最近減脂期,好多邪惡嘢都戒咗,但係今次失手🙈今日行街行到口渴想買嘢飲,但宜家citysuper foodcourt 裝修緊,得返一個細攤檔賣食物,選擇唔係好多。加上今日天氣極唔穩定,不停落大雨,都唔想出室外,咁岩見到哩間台式飲品,俾佢哋嘅茶香吸引到🧋今次係第一次飲哩間茶飲店,以前每次經過希慎店都大排長龍,完全排唔到。時代廣場店安靜啲,有一張長凳可以坐住等,旁邊仲有一張高枱,放低嘢企埋一邊等都唔會太阻空間。風格同希慎店有啲唔同,時代廣場店工作區同樣係白色,但其餘地方係用木紋色。雖然店舖無希慎店咁大,但係時代廣場店唔算太繁忙,加埋木系裝修,整體環境時代廣場店相對較舒服。飲品可以揀已經預設好嘅配搭,或者跟據自己口味去配,先揀茶底,再揀調味,再揀配料,大部分嘅飲品都可以揀甜度冰量。水仙葡韻纖菓冰茶 ($44)Grape Iced Tea with Konjac最近出咗葡萄系列,係期間限定😯茶底可以揀松針綠茶、玉露青茶 或者 水仙桂花。今次試吓纖玉菓子😌,甜度揀少甜,配玉露青茶。甜度岩岩好,茶味好出,飲到青茶嘅甘味,配埋提子肉粒,酸酸甜甜,味道好清新清爽。纖玉菓子口感煙韌有咬口,成杯飲品口感好豐富。國王珍珠奶茶 ($38)Bubble Milk Tea朋友揀咗人氣之選嘅國王珍珠奶茶,同樣係少甜。茶底預設鳳眉紅茶配皇家厚奶,哩款厚奶好似係招牌之一。茶底好香,奶味的確係比其他品牌嘅珍奶濃厚好多,口感好綿密好順口,好似cream咁,好香好滑。茶唔會太濃,同厚奶夾埋一齊味道好平衡。珍珠夠煙韌,唔會太硬亦唔會太稔,唔錯👍🏻下次大家嚟Times Square行街可以試吓👍🏻原來宜家茶飲店做緊活動優惠,8月18~21號每日晏晝5:30~6:00時段關注社交平台吃茶三千香港官方帳號,再即場打卡,就可以免費得到一杯葡萄系列🥹。接住8月25~28號買任何葡萄系列正價飲品,第二杯自選飲品 (青提系列除外) 半價‼️好抵🥹…Read More

屋企人成日聽一個朋友提起哩間餐廳,仲每個月都會食一次,佢哋心思思想試,今日帶埋我一齊去哩間餐廳。餐廳位於利舞臺廣場,近地鐵站,好方便。餐廳裝修好靚,環境舒服乾淨。咁岩今次被安排坐卡位,枱與枱中間有一定距離,通道闊落,而且樓底夠高,就算坐滿人,都唔會好嘈。精美四小拼 ($128)先叫一個小食拼盤,有四款福建傳統前菜。家鄉燜筍乾用肉汁燜嘅筍乾,好入味,淡淡咸香,唔會好濃味。九轉小腸係福建傳統手工腸套腸,一層一層做得好靚。福建筍凍睇落有啲似潮州嘅餚肉,上面有啲蒜頭辣椒碎,浸住豉油汁。水晶果凍入面包住一條條煙煙韌韌嘅嘢,當我哋討論緊係咩嚟嘅時候,職員經過聽到,介紹俾我哋知係海沙蟲。好在當時無即場上網search個樣🤣🤣蝦苗頭水紫菜水紫菜係指每年頭次採割嘅紫菜。紫菜混入蝦米同醬汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃,好適合做前菜。閩南五香卷 ($68/6粒)用豆皮包住肉餡,再去炸。外皮酥脆,食到餡入面有啲馬蹄,雖然係炸但唔會好油。不過略嫌餡料唔夠實,口感有啲削。福建特色海蠣煎 ($118)福建式煎蠔餅,蠔餅厚身,蠔粒粒大隻。但係中間多餡料嘅位比較咸。都係潮州嘅,炸到脆脆嘅好味啲😛酥炒芋芯 ($98 / 例)將芋頭切粒,外面包一層脆糖漿,外脆內軟,好好味👍🏻石鍋滑豆腐 ($98 / 例)最後,叫咗一個豆腐鍋。其實係俾隔離枱吸引到,見到隔離枱食緊,賣相睇落唔錯,於是叫嚟試下。豆腐有啲似玉子豆腐,好滑。先將豆腐外皮煎香,再用茨汁煮到入味,食到有少少豆板醬嘅味道,但唔會辣。