因為小金魚母親節其間游咗去咗外地出差,所以無同魚媽媽食飯,珍尋日魚家姐都早放工,當然馬上游返屋企同魚媽補做母親節啦....雖然家住奧海城附近,但總是覺得奧海城入面既食店質素好參差(有d仲可以叫好難食添),但因為唔想魚媽媽老人家行咁遠搵食,都係近近地去奧海城食算la呢間金滿庭其實一早都想試,但好幾次經過都排長龍,魚媽媽又係個d等位超過15分鐘就會開始唔耐煩,所以次次都食唔到,今次可能係平日,基本上算係無人排,攞咗飛只係等佢執枱就入得去囉可能真係人唔多,金魚家一家三口都安排去坐中型枱,環境算唔錯,枱與枱之間都唔係好迫,坐得都幾舒服,呢度每枱上菜時都會有餐前小食──毛豆豆腐干青瓜(我見到最少有一"碗",多人d就有兩"碗",另一個好似係蝦,太遠我望唔清楚),因為小金魚唔食青瓜,所以我對呢個小食無評價,但係見魚媽媽同魚姐姐都清咗佢,我估唔難食呱....好la,廢話少說,都係上主菜既時間囉我地三個人總共叫咗5個餸~~ 一口小籠包: 一籠有8個,味道唔錯,算係皮薄涵靚,只係略嫌凍咗小小,如果可以一出爐就上枱可以更好,同埋個醋唔似有d地方咁陳到"確"喉,可以加的比d薑絲加埋d醋度會更好味賽螃蟹+蛋黃:呢個好好味,連魚媽媽都讚口不絕,蛋白炒得夠滑夠味(唔落醋食都可以),又唔係好油,個醋應該有調過味,酸得嚟帶小小甜味,同個餸味道好夾,魚媽媽幾乎清咗半碟.....蔥油大餅:小金魚最鐘意食蔥油餅,呢度個餅大約有必x客最細個隻薄餅咁大,上面全部都係芝麻,咁樣當然非常非常地"香口"(小金魚最愛的口感呵呵~),同埋佢應該係用焗而唔係煎,無咁油,但仍然脆口,我食咗超過半個囉,不過如果d蔥可以整熟d會更好,因為第一啖食落時,會覺覺得d蔥有陣"生"味,不過仍可接受肉絲兩面黃:呢個比起好多中式酒樓整得仲好食,份量大約有1.5個麵餅度,煎到外脆肉軟,最最最緊要係個肉絲"顯"唔係太杰,小金魚超怕個"顯"太濃,出面好多都整到好似漿糊咁一"patpat",呢度就啱啱好,good!!!!奶油津白:呢個係咁多個餸入面最唔好食,菜味淡,奶油味又無,仲要津白又少,講完!3個人食5道菜真係超飽(我地係食清無打包喎),呢度餸菜既份量屬正常,連+1,菜芥,小食=HKD370.00,價錢方面以咁既質素同係大型商場嚟講,屬於合理連魚媽細都話:唔洗排長龍的話,平日嚟可以"安哥"!!!!…Read More

小金魚好耐都無寫食評喇(懶得打字吖)點解今次會"的"起心肝寫,係因為呢間貴花甜真係值得推介下小金魚嘗甜,但係係旺角要搵好食既甜品店真係唔多,嚟嚟去去都係乜記嘜記個二間,食得多都會悶呢間貴花甜算係小金魚屋企附近,我成日都會經過,佢地位置唔係係大街大巷,一般人行街都應該唔會行入去呢度初時小金魚都懷疑呢度間甜品店有無客,同味道好唔好,旺角區既糖水舖係多但係質素嘛.......真係好參差有一日小金魚同個朋友仔食完飯,朋友仔知我鐘意食Cream Brulee,佢話佢前幾日同朋友嚟過,雖然唔係食cream brulee,但係佢話個心太軟唔錯喎(仲好過好多人話好好食既天x棧),於是就捉咗我去試下一吃,果然唔錯,之後去過幾次,試過以下幾款甜品:1. cream brulee : good~個燉蛋好滑又有蛋香(真係食蛋有蛋味嫁),同個焦糖面燒得啱啱好,脆得嚟唔燶,用茶匙一敲敲破個面,糖+蛋一齊放入口,正~~~2. 心太軟 : 我無食過天x棧既心太軟,所以我唔評論邊個好食d,我只係知呢間既心太軟好對辦,即焗即上枱,熱辣辣咁,一切開d朱古力醬係慢慢咁流出嚟(以前上網睇過話咁至係正宗),+埋雪糕一齊食,好"冰火"既感覺吖3. 朱古力布朗尼 : 朱古力味好濃,但係又唔會過甜,個派底有合桃,又係+埋雪糕一齊食,好味4. Baileys 梳乎厘 : 新鮮熱辣辣焗起上枱,見到都好開心,不過個人唔好baileys既味道(雖然焗出嚟味道唔算好強),但係呢d係個人口味問題,朋友就食得好開心5. 朱古力冰露(唔肯定個名) : 呢個真係麻麻,說穿了就係朱古力沙冰 + 一球雪糕,但係d朱古力沙冰味道好淡,一句到尾,唔好食去過幾次,總結如下 : 1. 味道 : 試過幾款都唔錯,尤其係心太軟同CREAM BRULEE,強烈推介2. 價錢 : 見有其他食評話佢價錢貴(旺角地方港島價錢),呢度一個甜品平均都要$40以上,但係去乜記嘜記食一個糖水咪一樣要咁上下價錢,但係呢度既出品值得比呢個價錢佢(要平既可以行前小小食鵝記xx,1x-2x有個糖水),講真,"一分錢一分貨"呢個係一個不變既定律,要平又要靚,唔係無,只係無咁多囉,3. 環境 : 普普通通,呢度唔係可以比你吹水既地(因為平日都幾多人等位),但係都算坐得舒服,人多都唔係好嘈(有人話燈光好強,小金魚又唔覺喎)4. 招呼 : 係門口等位時已經有人推介有乜食,坐低時都會講下邊樣出名,唔算好hard sell,你唔理佢既推介,佢都唔會黑面有機會小金魚一定會再去試埋其他甜品(肥死無大害)…Read More

