約咗朋友喺長沙灣等,朋友見到呢間餐廳幾得意就幫手攞埋位,呢間朱敏記我之前食過土瓜灣分店,印象中佢個胡椒豬肚湯係幾足料,所以都想試吓呢間新開嘅分店。weekday 6pm啱啱開始晚市,其本上人流唔多,侍應都係一貫嘅服務態度,好多嘢都要問兩三個先有人應。蒜蓉蒸蠔仔:賣相先扣一份,又浸滿油咁,個菜式嘅presentation真係要搞搞佢,啲蠔仔好細粒,基本上幾啖下肚就冇晒啲蠔仔,而且因為落得太多蒜蓉嘅關係,成碟嘢只有蒜頭味,完全蓋過蠔仔本身僅有嘅鮮甜味道,可以話係本末倒置,調味掩蓋咗食物本身嘅味道蒜蓉蒸吊桶:俾足8件排到靚靚都好有心意,但啲吊桶好靭,同埋即使落咗蒜蓉都掩蓋唔到吊筒嗰陣腥味豆豉鯪魚油麥菜:最後叫咗個油麥菜,呢度菜理應係家常小炒,似最穩陣嘅菜式,但唔知係落鹽定其他調味料重手,我覺得鹹得滯,而且油膩感重,食咗3份1到就要放棄就係啱啱先上返OpenRice諗住打個食評,點知原來已經係負評如潮,早知睇咗OpenRice先,叫我朋友即刻轉餐廳,唔使嘥咗個胃…Read More

路過土瓜灣站睇吓附近有咩嘢食,見到家樂冰廳喺度開咗分店,心諗正,之前係荃灣家樂冰廳嘅忠實fans,見依家唔使排隊就入去食下。夜晚7點嚟到,餐牌上面五成嘅嘢都冇晒,叫乜冇乜,諗住都仲可以食到佢signature嘅巨型火腿奄列,嚟到一切開舊奄列,心諗:「火腿呢?」再切開第二邊睇,見到幾條可憐嘅火腿喺入面,唔係呀嘛,俾$35食一堆熟到乾炒蛋,咁我做乜要特登叫呢個奄列唧?其他嘢食都係好普通茶記感覺,叫咗個滷水雞翼又咸又乾,$100 per head真心好唔抵,仲要啲職員同附近餐廳嘅員工係咁影相,搞到我哋食到好尷尬….如果開分店又管理唔到個質素嘅話,真係寧願唔好開分店,下次都係去返荃灣算。…Read More

Weekend出去太子訂蛋糕行咗半日街,成日除咗早餐就未食過嘢,咁啱就搵到間任飲任食嘅火鍋店,啱曬我呢個邊爐狂熱份子!平時任飲任食嘅餐廳俾我嘅感覺好雜亂無章,但係一嚟到餐廳,wa! 裝修好靚、好整齊同埋... 感覺好乾淨!主要係海鮮火鍋同埋藥膳火鍋任食揀,包咗指定湯底同指定食物,之後再加嘢食就可以係個tablet度點。研究完一輪之後,好似藥膳火鍋嘅湯底正啲,所以就揀咗呢個package,藥膳火鍋有三種湯底揀,花膠螺頭、韓式、姫蟲茸,驟眼睇花膠螺頭藥膳雞鍋好似好補身,所以就揀咗呢個火鍋湯底用一個好巨型兩層嘅木桶裝住,話說個桶係用杉木做,內膽嗰個木桶有幾個窿,底下放左幾粒熱石,個店員話咁樣嘅設計可以過濾啲湯底,啲湯可以清啲喎,雖然唔係好明個原理,但係個湯底真心好足料,有原隻雞同埋好多藥材(杞子、紅棗、人蔘...)係入面,我哋首先試咗個湯(真係舀啲喺個窿度流出嚟嘅湯),超級清甜同埋好滑,夠晒滋陰養顏,藥材味唔會喧賓奪主,真心正!醬料唔算多選擇,不過有齊我鍾意嘅:去到指定餐點,有12樣嘢,每樣細細舊,可以咩都試啲,最鍾意係佢啲手工餃子,特別係芫荽餃,如果有多幾隻就好嗱!另外一個指定餐點就係三揀一嘅肉類,揀咗手切安格斯牛頸脊,口感腍滑、雪花細緻,而且牛肉香味好突出!之後再encore左即炸響鈴,又大件又脆好鍾意佢全部人都細細份,唔使一款食物就質爆個肚最後加個出前一丁,有樣好貼心嘅嘢,就係俾埋個「撈」俾我哋,等我哋整個面嘅時候唔使散晒,正!…Read More

