又話一月限定無限時?

平時好少會幫襯呢類玩主題同改特別名嘅餐廳。因為餐廳係做飲食,啲野食ok其實唔使靠呢啲。今日見社交平台 廣告post 話無限時,就諗住試下。可惜嘅係再一次證明我嘅睇法係正確。食物方面,雖然A4和牛唔代表好味,因為都好睇隻牛係邊個場黎,不過望落同食落真係無食和牛嘅感動。另外,明明寫明一月無限時任食,星期一至星期日,入門口嗰陣同個職員我講幾個版本:1st:如果無人等位就無限時(咁咪即係有限囉)2nd:星期六日先有限時(今日星期三喎)3rd:你可以坐到十點半(咁即係有限時定無限時?)我六點入座,未到八點就叫我埋單,八點多少少就聽到個男職員(老嘅)老點啲後生嘅話「呢枱(我)八點要交枱咖喇,一陣仲有枱x位同x 位,你快啲去搞掂佢。」然後我後面嗰枱同我嘅情況同疑問係一樣,問職員乜唔係無限時咩?只係聽到個老嘅職員同啲後生嘅話:「你自己同人解釋番喇。」喇,啲牛唔似A4和牛都算啦,可能你地真係處理得差呢,A4都俾你地搞到變M4,好遠觀嘅,見你小店我都廢時同你計較。但你個圖written寫明任食無限時,入黎之前verbally都係話無限時,或者一定唔係八點交枱囉!如果老嘅男同事係Senior management,我建議你望下你marketing啲同事嘅 廣告先。如果佢只係扮Senior,啲大老闆就學下QA啦。食物同職工其實都要QA咖。我知你可能會話「寫明不能同時使用優惠」呢一招,但係現場嗰刻你都無 both visually and verbally 俾啲客知道你所謂嘅 「優惠」係乜。 我只係講我經歷係門口嗰位帶位一頭霧水,亦都無講清。我入去之前係話左要無限時優惠,到㨂餐時佢介紹某個餐有第二個人半價優惠,但都無講如果我㨂左第二位半價嘅餐會有咩後果(例如起碼都話我知,咁你就要兩個鐘交枱」。講真,你都無俾我㨂用正價食呢個唔值嘅餐就迫我兩個鐘埋單。前線職員唔清晰係好易理解,呢個年代呢個巿,你想請到咩質素嘅樓面?但老嘅職員無論係Senior樓面 or management grade,佢將個波射俾啲Junior而唔解釋清楚俾個職員同客,毫無擔帶,仲要係枱客(我)後面講 「想枱夠鐘咖喇」,基本尊重同禮儀都無。我不嬲唔鍾意鬧交,反正我都唔會再嚟。好老實,老闆同管理層如果係想用呢啲手段去賺一筆快錢,食物服務唔達標、廣告優惠同期望不付,轉頭就轉過個招牌轉個裝修,咁就唔好怨啲人點解唔喺香港消費。如果你有心做生意,就搞好啲樓面同踏實啲講清楚啲Plan啦。…Read More

