很久沒有寫食評了,再次執筆,全因這間完全是中伏之選。從好的說起,餐廳環境尚可,出面有露台,適合有吸煙的朋友。用餐日是閒日夜晚,不可思議,完全包場,只有我們一枱客人。說回食物,我們當晚選了蟹粥底,煲了很久,蟹味不夠濃,始終蟹粥用花蟹比較恰當,麵包蟹始終差一點。由於粥底淡而無味,我們叫的食物縱然尚算新鮮,但滾熟後仍是淡淡的,絶不可取。:(跟著我們退而求其次,再叫一個湯底,希望不用浪費已點的食物,可惜我們想要較為濃味的香辣蕃茄湯當晚沒有供應,我們只好選擇昆布湯底,此湯底用料足,味道尚可。但此時我們有奇怪發現,就是湯底怎樣也滾不起,我們起初以為是 gas 爐無氣,但換了後仍是一樣,最後我們發現原來因為冷氣風口在爐頂,所以湯一直煲不滾,我們要叫店員把冷氣關掉,才可正常打邊爐,當然我們就會覺得很熱了。埋單一計,人均消費要$400,絶對物非所值。…Read More

是日假期,跟朋友吃擺晚飯,可能味精太重,舌頭怪難受的,便借機去吃個飯後甜品,止一止癢  。由於時間尚早,我們到的時候只有兩三枱客人,但吃到中途已經有人在等位了,慶幸早了一步  這日本來想試試店主推介:冰鎮椰皇,但店員說椰皇剛雪,未成冰鎮,不能上枱 ,唯有退而求其次點冰鎮西瓜,誰知是日沒有西瓜,再一次撲空 :( 。再對餐牌研究一番,最後我們叫了:  芒果拿破倫 - 之前見人吃過,已覺賣相不錯,是日拿破倫以心型上碟,更覺別緻 ;拿破倫皮焗得鬆脆,味道略帶䶢,混和甜甜的忌廉和芒果,味道卻又出奇地協調,真的吃得不能停口 ,反而伴碟另上的一班雪糕,顯得有點多餘,建議店主可以一兩件新鮮生果如芒果、士多啤梨或蜜瓜等伴碟,美味之餘亦更見健康。  士多啤梨拿破倫 - 吃擺芒果拿破倫,家人即時想encore,卻又想試新菜,於是換湯不換藥地點了士多啤梨拿破倫 ,由於芒果拿破倫太過出色,換上士多啤梨味道又似乎稍遜,可能士多啤梨口感較實,配上鬆脆的拿破倫皮,始終不及芒果來得合拍 。  芒果綿綿冰 - 類似甜品坊間很多,這兒是我吃過覺得最出色的,綿綿冰軟滑冰凍,自選配料份量恰當,誰也搶不了誰的風頭  :) 。臨走時見到鄰桌點的芒果炸両,已決定下次必定要一試  。…Read More

鼎泰豐在沙田開了新店,當然要去一試,聽聞午飯也其門如市,我們12時左右便去拿位,幸好人流不多,我們二人還可以有卡位坐 看看餐紙,首先必選是小籠包,難得來到,當然要試試招牌菜,可是吃入口即大失所望,小籠包内湯汁不多,豬肉太熟太硬,味道略淡,老實說,跟急凍點心水準差不多 :( 另叫了紅燒牛肉湯麵,賣相比餐牌相片差很遠,麵太實,牛肉不入味,絕對是失敗之作,卻又是該店的推介,矛盾! 豬扒湯麵 - 麵同樣太實,豬扒很大件,可惜太薄,吃進口口感一般,味道亦只是不過不失,沒有驚喜 :( 本來想吃鍋貼,但原來此店是沒有鍋貼吃的,唯有退而求其次點客蝦仁餃子,這個餃子算是最好吃的菜式,皮薄餡多,煎得很香口,不過卻還是覺得傳統的鍋貼比較對胃 還有酸辣湯,料很多,可惜不酸不辣,有點街頭碗仔翅的感覺,可以不試 總括而言,此店食物比鄰舖拉麵更為遜色,枉稱名店!…Read More

