不知道雪園(銅鑼灣)與雪園壹號(灣仔)有沒有關係?是否同一間?前者是疫情前去過的,食物質素很高,服務態度亦很好。所以,想再前來雪園吃滬菜。誰不知道後者令人強差人意,由等安排入座(到達時間是下午一點三十分),企了5分鐘,無人問津,店內得五枱客,服務人員有四名,對客人都愛理不理樣子,十分奇怪。到點餐問題,點牌寫上「廚師推介」的菜式,例如:馬蘭頭,話無貨;點蟹粉小籠包,話不是當做;點熏魚,話午餐時段無,只得晚餐才有;點酸辣湯,要兩位才起。結果,點了酸辣湯(飲完很口渴)、油燜筍(勝哥即食筍還更好吃)、擔擔麵(完全不合格)、點了醉雞,上菜時卻上了豬腳仔。服務人員的態度亦很差(黑口黑面),遠處枱客用膳完走了,收拾碗碟的聲音亦很吵耳的。聽見服務人員之間談話內容「記得出糧,….」莫非就快結業?不過,食物和服務質量很差,我不會再光顧。…Read More
