响香港可以食到福建、臺灣菜嘅地方唔多。最近美心集團就製作咗一系列福建、臺灣兩地嘅美饌給大家品嚐。 當日我就試咗佢幾款嘅小食、主菜加甜品,當中還有其他精緻嘅小菜未能品嚐,一定要找機會再去食。先嚟嘅三款小食用來配酒簡直係一流,一口小食、一啖酒,滋味無窮。台式鹵鴨脷白切鵝肉扁醬肉蒼蠅頭福建佛跳牆內豐富嘅材料,有鮑魚、乾貝、花膠、海參、白鴿蛋等,用咗多個小時隔水燉煮而成,味道鮮甜、滋補養顏。肉質脆嫩鮮甜嘅泉漳炒海蚌提起福建菜,大家會想到咩呢?福州魚丸,相信大家無食過,都一定聽過。這道汆湯魚丸燕皮扎,燕皮扎以豬肉混薯粉拍打而成,再加上爽口嘅福州魚丸。古祖樹子蒸桂魚,味道甘香、微帶酸味,帶出咗嫩滑桂魚嘅鮮味山地土窯燒雞以鹵水浸泡,再以慢火細烤,不單皮脆還帶出鹵水嘅香味,而雞肉仍能保持嫩滑老兵生煏君子菜,亦即係苦瓜。雖然我唔鍾意食苦瓜,但都試食咗幾片。食後感係白苦瓜比綠苦瓜嘅味道較清,亦無綠苦瓜咁苦,即係大家所講嘅甘味。這碗台南擔仔麵,個人認為肉燥味未夠濃味元祖胡椒餅 ~~ 可能個人比較食得辣,如果佢嘅胡椒味再重啲,就更好喇!最後嘅薏仁芋圓珍珠爽甜品,給一個美滿結束。其實除咗以上嘅美食,還有好多款福建、臺灣小菜值得大家去試。最重要嘅係佢價錢一啲都唔貴,絕對可以用物超所值嚟形容。這個福建、臺灣美食會提供至五月底,大家想食就要快去訂位喇!…Read More

大家喜歡食辣嘛?回想起,我移居澳洲前,係丁點辣都吃不下。但其實每件事只要多加練習,就能熟能生巧,食辣亦一樣。我在澳洲居住嘅城市,居住咗好多馬來西亞、泰國、甚至乎斯里蘭卡人,佢哋好多食物都係以辣為主。久居此地,而我嘅家人亦是辣食愛好者,經過長年累月嘅訓練,我嘅嚐辣程度在家裡不是第一,就是第二了,同我哥哥比可以話係不相伯仲。早排被邀請往時代廣場嘅雲陽新店,品嚐佢哋嘅四川菜,這絕對是我杯茶。因當晚大部份食友都不是太嚐辣,所以辣嘅份量亦減少咗。好多時一眾朋友一齊去食辣,但大家食辣嘅程度都會有所不同。所以餐廳亦好細心,响每一圍枱都放咗多款嘅辣味調味料,大家可以因應自己嘅嚐辣程度去加辣。當中最辣嘅一款調味料就係最右邊嘅 “Forget Me Not”,真係會令人一試難忘架!但奉勸大家一句,如果唔係食得好辣的話,落少少少少就好喇!它入口時不會感覺它的辣味,但食後,它的辣會不斷在你嘅喉嚨擴張,令你嘅喉嚨有火燒嘅感覺。好刺激呀!晚餐開始前,叫咗一杯杏仁豆腐奶昔,杏仁味唔會太重,豆腐味道比杏仁味更突出。如果太家怕食物太辣的話,不防要一杯豆腐奶昔飲品,因為豆腐係幫你減弱辣嘅味道。先來前菜係一系列嘅搖滾之作,分別有麻辣豬面頰、菌油牛舌粒、紅油雞丁、蒜泥白肉涼麵。只係聽個名都已經夠特別,味道亦不遜色。牛舌粒肉質鬆軟,而豬面頰亦絕不鞋口。燈影牛肉係雲陽嘅招牌菜,將牛肉放在燈光下,就好像透著光一樣。脆脆嘅牛肉片,帶著少少甜又麻辣嘅香味。絕對係值得一試嘅招牌菜。酸布丁蟹肉羹 ~~ 這個蟹肉羹本身係無酸度的,而你可隨自己喜愛嘅酸度自行調教。你只要於羹內放下那些方形嘅小布丁,就可以隨意來調配酸度。八味豆腦 ~~ 豆腐又何來八味呢?原來八味就係來自下面嘅多款調味料。因應自己喜愛嘅味道去調配味道,有得食之餘,仲有得玩。得意!得意!金獎泡椒年糕蟹 ~~ 蟹肉肉質鮮嫩,年糕吸取咗蟹肉及其辣味,有嚼勁之餘,更有味道。水煮美國特級牛肉眼片 ~~ 我喜愛嘅一定係這味水煮牛肉,肉質嫩滑不會過硬,又辣得夠刺激。樟茶櫻桃鴨 ~~ 一道不辣之選。有點似片皮鴨嘅食法,想鴨肉夾放麵包中,再放入醬汁,即可。川味雪糕:天椒酒醉朱古力雪糕、四川花椒雪糕、燈籠椒雪葩 ~~ 誰說川菜不可以有西式甜品,仲要係雪糕甜品。每一款雪糕都以辣為主題,當中朱古力雪糕更加入酒作調配,味道辣而帶清涼感覺,絕對值得一試。…Read More

