通常一家大細出去食飯都唔會去扒房,因為昏暗而優雅嘅氣氛好似太凝重🙈 我近期就試左位於銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店嘅 Carver,裝潢簡潔時尚,服務態度一流,成個用餐體驗都舒適自在❤️
Carver is a simplistic, elegant and relaxing restaurant located in Crowne Plaza Hotel. It’s a great place for all sorts of gatherings.


一入到門口就見到由歐洲嘅熟成櫃,經過玻璃望到多款餐廳自行風乾熟成嘅肉類🤩 最特別一定係用咖啡渣乾式熟成嘅西冷,當然亦有其他選擇等迎合大家嘅口味啦🙌🏼
They specialise in dry aged steaks which are done in house, with other options such as seafood, mains and desserts.


落單後店員就即刻送上暖笠笠嘅酸種麵包,配軟滑嘅牛油一流🍞
Each table was served a complimentary sourdough bread, which was a great appetiser.

Pan-seared Scallop Wrapped with Bacon
大大粒嘅帶子鮮嫩爽口,兩面煎至微焦🔥 出面用左肥瘦適中嘅煙肉包著,而充分嘅油脂感令每啖食落油潤香醇🥓 配以三文魚籽鹹香十足,將鮮味提升至另一層次🌊
The scallops were fresh and plump, which went perfectly with the umami flavours of bacon and salmon roe.


香烤無骨鵪鶉 $278
Roasted Boneless Quail
比起烤雞,體型較小嘅鵪鶉肉質更緊緻,口感嫩滑多汁💦 連香潤嘅埋阿根廷青醬一齊食夠曬惹味,同時新鮮香草同蒜頭嘅芳香有助解膩😉 伴碟有番茄醬同車厘茄,優雅嘅酸甜滋味令整體味道無咁單一🍅 配埋另加嘅炒鴻喜菇&蠔菇 ($65) 就更加美味啦🫶🏼
The boneless quail covered in tomato paste was so juicy and tender, topped with chimichurri sauce for some freshness. There were many sides to pick from, and I chose the Sautéed Shimeji & Oyster Mushroom ($65)

呢個甜品真係第一次食,賣相已經足以吸引到我👀 下面用左多條香蕉合併而成,焗至外層微焦,內裏軟熟帶少少黏稠嘅口感🍌 最底放左一塊脆餅提升層次感,再配埋雪糕食就有冰火交融嘅效果,令人回味無窮😋
The bananas were toasted into a creamy texture, which had a nice contrast to the crispy biscuit at the bottom. Together with vanilla ice cream, it created a phenomenal combination.
