朋友即將移民英國, 我特意book咗銅鑼灣希慎廣場「牛気」同佢大吃一番, 滿足味蕾同胃口。到店後先知適逢「韓風祭」, 選擇LV4套餐, 即可免費升級享用韓式雪濃牛尾湯, 同時免費追加限定醬油熟蝦。最後我地選擇了LV4套餐: 澳洲極上和牛+海鮮放題 (成人$438  小童/長者$348)  +$10鴛鴦湯底韓式雪濃牛尾湯: 奶白色湯底, 牛味濃郁, 非常配合主打食牛嘅火鍋。黑蒜豚骨湯: 大大舊豚骨熬製, 清香濃郁。店內光猛華麗, 設大量卡位坐得舒服, 肉類、海鮮等大部份火鍋配料均以scan QR code落單, 而自助區則擺放了丸類、蔬菜類、少量熟食、多款飲品、甜品小糕點、軟雪糕、自制棉花糖等…我地所選嘅套餐主打澳洲極上和牛, 色澤鮮紅, 油脂分怖均匀幼細得如大理石花紋, 肉質超嫩。日本特選和牛肩胛肉眼(期間限定): 油脂分佈較為集中, 肉味同脂香味較有層次。PRIME美國肩胛肉眼:  油脂分佈不平均, 不過薄切盡量提升肉質嫩口度。套餐同時亦包含了多款牛, 更有豚肉同雞肉, 滿足食肉獸。海鮮方面有爽彈鮑魚、肥美海蝦、超嫩滑無骨脆鯛魚片、爽脆水魷同埋青口等。挪威三文魚刺身: 雖然刺身只有一款, 但有魚香, 總算滿足過下口癮。至於期間限定主題「韓風祭」, 特意加咗韓風美食, 例如韓國手工餃子、韓國泡菜餃子、韓國年糕、辛辣麵、韓國芝麻拉麵等….醬油熟蝦: 醃得入味, 鹹甜惹味, 爽口彈牙。韓式上湯小籠包(晚市供應): 一咬有湯汁流出, 鮮肉味香甜。韓國年糕條: 可以自制部隊鍋, 質感煙韌。韓式炒飯: 辣辣地, 幾開胃。甜品方面, 十勝紅豆豆乳冰豆花: 嫩滑得入口即化, 豆味突出, 有少少紅豆增加甜度。奶蓋白肉丸子: 煙煙韌韌, 奶蓋濃郁香滑。軟雪糕: 竟然有雞蛋仔咁港式口味, 大愛!!自制棉花糖, 增添樂趣。用餐時間只有120分鐘, 胃口有限未能試盡所有美食, 不過質素高質, 回本率高, 會再encore!…Read More

放假相約老朋友出黎食飯聚舊, 選擇了近APM附近一間樓上嘅台灣料理餐廳。餐廳以木系傢俱為主, 氣氛很有台灣風味。餐廳全日免加一, SCAN QR code自行下單, 而餐廳中央設自助區放有飲用水同埋餐具。我地揀咗---二人豪華套餐 HK$258皮蛋豆腐: 凍豆腐配有少少溏心嘅皮蛋, 加上了鹹甜木魚片、甜甜地嘅台式醬汁, 清新消暑。炸花枝丸: 表面炸得金黃微脆不油, 口感彈牙, 食到花枝嘅鮮甜。炸墨汁墨魚扒便當:墨魚扒肉嫩厚實彈牙, 表面炸至金黃酥脆, 米飯吸收了滷汁精華, 配有鹵蛋、醃製小菜、沙拉蕃茄仔, 平衡了整體油膩感。紅燒牛肉麵:湯底味濃不澀, 幾有咬口嘅麵條同埋牛肉稍吸了湯汁, 牛肉有肉香而且軟腍。鹵肉燙青菜: 生菜保持爽脆口感, 加咗豉油同埋滷肉, 增加一點肉香。+$8 珍珠奶茶: 口感順滑, 珍珠熟透帶少少煙韌。+$5 薑母鮮奶茶: 濃郁薑香與順滑鮮奶融合, 薑嘅辛香在口中慢慢散開, 隨後有奶香柔和, 特別適合寒冷天氣飲, 很暖胃。炸甜不辣 HK$30表面炸得金黃微脆, 內裡煙煙韌韌, 面層加咗鹹甜梅粉調味。涼伴麻辣牛展頭 HK$38牛展頭切粒, 口感爽得黎唔硬, 有肉香之餘加上麻辣汁, 麻辣過癮。…Read More

