星期六我地去開銅鑼灣,honey話想食拉麵,我地今次揀食呢間。6pm入去,太早得一枱有人,餐廳環境整齊乾淨,香港啲拉麵店通常地方狹小,但呢間不是真係好大但因勝在整齊,看上去還尚算寬敞;最期待的,還是此拉麵店最有gimmick的終極雞湯拉麵~~~今次我地order有:終極雞湯拉麵 - 期待已久本店填寶之一,一飲啖特濃雞湯,正到呢。。。好明顯用左好多雞骨淆製再加以不斷過濾,menu上可揀湯底濃淡及油膩度,我地已揀左油膩感方面要淡味及湯底要輕淡,但雞湯依然口感豐富濃厚,成碗咁飲絕對夠飽肚,但此湯雖然過於濃郁,但真係飲得好過癮,麵亦可揀其軟硬程度,枱既兩旁均有醬菜,香蒜,醬油及醋等任由調配,一塊叉燒,流心蛋,椰菜及筍質數唔錯,成碗拉麵致勝之道取決於此雞湯,掂~~特松醬油豬骨拉麵 - 特松即是雜錦,有數塊叉燒,蛋,醬菜,木耳及筍等等,因深感豬骨湯底會較濃味,所以我選較淡湯底。果然,因豬骨湯底加入醬油濃厚風味,此湯底風味濃郁,油脂感豐富,食落十分飽肚。我地好貪心的追加一碗白飯($10), 淋上特濃雞湯,雞湯白飯。。風味極佳~!!…Read More

星期三honey話要同我試食呢間OVOcafe, 話同事推介,但無奈冇得book位,所以我倆放工後急急腳趕到灣仔,一去到門口已好吸引,好似去左歐洲啲綠油油草原咁,一間很花心思設計的西式素食餐廳,很多盆栽,再加上一些簡單DIY燈罩及擺設,給人一種健康,環保及新潮感覺,亦難得餐廳打理得十分乾淨,一句講哂,未食已印象甚好~~一來到如肯坐bar枱就唔洗等,我地唔等了便坐bar枱,感覺都ok唔迫狹,枱和櫈都係仿木製,完全配合了餐廳主題。我地order菜式如下:All Day green breakfast - hv srambled eggs, cheese mashed potato, baked beans, mixed mushmoons, bowen crisp tomato, toast, served with side salad. 冇肉既all day breakfast竟都可如此豐富,炒蛋按預期般嫩滑;芝士焗薯,咬落非常香脆有咬感;橄欖油炒什菌實在一流,什菌香氣四溢;將炒蛋及什菌配上toast食實在好味~. 叫all day green breakfast如想加野飲只需半價便可,我地order杯latte, 拉花得好靚,隻熊仔好可愛(見圖), 奶味略重,但我個人而言就好岩口味!Tagliatelle with aubergine tomato and mozzarella mountains - 好驚喜,疊到一座塔咁好靚,燒過既茄子淋上少許半熔芝士好美味,闊條麵亦彈牙,香草配埋茄醬好好味,整體色,香,味俱全~Bengali sweet potatoes - 全晚最驚喜菜式,孟加拉風味醬汁有點辣既香料味,醬汁味道濃郁,甜薯燉得岩岩好,有黃薯及紫薯兩種,入口鬆化,甜薯面及底部均配上沙律菜,墊底的沙律菜吸收哂孟加拉醬汁,好正~~都市人,繁忙中抽空去呢間cafe take a rest一樂也~…Read More

sunday同honey去尖東,夜晚果餐我即諗起海鮮站。我個人已光顧了好多次,但第一次帶佢來試,因honey麻麻地蝦蟹,但還有魚及其他殼類海鮮可吃,最開心既係響尖東地段竟唔洗收加一服務費,亦欣賞海鮮站既菜式多數都不太油膩(始終主打得海鮮同蔬菜), 我地今次食左勁多菜,order食物如下:響螺湯 - 由多年前在舊舖至現在此湯水準依舊,$3x落足料,我每次來都會order呢個響螺湯,極鮮甜,有花菇,龍眼肉,響螺片(當然冇原隻響螺啦哈哈), 但已好滿意,連honey都激讚話啖湯足料好甜~雜菜湯伊麵 - 勁多白菜仔及小棠菜,湯底應是魚湯,好清甜,伊麵彈牙,好大碗,都係$3x, 抵!籠仔蒜蓉蒸白菜仔$48 - 其實挣扎左好耐要呢個定水果茫果汁沙律(次次來都有食此沙律因好好味), 但最後點左白菜仔,雖然同雜菜伊麵既菜重覆左,但我地就當食得清啲同健康啲,驚喜既係蒜蓉夠多兼有豉油墊底,大蒸籠裡有好多白菜,真是健康的一餐~~白酒煮蜆配兩片蒜蓉包$7x - 海鮮站的蒜蓉包亦是鎮寶之一,香脆的包上搽上勁濃牛油蒜蓉,估可能用原粒蒜頭擦響包上,此包點上用蜆煮過的白酒實在一流,酒精蒸發後配上蜆汁的甘甜當湯咁飲都好正,絕對係可encore菜式~P.S.: 嫌鯉魚門太遠及太貴我會建議食海鮮站;尖東地段,有裝修,餐廳內環境乾淨都唔收加一。不過唯一不滿的,係一入來就算唔太多客人,企係到果兩個阿姐望住你都唔打招呼唔叫你坐邊,當你冇到,仲公然繼續用普通話大大聲咁傾計,門口貼上不准坐在餐廳外門口(因附近勁多內地客), 但仍有3,4個內地人坐響餐廳外門口阻塞著,但餐廳內兩個阿姐見到當冇事。。。希望貴餐廳老板正視下其員工工作態度及行為。…Read More