食物大不如前....收費又唔合埋....服務又唔係太好

約了一個好耐無見的朋友仔食飯,朋友仔家住屯門,但在旺角上班,為咗就朋友仔,所以雖然明知星期五的旺角係"人山人海",都唯有去旺角搵野食啦。本嚟想去打邊爐,但係點知朋友仔又話個胃唔係好舒服,唔想食得太油膩,諗起以前食過好幾次呢間笑笑,味道都唔錯,而且日本菜唔會太油膩,啱我朋友仔啦。上到去見到都有幾多人等位,都預咗啦,但係無估過要等咁耐,我地8點唔夠開始等位,足足要到9點鐘至可以入坐,差點餓到傻咗。個待應安排我地坐張L型的枱,都OK,二個人坐都幾舒服,而且呢度D全部坐位都有好高的屏風嚟隔,最啱情侶SWEET SWEET OR同朋友仔傾計。好喇~真係太肚餓啦,叫野食啦。因為張枱唔係太大,費時擺到成枱餸,所以我地份開二次叫野食。ROUND 1......叉燒豬骨湯拉麵:以一般日本餐廳嚟講,呢碗拉麵算中上啦,麵的份量足夠份成4小碗(以佢放係枱面個個碗嚟計),仲有成4-5塊叉燒,湯底仍唔錯,麵身仍淥得唔係好淋,笑笑始終唔係一間拉麵舖,拉麵有呢個質素已算唔錯啦。芥末"將"魚:呢個雖然幾好食,但係份量偏少,而且有時芥辣味比較重,有時又會無乜味,可能係嚟貨的問題呱。白木屋海鮮沙律:成餐飯最好食就係呢個,用料有:羅馬生菜+甜蛋+魚生+蘿蔔絲(呢個唔肯定),小金魚係唔食蔬菜類的沙律的,不過因為呢個沙律只係用羅馬生菜,所以都勉強OK,加理其他配料同個酸酸地的汁,好味,我同朋友仔唔洗5份鐘就清咗個沙律。咁鬼少野點會夠呀。唔該,我仲要想........ROUND 2..........石頭鍋飯:難食,呢個飯其實小金魚係笑笑初初開張時就食過好多次,味道唔錯,熱辣辣的飯+泡菜+生雞蛋,撈理一齊嚟食確唔錯,但係今次嚟食就差咗好多,只係得少少熱,而且連D飯都好淋,D泡菜又無乜味,我好勉強至食咗一碗,我朋友仔連一碗都食唔完。網燒牛肉:如果石頭鍋飯係難食的話,呢個網燒牛肉就真係超超超(下刪50個超)難食,原來如下:1. 佢應該係漏單,個餸又唔洗煮,照埋應該可以好快上枱,加上唔追唔嚟,一追就可以上枱,仲唔係漏單:(2. 一見碟牛肉已經唔想食咁濟,碟牛肉有6件,SIZE大約對於2/3張八達通咁大,不過唔知點解上面有D好奇怪半透明的醬汁(定獻呢????),但係又見到有一點點的黑椒係面,視覺上已經唔係咁討好,牛肉的顏色又怪怪的,仲要有D係未溶雪。3. 點知一燒仲大鑊,因為個爐唔係好夠火(個爐係用酒精啫喱,燒到第三塊已經要換個啫喱啦),塊牛肉根本似薰熟多過燒熟,燒好o既牛肉居然係白色(我估係因為d醬汁o既關係),味道只係食得出好鹹同黑椒味,可以話完完全全無牛肉味。本嚟食到呢度我地都仲未飽,只係已經比呢個網燒牛肉攪到無矖胃口,所以都無再叫其他野食喇.....最唔明的地方係,唔知由幾時間始,笑笑居然要比茶錢(HKD5.00/位),如果你叫飲品就可以免,去日式餐廳要收茶錢小金魚都係第一次見。仲要杯茶只係一杯超普通的綠茶粉 + 熱水o既普通綠茶,而且全餐飯無侍應主動嚟加茶,雖然小金魚同朋友都有叫其他飲品(2個飲品都OK),但係臨走時朋友想飲少少熱茶至走,咁啱又見有個侍應攞住個茶壺經過,諗住叫佢加加茶啦,點解個侍應居然只係應我地"哦,轉頭嚟"就行咗去,到我地走都無幫我地加茶,如果我地無叫野飲的話,咁就真係5蚊買一杯茶嚟飲啦。成餐飯真係無乜地方值得我要排超過1個鐘嚟"安哥"一次。埋單找數,二個人食咗HKD320.00,唔貴但係都唔平。…Read More

