因為近公司,差不多日日都會落嚟買燒味返公司餸飯,而且老闆和老闆娘好好人,睇啱邊件任你揀,就算中午繁忙時間都會同客人吹下水,夠貼地又有人情味。但自從轉手俾咗個中年師奶經營,食物質素已大不如前,仲加咗價,滷水雞($12/隻)髀越賣越細隻,唔上色、仲一陣雪藏味,連滷水都蓋唔過雪味,乾爭爭,拎返公司只係一兩分鐘,已經黐住張燒臘白雞紙👎🏻滷蛋($10/4隻)只有一隻係完整嘅,其他裂或崩,應該係唔正確剝殼所致🥺雖然裂咗,但並無增加入味。😞燒肉($35/條)味道ok,不過皮唔脆,中午時段買嘅,照道理應該新鮮,可能鬆針唔夠。還有,新老細脾氣唔細,唔俾揀,佢喺堆雞髀中揀咗隻甩皮瘀黑嘅,我唔想要,佢話依家冇得揀,然後發脾氣將雞髀掉落旁邊桶滷水汁,搞到我件衫都彈咗幾滴汁😡其實行過少少,同一條街都有好幾檔燒味檔,無謂消費都要受佢氣,決定唔會再幫襯。…Read More

餐廳自從今年一月收爐後,我不時經過都會入內詢問訂座,店員話因爲舖面裝修,暫停堂食,等左半年佢終於恢復堂食,無左羊腩煲,唯有試下雞煲。根據宣傳單張,每位$28任食60分鐘雞煲,訂枱後,店員突然反口話要$48位😡要4位以上才有每位$28的優惠😡我望晒成個post都冇呢個條款,理論一番後,店員又改口說可以享用優惠價,但沒有宣傳單張上的鮑魚,反正我之前試過果粒「疑似鮑魚」,細如茶匙,口感味道一般,有少少似麵粉,不吃也罷。入到餐廳,舖面裝修完全冇改動過,當晚十分冷清,客人唔多,只坐左約十個客。停業後食物品質大不如前,以前的賣點係雞煲上到枱先計時,依家入座已計時,等左10分鐘先有得食,頭一輪的數量比追加多少少,配料有蘿蔔、豆卜,我一家三口每人分到四件,每次加雞又要等10分鐘,有次仲漏單,勁多雞頸、雞腳、雞翼尖,有d更肥到食唔落🤢,每人每次只有兩件雞食得,仲要超咸,飲左兩罐汽水都仲好口渴🤢,離坐前15分鐘,在無通知的情況下已被last order,都唔知食左d咩,以後都唔會再幫襯😡我寧願比多少少去隔離區,已可以食到有質素的任飲任食放題。…Read More

民豐係好有歷史的老舖,沒有冷氣,門口有即煎檔口仔,成間舖都有陣陣熱風吹出黎,每次嗱嗱聲比完錢都會快快脆行返出去。我雖然唔係住喺荃灣,但每次經過果附近,都必定買返十隻八隻糯米糍返屋企同家人分享,可惜民豐的質素已經大不如前,我老公仲食到肚痾🤢。琴晚上小巴返屋企前買了花生味及芝麻味糯米糍,以往民豐的糯米糍鬆軟香滑,好似捉住隻兔仔咁,大力少少都會將d餡料唧左出黎,搞到成身都係,所以我例必返屋企前買,再拎返屋企食。短短唔駛半小時的車程,一返屋企就即刻食,一拎起粒芝麻味已覺得怪怪,唔似以往鬆軟手感,好似雪左隔夜咁死死實實👎🏻食落鞋口👎🏻,我再拎粒花生味試,糯米糍有些細孔滲出啡色的水🤢,發出似爛香蕉嘅怪味👎🏻,我老公唔為意,食左成粒,痾左成晚,呢個變壞程度,唔似係短短的車程造成,而且全程仲係有冷氣的,至少涼過間舖,應該係賣果刻已有問題。怕街坊食左會肚痛,我出於好心打返比民豐叫佢唔好賣果批糯米糍出街,店主喺電話度叫個師傅黎,鬧佢下次唔好再搓定d糯米,賣晒先再搓,相信呢個就係唔再鬆軟同變壞的原因🤢。…Read More

