忙足一星期,終於有時間歇一歇。坐地鐵到深水埗站,出站行五分鐘,就來到這間金豪酒家。幸好已預先訂位,等十分鐘,便能被安排入座,位置在角落,私人空間十足。不過,今日實在太多客人,環境有點嘈吵,閒聊近況也要略提聲量。點菜後,侍應姐姐很客氣地說:「今日比較多人,上菜可能有點慢,請耐心等候。」可能已經被期望管理了,又或是因為談得太開心,轉眼間,便上第一道菜。好味醬烤骨標榜是日本黑毛豬,非常軟熟,大大塊,上面又有原片菠蘿,配合得沒有油膩感。分量十足,三個人,每人也有三、四件。冰火鮮魷魚冰涼的魷魚條,配以火辣的醬汁,確有冰火交融,又冷又熱的感覺。椒鹽豆腐內軟外脆,熱辣辣的一口豆腐,使人吃不停口,要一口接一口。翡翠炒斑球大大片斑塊,軟熟得來有咬口,再配輕炒的西蘭花,簡直妙絕。豉油王中蝦去腳去鬚,如果有得去埋殼就更Perfect。金豪濃湯雞煲壓軸的,當然是這個招牌濃湯排翅!下鍋前,侍應會遞上一碟,原裝勁量的魚翅;濃郁的雞湯魚排翅,簡直是天衣無縫。…Read More

友人們相約飯局,想食經典的中菜,所以就揀咗呢間剛搬往上址的傳統老店——生記飯店。幸好之前有預訂座位,即使今天是星期二,已經沒有Walk in,全店滿座。實而不華的裝修,舊式酒樓的味道,是完全想像不到,這是連續10年米芝蓮的推介食店。蒜香九肚魚做前菜,好似大排檔的椒鹽九肚魚,新鮮炸完即上枱,外脆內軟,熱辣辣有軟骨但好安全,不會哽喉。第二道菜名為即燒BB豬因為點了例牌份量,所以只得6片,真係少食多滋味,豬味濃郁,外皮脆,少油脂,沒有油膩感,只是每人得一片,少了一點。跟住上枱嘅就係紅燒妙齡乳鴿叫得乳鴿就一定係小鴿,仲要妙齡,就知道佢有幾嫩滑。冇試佢嘅例湯,反而叫咗個韭黃瑤柱魚肚羹。用料足,冇味精,加少許胡椒粉,十足滋味。之後有原個砂煲上既砵酒焗蟮球,大大嚿啖啖肉,又冇骨,有薑蔥炒過,送飯一流。跟住黎一碟小食,懷舊蝦多士。熱辣辣脆卜卜,完全零油膩感,大蝦彈牙,同麵包簡直係絕配。最後,再來多一碟家傳手藝生煎蓮藕餅。食落去,好有細過媽媽親手烹調嘅感覺,一塊係大到可以送返一碗白飯。要多碟清清地既山根炆豆腐。已經肚飽飽,熱情嘅夥計,仲要喺埋單後送上一碟白糖糕,將整個懷舊香港dinner昇華到頂點。嚟緊同屋企人食飯,又多一個選擇啦!…Read More

天氣太凍,好想食返啲溫暖嘅嘢!朋友介紹尖沙咀美麗華商場新開嘅 mue mue聽說這餐廳是標榜中菜與泰菜的mix and match。第一道菜:紅磚豆腐不油膩的黃金脆皮,包裹著嫩滑的豆腐,帶點微辣喚醒味蕾,預備身心開始晚宴。第二道菜:泰式青醬牡丹蝦大大隻牡單蝦,彈牙新鮮,要分數口,才吃得完。第三道菜:炭燒汁八爪魚薄切八爪魚伴秘醃鮮西瓜,意想不到這個新穎的配搭,竟然出奇好味。三道前菜後,要品嚐那個泰皇冬陰功湯。四人份量,用料十足,可以每人兩至三碗,十隻沙白五隻青口,香氣四溢。終於到主菜:泰王咖喱龍蝦配手抓餅微辣香甜咖喱汁,加軟綿綿的刈包,伴著大啖大啖的龍蝦肉,簡直就是泰王享受!再來一鍋,冬陰功脆皮燒雞皮脆肉嫩,少油香口,又伴著粉皮,以手撕雞的方式上碟,確有一點點中式的感覺。接著是,香茅檸檬葉烤魚這不以泰式火爐上枱,卻以大大隻蒸魚碟上,外皮煎得香口,魚肉則剛剛好又少骨。另一樣海鮮,麥皮蝦黃金脆炸彈牙海蝦,每人一隻又怎夠呢!大魚大肉後,應該食點菜,那就叫一碟,參巴豬頸肉炒椰菜。沒有泰式香葉辣味,卻多了點中式鑊氣。菠蘿炒飯腰果、提子乾、肉鬆、蝦仁、菠蘿用料十足,配搭得宜,即炒即上,熱辣辣,香噴噴!飽到頂著肚子,也要食飯後甜品,竹蔗茅根啫喱底伴椰肉黑糖椰子雪糕配桃膠用料豐富到真想叫多一份呢!…Read More
