45分鐘既任食韓燒係假既.....我諗住開始落第2次既order (仲有成10分鐘先夠鐘,同埋只係落一兩碟,每碟既分量好少),點知原來已經唔俾你落單(但入座同menu都冇寫最後落單時間)。最後冇落到食物又唔話你聽,問佢d食物係邊果陣,佢先講唔俾落所以冇落到,仲要話返你轉頭超時(因為坐係度等佢d食物黎,我落order 之時,其實已經食完仲要未夠鐘lor~~~)有咁既男老闆,幾好食幾平都係趕客走,終於明白點解呢間舖頭越黎越少人食,我亦唔會推介俾我身邊既朋友去光顧。…Read More

最近去完泰國好掛住佢地d 食物,於是約埋朋友一齊回味一番…..一講起食一定係首選,大家特登搵咗一間新開無耐,而且仲推緊$1每日優惠既餐廳去試試!!每次黎食泰國野一定會叫既前菜,勝在每款都有得試,人數唔多都可以試到多款,小食是以炸為主,值得一提炸物脆口不油膩。蝦餅:爽口彈牙質感,炸粉好薄,入口香脆,富鮮蝦味道,再配泰式辣醬,相當滋味。春卷:脆卜卜的外層包著紅蘿蔔粉絲及蔬菜,食落去唔會覺濟。香葉包雞:外皮香脆, 雞肉嫩滑。魚餅:最重泰式香料味,入口富檸檬草香,好香口。麵包脆盅盛載著甜甜既黃咖喱海鮮,唔太辣,海鮮包括青口、鮮蝦、斑腩魚肉、魷魚等,以外脆內軟麵包配合香濃黃咖喱食分外地夾,即使浸在咖喱汁中仍未全變淋,係味道較重既咖喱汁同食之下,仍然吃到很明顯既牛油味,而且還有一絲絲蛋白混在裡面, 味道香而不辣。最後以泰式明爐烏頭魚作結,以鐵盤裝著椰菜墊底既大大條烏頭魚,表面同周邊放滿蔥,芹,南薑,菇類,免治豬肉椰菜,鍋內還有酸梅。開火後傳來陣陣既青檸及香草味道,魚肚內還放了香茅,令香味更濃。魚身表面已界花,切口整齊, 清楚見到雪白肉厚既魚肉,肉質非常嫩滑,味道相當鮮甜甘香,吃時可以連同魚湯一同享用,令魚味的鮮度提升,非常超值。食泰國菜椰青係必飲,果真夠哂大又凍又清甜解渴,多水多肉,裏面滿滿都是白白既椰青肉,椰青肉十分嫩滑,一刮就食到。…Read More

自從上次係紅磡食完café charm’s,已經對佢念念不忘,點知原來係深水埗都開左間,於是今晚就係回味下先….比起紅磡分店,這裡店舖環境並不大,但不算太迫,只是不太寬敞。亦由於此,服務非常好。一向都知道Cafe Charm’s既意粉係最出名,可以煮到煙煙韌韌感覺,好有咬口,口感剛剛好。忌廉汁好香滑,唔會太杰太膩,麵上均勻灑上大量鮮味的明太子,每一條意粉都食到,而且味道又帶點辛辣,加埋紫菜絲、咸香既煙肉碎,惹味香口,幾開胃。帶子是北海道刺身級,嫩滑鮮味。半份豬肋骨,肉質軟嫩夠滑又多汁,好容易切開,一下子骨肉就可以分離。薯條係用原個薯仔切條而成,所以薯味香濃又夠粗,新鮮炸起,食落分外酥脆。…Read More