外賣還好,堂食不了

上年疫情,因為成日叫外賣,亦都好鍾意叫麻辣野食,叫左好幾間,覺得荃灣麻辣風雲都幾好食同幾穩定,但我從來都無食過堂食。到最近先知原來係明星開⋯⋯所以我唔係因為支持邊個而食嘅,戴左頭盔先。最近旺角開左新店,諗住去試下啦,但真係好失望!主要係服務同管理問題令廚房無法正常發揮。首先,講吓安排坐位,疫情期間,如果環境許可,都盡量唔咁快坐埋一堆。當日我五點半至五點九入,未有好多客,但都等左陣先有人安排坐位。轉頭就有另一對客坐係我地隔離再隔離枱(二人枱),當初佢地唔想坐呢度,因為全餐廳都係枱,但侍應回覆就不太好,話「排好晒位」,可能多人卜啦另一對客人之後入座,今次係坐我地旁邊張枱,又係唔想坐我地隔離,然後回覆又係一樣。我真係想問,乜晚巿無一張booking係二人咩?你叫我地幾點交枱咪可以調過去囉⋯⋯大家睇埋下面就知佢地點解做唔到呢步。其次就係指示唔清楚。話用手機落單,但毛血旺同麻辣干鍋係剔紙仔,我一心諗住食干鍋,搵左勁耐個網都無,最後問個侍應(都等左五分鐘先有人),佢先講剔紙仔。第三係每張枱有嘅野都唔同。我隔離同再隔離枱係無嗰疊毛血旺/干鍋剔剔紙,而第一對鄰居客人見我地食干鍋但又唔知喺邊剔,結果係我拎疊紙同佢地講解(我唔係職員囉)。第四係每次入座講嘅野都唔一樣。其實我唔知食幾耐要交枱,我都係聽隔離再隔離枱先知原來有限時。所以更何況係講幾點交枱呢⋯⋯呢度引申左一個好嚴重嘅問題,就係最後卜左枱嘅人原來都要等!睇到最尾就知。第五係趕客式執枱。其實未夠鐘交枱咖,但已經趕住執野。呢個明顯管理有問題,呢度唔係茶餐廳喎,又未夠鐘⋯⋯我都叫得多野咖,仲叫左幾枝嚟酒(大啤)⋯⋯仲有成三四個字喎老友⋯⋯第六,人手嚴重不足。由無乜客嗰陣已經係無乜侍應,可能晚巿同事未番工啦,到超多客嗰陣就更難叫到人。食物方面,公道講,唔忙嗰陣煮出黎嘅野食係ok嘅,外賣都ok嘅(講緊荃灣嗰間,呢間未試過外賣)。個鍋下面有個細火烘住,不過好快就無火,無乜用。建議可以大火少少或者持久少少。出去埋單嗰陣,有個客入黎問幾時有位。嗰陣大概七點三,佢卜七點(總之係十五分鐘未有枱),但個侍應回覆嘅節錄:「我知你卜左枱呀,但你對上個客未走我點俾枱你呀」(聽到我嚇一嚇望過去,我知你忙,圓滑啲更好啦)「但我地卜左枱咖喎!」(呢句又真喎,卜枱嘅意義⋯⋯)「我一有枱就俾你啦靚女!」(可能知自己第一句串左啲,補句靚女)難得疫情生意好,係值得感恩!加油!但我覺得如果卜左枱都要等,你一係一開始明卜左枱都要等,一係你就講明俾上一枱客幾點前交枱(再預少少buffer俾自己執枱同個客遲還枱)。但根據我觀察,連坐幾分鐘都無話我知,管理層應該無叻到睇埋邊張枱要幾點還枱呢啲野(但佢又話排好晒啲位唔俾人轉枱)總結,野食正常發揮時係好食嘅,所以叫外賣就可以避免客服因素引申不必要嘅誤解…Read More

