食左600蚊lunch,最重要後唔好食,浪費了我的保貴周末

見到有咁好評價,出世廿幾年住沙田都未試過佢既italian,餅店就係常客,既然咁多好評,就試試啦!坐低後覺得所有野都唔錯,setting,招呼都免強可以叫做fine dining.最愛呢個olive oil balsamic vinegar樽Order左一個set lunch.一客雞翼同一個長通粉。set lunch order左羊架。因為男友唔食salad,得我食我又食得慢,西餐逐道菜,佢餓到傻左。之後我叫左個鬼佬可以先上主菜。麵包係圓形餐包,仲要凍既,麵包舖咩?因為想試佢既balsamic vinegar同olive oil.餐包都照點,用料唔錯,但用餐包點有d怪。沙律用既菜几新鮮個湯完全唔掂,辣辣地,酸酸地,好似落左成枝tabasco 落去,落到喉嚨仲拿喉tim.我同男友都變晒臉。到雞翼,認真想打人,大佬,我俾$88食你幾隻雞翼,你用個方形湯碗放,少少佩菜都唔放,賣想非常唔得,翠華放得靚過佢。雞翼非常大隻厚肉,炸到金黃適中,不過如果係茶餐廳茶餐,或大排檔,我會非常讚賞,但意大利菜就稱唔上,因為確實每位屋企廚藝好的媽媽或太太都可以煮到,味道非常普通,跟本就係普通炸雞翼男友羊架到左,賣想終於似返酒店,不過有d細件,兩啖就食完,盛惠$268,不過肉質嫩滑,可以明白用料不錯。我個通粉,做法確實係意大利做法,通粉煮得好硬身(我本身就唔太鍾意)所以唔關佢事,但個肉槳好稀,就咁倒面,好似茶餐廳午餐A.通粉完全唔入味,我只食兩口,既然男友唔飽,順利成章俾晒佢。不過佢都覺得唔好食,有d似超市玻璃樽整熱加上意粉咁,唔似廚師整,芝士亦無溶,真係非常失望。到dessert.係我最鍾意既部份。跟餐係tiramisu.我再點一個chocolate fondant.tiramisu甜味適中,有硬度,唔會一pat野,有層次,微凍,入口唔錯。chocolate fondant,甜度朱古力濃度都唔錯,但竟然做唔到流心,內層熟得掣,雖然係咁,蛋糕仍然滑,所以都好食,當然會流出"潔"身既朱古力槳會更好,有進步空間。呢餐lunch食左600蚊,確實貴,亦唔回味,唔會回頭…Read More

睇雜誌專訪呢度個大廚,話佢係唔同大集團度做總廚,話佢d餸fusion晒岩香港人食,既然諗唔到食乜就去左食Lunch set好抵,平均$28-$50睇下你叫乜,聖子個set都好似係$48。我食喇沙雞米線,友人食青咖哩燒雞。我個喇沙湯同正宗o係馬拉食好唔同,馬拉食個種湯較稀,辣同油,刺激好多,呢一個個味濃得黎但唔辣,可能因為廚師係泰國人(雜誌話) ,所以較喜用椰汁,除左椰汁既香味,個湯好滑,唔會覺有渣,餸方面除左有雞絲,會有魚蛋,豆pot.同生菜,我好鍾意飲個湯,米線煮得適中,唔會太淋,亦唔會個心唔熟。只需$35,我俾85分佢。友人個青咖哩燒雞有半隻,好大呀,青咖哩本來係分開上既,但個經理好細心話我知,但因為我同友人都鍾意lo汁,所以特別叫佢一齊上,青咖哩係同什菜一齊煮,什菜有南瓜,紅蘿蔔,西蘭花,小番茄等蔬菜(似西餐用既菜),好入味,青咖哩有係泰國食既影子但椰味更重,又香又辣,但雞係本來分開上既,所以就無青咖哩味,不過,燒雞皮好脆,唔算好油,所以無浸住係汁度淋晒絕對正確,重有,呢種燒雞成日都會煮到好鞋,但好勁呢個唔會,肉身仍然好似海南雞咁滑。真係唔錯。$45有90分。今次雜誌無算亂介紹,雖然唔係住附近,但下次想食泰餐我可能會去返呢度試下佢其他嘢。…Read More

住係度五年,成日都見呢間野一個人都無,既然今日唔係咁想上樓返屋企,不如一試。餐廳座位唔錯,見到廚房有好大個焗爐,唔通所有野都真係自己焗?成個餐牌得好少野揀。亦都好平13蚊就有一件芝士餅。不過味道比百佳賣的saralee的差很多。好像放在凍櫃很久了,心有一點點起冰花了。還是不明為什麼他還能生存在這裡?…Read More