Weekend返青衣老家,順手去青衣城B牌子舖頭買啲衫,咁啱落電梯走嗰陣見到1樓開咗間勁靚嘅新餐廳,主打韓式放題,好似好抵食,就決定食埋先返屋企先!呢間餐廳嘅玩法係一個價錢包晒啲基本食物,身為窮等人家,雖然見點餐紙唔駛額外付費嘅食物唔算多,都係揀咗最basic嗰隻先。火煱湯底呢,我哋二人就可以揀一個鍋,人蔘雞同部隊鍋二揀一。見隔離幾枱都食人蔘雞,羊群心態...照跟!好快就上咗個鍋,嘩,遠處已經聞到超濃嘅藥膳同人蔘香味,仲有原隻釀入咗糯米嘅雞,都好重本下最緊要係湯底好清,唔會因為咁大隻雞喺度搞到勁多油。未開始火鍋,試咗一啖,好正!去到出面夾嘢食嘅section,先知仲有好多嘢食可以任夾,可以睇下個盛況由於po相數量有限制,用文字表達- 食物分咗幾個主要區域:火煱配料區 (蔬菜、瓜類、年糕等)熟食區 (韓式雞翼、海鮮煎餅、炸物、湯等)石鍋飯區 (基本上石鍋飯有嘅配料都有齊晒,仲有埋雜錦海鮮同三款煮好咗嘅燒肉)部隊錯鍋區(好多丸、腸仔、餃子、魷魚、蜆、海帶等)甜品 (朱古力fondue、棉花糖機、幾款jar dessert、生果、仙草、芋圓等)兩大至愛火鍋配料:羽衣甘藍好新鮮,用嚟恰下恰下都keep到好脆;而豆腐卜食落好有豆味,感覺唔油膩。好貼心嘅湯水,夠足料、唔似落味精,可以潤一潤(平時冇乜湯水落肚,飲足三碗!)全場最熱氣都應該係呢個,不過新鮮炸出嚟嗰陣真係好好食,個粉又夠薄,不過放一陣就好快淋㗎啦另外仲有勁多醬汁同配料,單單for炸雞嘅醬汁已經有六款,個人尤其喜愛韓式士多啤梨辣醬,甜甜地加士多啤梨嘅香味;柚子醬係second favourite,清香甘甜,配炸雞一流!溫泉蛋時間掌握得好好,好鍾意除咗個黃之外仲有少少蛋白都仲係流心,就咁打落個碗,落兩滴豉油,sh一聲就呑落肚去到甜品時間,自己拎咗個tiramisu再加幾粒藍莓同士多啤梨,個tiramisu層次都幾豐富,唔會勁甜,帶少少espresso嘅甘澀,如果啲酒味就仲正以呢個價錢嚟講,環境又好,又多嘢食揀,都幾抵玩…Read More

