放工同朋友來光顧這間位於中環西餐廳晚餐- A Lux,由於朋友一早訂了檯,所以來到不用等巳可以直接安排入座。一進餐廳,巳經覺得這餐廳地方寬敞,很寧靜很舒服,而且店員很有禮貌。店員先為我們付上餐前不同款嘅包,有牛角包、芝士脆片、香草法式麵包等,每一款我都讚不絕口。之後店員亦都很細心地幫我們清理枱上的麵包碎才開始上菜。我地叫了各自叫了1個set晚餐,超級豐富。牛油果蕃茄凍湯: 凍湯很吸引,有點酸酸的但帶出牛油果的濃郁味道之餘又不會太膩。French salmon tartare:三文魚他他將三文魚刺身切粒,配上不同特色的汁,更附上大量三文魚子,造型美觀,是一道優雅美味的開胃菜,非常適合我這種海鮮愛好者。Spaghetti, 24 Months Parmesan Cheese,Black truffle:24 月巴馬臣芝士黑松露意粉給人一種濃郁奢華的美味享受。由廚師推一架大餐車在我們面前即場煮這道意粉,很有誠意。24個月巴馬臣芝士煮好後散發出濃郁的奶香和堅果風味,與新鮮一片片黑松露完美融合。每一口都讓人感受到奶酪的絲滑口感和黑松露的獨特風味,味道很豐富。USDA Ribeye, Shallots Jus: 我哋叫了五成熟 Ribeye, 肉質細嫩多汁,加上Shallots Jus 的深厚醬汁搭配恰到好處,提升了整體口感,完美展現出牛排的風味。粟子Tiramisu:結合了粟子的獨特風味及輕柔的芝士搭配濃郁的咖啡,加上粟子的清香,口感豐富且層次分明。每一口都充滿著甜蜜的滋味,令我為這頓晚餐畫上完美的句號。…Read More

今晚天氣凍凍地,我和朋友都想食燒烤,所以放工就和朋友來試試位於尖沙咀一間好評的「燒肉臻」!一入到去,環境很寬敞,而且很清潔乾淨,服務員又很貼心,感覺很舒服!我們叫了一客「臻*二人餐」!前菜螢光魷魚:雖然螢光魷魚賣相一般,但入口有種滑口的感覺,很多汁又煙韌,能品嘗魷魚鮮味,而且很有咬口,感覺不錯。牛肉盛合:三角胸小排,背峰,後腰蓋柳,牛小排,三角肥牛,封門牛,板腱。牛肉盛合是將牛肉不同部位拼成一盤,每種牛都有木牌清楚說明牛的部位名稱。當中我最喜歡封門牛!因為它脂肪不多但肉味非常濃郁。我們只需要輕輕煎一煎至半熟後,肉質巳很軟腍,入口鬆軟即溶化,很好吃。另外,我覺得牛小排也不錯,肉質鮮嫩多汁,鮮甜美味,油脂適中,入口即溶但又不會太油膩,值得推介。加拿大龍蝦:龍蝦肉質鮮甜,香濃美味,上面鋪滿我至愛蒜容來燒,我吃了特別開胃。總括來說,舒適的環境、貼心的服務,加上美味的牛,絕對值得一試。…Read More
