110202 星期三 | 年三十晚,屋企要收爐,出街食飯乾手淨腳,食完可以唔駛洗碗碟,仲可以跟住走去玩,一早有預謀,已電話訂座,揀選王家沙,因為這裡比較適合小家庭來開餐,是晚得爸、媽和我三人行,6點半來到便即時被安排入座了:)。滿以為新年期間,會有些特別的菜式應吓節,但點菜單依舊平日模樣,只是個餐前小食,由花生 ($10) 轉了做紅棗 ($15),紅當當,算係應吓節啩,隨便揀選幾道菜,有些試過,有些未試過,總共點了5樣嘢,都咪話唔豐富。首先嚟個招牌蟹粉小籠包 ($48),之前食過覺得唔錯,所以今回又再要,依樣皮薄餡料多,有豐富肉汁,味道保持水準,不過仍然覺得個摺口位厚咗啲囉。鮮拆蟹粉扒荳苗 ($148),嘩,好多蟹粉喔,紅紅綠綠,賣相唔錯,荳苗亦煮得不過火,腍得嚟仍保持著鮮綠色,不過鹹咗啲嚕:(。無錫脆鱔 ($58),第一次食,覺得幾得意,鱔肉炸得鬆脆無比,加上蘸滿了甜甜酸酸的糖醋醬,香口好食,但係無咗鱔肉的質感了。宋嫂魚羹 ($34x2),這個也是第一次食,$34一碗都幾貴,所以只係要了兩碗3人分享,材料都幾豐富,有魚肉、冬菇、筍絲、薑絲、火腿茸和蛋花等,味道唔錯,如果要自己整都幾花功夫喔。最後來的京蔥爆羊肉(配薄餅) ($68),之前都食過一次,OK唔錯嘅,羊肉炒得夠腍,很入味,但得四塊薄餅唔夠包,所以剩番啲京蔥羊肉要空口食,就覺得都幾鹹,要食番啲紅棗調和一吓至得。這個虎年最後的晚餐,帶有少許新鮮感,款式不多卻非常之飽肚,食完飯要去花市打個轉、散吓步,幫助吓消化至得了。…Read More

110129 星期六 | 早一個多星期前打電話book枱食團年飯,鱷魚恤中心那邊的食肆已full,轉攻APM,幸好家傳滬曉還有位,就訂了6點半8位,是日依時抵達,被安排入內,但原來只得張長枱,感到有點掃興,早知唔訂這裡啦,其實之前打過電話給另外一家在APM的食肆,他們就老實得多,說只剩得張長枱,問我介不介意,食團年飯,總覺得大家圍埋張圓枱食飯有意思啲嘛,平時日見呢間家傳滬曉多過六位的都是被安排坐圓枱的,估唔到佢哋為求多啲客,會作出這樣的安排:(。是晚提供的菜式不多,大家又懶得諗,就要了個六和菜 ($888),其實都幾豐富,8個人食都好夠飽:)。先有滬式叁小碟:蔥油窩筍海蜇絲,凍食,都幾有麻香味,海蜇亦都幾彈牙:)。油炆小竹筍,熱食,甚少食竹筍,這個小竹筍都幾爽口,味道唔錯:)。前門店醬蹄,凍食,有點像平時食的薰蹄,但質感比較實,味道亦比較濃。主菜有捲蔥填鴨,由於地方狹窄,侍應姐姐跟我們說她會在後面給我們切好,其實都唔知即係邊度,雖然未有機會一看填鴨的全貌,但切出來的填鴨肉都幾多,共有兩大碟,皮脆肉嫩,很不錯啊。跟住來個湯,餐單寫著冰豆腐架子湯,架子其實是填鴨去了肉後的骨架,用來熬湯,不過唔見有豆腐喔,上海白菜就有幾條,都幾清甜嘅:)。鮮百合小唐菜,普普通通的一道菜,不過就畧為鹹咗啲囉。遊龍戲鳳(塔菜賽螃蟹),這個就比之前的那個菜好啲喇,無咁鹹,而賽螃蟹混有蝦肉,腍腍的、淡淡的蛋白之中,夾雜爽口的、鮮甜的蝦肉,幾好食:)。麒麟桂魚,賣相不俗,都幾考功夫㗎,將桂花魚啲肉起咗出嚟,再加入雲耳和珍菌快炒,魚肉嫩滑,鹹甜適中,很感滿足:)。風生水起(鴨絲炒手打粉皮),似乎依家興撈起菜式,這個就有鴨絲、粉皮和青瓜絲,倒入麻醬撈勻嚟食,如果大家圍埋張圓枱一起玩撈起,一定會開心啲,撈起之後都幾好味,係個鴨絲乾身啲,有啲硬,粉皮就有啲煙煙韌韌,口感好唔錯:)。還有點心,北京水餃,雖說水餃,但沒有湯水,就只得幾粒水餃放在碟上,有啲攪笑,不過都算係皮薄餡料多,味道都唔錯嘅:)。最後甜品有萬壽果銀耳,即木瓜雪耳,雪耳爽、木瓜腍,甜甜蜜蜜,就將這頓團年飯劃上句號了:)。…Read More