係紅磡黃埔大船行開街,又到食飯時間。呢一帶既餐廳真係各色其色咩種類都有,但係始終行左咁耐都好累啦,想食得舒服D靜靜地,又想有D情調。搵搵下就見到前面有間西餐廳,睇落幾舒服就入去食la~~一打開個餐牌就比佢地個漢堡吸引左,基本有三種都係用和牛做既漢堡,另外仲可以加唔同既配料。一於就Order左呢個先。因為即叫即做,等左十幾分鐘就有得食。賣相好得意,個包滴滴色色咁,但係和牛就好有份量夠曬厚。上下層當然係包啦,唔好意為包就好簡單,佢地真係做得好好,因為塊包真係好鬆脆。和牛肉汁好多,一切開時汁都流出來了。上面既芝士熱得溶開左,岩岩好蓋住和牛,好靚。另外追加既炸薯餅都係香脆可口。另一個主食叫左卡邦尼意大利粉配炸雞。炸雞份量啱啱好,不過最緊要就係炸到香口唔多油,雞肉鮮嫩。卡邦尼汁味道夠濃無話淡某某,撈埋意粉食岩岩好,條條意粉都可以食到卡邦尼既香味。食到差唔多七成飽,就叫左個甜品。店員介紹佢地既窩夫係最出名,一於就試個花樣迷人窩夫配朱古力雪糕同綠茶雪糕。窩夫外形好似花朵一樣,可以自己好方便咁切開一件件。每一份上面仲有新鮮既士多啤梨同香蕉生果肉,好緊要完全無用糖水,因為本身生果已經夠鮮甜。中間就放上雪糕。成個甜品做形真係好有心思,食落又甜思思,唔錯唔錯。…Read More

朋友話要食自己燒既BBQ,但我又想食下刺身,於是我地就search下旺角有咩韓日料理而我地又未試過,結果就搵到呢間舖頭la~~可能未到晚飯時間,人暫時唔太多,等左一陣就安排左位俾我地,仲有得睇電視tim~~~韓城既放題同酒店自助餐形式一樣,係自行出去揀食物烤食物款式繁多,五花腩、牛肉、豬扒、雞扒、火腎、墨魚仔、紅腸、冬菇…..當然包括特別推介既金菇肥牛,薄切既肥牛唔太肥,咬落去金菇既味道及本身的汁,令到整體味道大增。熟食都有成二十幾款,大多都以炸物薯條、薯角、炸雲吞為主,還有韓式店常見的大豆芽、泡菜、青瓜及鳳爪。仲有刺身,壽司,冷盤同甜品呢~~~可以話基本想食的都有齊。飲品方面,基本汽水、啤酒外,仲有豆漿、菊花茶、烏龍茶、冬瓜茶、蕃石榴汁、CC蘋果和提子汁,全部都係任飲ga~~~仲有湯飲tim~~此店一入場會贈送每人一個海鮮拼盤(元貝和鮮蝦),大大隻元貝加上蒜蓉,蝦既新鮮,肉質又夠結實爽口,認真抵食!!…Read More

食泰國野點可以唔去九龍城呢,今次係九龍城就試左有幾間分店咁犀利既小曼谷。裝修主打黃木色,有好warm既感覺。餐具印有佢地個名,而且外形係一隻大象,幾得意。先來一客菜,健康一下先。鐵板果然夠熱辣辣,上台時仲出緊煙。椰菜苗綠油油,但唔係因為多油,係本身菜苗夠新鮮夠靚,爽口。豬頸肉煎得岩岩好,夠香口,有小小脆口感,讚呀。食泰國菜點少得冬蔭公湯,新鮮熱辣,材料又十足,有幾隻大大隻蝦,入口陣陣香茅味,最重要係佢既酸味同辣味岩岩好,唔會好似出面食咁太酸。大大一盤既海鮮,睇見都流口水。海鮮有大頭蝦,青口同蜆。泰皇咖喱汁不太辣帶甜味,好易入口,送飯真係絕配。咖喱汁用左練奶,椰汁和蛋煮成,所以特別香濃,食完又唔會話好濟。賣相雖然冇話整得好靚,但係食落真係無得頂。雖然話係燒既雞肉,但係一d都唔鞋,反而仲滑滑地,相信係新鮮雞先可以做到呢個效來。燒雞既皮脆口,雞肉夠滑真係口感一流。雞肉除左夠滑外,帶有醃料既惹味,真係唔錯。埋單時仲有甜品送,椰汁西米露既椰汁味道香濃,千層糕彈牙外帶點煙韌。呢個好味既甜品為整頓泰國菜劃上完美既句號。…Read More

