非常抵食又好食嘅一餐

以前冇耐都嚟榮華食晚飯,冇嚟一段日子,發現已經轉咗做圍村菜,於是星期日訂枱試下。訂枱時已講明分兩個時段,六點個輪要八點還枱。依時到達後見到已經全院滿座,十分旺場。菜式係張點餸紙上列晒出嚟,每款65蚊,因得五個人,叫嘅餸數量有限,所以未能每樣名物都試。一番仔細考慮後揀咗頭抽五味雞、盆菜豬肉、梅菜芯蒸勝瓜、咸檸檬蒸烏頭同鳳凰蟹肉炒長遠。另外重叫咗一個白雲鳳爪做餐前小食。而後來重加咗個馬拉糕作飯後點心(但其實已有免費糖水送)。食品方面,比較失色嘅係個白雲鳳爪,味道一般,大路貨色,而且未完全解凍,所以入面重有少少冰。但其他餸菜都好味。煮雞嘅豉油汁微帶甜,配合頗滑嘅雞肉,十分討好,而且份量亦不少。盆菜豬肉係五花腩,擺明係高脂肪,但係最難得係肥而不膩,配合個帶甜嘅汁液,同豬肉非常夾,唔怕肥用D汁嚟撈飯應該好正。炒長遠真係最出色嗰味,只係簡簡單單炒粉絲,但配上蛋花同少少蟹肉,味道清鮮,炒得乾身唔油,十分正。而個蒸烏頭亦係另一驚喜,主要係魚夠鮮甜冇泥味,尤其係魚腩部份,入口嘅魚油熔化咗,d魚鮮嘅香味籠罩成個口腔。最後要提嘅梅菜芯蒸勝瓜嘅梅菜唔會太咸,配上清甜嘅勝瓜啱啱好。當然亦要提呢處另一名物 – 豬油撈飯。白飯我哋要鉢仔蒸,飯係偏乾身爽口嘅蝦仔飯。跟飯送嚟另有一樽豬油同一樽頭抽豉油等你自己撈,因為怕肥,所以只係落咗少少豬油,再淋上一D頭抽,撈埋一齊,豬油同豉油令飯身冇咁乾,油香四溢,好食。除咗送嘅糖水外,另外叫嘅馬拉糕係作為壓軸。馬拉糕蛋香十足,口感夠鬆軟,味道好食,但稍覺不足嘅係感覺似蛋糕多過傳統馬拉糕。呢到用簡單嘅基本日常食材,煮出好味特出嘅菜式,厨師嘅功夫值得俾個like。因為自己帶紅酒,開瓶費要20蚊,幾抵。埋單平均每位只係百零蚊,抵到笑,值得encore! 下次要再嚟試其他名物。…Read More

星期六下午又同老婆找地方食飯,經過門口覺得幾吸引,坐低試下!入到店內方知係夫妻檔經營,負責招呼嘅女店主先問想要暖水定凍水,夠細心,一讚。因為係星期六嘅關係,只有a la carte 嘅 menu。但有3款好似set咁,老婆要咗c款,係雞扒飯。我就要咗個係餐牌上嘅蕃茄醬海鮮Linguine($52),另外老婆要咗個焦糖燉蛋,我就要咗個咖啡。太太嘅雞扒飯我試咗d雞扒,味道比較普通,唔係咁突出。而我嘅Linguine要稍等一陣,不過味道真係幾得,茄醬味道唔太酸而有番茄香味,同麵加埋d茄醬好食,而且份量頗多,我食量唔細都夠飽。另外海鮮有蝦、青口、帶子、墨魚仔同魚。先食d 魚,魚唔係大厚身,但保持到嫩滑而有魚味,比出面一般嘅魚柳厚身但冇乜味而又"鞋"好食得多,而墨魚仔、帶子同蝦都好好味,唯一比較失色嘅係青口,青口係帶殼,size較細,但問題係太鹹,係成個菜比較差嘅一個環節。但總體可以食得出厨師嘅心機。個燉蛋我冇試,但老婆話係凍嘅,見佢食得幾滋味,味道應該幾好。我杯咖啡水準都幾好。呢到嘅價錢幾抵,只係比快餐店高一d,但食品味道高出幾班,可見店主真係想做d好嘅食物,並非只係以賺錢為目標,值得支持。…Read More