有誠意的食物質素

上回提到於黃珍珍訂枱時的不愉快經歷,在Openrice訂了枱,致電餐廳確認時卻告之滿座,怕白行一趟、十五十六唔知去唔去食之際,負責人當晚晚市後親自打畀我,同我確認有位,真心畀佢哋誠意打動。餐廳做緊問卷調查優惠至7/6,只要用餐後回答有關食物的問卷就可以用優惠價$38享用半自助午餐,包一款主菜,小食、飲品及甜品任食,用餐時間12:00-14:00,時限尚算輕鬆。全場只坐滿一半枱,好多吉枱,用問卷優惠的人唔多,名額只有大約9個人,聽店員講6月份的問券優惠已被訂滿,7/6後會全面回復正常午餐,現場都有唔少人以正價$89惠顧半自助午餐。我哋揀左紅咖哩海鮮飯同海南雞飯,紅咖哩唔辣但勁咸🤢海鮮有青口、蝦、魚各兩小件加上新鮮菠蘿,分量少(圖片的鑊仔好似成人手掌心咁大),如果無自助吧的小食,一般OL都唔係好夠飽。海南雞飯味道一般,黃飯撈得唔均勻,中間仲有白飯😓,雞唔算滑,但勝在無骨。自助吧的小食唔錯,有燒雞扒、燒豬頸肉、炸蝦餅、青木瓜絲沙律、泰式鳳爪、蝦片、法包、灼菜、涼瓜湯。除左雞扒太硬太乾👎🏻,咬到牙肉都痛😖,其他食物都幾好,尤其是炸蝦餅同豬頸肉,夠juice夠嫩👍🏻!美中不足的就是醬汁太浠,好似水一樣,辣的唔夠辣,酸甜醬冇乜味。甜品有芋頭西米露、雞蛋大菜糕,有濃濃的椰香,正👍🏻飲品有3款,熱龍眼水、泰式奶茶、青檸水,淨飲偏甜,但配合辣的食物,奶茶好解辣👍🏻,青檸水解渴👍🏻值得一讚,餐廳侍應見我抱住個女攞嘢飲,光速跑過來幫忙👍🏻相信只係個別負責訂座的知客或收銀的問題。…Read More

話說琴晚喺佐敦某4星酒店餐廳享用左令我畢身難忘的自助餐,食唔飽之餘,仲谷住度氣,今朝起身馬上訂自家燒吧,補返數!(如果冇被河蟹,有興趣可以睇返我之前的食評💁🏻)名乎其實的自家燒吧!呢度啲爐自動識轉,唔駛擔心忙住食嘢、唔記得反就燒燶晒啲嘢食,唔好以為燒串燒一定好花時間,其實燒8-12分鐘已食得,等候期間取熱盤、前菜、沙律、甜品、雪糕食住先,仲可以order熟食,蒜燒生蠔、炸雞翼、芝士黑松露炸薯條、炸餃子,無限任食,不過要等大約15分鐘即製,我自問唔算大食,所以揀任食1小時,剛剛好😋入座時,侍應細心講解有咩食,用咩火力燒烤最好,食物避免放邊邊會出白煙等等,如果唔識用個爐,可隨時叫佢,抵讚👍🏻前菜嘅白雲凰爪、中華沙律都唔錯,但八爪魚、螺肉黐左太多凝固左嘅醬,有點喊😣生蠔黐殻的👍🏻,唔似年宵嘅小食檔,重用蠔殼,可以”安心”食用,雖然細粒,但蠔汁飽滿👍🏻Order嘅炸雞翼夠熱夠脆,而出面自取的燒雞翼通常都係凍嘅,但較薄漿粉,冇咁滯,我鐘意攞返黎燒熱佢食😋兩款都多汁嫩滑,味道唔錯👍🏻芝士黑松露炸薯條麻麻地👎🏻雖然夠熱,但好硬好厚皮,黑松露芝士”粉”一舊舊,似翻炸😔飲品除左盒裝維他,一般汽水都齊全,仲可以order水吧,檸茶、蜜桃茶、柚子蜜,款式多👍🏻唯一美中不足係唔可以揀少冰少甜🤔串燒除左d基本嘢,豬牛羊雞丸冬菇粟米,呢度仲有綿花糖、午餐肉呢d冷門嘢👍🏻可惜冇魚類供應👎🏻午市任食1小時,連加一都只係$8x,CP值超高!抵食!…Read More