同朋友仔食完一餐唔係好飽又唔係好食的晚餐後,本嚟諗住搵間麥當當坐係飲杯咖啡,點知可能因為係星期五的關係,麥當當超多人,咁夜又唔想等位,初時都決定放棄想送朋友仔搭車返屋企喇,又比我呢條為食魚見到呢間舖有個"e拉架"係街,小金魚一向都鐘意薑味的甜品,一於捉埋朋友仔入去做白老鼠。呢間舖都幾隱蔽,唔係佢係街頭擺個"e拉架"的話,真係行過你都唔會知有間咁既舖頭存在,入到時又己經接近11點喇,所以只有二個客人係度,連唯一的一個所謂待應(我估係老闆娘)都係度掛住煲"電話粥",連我地入都唔知(定唔理)啦,直到我同朋友揀好甜品,仲要大聲咁叫"唔該"佢至放底個電話。全程零招呼,都唔知有無攪錯。算喇,我地二個人揀咗三個甜品,等咗大約10分鐘左右,聽到2次"叮"一聲後就有糖水送嚟啦。薑汁撞奶(原味):呢個確實唔錯,雖然奶味比較淡,薑味比較夠濃,個撞奶整體上嚟講亦夠滑身同唔太甜,應該都係即叫即撞(仲有即叮),好過我上次去義順食個個薑汁"登"蛋白,呢度仲可以加多d薑汁嚟撞,我個日就無叫加底,但係我估味道應該都唔錯,如果你好似我咁鐘意薑汁o既味道的話。其實我見餐牌仲有好多隻味道揀,不過我估原該原味會比較好吃。香芋西米露:呢個係朋友仔叫的,佢本身好鐘意食芋頭,見佢個碗西米露份量唔少,料亦好足,甚至可以叫好多西米,只係食落好明顯係"叮叮"貨色,d芋頭算"粉",但係我朋友仔話食落去好似有陣怪味,我試食一粒就唔係好覺,只係唔無芋頭味,但係呢碗西米露整體上亦都ok,尤其係d西米,雖然係煮定食時再"叮"熱佢,都唔會"痴"理一舊。麥提沙湯丸:嘩~呢個湯丸真係超超超(下刪50個超)難食,本嚟我地想叫片糖湯丸,佢話無只係剩返麥提沙,等咗好耐至嚟呢個湯丸,我個撞奶都食完佢至嚟,上到枱我一見碗湯丸我已經暗叫不妙。因為見到d湯丸顏色好怪,半白半啡咁,個湯底亦好混濁咁,d啡色似係d湯丸穿咗d色甩落d皮同個湯底度咁,"不"一粒嚟睇亦果然係塊皮係穿咗,食落去味道好怪,雖然肯定係有麥提沙味,但係粒麥提沙全部溶成液體之後質感好差,都係食返普通的湯丸好啦。見佢餐牌上仲有好多其他款式的糖水,但係以今次的經驗嚟睇,有機會再嚟都係食薑汁撞奶會比較隱陣啦。3野加理HKD50.00,價錢中等啦,只係唔好食就覺得唔抵囉。整體嚟如果淨係計碗薑沖撞奶係可以比一個笑臉佢,但係如果計理其他野嘛,唔.....我可以比1/3個笑臉佢嗎。…Read More

同朋友仔一齊做完面係呢頭落車,想去永安行下有無野買,但係點知乜都買唔到,係永安後門出,就算到恭和堂,還掂無野做,就走入去食個龜苓膏......呢間舖的裝修真係十年如一日,小金魚仲係一條魚毛時已經係咁,咁多年都無乜點變過,不過我由一條小魚毛變成咗一條肥金魚就卡位有點迫.....我叫咗一盅凍龜苓膏嚟食,因為怕苦所以我會加頻多糖醬落下(呢度D糖醬好清甜好似仲有少少桂花味添..不過唔肯定啦...),雖然朋友話你落咁多糖都食唔出龜苓膏D原味啦,HEHEHEHEHE我知,不過我怕苦但係又想食啫,但係朋友仔話食得出好足料(佢食熱仲要唔落糖),好過許X山好多。(我就話佢~咁當然啦,許X山係食甜品咋,邊係涼茶舖喎)因為唔係常常食的關係,所以我唔知到底食龜O糕有乜特別的功效,不過我個人就比較鐘意食恭和堂多過其他甚麼海X堂呀大X姐呀咁,佢老字號我會相信多D。見佢仲有好多其他種的飲品(甚麼紫背天葵),有機會經過不坊試試。食完比錢仲有一張印花咭比你,儲滿8個就送1盅比你。…Read More

有點貴,但ok啦.....

魚媽媽唔似小金魚鐘意出街搵食,好難得佢有日問我"太興d野係咪好好食",見好幾日都無返屋企食飯,今日下午就同魚媽媽試下太興。其實我之前都無食過太興,只係聽過朋友話佢d燒味ok,但價錢就頻貴。不過難得魚媽想食,都試下啦。咁啱富榮花園有間,good~唔洗魚媽媽行去魚街~~去到大約2點左右,人唔多成間舖大約仲有1/3係"吉"枱,任我地揀想坐邊張都得。坐低見佢有d套餐,一場嚟到太興無埋由唔食燒味,最後我地二個人叫咗:燒味雙併飯(乳豬 + 叉燒) :乳豬皮都仲脆,但唔熱之餘仲肥咗少少,再加上連乳豬醬都無,呢點要扣分,至於d叉燒就唔錯,夠鬆軟又唔係全瘦(如果乳豬d肥過落去叉燒度就完美啦),不過顏色方面唔係我平時食開d鮮紅色,而係深紅(黑黑地),再扣少少分。瑞士汁牛柳濕炒河:小金魚一向都鐘意食瑞士汁雞翼,見佢呢個炒可又有瑞士汁又有牛柳啱矖我的心水,碟炒河都好快上枱,一碟好黑"蚊蚊"的炒河。味道方面d瑞士汁甜甜地都幾好,不過d牛柳有好重的黑椒味,至於個河粉有所有炒河的通病===>油,還好佢係濕炒河同佢有落瑞士汁,好似無咁油,但係食到最後都係好油同滯。其餘我地仲叫咗個油菜,分量ok,只係可唔可以比多少少蠔油,14蚊一個菜,唔好咁孤寒啦。仲有佢呢度凍飲要+3,本嚟都ok,但係當我一見到我個杯凍檸水嚟到,只有大約半杯唔到係水,有超過半杯以上係冰,我就覺得佢好"搵笨",雖然佢呢度個杯比出面大少少,但係真係洗唔洗落咁多冰呀。魚媽媽就叫咗杯紅豆冰(+6),同我個杯檸水一樣咁多杯(魚媽媽撈咗一碗冰出嚟,佢個杯都仲有餘),不過魚媽媽話個紅豆冰好好食,佢真係食到一粒豆都無餘貴少少都算啦。整體上我覺得成餐質素都算ok,只係價錢就略貴,二個人已接近110.00,加上係餐飲方面令人有"搵笨"的感覺,如果純粹只係想食燒味飯,魚之家樓下的燒味檔一個飯盒雙併都只係18.00,雖然無乳豬揀(要就另計),但質素絕對不比太興差,再加上個個炒河很奇怪地只係微暖,全無鑊氣的感覺。那有甚麼地方可以吸引我再去太興一次嗎???…Read More