好耐無試過咁盡興!約左一大班朋友出黎,諗住搵間清酒放題,飲酒概人可以飲酒,唔飲酒嘅人就食野,一齊吹水但睇左幾間,一係啲清酒太流無乜款,一係就要全部人都飲酒,一係就限時,一係就只得串燒食,一係就野食麻麻⋯⋯結果我搵到呢間 叫酒之和 嘅清酒店,佢又開左個清酒放題,仲要有日本師傅!而且又有刺身壽司,又有炸物天婦羅,煮物鍋物食事又有,一直都好想試下,但網上真係出奇地無乜資料,所以考慮同討論左好耐,最後都係決定試下!環境方面,店舖唔係好大,長方型舖位,不過坐得闊落,而且人座無限時,very good服務方面係非常之好!佢地好友善,會用心講解,特別係介紹清酒方面,見你唔識都會問下你鍾意咩口味,然後介紹番:)我覺得佢地比同區另一間更慷慨,因為呢度係由得我地自己浸,但同區某間會限住你一個人只可以拎住一個細清酒樽去添,仲要只可叫職員添酒,所以如果真係唔識㨂酒嘅,要主動出聲,否則職員佢地見你識自己㨂酒,佢地就會俾番啲空間你自己添酒,唔會干預你咖喇適當地留番啲空間俾客人自己探索都係一種藝術黎嘅講番清酒放題,呢度清酒放題係逐位計,我地一行人五個得三個飲,佢就只計三個,首一小時180,之後每15分鐘25蚊,加到三個鐘就唔會再加。簡單講,即係380 蚊全晚任飲。飲得嘅朋友,可以早少少黎就最抵但如果唔想再繼續飲,記得要同侍應哥哥講停鐘。不過講真,只會愈飲愈多食物方面,首推刺身,無得輸!勁肥美!我地叫左中拖羅同 刺身盛合,本身唔夠分,侍應話可以 跟人頭tailor made 加番件數同價錢中拖羅入口即溶,勁肥美刺身盛合(大)有七種包海膽。我平時唔係好識享受海膽但都覺得好好食海膽魷魚當下酒物,都ok第二推薦係自家製雞肉棒我成日講,要知間餐廳功力同有無心,叫雞肉棒就知。一定要自家製,因為現成貨係無口感可言。一條好嘅雞肉棒,雞肉同雞軟骨嘅比例要好好,佢地嘅免治度又要適中,食落去先有咬口,再作適合調味醃製。其次就係隻蛋,求其打隻蛋俾你,定係用蛋味重嘅日本蛋黃。 呢度既雞肉棒,調味適中,唔會太鹹太淡,有咬口,雞蛋黃偏橙,蛋味濃厚炸物就中規中矩無話炸超特別。天婦羅蝦隻蝦都有蝦味嘅,但個粉對我黎講就有啲厚,我麻麻地。第三樣必食係呢個鯛魚飯但要煮好耐,所以要記得早落單,因為真係要時間煲。飯超重魚香味,而且職員會幫手起肉分碗仔,雖然唔係港式煲仔飯,如果有飯焦就好了打後嘅下酒小食都係中規中矩,無話好令人喜出望外,好食但無深刻印象。辣味增配青瓜,師傅刀功好,不過就好快食完。烤雞泡魚干個量如果可以多少少會開心啲炸櫻花蝦都幾好,只傻比較難分幾件share一口芝士多幾件就更好啦讚完之後,都講下啲可以改善嘅野啦:)個人建議book枱最好打電話,我用WhatsApp效果唔係太好,單tick左差唔多一日轉用fb messenger 就隔一至三個鐘會覆。所以打電話會安全啲,如果msger就要早好多會穩陣啲總結,清酒放題加食野,正…Read More

之前去旺角嗰間比較多,第一次去銅鑼灣呢間,感覺銅鑼灣呢間比旺角嗰間正好多!雖然酒就基本上一樣,但環境、食物同服務就真係完勝!飲第一杯,叫左個炸午餐肉送酒。同其他店舖嘅炸午餐肉唔同,佢地用左吉列嘅做法,加上mustard,好邪惡但好惹味好啱送酒一份小食兩個人食,最多只係送到一杯酒。飲第二杯就叫左個洋蔥圈試下。佢地個洋蔥圈外型好震撼厚切仲要一隻唔止一層個脆醬係好食嘅,所以唔使點醬都得(其實都無俾醬)。但因為太巨型唔係bitesize,又因為太脆,一口咬唔晒就甩皮甩骨有啲狼狽。如果佢用細洋蔥又bite size啲會更好酒方面,佢地嘅手功啤主要來自世界各地加香港,無得輸,無貨就會轉另一隻,所以都介紹唔到邊隻打邊隻。大家唔知自己鍾意飲乜可以叫佢地介紹下,甚至可以叫佢俾你試左先都得(不過我就鍾意直接叫一杯飲多啲)。…Read More

