食咗幾次禾川,今次先記得影相寫返個食評。幾次試咗唔同嘢,都覺得水準之上,所以值得一寫。今次叫咗呢個大切魚生丼。平時叫呢啲丼,總是覺得大切的魚生種類唔夠多。或者未係自己心水既魚生。但估唔到禾川呢間既大切,又意外地好。眼見有三文魚,玉子、吞拿魚之外。還有劍魚、蟹籽。想不到連蟹肉碎、蝦也有在內。種類多到,眼看也有七八款之多吧?份量很足,誠意之作。此外,還點了一小盤的壽司。當中有如下:腐皮壽司、油甘魚壽司、香蔥三文魚蓉軍艦等。這的壽司,魚生部份都比一般的壽司店厚切,這是值得一讚的地方。而這裡還有一些特別的壽司。例如個香蔥三文魚蓉軍艦咁,出面就好少見。…Read More

吃台灣菜怎能少得花枝丸,今天跟朋友去了位於海港城,坐擁無敵海景的台灣過江龍翰林茶館。抵達的時候眼見很多食客,幸好只排了15分鍾左右。我們叫了椒鹽花枝丸,巷口蔥餅,日式炸醬拌麵及紅燒牛腩茶麵; 飲品則叫了鮮奶烏龍茶及香港限定冷泡茶-草莓果粒紅茶。由於太肚餓的關係,忘了拍下主菜圖片… …主菜炸醬拌麵十分開胃, 紅燒牛腩茶麵亦十分足料,牛腩軟腍味濃,絕對值得一提的是這裡所使用的茶麵,聽說是以茶入麵,絕非坊間一般上都以茶味粉調味,只在麵條的表面塗上,也難怪這裡的茶麵條,每一口都夾帶優優的茶香餘味。地道台灣小食椒鹽花枝丸非常好吃,口感彈牙,花枝香味充斥味蕾; 巷口蔥餅則十分香口,鬆脆軟韌皆恰到好處~ 總括而言,我和友人對這餐飯非常滿意,這間餐館食物水準不錯,侍應也有禮貌,服務不錯,環境也挺舒適,未吃過的不妨一試…Read More

同朋友仔試新野,5個人去吃。簡樸的裝修,有種懷舊的親切感~叫左幾個粉 + 一些小食。值得推介的是 : 1) 炸蝦蛋,有花生碎粒 + 特色的泰國甜酸醬。口感似蝦餅,彈牙,好味。2) 泰式雞搥,望落是平平無其的雞搥。原來味道十分出色。香脆的外皮 + 嫩滑的雞肉, 很 juice.3) 炸雞皮,都是第一次食,比想像中不油膩,很香口。要襯熱食,如果唔係就會唔夠脆啊。4) 牛肉船麵,湯底味香濃,帶有少許藥材味。配上九層塔 + 細切的通茶/洋蔥配料。牛腩嫩滑, 河粉比一般的粗塊,都幾特別。個人十分喜歡吖 ! 其他的,泰式酸甜無骨鳳爪, 不算特別。粉紅湯粉, 是帶有少許南乳味,甜甜的。個人略嫌豬紅,魚蛋配菜沒太多味道,其他的都OK。冬陰乾撈,期待的冬陰公味不太突出。是甜酸味的, 有點像青檸似的。個人還時比較喜歡重口味^_^還好有隻流心雞蛋。…Read More

在銅鑼灣附近出差,午餐當然也選擇在這附近探索,上網查看,原來附近有一間裝潢獨特的餐廳,於是便決定前往試試。餐廳位於銅鑼灣霎東街Oliv 4樓,5尺高的樓底砌上鋼骨的城堡,一眼望去有點震懾心神的感覺,心中默念:哇,好有氣派~法式海鮮濃湯Bisque,簡稱蝦湯,傳統泡制,選用虎蝦、甘蝦等甜蝦,新鮮熬煮4個小時,鮮味濃郁芳香,每一口都充斥著濃濃的鮮蝦味,十分突出。喜愛素食的朋友絕對不容錯過Green Mac’ n Cheese,選用意大利青醬(pesto sauce)烹調的直通粉,充滿特殊香味,青醬內的九層塔、蒜泥、橄欖油等味道獨特,再加上冬菇及芝士香濃滋味陪襯,簡直令人停不了口。值得一提的是隨碟還附上一片師傅特製的薄片芝士脆餅,想要增加芝士所帶來的濃郁口感,建議不妨吃一口直通粉呷一口脆口芝士脆餅,那令人意想不到的味蕾刺激,肯定能輕易的俘虜芝士迷!…Read More

又在一次來到荔枝角,這次是陪同事前來辦事,適逢午餐時間,理所當然的,也就就地找間餐廳解決。餐廳名字是翠豪園,店內相當擴大,只是略顯得有點殘舊。XO醬肥牛炒公仔麵,一看外表已做好最壞的打算,一試之下的確讓人極之失望,公仔麵過軟,粘綿的口感吃得好牽強,肥牛更是失敗之作,乾硬難嚼,沒有丁點牛肉味,反倒油花味極濃。此餐廳也順理成章的成為了可一不可再的名單上一員,很抱歉,只此一次已足夠矣…Read More