星期六下午同屋企人搵地方食晏,行過海光街時老婆發現呢到開咗間Turkish嘅餐廳,老婆話想食而我又未食過土耳其菜,於是試下新嘢。可能新開關係,人唔係咁多,打開餐牌睇下,主要係Doner Kebab 燒烤為主。老婆同阿仔要咗Doner Kebab roll,一個係羊另一個係牛,我叫咗個牛Doner Kebab 配飯同菜。落柯打後先奉上麵包同油醋,麵包外脆內嫩而夠熱又有麥香,點d油醋十分討好。我嘅主菜有烤牛加上少少菜,同一d飯,可能因為係用rotating roast 嘅關係,肉質較乾,但味道都ok,而飯就幾合我心意,粒粒分明有飯味,而且帶d香料味。枱上有三種分別係薄荷、蒜頭同辣味嘅sauce,個樣有d 似印度菜用嚟點薄脆個隻汁。試咗薄荷味道唔特出,但辣味就幾醒胃,用嚟點肉可以令肉唔會太乾。太太同阿仔嘅doner roll有French Fries 伴碟,份量不少但因為冇試所以唔知味道如何。另外老婆叫咗土耳其紅茶而我同阿仔就叫咗蘋果茶,紅茶試咗一啖,但覺太濃,not my cup of tea。蘋果茶甜度ok但唔覺好有特式。總體嚟講食品水準都可以,招呼同地方都幾好,價錢亦唔算貴。可以一試。…Read More

好食又抵嘅街坊小店

之前喺到食過二次晏,覺得都幾好食,而且價錢公道,於是星期日晚拉隊嚟試下。一共七人,叫咗個六個餐($528),因為大食關係,重加咗半隻山東燒雞,同一個叉子燒餅餐。六人餐份量幾足,如果冇記錯計計埋埋有八樣嘢。三冷盤有醉雞、拍黃瓜同海蜇,每樣水準唔錯,特別係醉雞酒味夠香,而雞肉亦頗嫩滑。松子魚個汁甜酸平衡剛好,魚亦唔會炸得過火;雲吞雞份量足,湯亦頗鮮。有一味芙蓉菜卷係用菜葉包住蛋白,煮熟再打個獻,因為太飽冇食到,但見到都幾花功夫。湯包因為得六只所以我冇食,但有食過嘅話幾好,個湯汁夠鮮。有xo醬蛋白炒飯,有少少辣,十分惹味,飯亦炒得好功夫,不油而粒粒分明,我自己食咗成半碟,所以好飽。甜品係高力豆沙,因為唔食甜品所以唔知味道,但同枱人都話好。個餐六個人食份量應好足。山東燒雞好食,個汁嘅蒜味夠香而唔會太搶,雞肉亦保持到唔鞋,水準作。而叉子燒餅上碟時熱辣辣,表面充滿芝麻,芝麻香味再加埋肉絲嘅味道,個個話好食。而隨餐嘅酸辣湯就好一般。呢間小店食品水準唔錯而有誠意,而且價錢公道。招呼就好家庭式;地方企理乾淨但細,最大張枱只剛坐到七個人,一家人普通食飯都係幾好嘅選擇。…Read More

剛開張時曾到呢到食晏,但發覺係茶餐廳式嘅做法,乜食品都有d,當時叫咗個香茅雞亦飯,但水準真係好普通,所以提唔起興趣再去幫襯。但近日見到夜市改咗,加咗有打冷,於是尋日假期去試下晚飯,睇下水準如何。首先叫咗茶,竟然係用某外地牌子嘅茶包。睇菜牌呢到河鮮都係主打,所以叫咗個欖角蒸廋身鯇魚,另外重叫咗香腸墨魚、欖菜肉碎四季豆同菜甫煎蛋。個鯇魚大概4份1條,真係幾廋,但幾有鮮味,唔係雪咗一排冇嚟味道嘅貨式,加埋葱絲同欖角嘅香味,幾討好,印象唔錯。至於個香腸墨魚,有豆腐同一d花生墊底,份量唔少;香腸當然冇特別可講,但墨魚都幾新鮮,彈牙得嚟唔靭,同埋個滷水幾好味,所以豆腐同花生都好食。而個菜甫煎蛋就真係正:唔太油但煎得夠香,菜甫同肉碎份量剛好,出乎意料好味。個四季豆係一般,但個欖菜真係幾好,唔係剩得個咸字,而係帶有欖香而微甜。三個人叫咗四個餸加埋啤酒粥飯都係$90個人,算抵。而且地方企理同埋招呼都唔錯,街坊菜館算食得過。…Read More

一家三口打邊爐,行過呢到老婆提議不如試下。地方裝修精緻坐得又舒服:),而招呼亦好到位。要咗個冬瓜田雞煱,另外點咗手切本地牛、羊片、鴕鳥肉(老婆要叫,事後後悔)、脆肉鯇魚腩、四寶丸,混合丸、木耳、菇、菜同米粉。個湯底食田雞冬瓜各有幾舊,但食唔出有乜嘢特別,同普通清湯差唔多,可能叫其他湯底重好。牛肉幾有肉味,肥瘦適中,羊肉冇乜驚喜;但鴕鳥肉非常差,睇落d顏色黑黑咁,而食落味道唔知點形容,好似冇哂味道,結果成半碟冇食到,千祈唔好叫呢樣:(。四寶丸各樣都有特色,鮮甜彈牙,而混合丸好似係豬肉丸溝其他肉,唔係太啱口味。而脆肉鯇估唔到咁好食,一般脆肉鯇魚味較薄,但呢到d魚腩都好有魚味,我食到最尾飽咗都忍唔住要食哂。而其他都係一般大路嘢,好難講有乜好唔好。呢處嘅setting較適合三五知己而要個精緻地方聚會,一大班人要熱鬧或者家庭聚會可能唔係咁啱。而且價錢亦算偏高,因為我今次冇食過海鮮或好特別嘅嘢都要成三百幾蚊個人。但總體仍可俾個笑臉。…Read More