香港有不少越南餐廳,但大多都係大眾化路線。响銅鑼灣利園就開咗一間走高檔路線嘅越南餐廳,這日就約咗朋友嚟呢樹食生日飯喇!雙式扎肉粉卷 ~ 粉卷皮做得十分薄,饀料切得非常幼細。入口非常清淡,而粉卷皮亦很滑溜順化浮萍餅 ~ 第一次食這味越南菜,聽聞係順化嘅街頭小食,如果這個浮萍餅係浮於小碗上的話,感覺就好似係我哋嘅街頭小食砵仔糕一樣。可能我食嘅時候已經放咗好一陣子,所以粉漿變得好縭隻碟,弄起時有少少難看,如果即時食的話應該會好啲。這個浮萍餅最愛的就是粉漿上的脆麵包粒,加上蝦肉、蔥粒,好香口。安南春卷 ~ 春卷香脆不油膩,不錯牛腩湯河 ~ 因不太好牛腩,同時佢係蕃茄湯底,所以都無乜點食過。佢嘅蕃茄湯底非常濃郁,喜歡蕃茄湯底嘅朋友,值得一試安南牛肉湯河粉 ~ 每次去食越南菜,牛肉湯河係我必叫嘅湯粉之一,這裡的湯底濃郁清甜,真的不錯荷葉飯 ~ 這個荷葉飯比我預期中唔夠乾身,係唔係越南人食嘅飯都係比較濕呢?但我就不太喜愛喇!…Read More

當講起素菜,我第一樣諗到嘅係酸齋,仲有就係由芋頭、麵筋等烹調而成嘅素菜。而大部份素菜館都會將素菜做到唔似素菜,而係似葷嘅菜式。今次家全七福推出嘅素菜宴,我會形容為一個完全素菜宴,絕無以假亂真嘅感覺。前菜涼伴醋木耳,木耳爽口。木耳以陳醋腌製,開胃之選。手拍青瓜令青瓜變得更鬆化椒鹽豆腐粒,香脆內軟香煎琵琶燕伴菜遠,這個琵琶燕係用蛋白加燕窩,煎成一個燕窩形狀,絕對係手工菜。外表煎得微焦,入口係一陣蛋白嘅香味,就好似食緊一隻荷包蛋一樣。南瓜蓉官燕羮,香甜嘅南瓜味,再加上豐富嘅燕窩,養顏之選欖仁大良炒鮮奶,香滑嘅炒鮮奶,但絕不油膩。加上欖仁,食落更有口感野生珍菌素菜石榴包,個湯入口時有好濃嘅金華火腿嘅味道,但點解素菜會有金華火腿嘅?原來個金華火腿味係用蘿蔔葉、牛肝菌等材料熬出嚟嘅味道,絕無金華火腿成份。而石榴包內有竹笙、冬菇等材料,每款材料都切割得非常幼細。竹笙釀燕窩卷伴鴿蛋扒蘭度,第一次食鴿蛋,佢嘅蛋白就好啫喱一樣日本腐件扒鮮冬筍豆苗,一層一層疊成嘅腐件,非常鬆軟而富有豆香嘅味道生炒素糯米飯,所有配料都係切得非常幼細,而飯亦炒得乾身椰盅燉官燕 (椰汁 \ 杏汁),我會較喜歡杏汁嘅味道,所以這個官燕都係加咗杏汁。懷舊芝麻卷豆沙蘋葉角,紅豆沙饀嘅糯米糍,想唔食都唔得合桃馬仔,鬆化香甜…Read More