久聞韓東子大名,很久以前已想去尖沙咀店一試,但因為很難訂位,所以遲遲也未能成行,難得這天情人節能經table map簡單訂位,當然要一試了  。首先說說訂位服務,由於是預訂情人節晚餐,我二月初已經table map訂位,由訂位至情人節當日,韓東子員工前後打了6次電話給我,每次都重覆確定會否出席,個人認為有點趕客之嫌:(。說回食物,之前已聽聞過這兒的燒豬皮相當出色,這日當然要試一試,由於是第一次燒,我們還要店員教我們如何才燒得好吃,難得店員百忙中也有耐性教我們,真值一讚:),只是豬皮味道方面,卻似乎有點令人失望:(,燒過後的豬皮吃入口不覺肥膩,帶點硬,雖可接受但絕對沒有驚喜,我想亦只試一次便已足夠;另叫了一客牛拼盤,拼盤通常一吃就知店舖食材水準如何,老實說,這兒的牛肉雖不是下價貨,但絕對不是最好的貨色,以三百多元的價錢,坊間很多韓燒店也比這裏出色;我們亦叫了兩隻大蝦,其實只有中蝦般大,燒起來未見彈牙,可以不試:(;另外還叫了雞翼和鰻魚,就價錢而言,這兩味是我覺得最物有所值的,雞翼醃得入味,只要火喉控制得宜,不要燒太乾,絕對是好吃,而鰻魚解凍很好,吃起來不會有雪味,且鰻魚汁頗多,點均後燒更見入味。吃燒肉我們一家大小愛伴飯,這兒的飯熱㷫㷫,很好吃。…Read More

與朋友吃晚飯傾心事,朋友說這裏有卡位,沒有一般放題的逼迫,而且價錢合理,又沒有時間限制,很適合我們這晚的談心活動:)朋友之前在這裏吃過午餐,晚上吃放題還是第一次,見價錢合理,即管試試,有驚喜喎!這裏放題的刺身,壽司和手卷的選擇較一般放題為多,由於我們是夜並非為著大吃大喝,故只是點了幾款大路的刺身和壽司,這兒的刺身很厚切,吃起來很有口感,軍艦的紫菜亦很脆很新鮮,值得一試;沙律我們叫了兩次,一次是蟹籽沙律,一次是粟米沙律,原來粟米沙律只是蟹籽沙律再加少許粟米,不過兩個都一般,建議大家可以不吃熱食方面,極力推介一口和牛,啲肉燒得啱啱好,好juicy,好有牛味,絕無欺場其它串燒食物亦不錯,特別推薦燒粟米,粟米很甜,細細件,容易吃,可多叫兩件:)炸物叫了天婦羅蝦和炸豆腐,反而一般,蝦的粉漿太厚,而蝦一吃亦略帶雪味,比較失望:(反而這裏的鍋物很讚,我們叫了一個牛肉鍋,一個雜菜鍋,兩個湯底都很鮮甜,尢其是在吃完眾多熱氣食品後,這個鍋簡直一絶,必試之選這裏的汽水是樽裝的,細細支,不會喝不完浪費,而且總覺得樽裝汽水比罐裝好飲!最可惜的是這裏的甜品只有芝蔴雪糕糯米糍,對於不喜歡芝蔴雪糕的我們來說,並不能劃上完美的句號:(…Read More

抵食的節日自助餐

這是第二次來澳門吃自助餐,第一次是在旅遊塔的旋轉餐廳吃,很麻麻,因此對在澳門吃自助餐的質素有所保留;這次再試,是因為在大年初一兼為兒子慶祝生日,想吃得舒服一點,故此膽粗粗來碰碰運氣,結果又有驚喜喎可能是一早預訂的關係,被安排的座位很舒適,三個人被安排坐在梳化卡位,離食物枱很近,對於喜歡吃一樣取一樣的我來說很方便食物選擇頗多,冷盤有生蠔, 帶子, 蝦, 翡翠螺等,雖然不是頂級原材料,但看得出食物處理得很乾淨,絕對可以放心食:)另有檔位煮白酒煮花甲,啲花甲好大隻,每份煮起為三隻,我拿了三次咁多燒烤檔有牛扒, 羊扒等,個師傅好有禮貌,亦好主動推介,就算只覺一般亦拿了兩次另有約十款左右熱盤供選擇,不過不失,已沒有印象,只記得refill 得很密,絕無欺場!比較覺得窩心的是兒童專區,雖然食物種類不多,但位處賭場酒店的自助餐,仍能細心的有兒童專區,又有啲驚喜喎個人最欣賞其甜品區,雪糕有十多款,亦有即制窩夫,梳夫厘供應源源不絕,如果無人排隊,更會有侍應於場中向客人詢問是否有興趣,免得放涼了不好吃,那一份主動體貼,令人加分總括而言,這餐buffet吃得很爽,有機會的話,必會再試…Read More