高鐵開幕對我嚟講冇乜感覺,不過迎來嘅好消息,就係開咗好多食肆,其中包括咗添好運喺高鐵站行去添好運,要經過一條專用電梯,一上就係reception。星期六晚巿以為會超多人等位,但基本上攞飛等5分鐘到就有位。餐廳佔地都幾大,食客以本地人為主。點餐紙,同其他分店一樣,一眼睇曬,款式比其他分店少(例如尖椒、春卷都冇)價錢方面,可能位置問題,價錢比其他分店貴一至兩成酥皮焗叉燒包:添好運嘅焗叉燒包真係特別好食,每次嚟都一定叫呢個「鎮店之寶」,外層麵包我皮又薄又鬆脆,叉燒餡好飽滿,最緊要係新鮮整好,仲係熱辣辣陳皮牛肉球:(要咗加量喼汁所以睇落好深色)牛肉球食落質感好軟熟,帶一點點陳皮同香茅嘅清香蜜味叉燒腸:正,好重芫荽香味,腸粉皮夠薄,不過有點過咗火,少咗滑溜嘅質感。家鄉咸水角:一上枱就知出曬事,見到隻碟有好多灰黑色嘅水滴!!!啲水點咁明顯,點解上菜嗰位睇唔到嘅食嗰陣個心都仲係有啲唔安樂,反正味道唔太特別,外皮有點厚,餡料幾新鮮但份量偏少,食一啖就放棄了。埋單兩位$123,以食物質素嚟講,雖然比其他分店貴咗啲,但價錢都仲係幾親民,不過衛生就一定要改善啦!…Read More

唔知係唔係有一排冇去奧海城,原來一樓Bene個舖位已經換咗新餐廳,叫「Mad for Garlic」,我聽過銅鑼灣times square嘅呢間餐廳都幾受歡迎,既然咁啱唔駛等位,又未食過韓式西餐,就不如就入去試試🤔兩個人望住個menu諗咗好耐都唔知試邊樣好,最後決定有圖有真相,望住menu邊樣嘢睇落ok就叫邊樣 菠菜野菌雞肉韓風意大利飯平時食嘅意大利飯通常都會落好多芝士,同埋米粒比較硬身。但呢度嘅做法有少少唔同,側重食材本身的味道,唔落咁多芝士所以食落冇咁漏,而米粒偏向軟稔但幾有咬口,唔錯。熱板烤香草肉眼又到最期待嘅牛扒時間!今日想食肉眼扒,揀咗medium rare,肉質幾嫩、夠juicy,有埋黑醋汁同香草鹽可以點(我比較喜歡香草鹽),另值得一讚,用熱板上有樣好處,係可以keep住塊扒嘅溫度,又唔會好似鐵板咁heat到熟晒。其實另外仲想試下啲勁蒜嘅菜式,不過最衰太多選擇未揀中,唯有下次啦!…Read More

假期將至本身打算過中環食飯,最後還是遲收工,所以在公司附近找吃罷了。在太子集團中心芸芸的燈牌中,就是SHINE最吸引我的眼球(可能因為本人是shine的粉絲吧),二話不說就直上6樓。睇一睇menu,咦!唔貴喎!好有衝動即刻order😍😍不過我實在太餓了,而且有另一個主菜實在太吸睛了,下次早點來應該會前菜宴都大滿足☺前菜先黎一個黃金蟹餅配波蘿沙沙,煎炸食物配酸酸的波蘿一定係prefect match。不過上餐之後,一切開蟹餅,原來佢個皮係好薄好薄,首先最基本一定唔會成口炸粉先!先試蟹肉,完全無腥味,入口都無任何蟹殻碎,一定食得好放心。再點一下波蘿再食,即刻將鮮味再引左出黎,一點點既酸味果然同海鮮好夾。個人而言建議不需要加太多檸檬汁,因為唔算好炸,太酸反而好奇怪。跟住一定一定一定要分享就係呢度既王牌:極黑海膽意粉,無論任何對海膽沒太大興趣的人,你都會愛上這個意粉!先講海膽,海膽份量不少,接近平日半板份量。味道上非常鮮甜,海水味會令你感覺到那是新鮮。口感絕對不會軟巴巴的,有質感之餘,還非常滑溜。至於墨汁,除了已經加在意粉中一起料理的,還有一小管額外的墨汁,喜歡墨汁的人(我)即時心心眼😍把墨魚汁、海膽及三文魚籽三種海鮮食材同時放入口中,亦可以清楚分辨出不同味道,同時又沒有互相影響或任何腥味,我相信這個極黑海膽意粉絕對是這裡的最出色的一道菜,沒有之一。總結一下,Shine的性價比不錯,海膽意粉更是不能不試,回頭率達90%…Read More