之前睇雜誌有介紹,便與honey一起來品嚐埃及菜。早4天打來book 7pm, 但佢話因星期六當晚有肚皮舞表演所以果段時間已full哂,咁唯有book 6pm早啲食冇咁多人;我地好準時6pm去到該餐廳門口,驚訝發現間餐廳面積細得離奇(心諗仲點可跳肚皮舞), 一入去條走廊十分窄,不過餐廳牆,天花,用磚或一些埃及特色雕像飾物等都粉飾得尚有心思,menu封面亦具備特色,一對埃及女人眼睛充滿神秘色彩,打開menu菜式亦非常豐富,我地order食物如下:浮雲沙律 - 用上橄欖油做basic沙律汁,配上大量蔬菜如椰菜,蕃茄,青椒,黃椒,紅椒及西生菜,另外有些啡色方型脆片,咬落去味道有啲似黃糖般,成個沙律講真唔係太過特別(係個沙律名好似好得咁), 但每枱都會有三支醬俾你任點,青色果支似係蔬菜薄荷沙律醬;白色果支似普通沙律醬,紅色果支則加了辣椒既辣椒沙律醬,呢個浮雲沙律配上呢三種醬即刻好味左成倍~眉豆羊肉煲(有2塊麵包) - 黃白色的眉豆煲得很軟,羊肉切成肉丁狀,最正係啲羊肉夠酥,個鍋有好多紅色湯汁,食到有蕃茄,黑椒及一些特色香料mix成,再加上羊肉粒既酥香當湯飲配上熱騰騰又軟熟既扁圓型既麵包都好正~~豆蓉湯 - 將豆及各秘製香料攪拌成豆蓉湯,每啖湯都食到豆蓉質感及香味,好想飲多碗!!每張枱會俾支某牌子蒸餾水,飲唔哂帶走亦可~~2人total埋單$134…Read More

朋友生日約食birthday lunch, 話prefer食西餐,我便決定帶佢食bricklane, 我自己第3次去gallery呢間食,因鍾意佢環境夠寬敞又感覺夠歐化,論平民價而言,佢地既all day breakfast系列係我響香港so far食過最理想既一間,味道又好,份量及種類豐富,價錢相應亦很合理。今次我地order菜式如下:All day beakfast (everything)有combo breakfast但我朋友話揀everything都好滿足,雞蛋佢要炒蛋,此餐材料豐富見圖,當中佢認為最好味莫過於係嫩滑炒蛋,toast亦烘得剛剛好,鬆脆有咬感,配上炒蛋同茄汁焗豆一起食更可口。fisho n' chips - 當我次次都想食fisho n' chips我總會到最尾點了all day breakfast, 今次下定決心一定要試fisho n' chips! 炸得香脆的大塊魚柳來了,那種熱騰騰的香氣絕對feel到係剛炸起不久便端出來,炸魚永恆的拍檔三寶:炸橙皮薯條/檸檬/酸瓜沙律醬;粗薯條,食到停唔到口,檸檬,一定要榨點檸檬汁落炸魚塊上去消除其油膩感同提升清爽口感;白肉配沙律醬實在太美味,不過今次脆漿稍嫌炸過了點火,魚塊邊位脆漿頗硬同燶,但整體都尚算滿意。雜莓特飲 - 朋友order的,佢話好好飲,紅莓同黑莓果味好香,杯特飲好smooth好清甜。mont blanc - 類似栗子朱古力小蛋榚,老實講個cake好細,但勝在外觀高雅,黑朱古力味很濃。capaccino ice-cream dessert - 一杯精緻香滑奶咖啡配以capaccino雪榚球響裡面,整體奶味過濃,蓋過咖啡味,但由於我太鍾意牛奶所以覺得冇乜所謂~2人total埋單$46x…Read More

