臨放工前,朋友send左個社交平台 post比我,雙皮奶雞蛋仔進駐中環。原來Airside本店好出名,雙皮奶同雞蛋仔我都鍾意食,即刻好有興趣,再睇下個地址,放工返屋企順路!路過去睇下都好。H Code地下向來都唔係好旺。重諗緊新開冇冇人會專程去,會唔會要排隊,點知…. 原來聽日先開張。老板話個漿啱啱打好,見我一場黎到,整一底比我!幸運的一天。佢一邊整,一邊介紹。佢獨創嘅雙皮奶雞蛋仔。用水牛奶整嘅餡,喺Airside好受歡迎。好多人特登過海去食,所以佢地黎左中環開分店。遲啲會有斯里蘭卡咖喱飯。想試就要開張後先有。講講下,好快就整好。賣相唔錯。粒粒顏色好均勻,時間控制得啱啱好。老板話要趁熱食。拎返屋企凍左,就要用氣炸鍋160度,唔記得左幾耐,因為我冇諗住返去先食。成粒食,脆得咬落去有聲,但唔會脆到硬,拿捏得好好。有蛋香,唔太甜。雖然叫雙皮奶,食落就好似燉鮮奶咁。熱,滑,有奶香。蛋真係有無窮嘅可能性,配呢個燉奶,好夾。口感,溫度,配搭,全部都做得好。不過最欣賞呢個雞蛋仔嘅係,每一粒都一樣,唔會喺邊嗰啲冇餡,過脆,等等。期待佢開張。又想多啲人可以食到呢個咁特別又高質嘅雞蛋仔,又唔想排隊,有啲矛盾。…Read More

有次同事叫外賣,喺上環送去中環,嗰盒10件壽司入面有兩件係核突到淨係食左舊飯。至於有咩問題,已經唔記得左。一直都冇興趣再試。直至今日,想搵個地方好快咁食個lunch。過哂lunch hour,諗住唔使等。嗌到120,禁飛已經係164。諗住放棄。點知一叫號碼就叫左10個,最後3分鐘就成功有位坐。第一次黎。原來條迴轉帶冇野。落完單就等。好蠢咁望住條帶,一路都冇。見到上面有幾碟野,好似膠咁,完全冇諗過係我點嘅野。望左一眼以為係display。好白痴咁等左一陣,見到隔離枱人地喺上面拎,我先好震驚咁拎左嗰4碟壽司落黎。見到啲完全冇光澤嘅魚,重係好難以置信係食得嘅。都係壽司黎嘅。完全冇靈魂。最好食係舊飯。乾,但又唔係柴。冇油香,但又有少少魚味。再叫多轉。今次識喺上面攞。成世人食過最唔好食嘅海膽。擦膠咁嘅質地,一啲汁都冇,但味道又食得落架喎。顏色咁死沉沉嘅吞拿魚蓉第一次見,但味道好正常。又唔可以話佢好難食,但真係唔想再食。8碟埋單$140幾。重有20分鐘埋單走人。唔怪得知,出到黎,又有10幾人等緊位……Read More