110115 星期六 | 媽媽躲懶唔煮飯,於是跟爸、媽出外覓食,隨便搵個地方開餐,就來到太興了:),星期六晚7點幾,都坐不滿一半的人客,大概是給附近的APM和鱷魚恤中心吸取了大量人流啦,這裡都算乾淨企理:),雖說是甚麼新世代,但打開餐牌,有中有西,都是一般的菜色,沒有驚喜,最後揀咗豆腐班腩煲、菜遠臘鴨比飯和豉汁蒸盲曹做晚餐。豆腐班腩煲 ($50),都幾多料,除咗豆腐和班腩,還有枝竹和冬菇,最啱老人家食,樣樣都腍腍地又無骨,個汁撈飯唔錯的:)。菜遠臘鴨比飯 ($35),本來個賣相都幾靚㗎,整隻臘鴨比切好放在飯的面頭:),不過心急拔飯撈斑腩汁食,記得影相嘅時候已變成亂糟糟的模樣了,話說回來,個臘鴨比都幾腍,不太鹹,亦已切去大部分肥油,所以啲飯都不致於油淋淋,都唔錯嘅:)。豉汁蒸盲曹 ($52),其實都有好幾種魚提供讓人客揀選的,不過原先想要的白鱔沒有,就揀了盲曹,另外煮法也可以任君選擇的,穩穩鎮鎮還是選了豉汁蒸了:),由於是即時蒸,需時較耐,不過也只是大概15分鐘吧,條魚都幾新鮮,魚肉都幾嫩滑,差不多整條魚都給吃光了。簡簡單單幾道餸菜,不過不失,能夠跟爸、媽一起吃個飯已感滿足,又何需山珍海錯。…Read More

110115 星期六 | 好耐無食麥記嘅早晨套餐啦,依稀記得係相當豐富的,特別喜愛當中嘅脆薯餅:),今回友人相約到這家麥記食早餐,當然要叫番個早晨套餐回味吓啦,未到9點已有不少人輪候購買早餐了,不過都駛等好耐,大概5分鐘度啦,第一次來這裡,原來這裡都幾大地方,除了入門口看到左右兩邊的桌椅外,轉過彎,入面還有不少座位呢:),單邊還有落地大玻璃,可以一邊看著外面的行人匆忙趕路,一邊悠然自得地坐在這裡慢慢享受我們的早餐。早晨套餐依舊豐富,有豬柳、炒蛋、麵包、脆薯餅和熱咖啡,樣樣都唔錯:),當然最得我心的還是個脆薯餅,外脆內軟,吃得滿口薯香味,吃得飽飽的早餐。…Read More

