非常幸運的事情,到步後拜託酒店幫我們預訂這間米芝蓮三星餐廳。酒店當時也說一般最少要兩星期前預定但即管試試。食神降臨,他們剛好今天有位,二話不說即刻確認!一去到即刻有親切的廣東話招待,前台帶領我們去到39樓之後再轉𨋢,一出𨋢門聽到悅耳的琴師演奏。到達後先看到澳門全景,介紹一輪之後即刻送上一個鹹小點。前菜魚子醬帝王蟹搭伴海鮮凍 - 經典菜式, 現在還能想起當時的鮮味。煙燻鴨肝馬鈴薯沙律伴黑松露 - 配搭恰到好處酸酸的醬汁再配上黑松露後勁的香味,非常細緻的配搭。法國布雷斯雞伴時令蔬菜及黑松露(兩位用需時60分鐘) - 廚師會在法國的走地雞選擇最好食的部位上碟, 雞胸肉肉質充滿彈性而不失滑溜, 肉質夾雜淡淡的松露香味,尤其讚賞伴碟的鴨肝醬汁,蔬菜也鮮甜無比。伴碟的薯蓉口感滑流,而且雞湯可以無限添飲, 不過實在太豐富冇辦法再多食。能夠點半之紅酒實在太好因為不用飲太多最後在甜品車上選擇你喜歡的小甜點最最後還有一個小驚喜多謝餐廳細心貼心的服務,令我們這個意外的米芝蓮三星之旅畫上完美的句號。之後麵包車介紹一番,麵包正常,食唔曬的還問你要不要打包。Merci pour cette expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle.…Read More

為了確保攞到一張比較好view桌子,前一個月就向餐廳訂位。用餐前一天收到電話,詢問想不想嘗試佢哋出名嘅叉燒,對話中我問了一些問題,對方很有禮貌同耐心地去找答案,值得讚賞。入到餐廳 first impression 就有一種中西合壁豪華嘅裝修,有足夠活動空間。食物方面,帶有一點酸甜入口夠滑嘅「鵪鶉髀」真喺名副其實嘅開胃菜, 食完好開胃。毫無疑問,個「蜜汁西班牙黑豚肉叉燒」水準係一流。暖暖的外脆內軟,重有好香嘅蜜糖味,必食菜。但要提早預訂。食中餐,都要食番啲傳統菜,湯/羹也要搵度個平行點,不可以太酸也要足夠酸度,呢度絕對做到。「魚湯帶子菠菜羹」足料好味。啖啖菠菜,啖啖帶子,超滿足。跟住係「三文魚子露筍煎帶子」,特別嘅醬汁醬將帶子海鮮味提升嘅同時可以掩蓋到腥味,夠微妙。「沙爹磨菇炒鴨肉」好味, 但係相對其他菜色比較冇咁驚喜。呢餐特別想飲紅酒所以就試咗呢個Burgundy嘅pinot noir。Pair得唔錯,酸性將鴨嘅味道發揮得更盡致,幾滿意自已嘅選擇。個人認為甜品喺中菜嘅弱點,但依然非常衷心多謝個甜品surprise。As expected,有高水準跟食客溝通,提高整個用餐體驗。In conclusion,今次一嘗高級中餐,喺一個難忘的體驗。…Read More

Having visited the Kowloon Elements version last year, I do have some references and expectations from this one.I start from the environment with this seaview and car free area that are definitely a plus.The food itself is fairly ok for a restaurant of that level of pricing. The tagliatelle is appropriately cooked and the truffle is at the right quantity that makes its taste felt and at the same time, not too strong to cover the taste of the sauce.I liked the fish croquette that is crispy outside and soft inside.
