應該係),木瓜絲吸盡汁料精華,味道甜夾酸,酸帶爽,呢碟最快清碟。再嚟青檸汁燒豬頸肉,火候恰到好處,豬頸肉脆嫩爽口,最正係豬頸肉逼入青檸酸味與芳香,而且青檸有助平衡肉膩,送啤酒一流。泰式咖喱蝦,咖喱濃滑,應該係椰漿/椰奶功勞,咖喱味辛辣醇厚,蝦隻沾滿濃郁咖喱汁,剝出蝦肉,滿手咖喱,真係啜埋手指先罷休。香杧腰果炒飯,炒飯擺成一個小山丘,頂頭芒果香甜,配搭脆口腰果、香口炒飯,味道非常和諧,為一道普通炒飯加添層次。泰式炒通菜餐牌話泰國入口,不得而知,但通菜爽脆無渣,份量大碟,抵食。「送」椰青糕用椰青原水做,好清甜,透心涼。結論:男人講package金坊嘅package由價錢到味道,整體平均,雖然餐廳多開分店,但水準未受影響,唯開業幫襯到現在,餐廳並無任何套餐供應,有時唔想諗食乜都幾煩仲有晚市多數要輪候,有時半至一個鐘…Read More

朋友來電:打風喎,仲食飯?我回答:打風⋯唔駛食㗎!就咁,就算妮妲來襲,都磨滅唔到我偏向虎山(自助山)行,大拿拿$800蚊,人出錢,我梗出命先講環境,樓高62層,周圍都係Selfie 影相位,Buffet區每個崗位都有廚師駐場,放底袋,雷射眼由冷盤區開波小試牛刀先食凱薩沙律,蔬菜清脆爽口,清新醒胃,每一啖都係「嗦嗦聲」而自家製麵包硬脆煙韌,配以鹹香芝士,豐腴不膩。煙三文魚分三種:煙燻、香草 ...魚片大小適中,油潤嫩滑帶煙燻味,搭配羅馬生菜同食,田園風味返哂嚟!風乾巴馬火腿入口不過鹹,捲上一小件哈蜜瓜,嚼出滿嘴油香,亦滲出果甜,齒頰留香。仲有一系列紅、綠、黃、白、紫⋯嘅車厘茄、白蘑菇、青瓜、茄子已調配沙律,成日釀著減肥口痕友啱哂。未到刺身前,攞杯蕃茄凍湯過冷河,淺嚐一啖,似蕃茄漿,但茄味醇和,甜比酸味更突出。刺身選擇:甜蝦、帶子,油甘、呑拿魚⋯帶子軟嫩,屬S級,比較萬麗或icon L級size,自助山帶子口感薄弱,而鮮味一般,反而甜蝦鮮味。海鮮區:生蠔即開,偏細,但口感creamy ,食出海水鹹香,凍蝦已脫殻,方便食用,爽口新鮮; 龍蝦味較淡口,我喜好加d檸檬汁,多份清香。冬蔭功湯必試,橙紅湯底帶點點紅油,湯頭除飲到南薑香茅味道,亦充滿陣陣蝦鮮,先甜帶微酸,食肉獸捕食後飲一碗,可減肥膩感。黑松露炒蛋,你唔係唔食呀!炒蛋嫩滑帶蛋汁,松露菌香霸道,仲要片上,更見豪氣!燒牛肉軟嫩多汁帶牛味,但略嫌熱度不足。天婦羅炸蝦、野菜一應俱全,魚缸養活海蝦,唔知係咪即捉即炸,炸漿薄,少脆,不油膩。甜品陣容鼎盛(睇落)但可取唔算多,唯有款榴槤布甸濕潤甘香,味道柔和味道有如品嚐榴槤蓉,afteraste 超濃。北海道牛奶布甸味道淡薄,好睇,唔好食。結論:食物款式過百,有貴價食物,強項海鮮,但菜式無驚喜,甜品有形無實,未能留有深刻印象,$800 是否值,見人見智喜慶節日可一試…Read More