接近9點半到,夜晚宵夜時段收188一位。入座後已經放了一盆牛拚盤、一盆豚肉拚盤及一個海鮮拚盤。每人有三款醬汁,一種應該係鼓油汁、一種少少酸,好似有柚子,同埋一種係辣嘅。牛方面有三款,最好食係牛柳粒,燒好後只加dd鹽而唔好點汁,入口溶化又食到牛肉嘅原味同油香,但後來再加叫覺得冇咁好味。豚肉方面幾正,就其是個隻帶少少軟骨嘅豚肉片,肉有甜味而有軟骨又少少咬口。而海鮮嘅魷魚鬚同多春魚較普通,但虎蝦同帶子都幾好,尤其是蝦肉幾甜幾彈牙。不過食完三盆食品後都幾飽。所以其他嘅食品叫咗好少,主要係一d蔬菜同加咗d牛肉同雞亦,味道都唔係太大驚喜,其中嘅有機菠蘿燒咗嚟食幾過癮。另外重叫咗一d 刺身,沙律同天婦羅等,味道ok。甜品每人有一杯雪糕送。我自己就叫咗一個清酒同二杯啤酒,因價錢有半價,幾抵。燒肉因為係用紅外線爐,的確係冇乜煙,唔會食到一身味。招呼方面唔錯,落單都幾快同應該冇漏單,叫人加水都幾快反應。食品方面水準唔係差,但缺少一d令人覺得特別正嘅,但如果鐘意燒肉會覺得唔錯。…Read More

以前外父時常到這裡晚飯嘆炸子雞同翅,但好幾年冇嚟,星期日晚突然老婆大人想去北角食晚飯,就想到呢到,於是一行十人拉隊嚟到。一行入嚟從裝修已到充滿懷舊feel,菜式更不在話下,於是叫咗一d傳統嘅餸菜:生腸:細細個係街邊嘅滷水檔已到好鐘食嘅嘢,但近年好少搵到好食嘅。呢到嘅生腸爽脆而不帶異味,點d芥辣真係食唔停口。蝦多士:必食菜式之一,多士脆而不油膩,直情好似係用焗爐焗出嚟咁;蝦肉甜而彈牙,兩者配搭口味同味覺都一流。炸子雞:真功夫表現,我先食一件最難處理嘅雞胸,先講層皮,果然係卜卜脆又唔肥,正;到雞胸肉,雖然先天所限,但亦不算太鞋,仍然頗juicy,到再食雞脾位,真係外脆肉嫩,但又唔會煮唔熟,雞味亦濃郁,回味無窮!生魚片兩味:差d已經遺忘咗嘅懷舊菜式,以前久不久都會係d小館子食到,但現家已變成特色菜,呢到嘅價錢亦唔算平,兩味好似要收成二百幾蚊,雖則生魚唔係乜嘢貴價魚。生魚嘅特有鮮甜係呢兩個餸表露無遺。魚骨腩湯,加入芥菜,另加薑片少少胡椒粉吊味,湯夠甜;而炒球更加食到生魚的甜味,比食一d普通咸水魚更正。鵪鶉鬆:老婆嘅心頭愛,但我興趣不大所以冇食。另外重叫咗藕餅、薑酒炒芥蘭等好幾味菜式,味道都好正,而且份量十足,到後來重担心食唔晒。甜品方面自不然叫咗西米布甸,不過略嫌個面唔夠焦香,但甜度適中亦有西米同蛋香,不愧係招牌菜式之一,另外重加送咗個類似紅豆同喳喳嘅糖水,我唔鐘意食甜嘢所以冇試,但同枱嘅人讚不絶口,話起晒沙亦唔太甜。呢餐食品十分滿意,尤其是有機會食到一d懷舊菜式,價錢亦算合理,值得推介。…Read More

普通晚飯嘅超抵選擇

行街經過,心血來潮想食辣,正是想做就去做,但堂食其實係企係街邊食,所以要有心理準備,但因為唔太肚餓,只要了一個口水雞絲撈麵。麵比較幼身,食落口覺得都夠Q咬口。口水雞絲份量不多,但其實重點不在雞在於D口水雞汁,自問喜歡食辣,所以覺得辣度重未夠,但個汁的而且確夠香,而且可以食到由唔同嘅香料做成,過關;但可能因為係口水雞嘅關係,味道唔係太麻,所以試唔到係咪真係"麻:辣王。有待下次有機會再品評。…Read More