目前為止最好食的拉麵店

我其實是一條愛吃麵多於吃飯的金魚,不論係中式的"細蓉"or"米線",意式的"pasta",日式的"拉麵",全部都係小金魚的最愛,尤其係拉麵。小金魚幾年前曾到日本一"游",隨街"游"入一間拉麵店都可以叫小金魚想移民到日本算了。雖然小金魚住在旺角這個旺區,但可是除了"橫鋼"這間常常要排長龍的尚算可以之後,不知是小金魚太咀刁的關係還是怎樣啦,我真的在旺角找不到一間好吃的拉麵店。(如大家有好吃的店,請告訴我.....但除了味千拉麵.......)平日小金魚好少係"光天化日"低下出現係銅鑼灣,夜晚的銅鑼灣同旺角差唔多,去邊度食飯都要等位,所以我都好少係呢度搵食。剛巧這天放假到銅鑼灣做"面",做完都成3點幾,朋友仔問我想食乜下午茶,我就話想拉麵(我認我大食....hehehe),於是朋友仔就同我去咗佢公司附近呢間八八八拉麵啦。間舖頭係地庫,唔留意真係會錯過,行落去就有人帶你位,可能過咗食飯時間,所以只得小貓二三隻客人,朋友話平日夜晚實要等位,咁梗係啦,咁旺的地區開食店,唔多人等位一係就好貴,一係就唔好食。好啦~廢話少說啦~~唔該~~~落order呀......主食類:麵豉叉燒湯拉麵:小金魚一向都愛味濃的食物,所以食拉麵多數都係食麵鼓湯底,等咗大約10分鐘左右,碗麵就上枱啦。碗麵賣相唔錯,基本的銀芽+大蔥+荀都有,仲有好幾塊厚薄適中叉燒,朋友教落食拉麵前食啖湯就知呢間舖頭d野好定唔好,所以第一時間飯啖湯先,umumum,唔錯,雖然肯定有落師傅啦,但係都食出有麵豉味,再食塊叉燒,好味,呢度d叉燒比起個間"一x安"真係一塊等1.5塊咁滯~至於個麵亦淥得幾好,幾彈牙,個湯底仲有少少肉碎,食完我都唔覺得好口乾。麵豉湯拉麵:朋友仔話唔想食得太飽,所以叫咗呢個,同我叫個個基本上係一樣,只係少咗幾塊叉燒,本嚟朋友仔話想食豬骨味的,但係我話"你想食豬骨味不如返屋企煮出前一丁啦,平好多喎",因為出前一丁出個隻豬骨味真係唔錯。小食類:凍豆腐:其實味道唔錯,只係小金魚唔鐘意食上面d木魚片同個汁落酒落得太重手,扣咗少少分啦,個豆腐應該係"x福"出品,都幾滑同雪得夠凍。雞蛋:係溏心雞蛋,雖然+12一隻有少少貴,不過佢都整得唔錯,個蛋心仲係啫喱狀,有少少滷水味(色),只係以前小金魚係日本食拉麵時習慣咗有蛋,所以至會+蛋啫....hehehe唯一要彈的是,個日飲個杯水有"陣"怪味,雖然朋友仔話過濾水係咁,但係真係超難飲,所以最後要叫罐芬達嚟飲,成十幾蚊一罐芬達,貴呢.........整體上成餐下午茶(?)好好食,二個人叫嚟小食同汽水都係二百蚊(我上次去一x安食又唔好食,二個人叫二個麵+飲品都唔止呢個價錢),不過平日小金魚真係好少過海,而且夜晚嚟食有排等位,下次再要"日頭"嚟都唔知要等幾時啦。:(…Read More

好幾個星期無返屋企食飯,難得上個星期唔洗輪班,就游返屋企現下身,費時魚媽媽以為我失咗蹤。點知個日輪到魚姐姐唔"痴"家,得返我同魚媽媽二個人(魚),就叫魚媽媽唔好煮出街食算啦。之前已經係金魚街見過呢間八方雲集,知佢係主要係買餃子,見佢係屋企附近都開咗一間,就捉埋魚媽媽去試下啦。入到去見間舖好細,可能主打做外賣(因為我見都有好多人去門口等外賣),D位都SET得好迫,唔會預你食完坐好耐的啦。餐牌好簡單,可以揀套餐:4款湯(粟米+酸辣+紫菜+魚丸) + 4款餃子([蒸]招牌+韮菜+[煎]泡菜+咖喱) = HKD26.00 or 再加HKD5.00就再有飲品(普通的豆漿or可樂or茶...)魚媽媽:粟米湯 + 招牌餃子小金魚:酸辣湯 + 韮菜餃子 + 雪碧d食物好快上枱,首先嚟碗湯,魚媽媽個粟米湯唔錯喎,有粟米+火腿,又唔太稀,我偷了幾啖嚟飲,整得仲好飲過好多西餐廳的白湯。個酸辣湯就麻麻啦~唔夠酸又唔夠辣,雖然用料都幾足(有大量的蘿蔔+荀+木耳),只係小金魚唔鐘意食蘿蔔,"了"得好辛苦,不過呢個係個人口味問題,唔作得準....hehehehehe個餃子都好快嚟,因為我地係叫蒸餃,見佢都好熱辣辣,賣相唔錯,一碟都有成十幾粒,但係味道就......先講個招牌餃子,初時唔明乜叫招牌餃子,個餐牌又無講,之前又無幫襯過,唯有問下待應啦,至知原來係椰菜餃,真係唔講都唔知呀~~~雖然個皮唔差,但係椰菜味道好淡,個"函"入面maybe有少少肉啦,但係完全食唔出亦睇唔出,至於無味道係因為份量少定唔新鮮.....咁就真係唔知啦~而已個韮菜餃就真係好"韮菜",因為全隻餃都係韮菜嘛,同招牌餃子一樣,maybe+可能有少少肉呱,但係真係少得好可憐,不過如果大家係鐘意食韮菜'陣'味~GOOD~呢個啱矖你,但係小金魚雖然都ok鐘意食韮菜,但係真係就覺得呢隻韮菜味太"over"啦。齊體上二隻餃子都無乜味道,但又未至於話唔好食。個湯反而我覺得好好飲,尤其係個粟米湯,不過我主力唔係嚟飲湯吖嘛:(:(環境方面,座位好迫坐得唔舒服又幾嘈,所以都唔坐得耐,食完就走算了。service方面嘛~基本上都無乜,因為落單寫紙,待應上菜,食完就走,就係咁簡單。見隔離枱食煎餃個樣幾ok,下次有機會都可以試下,唔知會唔會好d呢.....…Read More

