見到有咁好評價,出世廿幾年住沙田都未試過佢既italian,餅店就係常客,既然咁多好評,就試試啦!坐低後覺得所有野都唔錯,setting,招呼都免強可以叫做fine dining.最愛呢個olive oil balsamic vinegar樽Order左一個set lunch.一客雞翼同一個長通粉。set lunch order左羊架。因為男友唔食salad,得我食我又食得慢,西餐逐道菜,佢餓到傻左。之後我叫左個鬼佬可以先上主菜。麵包係圓形餐包,仲要凍既,麵包舖咩?因為想試佢既balsamic vinegar同olive oil.餐包都照點,用料唔錯,但用餐包點有d怪。沙律用既菜几新鮮個湯完全唔掂,辣辣地,酸酸地,好似落左成枝tabasco 落去,落到喉嚨仲拿喉tim.我同男友都變晒臉。到雞翼,認真想打人,大佬,我俾$88食你幾隻雞翼,你用個方形湯碗放,少少佩菜都唔放,賣想非常唔得,翠華放得靚過佢。雞翼非常大隻厚肉,炸到金黃適中,不過如果係茶餐廳茶餐,或大排檔,我會非常讚賞,但意大利菜就稱唔上,因為確實每位屋企廚藝好的媽媽或太太都可以煮到,味道非常普通,跟本就係普通炸雞翼男友羊架到左,賣想終於似返酒店,不過有d細件,兩啖就食完,盛惠$268,不過肉質嫩滑,可以明白用料不錯。我個通粉,做法確實係意大利做法,通粉煮得好硬身(我本身就唔太鍾意)所以唔關佢事,但個肉槳好稀,就咁倒面,好似茶餐廳午餐A.通粉完全唔入味,我只食兩口,既然男友唔飽,順利成章俾晒佢。不過佢都覺得唔好食,有d似超市玻璃樽整熱加上意粉咁,唔似廚師整,芝士亦無溶,真係非常失望。到dessert.係我最鍾意既部份。跟餐係tiramisu.我再點一個chocolate fondant.tiramisu甜味適中,有硬度,唔會一pat野,有層次,微凍,入口唔錯。chocolate fondant,甜度朱古力濃度都唔錯,但竟然做唔到流心,內層熟得掣,雖然係咁,蛋糕仍然滑,所以都好食,當然會流出"潔"身既朱古力槳會更好,有進步空間。呢餐lunch食左600蚊,確實貴,亦唔回味,唔會回頭…Read More