黑布街、染布房街同太平道一向都係旺角喺地舖嘅酒吧集中地,而個人一向覺得黑布同染布房一帶比較多元化,除左酒吧之外亦有好多咖啡小店同食店等等。 我一向都好鍾意去掌門手功啤飲野,之前只有尖沙咀唔係太就腳,中環就更加係未幫襯過(已結業)。今次過掌門終於進駐旺角染布房街呢一步我覺得十分理想,對佢地同對成條街既酒吧文化都有良好既影響。舖位好易搵,就係旺角東站行落亞皆老街條橋一落就望到,喺Madhouse隔離。其實佢地嘅食物我都好喜歡,特別推介嘅有鹽酥雞、炸牛腩、台式腸。如果要對比,雖然餐牌一樣,但我覺得尖沙咀店嘅食物質素稍勝一籌。手功啤方面好個人化,佢地嘅餐牌同一般店唔同,提供頗多有關啤酒的資料,除左啤酒類型(IPA、Pale Ale、Stout、etc)同酒精度以外,仲有提供文字簡述同國際苦度值,店員都對啤酒有一定認識,亦非常友善,所以大家無飲開都唔使怕。容量方面主要提供330ml、500ml。雖然寫係有2L,但我未見過有人叫。如果你無飲開,可以叫一set六款 platter 都得。除左手功啤,其實佢地都有少少cocktail㨂,不過我就無飲過。。。個人覺得去得掌門就飲番啤酒會合適啲。掌門加入左之後,全條街真係生色不少,手功啤酒吧有黑布街嘅Tap、Cheers、門角、Wolf,染布房街嘅Madhouse同掌門(my favorite),各間賣嘅都有分別,各間店都有自己特色,百花齊放…Read More

㨂西餐向來唔係我強項,因為我會想自己煮多過出去俾人呃。不過我今日同啲同事去慶祝,我就揀咗呢間喺旺角嘅西餐,最主要原因係因為佢哋有熟成牛扒選擇。叫咗兩個頭盤,食物質素不錯,分量方面可以多一點。熟成牛扒方面,肉味的確比一般處理方式濃郁,個人覺得價錢尚可接受,始終熟成牛扒需要時間和心機去處理食材。至於牛扒的質量和價錢是否合理,大家應根據自己要求自行判斷。飲品方面,我們㨂了一支moscato ,還各自叫了一些啤酒和cocktail。個人覺得餐廳的弱點在雞尾酒和啤酒,侍應未能清楚提供手工啤酒的特點,而雞尾酒的調配方面, Long Island ice tea 的酸度不足, 令tequila的味道相對較突出,不是太平衡。而Mojito都的敗北在於把薄荷葉攪碎了,而且甜度過高,未能達至合適的甜酸度。服務方面,侍應非常貼心,亦會適當地跟食客聊天。個人覺得,跟客人聊天之餘,如果在點餐時可以提供食物和飲品的資料和介紹及推介,會更加理想。例如,熟成牛扒跟一般牛扒處理方式及味道的分別,幾種手工啤酒的特質等等。…Read More

喺旺角太子飲cocktail,有兩間我都會去,一間喺黑布街,另一間一定係太子channel。兩間style唔同,各有千秋。Channel係一間少有地兼顧到飲品同食物嘅餐廳。不過今日我主力都係飲酒為主。通常黎到我都係飲杯啤酒先,熱下身同解下渴。佢地有一系列獨有嘅cocktail,忌廉溝鮮奶係其中一款幾特別嘅cocktail,味道同忌廉溝鮮奶極似。有興趣可以試埋波子汽水同益力多。另外叫左杯off menu的 Classic cocktail Negroni。留意番,off menu野意思係menu無,雖然negronic唔係咩特色cocktail,不過offmenu 野係會貴少少。個人覺得好飲,whisky同艾苦酒味道平衡,聞落有橙香,飲落有橙皮的苦澀,帶點回甘。Alexander 以 可可、gin同奶為主,甜味為主,少女岩飲。叫多杯god father。god father成份為whisky + amaretto 。個人雖然鍾意whisky,但amaretto 本身太甜,唔係我杯茶最後叫左杯Star War。唔知佢成份原來有薄荷,幾清新。Look for star就傾向酸味重啲。值得一提係,三點至六點可以加十蚊叫指定野食,有餡餅、薯條、洋蔥圈、牛仔腸選擇。…Read More
