冇睇食評,見到啲相幾靚,所以黎試下。

好遠,由中環搭的士去,加埋塞車,搞左差唔多半個鐘。12:30黎到,冇開門。明明訂左枱,於是敲門。突然開左門有個女士,佢話等一陣。等左一分鐘,佢再開門,戴左頂帽。

坐低之後,原來佢就係師傅。只有omakase, 兩張一模一樣嘅餐牌,只有價錢唔同。師傅話一個有海膽,一個冇海膽。㨂完佢就離開左去準備。有性格嘅廚師可能都係咁,唔鍾意應酬,唔吹水。

普通嘅沙律。

茶碗蒸幾好食喎。好多料。

跟住就開始食壽司。普通。最怪係要問師傅係咩壽司,食咁多次omakase,從未試過。

帆立貝壽司上面一pat XO醬,蓋過哂帆立貝嘅味,配搭古怪。唯一特別係湯葉壽司。簡單但唔錯。



$200都勉強過得去。

Just the otoro would worth the $200, let alone all the other sushi, seriously….
