負責帶位及埋單那一位身形略胖的男服務員完全不知服務員應有的態度,其他女服務員做得有多好都補償不了!可惜!可惜!訂位時間是18:15,朋友18:14取枱,訂位寫明120分鐘。他19:29通知我們last order,然後沒有請示便幫我埋單,我未叫埋單便埋單,相信沒有客人會理會,至少我沒有。我19:57叫埋單,他便走來說:「出面已有人到了,請儘快埋單!」我心感愕然,不是已叫埋單,說這些是甚麼意思?我便明確指出我訂位時間是18:15,着他去查看,他竟回覆:「是嗎?咁我可以由18:15計返你2個鐘。」我心諗:「我已叫埋單了,你想我因為你計錯時間,態度惡劣,全心趕客,做錯事後沒有任何歉意下,需要你施捨給我留多15分鐘見到你,還要向你道謝嗎?」如果餐廳老闆請他的目的是要趕走客人,他克盡本分了。希望大家不會遇到我這不快的經歷。…Read More