尋晚因為家有要事,攪到成10點至同魚媽媽係大圍返到旺角,係火車站行落嚟時魚媽媽問今晚食乜好,餓到差D反肚的小金魚唔想諗(餓到無力)亦唔想行咁遠(同上),咁啱見到有沙嗲王,問過阿姐11點至LAST ORDER,仲有大半個鐘至夠鐘又唔洗等位,就決定上去食DINNER啦。呢間沙嗲王係以海盜做主題,但係我個人覺得唔太特別,反而張"登"上面有塊好似有氣墊的坐墊,一坐落去時感覺唔係好舒服。好啦~快快手(口)叫野食~小金魚真係餓到就嚟反肚啦~~~主食類:沙嗲+豬扒+粉絲($36.00):其實小金魚做學生的時代就已經有幫襯沙嗲王,想食麵的話呢個配搭就係小金魚的最愛(飯的話就係白咖哩+炸魚),呢度d沙嗲未必一定係好正宗,但係就好香,雖然對小金魚嚟講就唔夠辣,豬扒就好有香矛味,亦幾軟身(魚媽媽仲讚話"d豬扒好鬆軟,自己好難整到咁軟喎"),至於d粉絲有少少碎,唔知係咪因為太夜啦,係貨尾有d碎,不過都尚可接受。XO醬海鮮炒飯($4X.00):魚媽媽話佢唔想食麵,佢又唔鐘意食用醬汁焗的飯,咁唯有叫呢個炒飯比佢食,所謂海鮮只係鮮魷+蟹肉+什豆,但全部無乜味道,XO醬就更不在話下,完全食唔出有XO醬(魚媽媽仲問我"D XO醬係邊呀?"),但係個飯炒得尚算乾身,加番小小分數啦。小食類:避風塘鮮魷皇子($44.00):前排同朋友係其他分店試過呢個,味道唔錯,所以今次再叫一次,同樣係用鐵板上,所以都好熱辣辣,所謂避風塘其實只係有好多炸蒜頭+味精,d鮮魷都咋到無鮮味,不過有味精出馬,好難唔好食,所以味道都ok。其實仲有軟殼蟹&瀨尿蝦揀,見其他客人食個樣都ok~不過魚媽媽唔係好好海鮮類,所以下次有機會同其朋友仔再試下啦。脆蝦棒($22.00):好奇怪的一碟菜,因為一半凍一半微熱,但全部都係唔太脆,而且d沙津醬又無味(份量又少),下次都係叫過另一個小食好啦。整體上食物都味道都唔錯,而且咁多年都KEEP到水準,最好的時基本上我去過幾間分店的味道都唔會太差(觀塘+旺角+尖沙咀),品質控制佢地真係做得幾好。SERVICE方面可能一般啦,無主動加水(要按制佢至嚟),收碗就反而主動,上菜都快可能趕收工啦。2個人食咗16X.00,我咁啱有22.00現金卷,變成14X.00,而且每食100蚊就會有10蚊現金卷比你下次用,當有9折啦~~HEHEHEHEHE…Read More

雖然小金魚唔太鐘意去飲茶,但係逢年過節都要陪屋企人飲下啦。大家都知旺角區d酒樓,尤其係x香集團個d,真係多人到你會以為今日係咪唔洗錢。年初四個日,本嚟諗住去潮x,但係真係好多人,魚媽媽呢d老人家又唔多等,魚姊姊就話不如試下樓上間海天啦。行上一層,見到真係一個人等位都無,其實我個心已經一沉,因為新年應該係酒樓最旺場的日子(仲要係旺角區喎),但係呢度居然一個人都無人等位,似乎d野好食極都有限啦~不過個時仲心諗可能係因為呢間酒樓d名氣唔夠x香or潮x咁大,至無人去啫,反正都上到嚟,都係試下啦。行埋門口個知客到,佢已經即刻比到枱我地,我地行緊入時,我聽到個知客同入面d人人講"xxx,彈一張三人枱給你",點知答佢個個人其實就企係入口行緊出去,咁啱我又行過,比我聽到佢點答,大家嚟估下佢點答....."叫佢地自動波啦"我個心個時立刻吓咗十幾下,唔係呱,呢d乜野待應呀,我唔理佢係咪講笑啦,小金魚生到咁大條魚都無試過聽過d待應講"叫佢地自動波啦",我嚟比錢食飯,比+1服務費你,仲要我地自動波,咁我點解要比錢你賺呀。但係入到去果係真係要自動波,無人帶位。不過人唔多,大把"吉"枱,可以任你揀。魚姊姊偏偏又揀中一張係柱後面的枱,差d連枱都無人幫我地執(上一枱應該啱啱走咗,但係無人執枱),要叫至嚟個應該高級少少的人嚟幫我地執枱(因為佢著的衫唔係普通待應的衫)。食物方面,我地一家三口只叫咗六個點心,薄撐+鮮竹卷+南瓜餅+鳯瓜+胡椒豬肚湯+金錢肚,基本上只係用無味+油淋淋嚟形容,所以我都無心機續個寫佢地個味道出嚟啦。其間我地唔叫侍應的話完全無人加水執野...唉....埋單都要成150,以咁既食物質數&服務態度,我開枱明白點解呢度會無人等位囉。返到屋企我才醒起,我唔係第一次嚟呢間酒樓,對上個年新年我都有去過,個次d待應都淨係掛位同d茶客攞利是,我地一家坐咗係到超過15分鐘的無人理,我唔係話佢地手豆利是唔啱,但係都唔可以唔顧其他客人呀。依家d經濟環境唔好,呢度d待應仲係咁既服務態度,食物又唔咁好味,價錢又唔係話平,我唔知呢度仲有乜買點囉。所以呢,呢間酒樓絕對無下次呀。…Read More