同朋友係朗豪坊睇完4D 戲,朋友話想食燒海鮮放題,而自己又好想食刺身,於是係openrice search 到呢間舖頭可以有齊我地想要既野,而且又係旺角,我地就去試試。只有呢間門口有2個紅燈籠,所以好易俾我地搵到,由於時間還早,入到去仲可以俾我地揀位座tim~~一坐下睇到個menu 己經有好多選擇,有肉類,海鮮類,野菜類,和食類,炸物同刺身,最重要飲品同甜品都係任食ga~~另外我地仲見到每人只要加多$40 仲可以升級有帶子同帆立貝,我地二話不說即刻嘗試。首先先點一些小食醒醒胃中華沙律雖然係雪藏,但可能夠時間解凍,唔會有食冰既感覺。大大碗味付螺肉完全冇加任何配菜,煙韌的螺肉配合本身濃郁既醬汁。三文魚:新鮮,充滿了魚脂香帶子:比比想像中厚肉,入口質感軟軟甜蝦:鮮甜,但如果有埋蝦頭會更佳到主角燒海鮮出場餐廳是選用在網爐鋪了一張牛油紙,既能減少燒燶食物,又能降低油膩鎖住肉汁,亦能方便店員們即時更換。大虎蝦: 巨形虎蝦,肉質爽口彈牙,蝦身實肉,不需用任何調味料也能食到鮮甜味帆立貝:燒後仍能充滿肉汁保留原汁原味既味道,令我特別追加肥大肉厚既帆立貝青口: 青口水份足夠,相當Juicy又冇海水味食左咁多燒海鮮,當然要叫一叫飲品,呢個舖頭最特別之處,就係有自家製涼茶任飲,店員話每期都唔同,今日竟然係我最愛既羅漢果,仲話叫3杯就會俾一小渣tim~~唔使怕熱氣。最後當然食埋甜品la~~芝麻雪糕味夠濃郁滑身,我還一連食左四球。如以燒肉放題來說,這店算是抵食,地點方便,一邊燒海鮮,一邊食刺身,很不錯!!…Read More

朋友生日,提意食最近興起的蒸氣火鍋,我見最近森美同小儀係節目介紹過不同餐廳吃蒸氣火鍋,亦極力推介大家嘗試,於是我們相約放工去金豪食餐好。原來這裡前身是金豪酒家,店主隨著現在這股潮流,轉型為海鮮蒸氣石鍋專門店。去到剛剛好九點是宵夜時段開始,全部還有八折呢。一直以為蒸氣火鍋是好似蒸點心一樣,用水一次過蒸熱食物即可。自今次才發現原來吃蒸鍋最不可缺少的就是蒸鍋底層的粥底,所以待應先把米和排骨放到鍋內,上面放上銀盤,其後就能把海鮮,肉類放在銀盤上蒸,蒸海鮮同時其精華鮮汁會慢慢滲至底層,留待最後就可以品嚐鮮味無窮的排骨粥。火鍋蒸蓋子像草帽,目的是為了防止水蒸氣倒流到鍋內,減低流失食物鮮味的機會。由於蒸食物需時,首先來個前菜醫醫肚。腩肉皮夠脆,肥膏唔多,肉質唔韌,完全無油膩既感覺。沙薑唔係用粉開,而係用了切粒沙薑去煮,令豬手有很重既沙薑味。份量不少,但豬手切得太大件,而且筋位頗堅硬,入口有點兒難度,要用d牙力才咬得開,幸好豬皮比較爽口。店內有不同新鮮海鮮,龍蝦、蝦、蟹、蠔、鮑魚、元貝等等都有,可自行挑選各種心水海鮮去蒸,亦說明每款蒸既時間,不怕蒸過籠。隻隻蜆都開曬口,頗飽滿厚肉爽口,沒有沙,味道鮮甜。有大有細,鮮甜多汁唔腥,而且處理得好乾淨,青口內沒有髒草。粒粒元貝都大大隻,只看都覺得非常肥美,加埋蒜蓉蒸好香口,當然粉絲吸收了蒜汁和元貝的鮮味精華,粉絲連汁吃,鮮甜彈牙。份量同樣沒有欺場,石蠔肥美大隻,顏色有光澤, 且有水份充沛,蒸後都冇縮水,仍然飽滿,伴以薑蔥蒸煮,絲毫腥味也沒有,能帶出石蠔本身的鮮味。雖然龍蝦細細隻,但肉質清甜鮮味,有咬口,配上蒜蓉味開邊蒸食,蝦肉蒸好很容易離殼,將整條蝦肉抽出來慢慢細嚼。內裡有豐富鮮黃色蟹膏流出,膏味濃郁。蟹膏入口味道甘香,蟹肉爽滑鮮味,有滑溜滑軟綿口感。最後是萬眾期待的排骨粥,因已吸收了所有海鮮的精華,所以粥底好清甜又夠綿。…Read More