朋友生日,想食西餐,本來想去Dan Ryans 的,但因為星期五晚只能夠坐個半小時,略嫌迫趕,所以最後轉戰 Stonegrill搬新店後,第一次光顧,新店比舊舖略細,不過有室外座位,如果天氣好的話,亦是一個不錯的選擇:)這晚我們四個女子,點了一個二人餐,頭盤有凱撒沙律和迷你雜錦;凱撒沙律沒啥特別,迷你雜錦則別緻出色,細味淺嚐,別有一番滋味:)我們另加了數款小吃,包括有: 香煎鵝肝:鵝肝很大件,煎得剛剛好,配以蘋菓蓉來吃,不覺油膩,超讚 墨西哥肉醬配炸雲吞:朋友推介,但個人覺得麻麻地,炸雲吞很油,跟肉醬的味道亦不太合拍,較為令人失望:( 焗薯:朋友想吃,其實同Super Sandwiches 是一樣的 炸薯條:是大大條的那一款大薯條,很正是日餐湯有忌廉磨菇湯,我們另叫了一個龍蝦湯,兩個湯都很濃,飲完後已飽了五成之後,輪到主菜石頭燒出場,我們的餐有兩件牛扒,兩件羊扒,一隻大蝦,兩只青口,兩只帶子;分兩塊石來燒,我們便分類為一邊燒肉,一邊燒海鮮,由於材料新鮮,即使沒有加調味,也吃得出各款鮮味吃飽主菜後,跟餐有兩款甜品,我們點了Tiramisu 和 Blueberry Cheese Cake,兩款都麻麻地,略為失望:(順帶一提是二人餐會包兩杯白酒或香檳和兩杯紅酒,全部都是免費添飲的,啫酒者會覺得很划算…Read More

去年冬天,已經想來大邊爐試下,無奈每次訂座也說滿座,今年趁還未涷定,早點兒來試試,終於可以一償心願大邊爐位於二樓舖位,座位不多,我們五個人被領到房間坐下,與鄰座只有一位之隔,太近,Dislike:(侍應跟著送上調味盤讓我們自行挑選,調味料有蒜蓉, 䓤粒,沙爹,椒粒和菜莆,各人可跟自己口味調配,是個不錯的安排:);安頓好後,便開始點菜,我們叫了一個鴛鴦鍋,一邊是海底椰子雞,一邊則選了個蟹鍋;海底椰子雞很淡,沒有雞味,用來打邊爐略嫌遜色:(;蟹鍋一邊味道較鮮,原仔花蟹上,很鮮甜:)火鍋菜料有:手切安格斯肥牛(例牌):肥廋均勻,入湯三五秒即食,牛味濃而不膩,吃多了也不自覺手切肉眼邊肥牛(例牌):較為厚身,肉味濃,口感亦很好;三秒腐皮:聞名不如見面,比想像更好食,真的只要三秒,不能多,亦不可少四寶丸:全部新鮮肉類打成,有墨魚丸,蝦丸,豬肉丸和牛肉丸,各有特色,是個不錯的拼盤:)鮮炸魚角:類似魚片頭,普通;白鱔片:很新鮮的魚片,切得頗為薄,不能淥得過久,否則便會失去鮮味西洋菜帶子餃;每個餃都包有半粒帶子,西洋菜包前應已去水,所以沒有了菜鯹味,頗為吸引的一碟菜餃澳洲帶子;略為細隻,帶子還是日本的好吃:(自制蝦滑:超爽口彈牙,必試之選海蝦:身型略小的中蝦,不夠蝦滑出色,可以不點;新鮮雞片:雞肉嫩滑,跟牛相對又有另一番滋味,不過若不是好肉者,可以先點牛肉,肚皮還有空位才再考盧雞件炸芋條和粟米:芋條很粉,打邊爐吃一絕;粟米普通,不夠甜;這日埋單每人消費$340,並不便宜,卻是物有所值!…Read More

