如果你好似我咁鍾意食嘢同音樂,呢到一定啱曬你啦😎 舖面嘅每個角落都放滿海報同黑膠唱碟,充滿特色🎸 除左長期播住好有feel嘅音樂之外更會間唔中邀請DJ駐場搞live show,相信氣氛一定好正🤟🏼老闆兼大廚曾經喺美國學廚,所以呢到主打大大份又高質嘅美國菜🇺🇸 當然亦有唔少fusion同各國菜色嘅料理,總有一款啱你心意😎This restaurant in Causeway Bay is filled with posters and vinyl records in every corner, with DJs doing frequent live shows. This place is all about big portions and high-quality American dishes with plenty of other international options.今次叫左佢哋嘅6 course menu ($368),雖然係一人餐但其實兩個女仔share都應該食得飽🤰🏻 首先上左濃稠又香濃嘅新英倫周打湯,同蒜蓉牛油多士係絕配🥖 凱撒沙律加左脆卜卜嘅麵包糠嘅煙肉碎,配埋沙律菜夠曬開胃🥗 I their 6-course menu ($368). First up was a creamy New England clam chowder, which paired perfectly with the garlic butter toast. The Caesar salad was appetising, topped with bacon bits and croutons.鮑魚海鮮拼盤Abalone Seafood Boil拼盤呈現得相當誘人,有鮑魚、海蝦、青口、八爪魚、蜆肉等海鮮🐟 口感各有特色,帶有一絲海水嘅鹹鮮,同Cajun嘅辛辣相得益彰🤩 裡面仲有烤薯仔、德國腸同粟米,樣樣都夠曬惹味💯 The seafood platter had abalone, shrimp, mussels, octopus, and clams. 通常一家大細出去食飯都唔會去扒房,因為昏暗而優雅嘅氣氛好似太凝重🙈 我近期就試左位於銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店嘅 Carver,裝潢簡潔時尚,服務態度一流,成個用餐體驗都舒適自在❤️ Carver is a simplistic, elegant and relaxing restaurant located in Crowne Plaza Hotel. 銅鑼灣世貿中心雖然人流比較少,但平日黎到位於11樓嘅 Bochord 竟然差唔多滿座🥳 佢哋嘅主廚曾經喺香港半島酒店做過,所以對於烹飪歐陸多國嘅菜色有一定嘅經驗同水準🧑🏻‍🍳 Bochord, located in CWB, has become a popular spot for citizens searching for a fine dining experience. The head chef is an ex-Peninsula hotel chef, making him very experienced in cooking up all sorts of international cuisines.餐廳以古代圖書館作靈感,用左充滿書籍嘅木櫃黎做牆身,加上昏暗嘅燈光令環境氣氛一流🤎 除左有得欣賞海景嘅窗邊座位之外,亦有多個梳發卡位同一間私人房👍🏼 每晚更有現場樂隊表演,絕對係約會或慶祝日子嘅首選之地💯 The entire restaurant is inspired by ancient libraries, and is completely surrounded by wooden shelves full of literatures. 前排入大埔探朋友之後就想食埋晚飯先走,誤打誤撞就搵到呢間餐廳 🍽️ 佢哋除左主打嘅大排檔小炒之外,亦有提供涼拌小食、明爐燒味、燒烤等等,款式應有盡有😍 店內環境簡潔明亮,無論係卡位同圓檯都夠寬敞舒適,重點係有冷氣嘆,比起街邊嘅大排檔舒服得多💆🏻‍♀️This restaurant in Tai Po offers all sorts of Cantonese dishes such as cold appetisers, Chinese barbecue and grilled items. The interior was spacious and bright, and it was especially comfy as they had A/C, which sets it apart from the other Da Pai Dongs. 麻香海蜇手撕雞 $78Jellyfish and Shredded Chicken in Sesame Dressing 一絲絲嘅雞肉軟嫩鮮甜,同爽脆嘅海蜇形成強烈對比👅 香濃嘅芝麻醬將整體風味提升,配以青瓜絲增加清新感🥒 The tender chicken was hand shredded into strips, which created a nice contrast of textures when coupled with the crunchy jellyfish. Appetisers such as Peperonat, Beetroot Salad with Blueberry and Truffle Caciotta Cheese were of high quality, with a variety of cold cuts imported from Italy. They specialise in French cuisine, and offer a calming and elegant ambience. 佢哋近排推出左午市套餐,逢星期一到日都有提供,我同朋友分別叫左三道菜 ($258)同四道菜($338),價錢夠曬親民🥳 我地仲追加左大隻又鹹鮮嘅季節時令法國生蠔($38/1)同澎拜嘅厚滑嘅時令海膽刺身多士($58),性價比超高🦪Their lunch menus are reasonably priced, and we got three courses for $258 and four courses for $388. Amaebi was sweet and plump, topped with drops of lime juice. Aji was paired with plum sauce, and the squid was sprinkled with salt and lime juice for extra freshness. Red Seabream was coupled with seaweed, and Hokkaido Seabream with yuzu to enhance the aromas. 深海池魚火炙後逼出油香,加埋酸汁、麻油同醃蔥夠曬惹味😙 吞拿魚赤身位有少許油脂感,同爽脆嘅醃蘿蔔形成對比🙌🏼 火炙竹籤魚口感豐腴,灑上柚子胡椒有助提鮮🧂 藍鯨吞拿魚拖羅配以青檸汁食落油而不膩,入口即化👅 北海道海膽綿密鹹香,用乾脆嘅紫菜包住層次感十足🍙 最後就有淮山金鯛魚同干飄卷,兩者口感有所不同,一啖一塊好滿足😌Seared Shima Aji was so fatty, and Tuna came with sliced radish for more depth. Seared Kamasu was enhanced by the fragrance from yuzu pepper, and the Bluefin Toro was so mellow, it literally melted in my mouth. Hokkaido Uni was rolled up in a crispy seaweed, which was so savoury and umami.
