今晚帶老媽子試試依間隱世米線,試了最有名氣的黃酒雞米線,湯底的確係好,清澈食落唔口乾,有小小黃酒香,料頭有中大量杞子,紅棗,小許薑,依碗野相信係女仕欣物,秋冬食佢亦係暖胃既好選擇,雞件充足起碼有10件,我自己再加了菜與豬紅,豬血亦入味,夠身,米線煮得剛好,小小爽身但足夠霖,我幾乎飲左2/3碗湯,真心正,另叫了杯凍奶茶,出奇地又唔錯,未至於老茶記水準,但我已經覺得比好多連鎖垃圾快餐店好得多,應該會經常再來…Read More

今天專誠去深水埗試食依間蕃茄麵,網上評論一片讚美,天上有地下無一般, 就去試試佢, 叫左兩碗,炒蛋牛麵冇咩好討論好普通,當佢常餐還可以, 試食78蚊得6舊牛肉的牛牛麵,我感想一句講,蕃茄湯,牛肉, 牛骨湯底,完全分三開件事完全無全何關係的,其實同車仔麵一樣分開煮完擺埋一齊,做日式拉麵style既店鋪來講已經係失敗。 🤦‍♂️牛面肉,質地軟稔有點彈,還可以,但無味的, 崩沙腩亦係無味的。我寧願去食清湯腩好食過佢百倍拉麵超市5蚊一個,唔知其他人吹咁大為乜湯底,號稱真蕃茄湯,但老實將老媽子個蕃茄薯仔湯拎去做湯底都可能好過佢, 淡而無味,兩片蕃茄切開就擺落去完全無處理過,係凍既wtf其他人點講我無辦法理,但依個價錢$78一碗係深水埗已經算貴, 食物質素普通到暈,依度100個讚好足以證明識marketing重要過煮野食,絕無下次…Read More