110114 星期五 | 又得一個人開餐,記得上次喺吉之島買過啲壽司卷好食:),於是走去逛一逛,不過天寒地冬,都係食啲熱嘢好啲喎,所以最後都係轉汰,買咗韮菜豬肉餃 ($10五隻) 和牛肉餅 ($12兩個) 做晚餐:)。韮菜豬肉餃都幾OK,都幾多餡,但個皮相當厚,不過$10五隻餃子,這樣的貨色,都係咁上吓啦。至於個牛肉餅,食咗成半個都唔見餡嘅,個餅的質地,有啲似麵飽,但無麵飽咁腍身,少少甜甜地,再咬多幾啖,終於見到餡料啦,咦,點解唔似牛肉嘅,唔論顏色、口感,都似豬肉多啲喎,但明明同售賣員講我要牛肉餅,又明明見住佢喺寫著牛肉餅的盤子夾咗兩件餅俾我㗎,相信佢哋之前將唔同餡料嘅餅放在盤子上的時候已弄錯了:(,算啦,豬又好、牛又好,飽肚就算啦,我食嘅應該係榨菜豬肉餅,味道OK嘅,不過如果多啲餡料同埋唔好側埋一邊就好啦:)。…Read More

110102 星期日 | 喺APM電影院買咗晨早場戲飛,睇戲前要食飽飽,走到KFC,8點幾,無咩人,要了個家鄉鮮魚柳早晨套餐 ($23.8),除了主角家鄉鮮魚柳外,還有香蜜鬆餅、滑蛋和即磨咖啡,都幾豐富㗎。魚柳賣相唔錯,但咬落去一啲都唔脆口,腍啫啫,好在味道還可以啫。香蜜鬆餅都唔錯嘅,外面硬硬地、脆脆地,內裡少少鬆軟,如果搽啲牛油或果醬就更好食喇:)。滑蛋都幾滑,有些少部分還處於半生熟狀態呢。至於杯即磨咖啡,大大杯,咖啡味唔算好濃,不過都算幾香滑嘅:)。個早晨套餐都相當飽肚,食飽飽就去睇戲嚕:)。…Read More

110101 星期六 | 記得曾經來過煌城食晚飯,印象不錯,所以新一年的第一個與家人共聚的晚飯,就選了這裡,預早電話book枱,是晚未到7點來到便即時可以入座:),酒樓提供的套餐都是六位或十二位,價錢昂貴唔抵食,我們總共八人,還是自己點小菜較化算,結果要了一個湯和六個菜,都幾豐富喇:)。鮮料燉螺頭湯 ($98),所謂鮮料都是一般的煲湯料吧,雞腳、豬肉和瑤柱,當然還有螺頭喇,湯料分量都幾多,湯水就似乎唔夠分開八碗了,雖然只得半碗,都算清甜,螺頭亦夠腍:)。紅燒妙齡乳鴿 ($28x2),燒得不大好了,皮唔脆、肉又韌,好似是隔夜貨咁。蟹肉扒嫩豆苗 ($88),OK好食,一般酒樓貨色:)。醬爆澳洲鴛鴦蚌 ($78),少少辣,都唔錯嘅,貴花蚌和珊湖蚌都幾爽口:)。塔塔鍋燒牛仔骨 ($78),唔知甚麼是塔塔鍋,所以點了這個來試,其實是個石鍋吧,牛仔骨夠腍又入味,冬菇、洋葱索晒啲醬汁,好好味,好唔錯。薑葱豉汁蒸大鱔 ($88),本來很喜歡這道菜的,但是晚的大鱔不夠肥美,亦畧為鹹了些少。竹笙野菌什菜煲 ($58),清清地,清吓腸胃都唔錯,跟其它味道濃郁的餸菜調和一下剛剛好:)。最後酒樓還有個綠豆沙奉送,都幾足料,有海帶的,這亦將是晚家庭飯局劃上了句號。整體來說,餸菜都是普普通通,無甚驚喜,不過可以一家人聚首一堂吃個飯,總算難得:)。…Read More

