是日薯片妹要去飲香港仔飲,咁就提前—個落車,事關舅舅話呢間店嘅炸雞脾沙律好正,又抵食,所以特意前來由於前赴喜宴,所以都唔敢食太多野就係咁咦叫咗個炸雞脾沙律餐,跟凍0茶。時間17:45,上枱時間等咗六分鐘左右,算幾快喎。碟野上枱時已見雞脾有血水滲出,心諗算啦,淨係食熟架啦,先食沙律吧。沙律:算係可以啦,有好多好夠腍嘅薯仔,小量罐頭雜果,夠凍,而雞脾夠大隻,雖然已改,但仍然只有七成熟,而且越滲越多血水,所以只好翻炸……,在"再次"等食期間,伙計已在收鋪,重落埋三份—閘,咁係咪即係趕客走呢?原來店收18:00,但客人仍在呢,如果 貴店隻脾炸得夠熟,薯片妹—早就食晒就走啦!重要比人趕!:(講翻隻脾:翻炸後好乾,幸好翻炸後有補准盐,(雖然唔夠味),否則必定大扣味道嘅分數,凍O茶就普通啦,唔算好亦唔係差。但少見老板&員工咁上下—心趕收工嘅,值得—讚囉:…Read More

星期三晏晝,薯片妹行完葵廣買完衫換季,餓餓地就走落去球場果面睇下有乜好野食,有間好搶眼大紅招牌既車仔麵,門面咁靚,又話有大地魚湯底,就走入去試下啦!店店內環境似茶餐廳格局,當時三時半左右,連本人在內只有三個客人,奇怪,這可是下午茶時間呀?一坐低,就發現枱面有殘漬,可能係伙計無抹乾淨卦........睇黎衛生情況真係要改善下!薯片妹點左豬腸,蘿蔔,,豬手,生麵等左一陣就黎喇!急不及待放入口,生麵應該係爽口彈牙,但腍到只食左兩口,而大地魚清湯,顏色清徹,試一口就感覺到有好濃重既味精,而且偏咸,但一D都食唔出有大地魚味,可惜!!!!!!蘿蔔一口咬落去,不腍不透帶白蕊,而且有渣,更沒有清甜的味道,相反倒是有一點苦,好唔掂呀!期間發現上漏豬腸,結果唔補好過補,豬腸肥膏含量高,口感霉爛而且唔夠熱只係微暖,一入口即傳黎怪異味,薯片妹即刻夾走,食左一舊之後,即使唔再食口中仍帶有濃烈既「餘香」講到甚麼擒拿豬手,炆得唔夠入味,帶有濃重雪味,硬到要用手才能撕開,難道擒拿手係指食豬手既客人?再咬一口,好肉酸呀!!!!!舊豬手有毛既,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,睇黎只不過係過份吹噓黎吸引客人吧,但畢竟只係十二蚊既小食,價錢都算同味道成正比囉!!!!最後就試門口寫住既「風雷辣椒油」,本人以為食落去真係會讓我口中風雷交加翻雲覆雨,結果不辣反而得個咸字,說真的,可以當油浸咸魚碎來送飯!咸算了我能忍,辣呢?說真的丁點兒辣都無辣,而招紙印住遵古承傳字眼,個人感覺係過份吹噓吧!:(難道古法辣椒油係咸而不辣?總結:如果係見到門口寫住既招牌,而想入內一嚐,薯片妹覺得真係要停一停,諗一諗喇…Read More

大食七 冬至同一家人過黎而間新店食晚飯,之前都試過上一手叫海王既,叫左隻燒鵝同幾個小菜,隻燒好香好夠味上台個時仲熱証明好新鮮值得一讚比上一手好味,小菜方面味道可以接收,但份量好小,多返小小會低食d,整體都okp.s燒鵝值得一試

由於本人嘅公司毎月都要拜神兩次&過時過節都要買燒味,而本人正好係買手所以就揀呢度……叉燒,香甜軟諗,特別係個蜜汁,餸飯—絶燒肉,皮脆肉厚,肉汁多而軟腍,而且燒肉塊皮經多個小時仍能保持香脆,每次光顧都會買兩至三條骨,約$120左右啦,毎次都會同燒味師傅講拜神嘅,佢哋都會自動撘送小量豬利或紅腸,意頭嘛:)但經過今次事件,本人絶對絕對唔會再次幫襯呢度嘅燒味部……呢日本人如常約下午五點左右去買燒肉拜神,點知呢位身裁較為矮細嘅師傅去咗厨房攞燒肉出黎擺賣,本人就坐起大堂度等出爐,約十分鐘左右,呢位師傅出現,而佢都認得本人……買野梗要買新鲜架啦,何况拜神,本人就馬上指住佢剛攞出黎果舊,但呢位師博就惡咁鬧我舊舊都一樣咁新鮮、都係啱啱燒出黎,重洗乜揀,還叫我信佢……點知攞返公司唔夠半個鐘,塊燒己經唔脆,係諗嘅,簡直豈有此理…Read More
