第一次去鍾菜食飯,老闆請客,我當然無異議,咪跟大隊去囉:)
差不多八點,老闆開會未到,忍唔住先叫兩碟小食頂住肚先,我哋叫咗一碟杏仁片叉燒同一碟口水雞,叉燒半肥廋,都幾好味;口水雞就差啲,隻雞好肥,無咩肉,亦唔夠入味:(
好彩老闆終於嚟到,即時點菜,這日老闆好豪,點咗個鮑魚翅餐,每位$398,菜式好豐富:
杏香叉燒伴海蜇:海蜇好爽口,叉燒重複咗,所以有啲厭,但係仍然覺得好好味:)
清湯燉排翅:個湯真係好清,不過排翅就普通啦,套餐嚟講,水準不能期望太高:)
雲海四頭鮑:個鮑魚炆得好”淋”好入味,不過如果彈牙啲就更好喇
益菌珍珠石榴球:味道清清淡淡,原來好考功夫,包住個嗰石榴球係一塊蛋白,做嘅時候都真係要好有心思先得
柚蜜汁脆魚塊:個脆皮粉太多,個汁又太酸,唔好食:(
鮑汁炒飯:真係得鮑汁同炒飯,無其它配料,但係炒得好好味,味道比賣相好好多
蛋白燉雪蛤:個蛋白都幾滑,雪蛤普通啦,不過叫做鋪滿哂面囉
這裏行新派fusion中菜格調,好唔好就見人見智,不過幾適合後生一輩的行政人員:)