超過一個月前的一餐飯,終於有心機寫食評。相片放了那麼久還是得寫,因為真心值得推介。吃了三次午餐,雖然每次都點一樣的菜式,但水準一直都保持到,每次都很滿意。午餐相對晚餐超抵食,不過建立了信心,也是時候試試晚餐。店員捧著盤子,上面放了餐牌上每一道菜的食材,逐道菜介紹。晚餐有兩款。店員當然推介Full Experience。一場來到,也不妨一試,多4道菜。只有兩個主菜需要選擇。雖然那塊煮出來有手掌般大的花膠幾吸引,但大家都選了Amadai。決定好,就先吃熱呼呼的麵包。麵包是我第一次來,印象最深刻的一環。新鮮焗起,每次都是熱呼呼的,不用睇彩數。配上香氣十足的橄欖油和開胃的黑醋,頓時胃口大開。Amuse Bouche有足足4款,每一款都精緻又特別。這粒小球,咬下去爆出清新的汁,帶少少酒香。白露荀做的凍。清清地卻有濃濃的白露荀味,滑嘟嘟。另外兩款是炸雞皮和炸鵪鶉蛋。蛋炸得像個鳥巢,咬下去很鬆很脆,中間是流心蛋黃,控制得剛剛好,厲害。炸雞皮很乾脆,沒有想像的油膩,配上青咖喱醬,十分惹味。這時,才來到第一道菜。打開蓋,煙燻味撲鼻,香噴噴。而且,不只是造作,魚子醬和蒸蛋,吃下去真有煙燻味,充滿驚喜。帶鹹的魚子醬配清淡的蒸蛋,配搭一流。第二道菜是拖羅。切成粒的拖羅,香而不膩,配上清甜的海膽和蕃茄味啫喱。看上去很日式,吃下去卻很中式,應該是蕃茄啫喱的調味所致。我換了另一道菜,只試了一口,挺喜歡的。我不吃生,所以換成自家製的ricotta cheese。午餐也有這道菜,但我每次都選凍湯,所以還未試過。清清的奶香,口感厚實,跟多汁的橙和甜甜的紅菜頭都很夾。接著是鮟鱇魚肝。很精緻。碟子上帶酸的啫喱和果醬,魚肝吃起來一點都不會膩。連紫蘇小花都不放過,配起來香氣十足。接著是羊肚菌,驚喜繼續。上面放了一點點金箔,看起來帶點優雅。羊肚菌中釀了墨魚滑,吃起來有點咬口。下面是切成一條條的魷魚,比墨魚滑更有嚼勁。很喜歡充滿層次的口感,看得出配搭上花了心思。不得不提深啡色的汁,是牛仔肉炆出的汁,以濃郁的汁襯托菌香。來到二選一的主菜,甘鯛。下面是煮得頗甜的洋蔥做的醬和細細粒甜甜的洋蔥。鐵板燒做法的魚,把魚鱗燒到站起來,咬下去啖啖都咔嚓咔嚓響。魚煎得嫰滑,跟甜甜的洋蔥醬都幾夾。中場休息。來個紅菜頭雪葩。上面那條紙管般的裝飾,原來是蛋白糖,加點銀箔,貫徹精緻賣相的風格。清香的紅菜頭,加上切成丁的青蘋果和餅碎,連個中場休息的小甜點也毫不馬虎。飛騨牛,試了一口。表面肉味濃郁,中間軟嫩帶點油香。西班牙紅蝦,蝦肉嫩滑,蝦味濃郁。蝦頭很多膏,濃郁的味道在口裡維持了一會。午餐的紅蝦細細隻,沒那麼精緻,但個人覺得蝦的濃香不會被這隻大版比下去。所以這道又不算超驚喜,我會把重點放在旁道的米型意粉上。看似意大利飯,其實是冬蔭公味的米型意粉,帶點辣,很香很惹味。已經很飽了。幸好,沒有影響品嚐最後的栗子甜品。一點也不會死甜,栗子味很自然,帶點點酒香。配上雲尼嗱雪糕,無可挑剔。還有一人3款petit fours。中間那粒達摩,是柚子清酒啫喱糖,柚子和清酒的味都很突出,底部卻沾了點鹹鹹的糖,為味蕾帶來衝擊。Tiramisu那件是十分軟熟的糯米糍皮,包著中間的咖啡味蛋糕,也是很不錯。實在太飽太飽,也忘了最後那粒吃了甚麼了,只記得沒有失望。很久沒有吃得這麼盡興。…Read More