上星期帶老公去旺角某丼屋食海膽,但可惜餐廳未備好貨,食唔成,所以今個星期四出搜尋海膽丼,終於搵到人氣爆燈的爆丼丼,補償返老公四重爆丼,海膽佔了半個飯面,部分火炙後的海膽,半溶狀態易送飯,配上魚子、兩片帆立貝、吞拿魚蓉,整體算新鮮,但份量偏少,size是細丼。築地價錢,香港質素(當然不及築地的新鮮),如果唔夠時間飛一轉東京,喺香港當頂下癮的,都係唔錯嘅選擇👍🏻。安格斯牛肉鵝肝丼,兩片煎鵝肝配汁煮安格斯牛肉,鵝肝外層的粉漿有點厚,油脂口感偏低,可能低溫煎得太耐,鵝肝應有的油份流失了👎🏻。安格斯牛肉,醬汁偏甜,好似食緊韓式煮牛肉,牛同飯的比例大約1:2,牛肉唔算多,但飯量好夠飽,比海膽丼多。點餐時已叫侍應不要椰菜底(大肚婆唔食得,老公又唔鐘意食椰菜),侍應話午餐先有椰菜,晚餐冇椰菜,點知個丼黎到,椰菜同牛肉的份量一樣😓。餐牌上的丼飯都送味噌湯,或可加$5轉汽水,味噌湯終於有日式味道,足料👍🏻,仲有兩片油揚同大量海帶,不過可能時間的關係,海帶未煮開,仲好硬😅。老公話個海膽丼太細,唔夠飽,本來想叫汁燒牛舌同唐揚炸雞,但賣晒,其實當時未夠8點😓,侍應提議我哋食鹽燒牛舌,但見隔離枱食剩晒,伏味濃,所以最後冇點,老公最後返屋企食杯麵。小店座位較迫,服務非常一般👎🏻,我大肚唔飲得有咖啡因的茶,所以特別問侍應攞杯熱水,但係佢竟然俾錯左我兩次😡,害我緊守左8個月,係咁嘅情況下破戒飲左兩啖(😭對唔住呀BB)。…Read More

印象中佐敦分店無論咩時段,門口永遠坐滿等位的客人,侍應的態度麻麻,唔憂做咁,有次冇book枱,提早5點半去到,被接待職員屈1.5小時交枱,食唔足2小時,但都要比足正價。今次我特別提早訂枱,試下旺角分店,食早場,由5點開始食到7點,仲有$20優惠。有10款免費湯底選擇,如鴛鴦鍋就加$48,我哋揀左好評如潮嘅椰子滑雞湯底,的確冇令人失望,椰子清香但唔會蓋過海鮮、蝦滑同墨魚滑的味道👍🏻。鵝腸係肥腸👍🏻,平時坊間大多數都係冇肥膏的冷藏鵝腸。海蝦新鮮👍🏻,隻隻都彈牙離殻。但每次送黎的數量都唔同,由5隻變4隻,4隻變3隻,越叫越少。手切肥牛,肥膏均勻👍🏻,好食過日式連鎖牛肉火鍋店。邪惡的鵪鶉蛋🤤,本身已經熟的,第一round蠢左,我連殼落,搞到好多碎殼溶落個湯度,第二round剝左殼先放入煲,好味👍🏻。牛筋腩同花膠由一開始已經放落去煲,但點煲都唔冧,煲到原本柱候醬的味都冇埋,似湯渣👎🏻,似乎未ready比人打邊爐食。飲品竟然有白色罐裝的「減脂」可樂,仲有C+、烏龍茶、鍚蘭檸檬、蘆薈汁同忌廉溝鮮奶,好多選擇👍🏻。出街食嘢,除左食物質素,服務態度都好重要,而呢度嘅侍應就保持一貫的水準~有性格,雖然唔係對我惡,大部分侍應見係大肚婆更加會避開🤷🏻‍♀️,但見有一兩個侍應同新入座的客人為左揀坐邊張枱的問題而嘈交,侍應更加叫個客人走、唔好食🤦🏻‍♀️,嚇到我個心都離一離。…Read More

男人的浪漫唔一定係豆腐火腩飯,去「滾」就係我老公的浪漫首選,唔好誤會,係講緊打邊爐啫😅。老公生日梗係食佢最鍾意的海鮮粥底火鍋啦。上一次黎食已是個零月前,個餐有少少唔同左,除左冇左加錢轉任食,海鮮主食的款式都少左,沒有桶蠔,改上黃金蜆,海沙白也沒有了,要另外order。值得一讚個聖子皇,真係超大隻👍🏻,龍蝦鮑魚都好鮮甜👍🏻。叫左個三文魚刺身做餐前小食,雖然唔係叫三文魚腩,但都相當肥美,餐牌上寫明足1磅,只有8片,應該唔夠秤,但只係$68,算抵食丫~飲品方面,雖然保持任飲,但款式少了很多,所有罐裝飲品,如汽水、烏龍茶都沒有了,只有豆漿及竹蔗馬蹄水,我大肚唔敢飲竹蔗馬蹄水,老公話味道好淡,好似冰水👎🏻,豆漿還可以,唔太甜啦。頂級肥牛本來係喜點同大煲皇的招牌配料,可惜今次令人有點失望,沒有牛味,而且雪味重👎🏻,美國肥牛比頂級肥牛仲好味。火鍋配料增加至8款,我哋叫左手切肥牛、日本黑豚肉、滑牛、滑雞、即炸響鈴、雲吞、自家製墨魚丸、魚皮。睇前人的食評,話份量少左,我見今餐同個半月前的份量相約,並没有減少,雲吞、墨魚丸、響鈴等,每人都有兩粒,份量夠的。最後食左兩碗粥已太飽了,唔想嘥左個粥底,還打包左碗返屋企。…Read More