病咗都要約朋友仔去睇戲,但係又未到時間,二個病人係條街度無所事事咁hea,朋友仔話不如去義順坐下,費時係條街度吹風。個日係年初五,再加上時間只係12點幾,基本上只係得小貓二三隻,人唔多就會靜,最啱我同朋友仔hea一陣。本嚟只係想食個甜品就算,點解我朋友仔見到隔離枱有個女仔係度食火腿通粉,佢了起條根又話想食,去甜品舖食腿通(仲要話+蛋)~~怪人~~~最後我地叫咗:薑汁燉奶:小金魚雖然唔太鐘意食熱的甜品,但係中式的甜品,尤其係糖水 + 豆腐花 + 燉品就要係熱食至會滑,所以叫咗個熱的燉奶嚟食。呢度個燉奶好滑,又唔會太甜,不過薑味就淡咗少少,薑汁如果可以再濃郁dd,就更好味啦。而且燉奶比燉蛋無咁"滯",食完都唔會覺得飽到傻。紅豆冰:本嚟想叫蓮子冰,但係朋友仔話佢唔食蓮子,ok~咁我叫紅豆冰嚟share啦,其實紅豆冰真係一個超普通的飯品,基本上係好難整得唔好食(當然都會有例外既~~~),呢度就唔錯喎,d紅豆煮得夠淋,但係又唔會係爛蓉蓉個隻~甜味亦適中,所以好快就比我一個人ko咗。火腿通粉+蛋(+10):呢個係我朋友仔食,本嚟佢想share,不過小金魚係唔多食通粉的,唯有佢一個人ko佢,個通粉嚟到,同魚媽係我病時煮比我食個腿通真係無乜分別,火腿的粉量都幾多(無認真咁數過啦)又無切碎,不過加隻蛋都要10蚊,一碗咁普通的火煺通粉要$34.00,我覺得超費唔抵食囉。service方面我又唔覺得好差,個阿姐幫我地落單時見我朋友想食通粉,都有介紹佢食個lucnh set,話平好多,只係我朋友話唔想牛肉or雞亦,再加上個日佢地第一日開工,廴無乜客人唔忙,佢地都無黑口黑面呱。二個人食咁三樣野啱啱好$60.00,都幾貴,不過如果齋計甜品的話,其實ok,下次小金魚都會去再食過甜品,不過嚴禁朋友叫通粉 + 蛋嚟食~~~~…Read More

年初四個日約咗小貓行尖沙咀....買完一輪無謂野之後都成3點有多啦,小貓話想食拉麵,但係身處海港城附近一時之間真係諗唔到有邊間接麵好味,突然想起翡翠拉麵之前食過銅鑼灣個間都ok,一於拉小貓去試試。雖然都成3點幾,但係可能係假日 + 尖沙咀地區,都要攞飛等位,不過都幾好彩,只係等咗10分鐘左右。待應安排入坐,我見全場都有成9成滿,剩落d多數都係卡位(4人枱),我地2個人當然只係坐2人枱,坐落去都幾迫,而且冬天d衫又厚d同多咗件褸,仲要加理我地買咗d野(女生仲當然有手袋添啦),坐得唔係好舒服,不過算啦,我地都無諗過hea好耐,算啦。我見張枱咁細,分咗二次叫野食,費時成枱都係野,張枱真係細咗d,我地呢邊已經無擺醬油架,只係擺咗碗筷 + 一杯茶 x 2,都已經幾乎無位咁濟。好啦,上正場啦~~~~~round 1~~~酸辣湯:一盅可以分到2碗(以餐廳的碗嚟計),份量算ok,用料足,味道亦相當不俗,不會太酸or死辣,亦唔太"杰",以餐廳的出品嚟講合格有餘了。賽螃蟹:呢度火候控制得幾好,炒得好滑,但係味道好淡,因為小貓唔"呷"醋的關係,無撈醋落去碟餸度,我就落醋去自己個碗,所以味道ok,但係小貓就話好淡,好似無落鹽咁,我試過都係,如果碟餸咸少少,會好食好多。小籠包:呢度小籠包一籠有四隻,皮薄但係又唔會穿,入面d肉汁仍很多,加小小陳醋&薑絲,yummy~~~咁少野點夠我同小貓二隻大食鬼食呀,伙計~~~唔該~~~~round 2~~~奶油津白:呢道菜係我同小貓都鐘意食的,其實上海菜d蔬菜類,我十樣有九樣都唔食,難得津白我都勉強ok,呢道奶油津白好creamy,雖然平時我係唔食煮得好淋的菜,但係呢道津白我接受到,唔洗5分鐘我同小貓就ko咗呢碟菜hehehehe炸醬撈麵:小金魚唔知正宗的炸醬撈麵係點,所以唔敢話佢正唔正宗,只係呢度個撈麵唔係幾好食,d炸醬好甜同好"杰",但係佢個"傑"唔係因為多炸醬,而係因為打咗"顯"咁,個麵就係普通上海麵,煮得唔淋ok,但係個"顯"真係太"杰",所以碗碟雖然我同小貓一半,食多2啖都好"溜同濟",最後我同小貓都食唔矖。埋單接近240,唔係話好平,有咁o既食物質素都可以接受,只係如果張枱可以大少少就更好,因為其實呢度d餸隻碟都幾大(雖然唔代表份量多),唔多人去的話(卡位我覺得闊好多),張枱擺多碟餸都無乜位剩,而且佢地擺位都幾迫,人客又多,真係肥少少(小貓)唔好亂動or肥多多(小金魚)直情唔好動,費時撞到人。不過如果唔洗點等位的話,呢度都係一個不錯的選擇~~~~但如果你想食完hea一輪or傾計的話,就唔係咁啱啦,因為人多 = 嘈啦~~~…Read More