之前已plan去開佐敦睇下有咩好野食,上黎openrice睇到呢間印尼菜口碑唔錯,因見好多食家們都大讚呢間餐廳,所以book左位星期日晚去試下。同honey一入去,冇乜人,大概得2,3張枱有人,其中一張枱係幾個印尼女人(咁大間餐廳咁多位我諗唔洗book, walk in入來都ok).我地左揀右揀最後order食物如下:黃薑飯 - 見各大食家都推介此飯,再加上雞,牛,豬,魚,蛋,豆卜及花生每樣都有啲,係一個唔錯既綜合選擇。香濃秘製既沙爹汁配燉煮成的肉類整之入味,肉類吸收哂數種香料沙爹汁;當中薯茸牛肉球好正,將免治牛肉混埋薯茸,實在太美味(好想encore呢個球但得一粒而已), 牛展肉質彈牙,雞及豬肉淋上沙爹汁超級絕配;咸花生好開胃,切成豆卜粒吸哂沙爹汁,這個黃薑飯果然名不虛傳。加多加多 - 好特別的峇里沙律名,起初都唔敢抱好大期望,但一食落口正到呢。。。令這味沙律咁受歡迎亦係有超越沙爹汁。又多又香濃及含有花生粒既沙爹汁,大大的淋在清淡的沙律上,沙律中有著豐富的蔬菜包括青瓜,椰菜,生菜,芽菜及西洋菜等,又有烚蛋及炸蝦片,咁多蔬菜便能抵消番咁多醬汁及炸物既油膩,我個人對此菜式相當滿意。炸蝦仁粟米球 - 本身我係想食薯茸牛肉球,但佢地話當地貨源短缺唔夠材料造,咁我地唯有轉食炸蝦仁粟米球。熱騰騰的蝦仁粟米球,一咬開裡面好多蝦仁而且口感鬆軟,內裡粟米亦是原粒的,配點簡單蕃茄醬,整體都十分可口~熱椰香咖啡 - 峇里餐廳得兩種特色咖啡,椰香便是其中一種。 Honey飲落話意外地好香滑,很讚賞香濃的椰香味,nice!!甜奶梳打 - 所謂甜奶原來是煉奶,我估唔到煉奶溝落梳打水係咁有特色,當我用匙將梳打以及沉響底既煉奶搞伴後,再飲真啲其實都好好味,將簡單兩種唔同既野擺埋一齊原來係夾的,好神奇!!total埋單$265…Read More

之前堂姐試過幾次幟哥呢間大讚有水準,花膠象拔蚌龍蝦龍躉等等都超級好味,所以話今年搞大伯生日都揀響龍皇酒家擺兩圍食飯,我真心期待呢晚龍皇飯局,菜式如下:乳豬全體 - 麻麻,燒得過火,皮很硬,要咀嚼很久才消化到翠玉瓜少象拔蚌 - 隻碟夠哂大,擺出來似左法國菜(即係份量少), 不過翠玉瓜都炒得很香脆,象拔蚌彈牙亦入味~炆花膠 - 堂姐話佢地次次都要食龍皇炆花膠,但佢竟然今次唔放上枱俾大家睇隻碟份量多少,私自分完每人隻碗有少許。。食落去一陣風就冇左, 亦唔太夠入味,份量亦太少了。龍皇翅 - 還可以,個炊打得好,夠味亦夠火候去燉。蒸龍躉 - 龍躉口感彈牙有肉地,用金針雲耳清蒸也許都係一種理所當然既做法,但唔知點解啲金針食落味道有點怪怪的,有點失色。龍蝦烏冬 - 我堂姐話食過幾次都係高水準,今次呢碟菜式果然不負所望,龍蝦炊汁加薑葱爆得好入味,龍蝦肉亦爽口彈牙,烏冬則彈牙同好滑口,整體賣相味道都絕對能成為招牌菜之一~荷葉飯 - 正路,穩陣亦係最吸引既炒飯選擇,每粒飯粒都包著類似醬油或鮑魚汁,份量及材料都好豐富,一枱有兩大包荷葉飯,每口炒飯都有陣陣荷葉香,值得一讚!!紅橐榚 - 最後就係甜品出場,本身以為係壽包或糖水之類,但真心驚竟然係紅橐榚,一打開個蒸籠啲紅橐味已香味四溢(當然唔係個個都鍾意食紅橐), 我個人認為攤凍5mins才食效果更佳。紅橐榚咬落彈牙亦不過甜膩,令人想一食再食,掂~!! …Read More