甜品win晒,熟食輸晒

男朋知我一直好想食呢度個buffet.所以預早2個禮拜訂位同我食。睇openrice好多人都話做緊italian主題,但係去到1d italian都無。仲有佢呢度既lunch同dinner buffet出既食物應該大致一樣又因為男朋友返工係夜晚,所以只係差$30都去左 lunch。book 左12:00noon. 佢話枱只會留15分鐘,我地1205到左,一個人都無,因為個buffet準時2:00pm完,所以我地怕食得慢唔夠時間食,到左12:45d人先開始慢慢黎。佢本來俾左張好似酒吧用既矮台我,我怕食得辛苦,叫佢調,佢個度有一半都係矮台,地方唔算好nice.buffet 既食物台亦好細,食物好少,最有睇頭就係中間既一隻冷盤船,上面有魚生standard三文吞拿,仲有唔錯既甜蝦,壽司又係standard,特別既有火灸三文壽司,不過凍左所以味道一般,有長腳蟹,大大隻生蠔,凍蝦,螺,全部用料唔錯,几新鮮。我好重視buffet salad bar d夠唔夠多款同新鮮,男朋友成日叫我唔好食左人塊田,不過佢selection好少,得四款,d dressing 有無名牌,所以揀左無死既ceasar dressing.新鮮但唔計corn同豆,其實得兩種。不過佢有6-7款係lo好左既,好似泰式沙律都ok tasty.另外仲送左每人一隻大閘蟹,味道過還可以之後到熱食,真係輸晒。擺明得d呃鬼佬野,sweet and sour pork?!上海粗炒,炒飯,小籠包?炒清菜?發生乜事?total 得十款熱食,仲要無燒牛肉,有羊扒,男友話味ok,但始終羊架會嫩d。仲有個cheeseboard 好唔吸引。攪到男友好似無啖好食。食左一碟沙律,一碟熱食(得一件牛腩,一碗上海旦旦麵only.)之後就開始今日既主題-文華全城最強-出擊蛋糕!首先一件朱古力蛋糕,口感好有層次中間有薄層海綿蛋糕,chocolate mousse 不會過軟或太漏,再加上一層好似opera cake 既iceing,味道好濃好rich,味道帶有苦同微甜,食完第一啖真係講唔到野,雖然巳經吞左但因為香味持久留係口中,所以會回味一陣先食下一啖,講起我又好掛住。第二件係chocolate tart.夠硬身好緊要,咁先有咬口,含住仲會係口慢慢溶,比之前一件甜,亦都好好味,同蛋糕既朱古力味唔同,不過撻底未算超香超crunch.下件芒果mousse cake好滑好香,海綿蛋糕底夠清,好match.我諗如果個面加上些少芒果果粒,口感會加分。raspberry cake都出息,但最估唔到係佢件馬荳糕surprised me地好食,佢唔似平時好似落著膠咁彈彈下,有d似淋身既布甸,入口會溶化加上黃豆可以咀嚼一下,好新既味道,真係第一次食咁好味既馬豆糕。生果粒粒無特別甜too bad. 其他甜品一樣讚,不過最好味既巳經highlight.總括黎講,兩個人加埋一699(當日公眾假期前席,$318/位,平時$298)甜品win晒,熟食輸晒,如果用$350去佢個餅房淨買切餅都好夠食,唔一定要食buffet,quality會仲好.因為佢地方又細又唔係好靚。仲要其實有三分一到一半人入黎係order,眼見出左n份海南雞同burger.証明其實個buffet唔會好吸引…Read More

chocolate fondant漏出既係朱古力水絕對唔係槳

呢排每晚都好想食甜品,尤其係.去到邊都點呢個, 心太軟。(第一下影,三秒後就flood)我明白糖水舖不能同酒店比,但佢話得係酒店師傅出品就要保持水準,呢個心太軟朱古力味好假好糖,最總要係真係太軟,一切落去好似水塘flooding,d朱古力水絕對唔係d槳成碟都係,而且蛋糕好薄呀。佢既雪糕有得揀味(綠荼朱古力同vanlila)明明知道傳統係雲利拿,但又鍾意食朱古力,最後發現朱古力甜上加甜係好錯架。另外order左creme brûlée, 佢個味調得唔錯,可惜個糖面做得太硬,唔脆,下面亦唔會係口到溶,口感一般。下次明白,黎到係應該order返d港式d例如楊之甘露或台式綿綿冰會更好…Read More