個汁好好送飯,而且石鍋保溫,食到尾都仲係熱辣辣,好好食😋餐廳近期做緊免費甜品優惠,只要喺大眾點評 或者 google打卡,就可以送一份甜品。每一個客人完成打卡,就送一份。如果全枱食客都打卡的話,就每人都有一份免費甜品。甜品可以揀 薄荷枇杷凍 或者 建蓮雪耳湯。薄荷枇杷凍果凍食到淡淡薄荷味,可以解膩。上面有奇亞籽,仲有一粒枇杷,好清新。建蓮雪耳湯雪耳煮到好軟,入口即溶。兩款甜品都唔會太甜,唔錯。整個晚飯體驗都好滿意,淨係服務都滿分。職員會主動幫我哋加水。食緊前菜嘅時候,職員聽到我哋對菜色好有興趣,當每上一道菜都會做簡單介紹。食物嘅味道同份量都唔錯,調味唔會太重手。枱面上有一樽辣椒醬,唔食得辣嘅就唔好試,真係好辣🙈食五香卷嘅時候,職員話可以點辣椒醬食,唔小心落太多,好辣🙈上網見到原來餐廳喺海外都有好多分店。宜家即場登記做會員,仲可以有現金券,可以即刻用。如果想搵一間坐得舒服,質素好啲嘅中菜,而價錢又唔想太貴,可以考慮試下👍🏻…Read More

早排發現到哩間餐廳想試吓,但係當時遲咗一步拎位,要等成廿張枱😵‍💫,唯有放棄去其他餐廳。今次再經過沙田諗住去碰下運氣,不過正值晚飯時間,預咗又係大排長龍,照去望下會唔會有機會。去到門口嘅時候,竟然一個人都無😯,可以即刻入座。坐低之後,見到枱面上嘅餐碗仲有飯......已經胃口大減🤮餐廳係手機落單,職員只係需要專心上菜 同 收拾餐枱。當我哋搵附近職員幫手換新餐具嘅時候,職員都顯得有啲唔耐煩。食物上菜速度算幾快,手機落單之後,食物好快就陸續送上。泰式奶茶 ($32)Thai Milk Tea奶茶可以揀熱 或者 凍,甜度 同 冰量都可以調整,想口感豐富啲可以加$4加珍珠。珍珠煙韌,食落有少少甜味。餐廳好有心思,每杯飲品都會套上編織竹杯套,好有特色。可惜杯套上有啲疑似蛋汁嘅污積😥😥,未正式開始食已經對餐廳大打折扣😰泰式生蝦 ($108)一份生蝦有8隻。蝦肉爽口彈牙,都幾新鮮。配埋酸辣汁同蒜片一齊食,好味👍🏻海鮮炒闊河粉 ($128)味道唔錯,調味岩岩好,河粉入味得嚟又唔會太咸,亦唔會炒到好油。但係份量細得誇張,所謂嘅海鮮就係兩粒蝦仁同一件魷魚。兩個人share的話,每人大約分到半碗河粉、一隻蝦 同 半件魷魚😓如果一個女仔食,都未必夠飽。燒羅氏蝦 ($56)我哋叫咗生蝦,炒河粉有蝦,串燒又叫咗燒蝦。唔小心變咗全部都係🦐🦐🦐所有串燒都係兩串起,餐牌上面嘅價錢係一串嘅價錢,入到app落單就會自動計數。燒蝦好大隻,肉質彈牙,蝦頭仲有好多蝦膏,正😋餐廳唔收加一,不過會收返每人$10茶錢。後來上網見到餐廳由米芝蓮名廚打理,整體食物味道係唔錯,不過份量真係少得誇張。同衞生方便有待改善😐食到一半大約係8點左右,仲係晚餐高峰時間,但係餐廳已經有1/3空枱,我諗好多食客都同我一樣,食完無下次。…Read More

好一段時間無出嚟AIRSIDE食飯啦。喺AIRSIDE食午餐,每人平均消費接近$200,唔可以成日食🙈不過一大班人出去食,又或者揸車的話,AIRSIDE就一定有位泊車,沿路又唔會塞車,而且大部份餐廳都一定有位。食過咁多次,都無試過要等位。今次已經係第二次食哩間餐廳。餐廳岩岩開嘅時候,晏晝時間係無套餐。直到上一次食嘅時候,發現餐廳晏晝時段都開始推午市套餐,今日帶埋啲同事陪我食多次😋套餐包前菜、主菜 同 飲品。前菜有湯 或者 巴馬火腿。主菜有8款,好多嘢揀,有沙律、薄餅、飯、意粉、漢堡、牛扒。當日餐湯係忌廉粟米湯,再配一片麵包。湯就麻麻地,似普通罐頭忌廉湯,而且粉漿好重手。麵包我估係餐廳嘅sourdough🥖Scallop Mushroom & Risotto ($188)帶子蘑菇意式燴飯意大利飯好香。飯面鋪咗3大粒帶子,帶子熟度煎得岩岩好。