泰國菜係小金魚同小貓都十分鐘意食的東西,雖然知道九龍城D泰國菜舖係唔錯,不過我同小貓都嫌出入九龍城唔係太方便(小金魚係條只係識搭地鐵的魚,搭巴士的話成鬼日暈浪,長短程都會~)。小貓成日話想食泰國野,所以上個星期五同小貓年尾一齊大出血時,就同佢去泰屋食晚飯啦.....因為上到去時都已經9點半有多啦,所以雖然係星期五,但係人客真係唔多。只得幾枱客,所以初時個待應諗住叫我地坐二人枱,另一個人就話可以坐四人枱鬆動d~~因為行街時我同小貓已經食咗少少野,而且又只係得二個人(雖然我地都係大食型),再君又夜啦費時食得太飽啦,所以都係唔好叫太多野啦~~~咖喱蟹:GOOD~GOOD~GOOD~呢度個咖哩蟹真係好好食,大大隻肉蟹 + 好好味的咖喱汁,隻蟹真係啖啖肉,小金魚試過某些地方的咖哩蟹唔係用肉蟹,呢度連個蟹鉗全部都係肉呀,而個咖哩汁係有落蛋去煮的,所以好香又滑但又唔會好杰,雖然唔辣(老少咸宜啦),加上又夠多汁~攞嚟撈飯or沾烤包嚟食真係"正"呀。如果你唔鐘意食蟹or嫌食蟹麻煩,食咖喱蝦都係一個唔錯選擇~~菠蘿炒飯:本嚟我係叫辣肉碎生菜飽,點知後嚟個待應同我講"唔好意思,d生菜買矖啦~~"(咁好生意~~~),小貓見個菠蘿炒飯睇圖好似好"得"咁,就改咗做菠蘿炒飯,上枱時睇樣都唔錯喎,有海鮮同少少肉鬆撈埋嚟食,飯入面有D什豆 + 提子乾 + 菠蘿粒,但係D飯太濕啦,炒得唔夠乾身:(:(,再加上小金魚本身就唔鐘意食"軟飯"的,更加覺得唔係咁好食,而且佢係有味飯,淋咖喱汁無咁好食。(最後食唔矖叫小貓打包返屋企,再炒炒佢嚟食可能會好d呱~~~)紅豆冰 x 2:呢度d紅豆冰係用一隻好高身的杯嚟裝,份量又唔係話多好多,不過咁高身杯飲起上嚟唔係好方便,味道就"麻麻"。紅豆唔夠"淋",加上佢唔係落椰汁而係椰奶,椰奶有少少"酥"味,唔係人人都接受到(小金魚就係其中之一啦),改用椰汁or花奶可能會好少少。烤包 x 2:好似有三種味道,原味 + "算"蓉 + ???,有一隻味道我忘記了,但係我地叫咗"算"蓉味,上枱時係熱辣辣(熱到辣手呀),配咖喱蟹d汁真係無得彈呀~service方面,都ok呀~加水同換碟都會自動自覺,我地叫咖喱蟹都會自動攞埋個鉗比你用。聽講屯門個間會平d~(呢度我地食咗四百幾呀),不過咁遠,要我呢條"容易暈浪的金魚"游到咁遠去食,點會吖,都係貴d食佐敦呢間算啦。…Read More

食物質素OK,但係SERVICE要再改善下

以我屋企嚟講油麻地雖然同旺角之係一街之隔,但係如果你想係油麻地搵泰國野食~真係近乎"零"呢,所以當呢間泰城開張時,我已經成日話想試。咁啱星期六出街同魚媽媽買野剛好經過,一於入去試下先。入到去見地方唔大但係都幾乾淨(畢竟都唔係開新咗好耐),裝修就普普通通,唔係話太多客,可能個時都已經成3點啦,過咗LUNCHTIME,仲要係星期六,不過卡位已經比人坐咗,我地就求其揀嚟坐啦。我同魚媽媽分別叫咗:海南雞飯 + 凍梨賓納($35+$2):呢度D海南雞就OK唔錯,我分到係近胸位,但係食落都唔係"鞋",生熟度亦掌握得唔錯,只係個醬汁就唔似正宗有三色醬油(可能呢度係泰式呱),不過辣辣地咁,沾雞嚟食都幾惹味。不過個飯就差啦,個飯叫椰香飯,但係一D椰香味都無,如果佢唔係黃色的話,我仲以為係普通白飯,而且呢個餐分量偏少,我都唔係好夠飽(好彩魚媽媽分咗d佢個飯比我食),男人食的話肯定會嚟夠呀,仲要我己經唔係叫tea set,係午市set啦。香芋海鮮焗飯 + 熱龍眼蜜 ($35 + $5):雖然呢個叫焗飯,但係一上枱就可以肯定唔係啦,只見係個飯係用煲仔上,好明顯係炒完個飯放入個煲就算。打開見到飯面舖咗d海鮮(魷魚呀~青口呀~蠔呀~etc...)買相唔錯熱辣辣咁(應該係即炒,因為我食完大半個飯,佢都未嚟,等咗都有成15分鐘咁濟~),炒飯底入面有d芋頭同d薑絲,味道真係唔錯,只係真係好油淋淋,食完個煲底d油可以攞嚟炒多次菜呀~~~~~改善下呢點~呢個飯就變得好食好多呀。至於點解我會話service要改善下,就因為:入到去坐低至發現揀錯枱嚟坐,因為唔知張枱係啱啱有客走咗定點啦,枱面無餐面,連餐牌都無個,我地入去時人客根本唔多,但係我地坐低咗d待應都好似無乜反應,唔好話比杯水我地,真係連餐牌都無人攞比我,要我走去第二張枱嚟餐牌嚟睇,而且唔知係咪d待應仲新唔識寫單,我叫個焗飯攞咗係出菜位一陣都無人理,直到某一個待應見到,走去問其他人"呢個焗飯邊個叫",至有人話比佢知係邊枱,寫單唔寫枱號,少人就話記得啫,人多你點記得咁多呀。呢間舖位置已經係算係中心區(碧街喎~唔係住個頭都唔係咁熟啦),食物都只係叫ok,唔算得上好好,價錢雖然都叫相宜,service又唔係幾ok的話,如果以咁既客人數量,真係怕好快就唔見咗呢間舖呀。不過亦都要讚下佢地,呢度d熱飲會"叮"熱個埋杯至比你,杯熱飲會keep到耐d~~~…Read More