因朋友生日(佢想食小肥牛)及星期五行書展, 所以一早book左灣仔區食火鍋.呢間唔太爆場, book了20:30pm上到去還未full, order食物如下:叫了沙爹/清湯湯底響鈴 - 超大舊份量亦多安格斯肥牛片 - 入口充滿濃濃既牛肉味, 那種融化質感真係一般肥牛比唔上的, 但牛肉片切得太薄了..一碟好似食陣風咁, 好吊癮.蟶子 - 呢啲海鮮亦都係唔會差得去邊, 正路的十分鮮甜, 賣相亦佳~~黑松露水餃 - 堅好味, 鮮蝦好大隻又彈牙, 木耳好爽口, 一粒粒黑色既黑松露味道好香亦不會搶左蝦的鮮味~芋頭 - 唔太易散,入口冇渣~三寶丸 - 手打不過不失;魚頭 - 我冇食但frds話一般不見味道突出;另外亦點了豆腐, 唐生菜, 飲品則叫了竹庶茅根及啤酒5人total連加一$992, 俾我預期算平了(我預左over$1000的)…Read More

星期六去行東涌, 我地一早已訂了酒店食dinner buffet, 好耐冇食過酒店buffet了, 所以呢晚係好期待~我地6:30pm入場坐低, 環境優美, 我倆已急不及待即去夾野食, 印象唔錯兼好味既食物如下:所有沙律是王道 - essence有成十幾款沙律. 每次放4-6款出來, 咸牛肉暮仔沙律啲薯仔軟硬適中, 咸肉粒又厚又濃味配薯仔一流; 蘆荀野菌沙律又係十分美味, 用橄欖油撈落啲蔬菜度更顯光澤及可口; 黑芝麻豆腐沙律啲豆腐好入味同脆口, 沙律只有豆腐感覺都唔錯~~剌身都ok, 大量三文魚, 煙三文魚, 其他白肉魚都源源不絕咁供應, 我最愛的鮑片很美味, 可大口咁食真係過癮~~白汁芝士焗薯粒 - 同沙律一樣, 啲薯仔粒焗既時間岩岩好, 半熔既芝士配入哂白汁芝士味既薯仔口感一流, 真心食左3次, 好正~~韓式燴豬柳 - 醬汁好惹味同醒胃, 豬柳炆得好入味, 醬汁中食得出有泡菜獨有的辣味, 呢個菜式不失有深度~羊肉雜菜湯 - 好飲! 唔係加牛而加羊肉及羊骨酥香可口(當然唔食羊既朋友係唔會鍾意此湯的)~自助任配order燴意粉 - 我地只試左茄汁雜菜燴螺絲粉, 茄汁超多/濃, 螺絲粉彈牙好味道!手指餅配朱古力噴泉, 正路係好味唔會差, 驚喜的另有白朱古力噴泉, 我個人而言覺得仲好味過普通果隻噴泉, 正呀~~迷你班蘭蛋榚 - 好鬆軟, 清新的班蘭配上檸檬香味令我encore可再食多幾舊~整體唔太滿意地方包括:出面既自助熱咖啡冇小湯匙, 要問經理佢先去搵俾你(仲要話冇,得膠匙), 酒店地方飲咖啡點會/可以冇?燒羊架 - 我最愛既羊架有點失望, 羊架好多肥膏, 所以食左一件已冇再食.燒牛肉 - 全場最唔掂之作, 勁生, 搞到好似食生牛肉片咁, 我自問俾盡都覺得只有4成熟左右, 食唔得落口..星期六晚上6:30-9:30pm, $248另加一/位, 雪榚是牛奶公司, 整體感覺還可以吧~ …Read More

honey一向都勁愛食蕃茄,所以我地特地來試試呢間主打用蕃茄做既料理。我地order食物如下:火腿溏心蛋蕃茄濃湯螺絲粉$36個湯用蕃茄茸製成,因食得出用蕃茄茸及新鮮蕃茄酸甜味,本身是炒蛋加少少錢可轉溏心蛋,整體又fresh又好味~蕃茄焗豬扒飯$65呢個係招牌菜之一,份量及材料均好充足,用芝士焗蕃茄及豬扒一流,建議食家好餓時order食呢個飯,我咁大食都幾乎食唔哂,蕃茄及豬扒均是厚砌的,勁多蕃茄汁,鍾意酸酸甜甜既食客就岩哂,呢個飯既蕃茄汁我個人覺得酸過果個蕃茄濃湯螺絲粉。蜜糖芥末牛脷粒(必食!)$45想order一個snack, 便選擇試呢個蜜糖芥末牛脷粒,見到實物時同menu圖極其接近,普遍牛脷價錢較為貴但呢間係厚砌的,啲牛脷粒又入味再配淺綠色的蜜糖芥末醬極美味,好感動~~~好想encore~整體健康美味services都唔錯,絕對會再幫襯,nice! …Read More