之前見朋友响 Facebook 介紹這間於赤柱嘅麵包蛋糕店,佢不單麵包蛋糕店出店,連店內嘅店員都係俊男雲集。一直好想入去品嚐觀望一番,但赤柱對我嚟講不近也不遠,唔係時時會去嘅地方。呢日就心血來潮,好想入去赤柱閒逛一番,順道去試下這間嘅麵包蛋糕。入到店內已經係人頭湧湧,店內嘅裝修比人嘅感覺真的有如置身於山洞一樣。店內嘅店內都可以話係俊男美女,而且每一個都面帶笑容,這些已經可以為佢哋美食加分。這裡除咗麵包蛋糕外,仲有 salad, yogurt, crepes 等等比大家選擇今次我就只係簡單咁 order 咗一件 mango cake 同一杯 coffee,因為接近聖誕嘅關係,佢哋嘅蛋糕都加咗少少聖誕嘅裝飾。蛋糕鬆軟唔太甜,如果芒果可以濃少少就更好喇!咖啡就真的好一般,沒太大特色,咖啡味亦不夠香濃。以我這些愛好咖啡者嚟講,可以話有少少失望。…Read More

Le Dôme de Cristal 不論大家有無去過這間餐廳,相信大家都唔會陌生。因為餐廳當日嘅開幕典禮非常囑目,在各大報章、雜誌都有報導。呢日好開心可以有機會一試其出色嘅菜式同香檳。踏入餐廳內已被佢嘅圓頂天花所吸引,完全給人一個壯觀嘅感覺。Alaskan Crab Meat with Imperial Caviar in Du Barry Cream Sauce,阿拉斯加蟹肉再配上魚子醬已看到其矜貴。蟹肉鮮甜與魚子醬配合得恰到好處Carpaccio of Yellofin Tuna, Scallops & Salmon Rose in Sesame Dressing,鮮濃嘅三文魚籽,加上鮮甜嘅帶子和甘味嘅吞拿魚,簡直係絕配三劍俠Terrine of Duck Foie Gras stuffed with Fig Chutney,鴨肝非常幼滑,配上釀入嘅無花果醬,更能特出鴨肝嘅香味Liguine with Sicilian Red Shrimp & Imperial Caviar,紅蝦扁意粉,濃郁嘅蝦膏味配上由蝦油煮成嘅醬汁,令意粉變得特別鮮味。Pan-Seared Monkfish Fillet with Mushrooms, Chestnuts & Mashed Cannellini Bean,平時不好食魚嘅我,但對著這味爽口嘅鮟鱇魚,再加上我喜愛嘅栗子,不能不吃過碟底朝天Roasted French Challandais Duck Breast with Kipfler Potatoes, Pistachio Puree in 17 y/o HIBIKI WHISKY,肉味濃郁而肉質鬆化,難得的是將它的外皮煎得香脆Valrhona Chocolate Le Dome with Wasabi Filling & Vanilla Ice-cream,第一次食以wasabi做嘅甜品,還有些擔心會否wasabi嘅味道太搶。但入口後發覺朱古力同wasabi係非常配撘。朱古力味中和咗wasabi嘅辛辣,而wasabi又同時地中和咗朱古力甜度,令兩者嘅味道變得恰到好處,不會過甜或過辣Champagne Caviar with White Peach Mousse Cake,用香檳做成魚子,加上白桃做嘅 mousse cake幼滑香甜,配上香脆嘅餅底,這個甜品也不錯哦!…Read More