今晚特別肚餓特別開胃,所以揀去食有韓國菜燒烤同烤肉放題既高麗軒。好食既野當然要搵一搵,高麗軒位於金巴利道既中間位置,不過要搵都唔太難。收費唔算貴由$188起,另外只要加多$38就可以食到佢地既特別推介食物。一坐低就已經有五碟前菜,全部都係韓國特色小食,包括豆角,泡菜,豆腐,辣青瓜,芽菜和菠菜。青瓜同豆角就爽口,泡菜,芽菜同菠菜就夠曬入味。第一輪既係海鮮環節。首先出場係生猛花甲,上碟既時候仲識郁ga~~~認真夠新鮮,完全冇沙。燒烤放題有咁大隻帶子真係難以置信,平時就咁叫都要成六七十蚊,依家放題任叫真係可以食返夠本。豐滿海鮮拼盤,有蝦,青口,鮮魷,帆立貝,真係跨張,樣樣都好大隻,燒完之後絕無縮水,海鮮既鮮味及海鮮汁仲可以保留住,非常好味。食完海鮮之後,飲返個湯先。佢既香濃牛肋味令人一試難忘。湯底有點兒似番茄味,牛肋骨唔會煲到無曬味,而且牛肉一咬就鬆開,一d都唔韌。燒肉始動。唔好以為牛排骨會好似排骨咁,其實係無骨既,啖啖肉。雪花分佈唔錯,有少少鹽調味。牛肉油脂燒既時候卻有一陣陣香既牛油味。口感不硬,入口好鬆軟。令我encore很多次。有牛肋骨,肉眼扒,牛脷,五花腩。全部肉質新鮮,口感豐富,油脂分佈均衡。其中一個最抵食既食物,因為如果係其他韓國料理餐廳叫起碼要$100,依家仲係任食,真係正。這客牛肉一d腥味都沒有,而且仲好鮮嫩,食既時候要撈埋生蛋黃、生蒜、生白蘿蔔,口感一流。PS: 汽水任飲,無限提供。如果一早book,仲可以免加一…Read More

愈來愈多韓國餐廳出現,聽朋友介紹有間辛安東元祖奶奶雞幾好食又多人排隊,係韓國當地已經有好多間分店,亦有人氣明星光顧,講到咁犀利,所以就一早Book定台。去到果然排曬隊,好彩有Book到,都係等左一陣十五分鐘等汁台就有得入去食。入到去地方好大,夠光猛,餐具整潔乾淨。行街行到口渴,我地先叫左飲品。潮飲倒轉啤酒,有藍莓,梨,柚子味揀。啤酒味不太濃烈,藍莓味好重好香,柚子既話會有一條條切左柚子肉係底部。可以一邊飲一邊咬下d柚子肉,都幾清甜,降溫一流。頭盤小食,海哲本身好爽口仲有d脆脆地既感覺tim。加上芝麻同香油之後,食落又幾香口。外面既紫菜好脆好香,入面有青瓜,羅白好新鮮。再加上香噴噴的麻油,帶出飯香真味。永遠都係市場上最受歡迎既食品。用上一個茶煲盛滿蜆肉,幾特別。而蜆肉大大隻啖啖肉,非常低食。根據店員說佢地用左濃度為二十二度酒精,所以酒氣散發後,酒既甜味滲入蜆中。主要食材都由韓國總店日日運來,雞味香濃肉質嫩滑,帶有韓式豉油醬味但又甜甜地,真係百感交雜。雞鍋裡既水晶粉也是特別之一,煙煙韌韌與滑溜,加上吸收了燉雞的辣味後令人最為美味,叫人一吃難忘。…Read More