放工同朋友去旺角Moko Mall睇戲, 見仲有時間, 就去咗戲院同層嘅The pantry食dinner。食過好幾次呢間餐廳, 其中pancake最討我歡心, 除左pancake外, 其他主食同甜品都一樣咁出色。餐廳裝修佈置有品味, 有格調得黎亦好舒適, 店員亦招呼周到有禮。Maple Bacon Cheese Burger:漢堡包內側微脆, 安格斯牛肉鮮味多汁, 芝士跟安格斯牛溶為一體, 疊上多汁蕃茄、脆脆嘅楓葉醬煙肉片, 美味滿足!Sour Cream Works Chips 酸忌廉牛油果醬薯條 粗薯條外脆內軟, 牛油果醬軟滑, 酸忌廉有奶羶味, 配有些少蕃茄粒, 健康美味。Pull Pork Lasagna Roll 手撕豬肉千層麵:面層芝士焗至金黃帶焦, 混合大量茄醬, 千層麵之間夾集了豬肉絲、酸椰菜, 啖啖都食到香濃芝士同埋茄醬嘅香甜, 正!!Banoffee Creme Brulee Pancake:  面層Pancake上有層薄脆焦糖, 淋上了雲尼拿吉士醬, 不但沒有覆蓋pancake嘅蛋味, 反而令整體蛋香味更提升, 簡直perfect match! 再有香蕉同埋少少拖肥醬做擺盤, 賣相同味道同樣吸引, 推介!!Cast Iron Hazelnut Toast Box:佈滿香蕉片同朱古力片, 外脆內軟相當香口的Toast Box, 多士入面仲有榛子脆米醬同忌廉, 加埋雲呢拿雪糕同士多啤梨陪襯, 甜品控絕對不能錯過!…Read More

午市三小時放題慢慢嘆

趁住星期六半day工作兼出糧日, 放工同同事去食放題大吃一番, 去了旺角兆萬中心嘅放題集中地, 見到其中旺角兆萬中心嘅放題集中地「神戶屋」午市放題可食足長達三小時, 唔洗食到趕頭趕命。午市人流唔多, 順利安排入座。餐廳面積不大, 通道座位比較狹窄, 但還好除了野飲同甜品, 所有order均以scan QR code落單, 唔洗走黎走去。飲品方面, 紙包、罐裝汽水、啤酒都有:首先來一大盤刺身先稱得上食放題, 刺身選擇多, 其中額外加錢升級, 可多享生蠔同埋松葉蟹任食; 入座每位限享一隻赤蝦, 肥美爽口; 反而生蠔比較淡口味, 但松葉蟹偏鹹; 不過大部份刺身質素都幾好, 例如三文魚、甜蝦、赤貝...所以忍唔住再encore!壽司方面, 火炙三文魚腩壽司加咗少少沙律醬調味, 火灸過後滲出了魚油, 口感軟嫩; 至於升級嘅海膽軍艦, 海膽入口即溶, 冇腥臭味。炸物方面, 剛好來了一盤即炸炸物, 炸皮脆而不油, 天婦羅蝦外層鬆脆, 蝦幾爽; 榴槤炸彈外脆內軟, 內有榴槤果肉, 味道香甜; 炸鮮奶內裡仲流出流心鮮奶, 滑得黎又甜甜地;燒物方面, order咗串燒蝦, 不過蝦肉較細小同埋痴蝦殼; 芝士黃金燒沙律蝦, 蝦幾爽, 鹹甜惹味。燒菠蘿超正, 菠蘿香甜多汁, 加上表面有層薄薄焦糖脆, 口感同味道一流! 甜品自取, 有多款韓國牌子雪條任揀。原本每檯仲有個限定鍋for 打邊爐, 不過眼闊肚窄, 無緣一試。…Read More
