工作咁辛苦都係為咗食. 見放假就約咗幾個好友去安安燒大刷一餐! 每次去安安燒都好爽, 皆因可以一路飲啤酒, 一路嘆BBQ, 款式又夠多, 每樣價錢唔貴, 可以叫好多款. 海鮮, 肉類, 同菜類都有叫! 燒茄子 – 呢樣似乎係燒物店必叫之選. 呢度D茄子燒得夠香亦唔會太乾身, 一絲絲撕落黎食, 一人食幾啖, 別有一番風味! 燒雞翼 -燒雞翼係另外一款我去燒物店必叫之選, 呢間D雞翼燒完有焦香味, 裏面肉汁豐富, 又夠入味. 熱辣辣配啤酒好正燒台灣腸 – 燒台灣腸係香港好少食到, 見新都係個D電爐黎整熱去 (好似便利店個D). 燒台灣腸就可以拎佢層皮更加香脆, 因為有層腸仔皮, 裏面肉汁可以好好鎖住, 流滿啖啖肉香 燒甜薯 – 平時去燒野食燴蕃薯總係搞到隻手好污糟, 又成日搞到燶晒無得食. 今日特登叫咗個燒甜薯試下. 原來係一口一粒的日本甜薯仔, 真係好甜, 連皮都食得! 芝士蒜蓉燒蠔 – 喜歡濃味的人最啱. 當然配啤酒都係一絕. 本身燒蠔已經好好味, 加埋芝士同蒜蓉仲更加惹味! 當然我地仲叫咗好多其它野食, 大部份都燒得幾好, 最緊要多花款, 有D用芝士燒有d用鍚紙包住, 可以試到不同口味!…Read More

又到入秋, 好想食雞煲火鍋. 上年記得去過山林道食過, 好掛住陣味. 今日特登同朋友放工入去食. 我地兩個人見又係閒日, 諗住實有位啦. 點知去到已經Full晒, 門口仲有人等緊位. 不過一心黎到所以都決定會等. 好彩等咗20分鐘左右已經有位, 等位個時經理仲好好人請我地飲汽水 成間餐廳都洋溢住雞煲香味, 我地低即刻叫咗原味雞全隻, 味道尤勝舊年! 配料一樣咁多咁新鮮, 而當中洋蒽同埋豬皮係我最愛! 洋蒽厚肉唔會”拿”喉嚨, 同豬皮一樣, 索晒D雞汁, 好惹味!! 我地見佢有手工啤酒賣, 每人叫咗支Hoegaarden Rose, 呢隻啤酒係香港第一次飲, 帶有微微天然的甜果味, 女仔應該都會岩飲 第二輪打邊爐, 我地叫咗蕃茄湯底. 開頭怕雞煲會搶咗蕃茄味, 但原來佢地隻蕃茄湯都幾夾個雞煲原本陣味. 用黎打邊爐好夾! 但因為得兩個人, 所以打邊爐叫得唔多野食. 其中當然有叫呢度的招牌即炸響鈴啦! 因為新鮮即炸, 所以特別香脆, 焯一兩秒, 拎返上黎, 索晒d湯汁但又保留到脆脆的口感最好味!另外仲叫咗d肉, 蔬菜同埋烏冬. 兩個人食已經飽到不得了! 非常滿足的一個晚上!…Read More

中學同學生日, 正諗緊去邊度慶祝, 記得之前食過呢間串燒話生日有香檳送, 所以就同朋友決定係呢度慶祝!我地4個人七點已經到咗, 今日天氣涼涼地我地就坐露天位感覺舒服D.叫咗好多野食! 樣樣都燒得好味, 最開心就係唔洗自己落手燒, 坐定定就可以等開餐!燒雞翼 – BBQ同雞翼真係天生一對! 呢度D雞翼燒得好香, 而且肉汁仲保留到係D雞翼裏面, 而雞肉亦醃得夠味, 好好味呀!蒜蓉燒扇貝 – 扇貝厚肉, 而且加埋粉絲落去, 吸收咗扇貝鮮味的精華, 加埋少少辣椒提味, 用燒的返法去做增加咗佢的香味.燒墨魚咀 – 墨魚咀鮮味, 加埋咬落去好多汁, 好過癮!燒一口甜薯 – 呢隻甜薯估唔到佢會咁甜咁好味. 初時一上枱見到佢個樣好古怪, 但食落好甜, 食仲帶有甘香味道, 真係”薯不可以貌相!”其實仲叫咗好多唔同款的野食, 但掛住講野已經唔記得影相. 總括而言, 呢間串燒店環境唔錯, 坐得舒服(可以坐露天), 而且野食都燒得好好味, 生日仲有香檳送. 三五知己消遣係一個唔錯的選擇! 不過坐戶外有時會有人食煙, 如果真係好唔鍾意煙味的就建議坐返室內好D…Read More

唔係朋友帶都唔知度有間餐廳係街市隔離條巷仔度. 我同朋友兩個都鍾意食點心, 但夜晚想搵點心食其實都唔係咁易. 朋友知道呢間點心會做埋夜市, 就特登走去幫襯.首先叫咗碗老火湯潤一潤先, 係雪耳海底椰湯, 煲得好夠味而且應該無落味精, 唔錯!然後叫左個上湯鮮竹卷, 浸住鮮竹卷的湯好濃而且係呈奶白色, 我用湯匙撈起鮮竹卷連湯一齊食, 成個感覺好鮮甜唔會膩:)第一次食煙鴨胸腸粉, 佢用咗有少少咸味的鴨胸加少少蔬菜做餡, 外層有別於其它腸粉只用甜鼓油黎做醬汁, 佢係用有少少甜味的燒汁, 配襯起上黎都幾夾:)叉燒包外層面包皮鬆化, 裏面的叉燒甜度剛好不會過火, 而且汁料濃度都剛好唔會太稠我地後黎仲叫咗其它點心. 我同朋友都覺得幾好味, 原因係呢間D 點心料幾新鮮, 食唔出有雪味, 最緊要無落味精, 食完唔覺得好口渴. 下次會再幫襯…Read More