之前同成班朋友一齊去食一餐偏貴但係唔好食的"布肥",上次提議去喜來登個個人比人"噓"到九彩,今次原班人馬再嚟一次,當然唔會去番同一間,經過一輪reseach之後就決定試下萬豪啦。初時訂位話16人要分2張枱,我地都ok~但係點知去到變成咗二排坐成咗3set枱,不過都算啦,咁返而出入都會方便d,只係有2個人出入時比較麻煩呢.....好啦~~~去攞野食啦......魚生類:帶子 + 三文魚 + 象拔蚌 = 前二個好食,第三個麻麻。呢度有6隻魚生任你揀,種類以"布肥"嚟講叫多(一般都只係得3-4樣你揀),不過我只係試咗呢3樣,帶子同三文魚都好大隻同肥美,但係象拔就唔係幾好食,有D"UN"而且無乜味。但係呢度D芥辣唔夠辣又豉油又無味,攪到D魚生都變得無咁好食。冷盤類:龍蝦 + 蟹腳 + 凍蟹 + 生蠔 + 翡翠螺 + 東風螺龍蝦:好大隻(SIZE同食中菜D芝士焗龍蝦一樣呀),有肉又有膏,我其實唔係好食凍咗的海鮮,但係今次見到咁大隻的龍蝦都忍唔住食咗2隻。(不過亦因為食埋佢D膏,好鬼"劉",攪到我食唔到最尾D甜品同雪糕ToT)蟹腳 + 凍蟹 :有點鹹,而且無乜肉生蠔:呢個好奇怪,我食咗2隻,就覺得味道一般,而且偏細隻同瘦削,我同枱的朋友都係咁話,但係奇怪的地方係另一邊枱的朋友就話好好食,好鮮甜......到底係我地唔好彩攞唔到好食定係口味有別呢??????????翡翠螺 + 東風螺:雖然翡翠螺唔係個個"布肥"都有得食算係貴野,但係唔知係咪因為天氣凍的關係,食咁多凍冰冰的海鮮真係麻麻,而且呢度d螺雖然新鮮,但係無乜味道,唔係咁好食。沙律:蘋果沙律:救命呀!紅蘋果又粉又無味,青蘋果又酸到傻<==酸到我真係咁既樣,唔該個廚師試試味至攞出嚟比客人呀。其餘仲有幾樣沙律,不過我就無食啦。湯類 + 麵包 + 芝士:中式---- 響螺"登"雞:用料足,火候足,只係我唔鐘意飲藥材味太重的湯(我其他朋友仔全部都成讚呢煲湯呀),所以只係"痴"咗朋友個碗一啖。西式---忌廉磨菇:本嚟我好鐘意飲呢隻湯,可惜太鹹同唔夠creamy,不過都尚ok啦~~麵包:款式多但係全部都係凍(上次去喜來登都可以加熱,呢度返而無),差了一點點,而且睇得出唔係太新鮮,因為好硬。芝士:有2種過你揀,軟硬各1,我個人比較鐘意食軟身個隻。熱盤:花膠:真係好少地方有花膠食,仲要整得好食,唔腥又夠入味,比起某d酒樓仲好食,食盤當中呢道菜我食得最多啦....hohohohoho芝士焗龍蝦:有無攪錯,冷盤個龍蝦係熱盤既3陪,無肉到我差點想叫廚師"叮"熱隻凍龍蝦我自己落d芝士食好過呀~~~北京填鴨:雖然以家係個主張"健康"的年代,但係食填鴨唔肥,真係唔知食嚟做乜,無咗層油香,乾脆食燒鵝好了.....羊扒:唔錯啦,再加埋平日食開的薄荷啫喱,普普通通唔係難食。:)蝦肉蒸蛋:其實唔係叫呢個名,正確的名字我忘記,酒店食蒸蛋係比較奇怪(仲要唔係日式喎),但係呢度都蒸得幾滑,加埋大大隻蝦肉同蟹籽係面,幾好食,不過可能攞咗一段時間,勁出水。中西麵檔:見呢度仲有麵檔淥麵同煮意粉,我就揀咗中式麵嚟食,材料全部放係度你自己夾,夾完個廚師會幫你淥。我揀咗牛肉+雲吞+菜+芝麻麵 = 牛肉好"un" ,雲吞居然幾好食(蝦肉爽口仲有少少麻油香),其餘無大驚喜,只係因為食咗太多凍野,個胃好唔舒服,至走去食碗麵暖暖個魚胃。 (仲有要讚下個廚師,見我無嚟攞碗麵,就唔落湯住,直到見到我嚟至落,唔會浸淋d麵)其實仲有好多熱葷,最衰係我冷盤食得太多,已經食唔落其他熱盤啦,見到佢有幾樣咖哩都幾吸引,但係我已經無位再食啦.... ToT甜品類:款式多但係因真係好飽,所以我地幾個女仔決定要一件齊齊SHARE嚟食,既可以試齊咁多野,但又唔洗咁飽。Blueberry cheese cake : 好食,食到芝士味同藍梅味。低脂芝士蛋糕:好好食,可能係低脂的關係,無咁"劉"。芝士蛋糕:超"劉",好似食緊舊芝士咁,不過如果你鐘意食"芝士"的話,呢個就啱曬啦。檸檬"達":個底脆脆地,雖然個醬就無乜檸檬味,ok啦....朱古力香草球:好味,朱古力同個香草球都唔甜。朱古力蛋糕:唔講仲以為自己食緊舊朱古力,同芝士蛋糕一樣,鐘意食朱古力的人肯定會鐘意囉。Tiramisu:淡淡的酒香,又唔太甜,唔錯。生果(西瓜 + 哈密瓜 + 密瓜 + 菠蘿):甜+甜+甜+甜,我唔想埋佢係因為浸糖水定本身甜,我只係知我食生果一定要甜。可惜真係太飽(同滯),我朋友話pancake都好好食,但係我連我最鐘意食的雪糕都無食,仲點會有位食pancake呀,所以唯有放棄啦。價錢就因為我地有hsbc白金卡所以有8折(記得如果大家係多人的話要分單,因為8折最多只可以12位,其他要正價),$467 ==> $436一位,抵唔抵就好見仁見智,因為成餐"布肥"你好難話佢好好食(佢地就算係貴野的花膠同龍蝦都refill得好快,抵讚。)~但又唔至於好難食,同標題一樣~~不過不失啦。環境就呢間點講都係間大酒店,唔會差得去邊啦,而我地成班坐係邊位,仲有海景同燈飾睇,不過因為間餐廳同街都有一段距離,睇得唔清楚。service方面,收碟好快,加水都好決,只係如果天氣咁凍可以比暖水而唔係冰水就更好。朋友話九龍那邊的香格里拉不錯,下次再約埋一齊去食過。…Read More