110101 星期六 | 新一年的第一天,想到外面吃個午飯慶祝吓,可惜爸爸約了友人敘舊:(,只得我和媽媽撐枱腳了:),APM 嚟過好幾次,呢間紅螞蟻倒是第一次,12點幾嚟到,雖然人客唔算多,但靠窗邊的卡位已坐滿,所以我哋被安排坐散座了,這些散座空間很狹窄,枱面又細小,跟隔離張枱相距唔夠一呎,椅背更是緊貼後面座位的椅背:(,好在周邊都未有人客啫,但可以想像繁忙時間的時候,會坐得很侷促的了。我哋只得兩個人,又想食多點不同嘅菜色,於是便專攻風味小吃一欄,打開餐牌看見有好幾款都很吸引,最後要了四款,其中三款是廚師推介的呢,分別是挪威煙三文魚火龍果雜菜沙律 ($52)、巴黎牛油田螺肉焗鮮白菌薯蓉 ($32) 和炭燒紐西蘭蜜糖羊扒 (兩件) ($50),還要了個醬燒牛脷 ($30),當然唔少得甜品喇,揀咗個即焗梳乎厘 (二人份量,朱古力) ($40):)。上菜都算快,差不多一個緊接一個,只是梳乎厘是即時焗,所以需時較長,餐牌已寫明大約要等20分鐘,邊吃邊等,不是問題吧:)。最先上枱的是挪威煙三文魚火龍果雜菜沙律,賣相很吸引:),除了面頭有大大卷的三文魚魚生,下面還有不少煙三文魚粒混在雜菜裡頭,食起來有蔬菜的爽脆,又有腍腍的魚肉,有蔬果的清甜,又有煙三文魚的鹹味,口感非常豐富,加上千島醬是我最喜愛的沙律醬,實在感到很滿足。差不多食完沙律,巴黎牛油田螺肉焗鮮白菌薯蓉就送上來了,初時還擔心田螺肉會不會韌呢,但原來出奇的腍,薯茸亦很香滑,夾雜了白菌碎粒,都有些少咬口的呢:)。還在細嚼薯茸的時候,炭燒紐西蘭蜜糖羊扒和醬燒牛脷相繼出現了,羊扒肥瘦適中,燒得好香,一點羊羶味都無,肉夠腍,少少甜,但略嫌不夠味,或許醬燒牛脷的醬汁太好味啩,所以蘸點牛脷醬汁來吃,好似好食好多呢。醬燒牛脷雖不是廚師推介,但我覺得這個更值得推介呢,差不多整條牛脷上碟,賣相雖不大討好,但食牛脷好似食牛排,要用刀切來食,感覺好得意,好有口感又不韌,醬汁更是一讚。食完四個小吃,侍應姐姐清理枱面過後,即焗梳乎厘是時候出場了,餐牌寫明兩人分量,果然大大個,足夠兩人分享:),其實還有好幾種味道可以選擇的,不過朱古力味係我和媽媽嘅 favorite,脹卜卜,面頭灑滿糖粉,好吸引,一羹戳落去,嘩,熱乎乎、軟綿綿,幾乎要跟媽媽爭食呢,不太甜,好好味,其實跟梳乎厘上枱,還有一小碟盛著相信是混有吉士的凍奶,想是讓我哋食梳乎厘嘅時候,蘸點來吃,可以減低熱度吧:)。不到一個鐘便吃完這個新年午餐,從媽媽臉上的笑容,可以知道媽媽今天吃得很高興,我也感到很滿足:)。…Read More

值得一讚的烏冬

101230 星期四 | 一直都想試試這家的烏冬,是晚上完最後一堂的夜課,便想到來這裡開餐了,差不多十點,還有幾位人客在進食,地方雖不算大,環境倒不錯,坐得幾舒服,打開餐牌,看見豬軟骨手打烏冬是人氣之選之一,於是就點了這個:)。坐定定,不多久,大大碗的湯麵就出現眼前了,豬軟骨跟麵條的分量,差不多是一半一半,心感滿意:),好多時喺別家的食店都是餸少麵多,食到一半便變成齋食麵了。不過其實在這裡齋食烏冬也很不錯,手打的烏冬果然超好吃:),質地軟滑,只要放在嘴邊,雪一聲便跑進口裡,好彈牙有口感,還滲透著湯的清甜味,實在不想那麼快便把它吃完呢。豬軟骨也值得一讚:),腍得來有嚼頭,不覺鹹反而有少少甜,很入味,無怪乎豬軟骨手打烏冬是人氣之選,真想來多一碗,可惜只怪肚子容不下了。…Read More