這日為結婚紀念日,由於下午時份會在黃埔,所以晚上選擇慶祝的地點亦圍繞黃埔區,千挑萬選下,最後揀了葫同,因為有汽水雪糕任食,適合已有小朋友的我們:)打電話訂座的時候,已經知道放題是按時間收費的,有一小時,一個半小時和兩小時之分,經商量後,我們決定選取個半小時的用餐時間o甫坐下,先快速點食物,因為要爭取時間嘛首先要讚一讚這裏上食物非常快速,可能因為人流不多吧,星期日晚上六時多,只有三四枱人,所以食物一點下,不用一分鐘已經送上由於第一次惠顧,我們每一樣也點一份試試,牛肉分八款,有分牛胸,牛脊,牛仔骨及和牛等,味道有椒鹽,有味噌,基本上醃味不錯,牛肉屬高水準貨色,以放題來說,水準確實喜出望外豬肉方面只點了豬五花,基本上肥肉均勻,只是吃起來仍然覺得有點膩雞肉我們就點了一口雞翼和辣味噌雞腿肉,雞翼已起成單骨,吃起來很方便,不過略咸;辣味噌雞腿肉雖然醃得好好味,不過其實一啲都唔辣至於雞軟骨,雞腎,牛舌等都是普普通通,雞腎同牛舌由於切得太薄,口感一般:(海鮮類我們點了蝦,秋刀魚,蝦略差,建議不吃,秋刀魚可以一試;另蔬菜點了粟米,青椒,茄子和冬菇等,大致都ok啦,不算特別吸引至於刺身,只點了三文魚和甜蝦,三文魚好大件肥美,甜蝦就差啲囉熟食方面叫了金菇牛肉卷,炸帶子同牛肉雜菜鍋,我們把金菇牛肉卷在爐上加熱才食,味道簡直一流,推介必試;炸帶子是涷的,不喜歡:(;而雜菜鍋則是用來清油膩感的,吃了這麼多肉,吃兩條菜清一清,感覺舒服一點是日放題6pm-8pm汽水任飲,有罐裝百事,七喜,美連達任揀,家中一大一小男丁每人要了三四罐汽水,真的飲汽水也飲飽不過要注意8pm後汽水任飲是要每位加$20的o最後到雪糕,有點遺憾的是這裏的雪糕只有雲尼娜味,如果可以多點選擇就好了:(雖然這一餐都食得頗為滿足,唯一較為不足的是伙計常來報時,催我們落last order,還有半小時就問我們要不要上雪糕,好像有點被趕的感覺,其實我覺得只需在最後三十分鐘last order 前提客人一次已經相當足夠了!…Read More

第一次去鍾菜食飯,老闆請客,我當然無異議,咪跟大隊去囉:)差不多八點,老闆開會未到,忍唔住先叫兩碟小食頂住肚先,我哋叫咗一碟杏仁片叉燒同一碟口水雞,叉燒半肥廋,都幾好味;口水雞就差啲,隻雞好肥,無咩肉,亦唔夠入味:(好彩老闆終於嚟到,即時點菜,這日老闆好豪,點咗個鮑魚翅餐,每位$398,菜式好豐富:杏香叉燒伴海蜇:海蜇好爽口,叉燒重複咗,所以有啲厭,但係仍然覺得好好味:)清湯燉排翅:個湯真係好清,不過排翅就普通啦,套餐嚟講,水準不能期望太高:)雲海四頭鮑:個鮑魚炆得好”淋”好入味,不過如果彈牙啲就更好喇益菌珍珠石榴球:味道清清淡淡,原來好考功夫,包住個嗰石榴球係一塊蛋白,做嘅時候都真係要好有心思先得柚蜜汁脆魚塊:個脆皮粉太多,個汁又太酸,唔好食:(鮑汁炒飯:真係得鮑汁同炒飯,無其它配料,但係炒得好好味,味道比賣相好好多蛋白燉雪蛤:個蛋白都幾滑,雪蛤普通啦,不過叫做鋪滿哂面囉這裏行新派fusion中菜格調,好唔好就見人見智,不過幾適合後生一輩的行政人員:)…Read More

有長輩生日在東海擺壽酒,以往每年都係喺尖東個間擺,今年因為尖東個間已經無咗,咪轉咗去 THE ONE 囉:)先說地方,這裏的地點較尖東時略好,至少近地鐵站;不過泊車無以前咁方便,以前係尖東有代客泊車,依家上咗樓,無咗呢個服務,所以麻煩咗:(唔知係咪係家係THE ONE 個租金貴咗,今次擺酒個場好細好迫,張枱好細,行人路好窄,比起以前真係扣哂分:(可能這晚個場好多人食大閘蟹,坐得好 full,侍應又好似好忙咁,成晚出出入入,想揾個人加茶都揾唔到,加汽水又要自己嚟,總之就係自助啦!至於食物方面,整體嚟講都尚算滿意,保持到水準,個人覺得佢地應該係服務方面放多啲心思囉:)…Read More