粥底火鍋不是新鮮事,要突圍而出,無需複雜,用料「鮮」,其實已甚受歡迎,去年大圍粥底火鍋店「「鍋心」」爆紅,今年沙田又出現另一間「隱世貳館」。全店供應兩款粥底火鍋套餐,分別為$198鮑魚餐及$218龍蝦餐,免加一,有5款不同海鮮、另加雞件、鮮魷、肥牛、肉丸及蔬菜...共10多款。嚟到大排檔,入鄉隨俗,打返條莊先,先楝兩枝啤一啤,雖然無戰鬥碗,但啤酒冰鎮上枱,喺攝氏超過32度天氣,簡直透心涼呢度粥底火鍋採用嘅粥底堅持冇油、冇鹽、冇味精,一入口,粥身口感綿密帶dd 膠質,問問"腦細",佢話係用東北米,貪熬粥時有米胎,出嚟特別綿香。粥底每日下晝煲足4粒鐘,只用白果熬粥,問佢點解唔用日本珍珠米?佢話成本太高,大排檔仔計唔掂條數喎!哈…真老實:)今次試咗$218龍蝦餐,龍蝦肉厚,肉質爽彈,肉蟹有肉,蟹膏橙過'綠寶' 膏鮮甘甜。蟶子新鮮夠爽(但size一般),牛肉寫明安格斯,但似本地牛,不過唔韌無渣有肉味,收貨。黃立䱽份量十足,鮮魷厚身,咬落嫩滑爽脆兼備但,菜就唔係幾掂,老過我丸類似交貨,可以不試 小館用不鏽鋼鍋,更受熱,保留更多水份煲粥,好快煲到綿滑效果,我哋3個人,除食餐之外加咗份鮑魚,但套餐其實好夠,各位食家加碼前量力而為建議吃法是先淥海鮮,由貝殼類(蟶子)開始,接着是蝦、蟹,然後用細火烚煮魚類,最後放蔬菜同煮,煮好後,既食到海鮮的鹹鮮,亦有蔬菜的香甜味,索盡所有食材的精華。想層次豐富一點,問腦細攞d蔥花同吃,勁滿足!結論:無論$198/$218套餐,都有齊蟹、魷魚、蝦、等貴價海鮮之餘,仲有雞、肥牛丸同菜等,我覺得份量夠大,唔需要再散點其他食物,不過店舖屬大排檔,需然有冷氣,但坐得唔舒服,同喺沙田始終無市區方便,可幸嘢食可以,都值一去。:)…Read More

捱到週五,大暑熱到人都癲,可幸,老友跟我提早慶生🔥氣全消,云云酒店,最終揀萬麗本想做定功課參考食友留言🤔但最近什麼假評、打手...謠言滿天飛信自己,撞運氣把7:30pm到逹,環視一週,今期主題係為奧運來臨加插一系列巴西食物,我先攞刺身三文魚、甜蝦、鯛魚、帶子⋯鮮味?都係咁啦,可能餐廳人流夠,食物流轉快,至少無雪味,但要讚係我同刺身部師傅講想要多少少帶子,佢厚切再加x 3份俾我,嗱,呢d咪加分囉再嚟滿足草食性嘅我,沙律睇落款多,但其實只係左搭右搭,甚至所謂西西里檸檬棕櫚心沙律都好一般,建議選擇自調比起佢一盤盤沙律更好,菜鮮味甜,煙三文魚我夾咗兩轉,鹹味恰到好處,但如果有例如海鮮或鮮果沙律,有返基本嘢,食客可以更對胃口。回本菜有焗龍蝦長期有師傅為你服務,見到龍蝦好似喺個氧氣箱郁郁下,焗完之後賣相吸睛,肉質呢,唔算鮮甜,都彈牙嘅主題巴西,串燒、肉批、木薯鮮蝦⋯唔太嗜肉,無乜試不過佢有個芝士球幾好食,大推可惜出一次就變炸香蕉,無計嚟嚟到甜品,朱古力黑松露球掂,食唔出松露味熱情果慕絲酸酸甜甜,試過就算反而椰子慕絲餅ok 另有款似Tiramisu 嘅朱古力杯,同芝麻布甸值得一試總結:折扣後$500多,比同價錢算好,經過不妨一試。但說好了的晚市大抽獎,今晚無喎…Read More