當朋友們都兒女成群、有家有室時,就會少咗晚飯聚會,相對地就會轉咗 lunch time 或 tea time 時間出嚟聚聚。Tea time 的話,多數選擇都係選擇 tea buffet 或 high tea。 其實香港有供應 tea buffet 嘅酒店唔多,而要好食同多選擇的話更少之有少。Hyatt Cafe 係少數之中好食,又多食物選擇嘅其中之一。呢日同大少奶慶祝生日,就嚟咗呢樹食 tea buffet。我食 buffet 通常都熱食只係食一個 cycle,冷盤、湯就會多過一次,但甜品就有機會會 skip。但今次好想食一個 full cycle,所以每款食物只可以食一次,唔可以多,如果唔係就食唔落喇!呢到嘅冷盤有我喜愛食嘅海鮮,海鮮嘅種類亦唔少,而且亦都好新鮮。佢有多款 sandwich,但我就只係揀咗呢款碎蛋沙律。原因好簡單,我鍾意囉!這件辣肉腸 pizza 又估唔到係咁好食,仲感覺係越食越辣添呀!有辣椒天婦羅,但可惜這個辣椒不太辣!湯永遠係我至愛,女人始終都係適合飲多啲湯水佢嘅粥就非常綿,但可惜今次無哂油炸鬼同脆脆送粥,有點美中不足三件蛋糕裡面,最愛食就係栗子蛋糕,好香嘅栗子味,但又唔會太甜。…Read More

通常星期六、日都會同屋企一齊去食早餐,而多數亦都會係屋企附近嘅茶記。但呢一日突然心血來潮唔想食茶記,想食一個西式早餐。婉拒咗同屋企人一齊食早餐,跟住就搜索一下屋企附近有咩 cafe,終於搵到九龍城呢間 cafe 有我想食嘅早餐。點解會揀呢間 cafe,因為佢除咗 All Day Breakfast 有我喜愛嘅茄汁豆外,另一款早餐 Ham & Cheese Croissant 都有茄汁豆。下午仲要去食 tea buffet,所以早餐一定唔可以食得太豐富。我去到 cafe 原來剛好已經過咗早餐時間,但慶幸店員只係望一望個鐘,仍然肯幫我 order 我嘅 Ham & Cheese Croissant breakfast,飲品就要咗 Latte。佢嘅 Croissant 係用咗飛碟嘅製法,所以出嚟嘅 Croissant 已經壓扁咗,但這樣有一個好處,就係 ham & cheese 可以完全溶合埋一齊,個味道就增加好味。雖然個牛角飽壓扁咗,但仍然可以食到佢嘅酥脆味道。Latte 香濃順滑,咖啡上嘅兔仔拉花,望落去令人感覺好開心,令我好有衝動想去學拉花。…Read More

雖然香港係中國嘅一部份,但香港人一直都受著西方文化嘅影響,所有嘅西方節日都會慶祝一番。還記得細個嘅時候,復活節契姐會買一座好大嘅復活節朱古力蛋送俾我同阿哥。萬聖節小朋友會去每家每戶去攞糖,大人就去扮鬼扮馬飲酒慶祝一番。到咗聖誕節,當然唔少得要應下節,食個聖誕大餐。適逢我嘅生日係响聖誕期間,一般都會聖誕生日一齊慶祝,所以總有機會可以食聖誕大餐。今年還未決定到去邊到慶祝聖誕,大家又安排好未呢?今晚就先食為快,去咗 Amore 食聖誕大餐!未正式開餐前,先嚟個麵包籃。蕃茄沙沙配麵包,給大家開開胃!開心果乳酪火雞卷伴鵝肝 ~~ 鵝肝對我嚟講,一定無得輸,難得鵝肝微脆嘅外表亦煎得恰到好處。但意想不到嘅係,乾脆嘅開心果配雞卷亦非常美味。牛肝菌湯 ~~ 好鐘意這個湯,好香嘅牛肝菌,非常 creamy烤澳洲羊架配香草野菌汁 ~~ 羊架煎得剛好,邊位煎得香脆,肉質嫩滑。以上嘅都只係 Christmas Menu 內部份嘅菜式,當然一定唔少得聖誕甜品啦!如果大家還未決定好聖誕節去邊慶祝,這裡絕對值得考慮哦!…Read More