意大利飯醬汁濃稠度適中,唔會好漿口,亦唔會太creamy,食落唔會覺得好滯。Wagyu Beef Burger ($198)和牛芝士漢堡配薯條遠遠已經聞到香噴噴😋漢堡有芝士、生菜,仲有......酸瓜😖偏食人第一時間拎走佢🤪漢堡扒好juicy,肉汁仲滴緊出嚟。薯條係粗薯條,條條飽滿,炸得好脆,好食😋Naughty Girl Pasta "Puttanesca" Spaghetti With Prawns ($188)海蝦蕃茄橄欖意大利粉見到餐牌上有個辣椒公仔🌶️,不過落單嘅時候職員話唔會太辣。食落又真係唔辣,只係有微微辣味。就算唔食得辣嘅人,應該都可以食到。蝦有4-5隻,肉質彈牙。整體味道都唔錯,微微嘅辣味帶出蕃茄醬嘅香。US Black Angus Sirloin ($268)美國黑安格斯西冷牛扒牛扒上面放咗香草牛油,旁邊有菇同薯條,淨係賣相都攞哂分。牛扒煎得好香,好靚,肉質唔硬。同事要求3成熟度,職員話會盡量整😝黎到大約係5成,都係預計之內,唔錯。推薦🌟👍🏻除咗漢堡、牛扒比較 heavy 嘅主菜,飯 或者 意粉類份量睇落都係偏少,但係有前菜 同 飲品,食完都夠飽。食完離開餐廳嘅時候,記得要參觀佢個麵包櫃🍞🥖🥐有各式各樣嘅酥皮麵包、甜品,仲有超巨型嘅sourdough,我諗成個sourdough成2磅🥖不得不提佢個麻糬酥皮蛋摓,之前食過一次,好正,好好味👍🏻,價錢又唔貴。值得一試👍🏻環境方面,餐廳偏嘈,唔知係咪有一個開放式嘅bakery,夾雜住啲機器聲。而且 lunch hour 餐廳內部比較繁忙,同時又好多人買麵包、外賣咖啡,就算樓底好高,都係聽到好多人聲同嘈音,大家傾計就要大聲少少,但係整體氣氛都係唔錯。…Read More

尖沙咀一向係韓國菜集中地。今日就嚟試一間幾出名嘅韓國餐廳,只要上網search 餐廳名,就會見到GD。原來係餐廳舊老闆同GD父母係認識,當年GD都有嚟幫襯。餐廳有空間感,枱與枱之間距離好遠,完全唔會有壓迫感。最重要嘅係,餐廳地面好乾淨。平時去韓燒,地下又笠又滑,哩度好乾淨。岩岩放工,大家都好肚餓,叫咗幾款熟食,食住等。釀冬菇伴柚子沙律 ($35)釀冬菇有3粒,全部切半,可以多啲一齊分。柚子沙律醋好味,好開胃,好清新。葛根水冷麵 ($88)冷麵配醋、芥茉一齊食,酸酸甜甜,同樣開胃。最近天氣熱返咁多,個冷麵夠哂凍,即刻降溫。冷麵有辣同唔辣,可以按自己口味落單。韓式蔥和海鮮煎餅 ($150)個煎餅有8大片,多餡。食落唔會好多粉,煎餅邊邊煎得脆口,唔錯。煎餅比想像中厚,真係要多啲人一齊食,如果唔係好快食飽哂。食完熟食,就準備等啲牛肉嚟😎職員幫我哋開爐後,等了又等,成20分鐘,啲生肉都仲未到...最後等咗差唔多成半個鐘先到...食前菜都食飽,所以食完第一轉肉,就無再追加。牛舌 ($140)調味特級牛肋骨 ($280)烤大蝦(4隻) ($120)特級韓牛橫隔膜 ($280)牛舌一份有12片,份量好多。幾款肉嘅肉質都好淋。尤其係醃咗嘅牛肋骨,唔會好咸,好好味。另外,值得一提嘅係牛橫隔膜。第一次食哩個部位,餐廳將件肉扎得好靚,一個圓形咁。我哋先將橫隔膜燒到半熟,再剪開絲帶,拆開嚟燒。口感好有咬口,但係唔會好硬,無腥味,又幾好食。未試過嘅朋友都可以試下,好特別👍🏻餐廳係無煙燒烤,食完啲衫、袋,全部無味🥹🥹整體食物味道都唔錯,唯獨係上菜時間有啲耐。反而熟食好快到,生肉就等好耐。前菜可以無限refill,一路等一路食,食前菜都食飽🙈餐廳有儀式感,即使係燒肉配料 同 醬汁,擺盤都唔馬虎。所以啲牛肉未到,已經擺到成枱嘢🤣成個用餐體驗唔錯,推薦👍🏻…Read More