有次下雨,隨便點個外賣午餐,誤打誤撞吃了個回味無窮的沙茶麵。取外賣時,餐廳門口站滿了人,熱鬧非常。見它這麼多捧場客,一直記著要再來堂食試試其他菜式。終於,等到晚市再來。沒有午市般熱鬧,但入座率都有一半。餐牌選擇不算多。莆田也是福建菜,菜式更多更吸引。先點了幾個前菜,普普通通。點著菜,一分鐘就上菜。臘味雞卷,還好。有臘味香又不會太油膩。香醋拌蝦苗,濕濕的,吃到一半開始覺得偏鹹。鹹香酥炸黃花魚,表面乾身脆口,不過連中間的肉都乾了。姜蔥炒海蟶,跟圖片不符。色澤一點都不吸引,而且炒得很濕,鑊氣欠奉。蟶子有兩隻有沙,其他還好。其實都幾肥,只是烹調得太差。香煎蟶子蛋,這個好吃得多。蛋煎得幾香,中間還有少許蛋汁,外乾內濕,而且蟶子份量足,啖啖都有。青紅椒炒小腸,也是香氣欠奉。似乎炒功還有很大的改善空間。小海鮮燜軟豆腐,正正常常。高湯燜炒純米粉,超幼的米粉炒出來沒有黏在一起,不會太濕,都算可以。廈門沙茶麵,保持到上次的水準。又香又辣,麵條掛湯,開胃。高麗菜花肉燜飯,跟莆田那個釜飯相差甚遠。沒有吃到高麗菜,有些乾到硬的肉。味道正常。沒有預期中好吃。吃福建菜,還是喜歡莆田。那些姐姐的服務也比這裡的,熱情得多。…Read More

見到啲相好靚。幾個月冇返公司,好耐冇一齊食晏,點知好失望。牛油海膽汁蟹肉扁意粉一開始還好,就係意粉煮得太腍。食食下發現下面浸左牛油。雖然係牛油海膽汁,但都唔使咁誇張。直情係溶左嘅牛油做湯底咁,又油又膩。日式蒸焗時令海鮮睇埋英文,係black cod同clams。既然係定左嘅,就唔係時令啦。賣相有啲噱頭,偏淡,鱈魚都幾滑幾香嘅。還可以啦。服務態度可以,但上菜好慢,上餐飲好慢,埋單都好慢。今時今日,最重要嘅衞生,就算唔錯,都幾乾淨。…Read More

難食到掉左嘅Canele

InfinitiC 客人你好因為canele 為無麩質。 所以唔會有蜂巢出現。 至於Deliveroo , 小編已更正為per pc 無麩質既食品成本比較高。 抱歉令客人誤會$52 / 3 粒但小店會更努力改進口感及品質。

好一段時間沒有去cafe。通常食物都普普通通,只為有個價錢相宜的地方傾下計。表妹推介這間cafe的熱飲有卡通人物,賣相可愛。一來到,店員先在門口替我們消毒雙手和衣服,前前後後噴一次,令食客吃得放心。Smoked salmon and mentaiko risotto意大利飯用了明太子,帶微辣,有新鮮感。飯是剛熟的,沒有正宗的微生(我發現很多人都接受不了飯中心是生的),但未至於稔,都算不錯。煙三文魚是正常貨色。Asari Clams Linguine扁意粉煮得al dente。加了一條條菜和洋蔥,混左一起的口感有多重層次。蜆吃不到酒味,正正常常,不算清甜,用料一分錢一分貨,可以接受。沒有沙,基本功都做到。Grapefruit wings雞翼炸得一流,又脆又香。柚子蜜都幾襯。Sesame latte實物跟圖片一樣,一樣好看。芝麻和奶的比例幾好。雖然偏奶,但飲到最後兩啖,把沉底的芝麻拌勻再喝,是最正的兩啖。Hojicha latte比起芝麻,更喜歡焙茶。茶味很濃。食物算是不錯,服務態度有禮。雖然細細間店,但座位不會很逼。…Read More

食lunch.等左一個鐘主菜都未黎。餐廳一半都未坐滿,counter企左5個廚煮緊野,點解可以咁耐。終於都等到,得一份。都可以嘅。意粉口感唔錯,冇汁但有啖啖海水嘅鮮味。再等多15分鐘,其他終於黎。淨係影左一個。個蟹肉意粉賣相唔討好,但食落還好。呢個pesto唔係al dente咁簡單,係硬到痴牙。本來諗住算啦照食,但三個人都食唔落,於是向店員反映。店員叫左個廚黎,佢話換一隻麵比我地,會快啲。真係幾快,但個樣係咁嘅。自問都食過唔少意粉,咁嘅樣嘅真係未見過。點解可以濕到咁。雖然個意粉係正常,但Pesto完全冇調味,只有好重嘅basil, 重到有啲草青味。食左一半,都係放棄了。等到無聊期間,店員免費refill哂。我就叫左杯mocktail. 正常,冇乜特手。差得誇張。以後唔會再黎。…Read More