踏入秋冬,又係食煲仔飯嘅時候。絕大部份煲仔飯都係用煤氣爐煮,炭爐煲仔飯唔係處處可以食到。呢日食友相約一齊去天后食炭爐煲仔飯,剛好當日天氣突然轉涼,簡直係時間剛剛好。臘味煲仔飯 ~~ 臘肉唔會太硬,如果條臘腸可以原條上,整條扯住食會更好。而個飯可以再乾身少少就好喇!白鱔田雞煲仔飯 ~~ 自細就好鍾意食田雞煲仔飯,每次見到有田雞煲仔飯都一定會叫。今次仲加埋白鱔,過往唔太多食白鱔。今次嘅白鱔煮得夠乾身,食過又過得幾好食喎!下次過食煲仔飯又可以多個選擇喇!…Read More

西貢係我一個唔多踏足嘅地方,入嚟嘅次數可能唔多過五次。還記得第一次踏足呢個地方,係因為佢响呢樹嘅愛護動物協會工作而入住西貢,而我就回港旅行而入嚟探佢。對上一次入嚟就好似係已經好幾年前,同舊同事入嚟 BBQ。今次再入嚟,有少少桃花依舊,人面全非嘅感覺。當日嘅好好朋友,今日可能已經變咗係一般嘅朋友;當日嘅佢,變咗做今日嘅佢。當日仍然係黃毛丫頭嘅我,今日已經變咗有好多心事嘅我。人大咗,自然諗多咗;人老咗,自然讓步咗!雖然好多嘢唔同咗,但慶幸我身邊仍然有一班好朋友陪伴住我,呢日就攞咗半日假同兩個好朋友入嚟西貢覓美食。老香江茶居絕對唔係一間古老,而係一間充滿優雅、給人寧靜感覺嘅茶居。呢間茶居除咗環境不錯外,佢嘅食物亦係值得一試。三個人,但叫嘅食物絕對唔止三份,我相信五至六都應該可以夠食。原條免切叉燒飯 ~~ 但因為我哋係 share 食,所以要求餐廳幫我哋斬件上。叉燒嘅肉質夠腍,味道濃郁。如果原條上應該會更有咬口三浸玫瑰豉油雞伴麵配清湯 ~~ 這個麵令我回味番細個响街邊買炒麵嘅味道,配上嫩滑嘅豉油雞,多咗一分貴氣魚湯海鮮大會飯 ~~ 這個大會飯真係材料十足,每樣海鮮都係非常新鮮,鮮甜嘅海鮮湯底,令湯飯變得更美味酥炸流心蛋配秘制醬汁 ~~ 這個酥炸流心蛋就像媽咪煎荷包蛋,但佢經炸過後,蛋邊比普通荷包蛋更脆老香江下午茶餐 ~~ 蔗汁糕、椰汁馬豆糕、冰花白糖糕、芝麻糕、紅豆糕、薩其瑪、炸香蕉、蝦多士、芝士多士這個下午茶餐就像要將細個時食過的傳統小食糕點一次給大家品嘗一樣,令大家懷緬一番。因為每件糕點都只係得一至兩件,所以有幾款特別喜歡嘅,都另外再 side order,例如蔗汁糕、芝麻糕、炸香蕉、蝦多士同芝士多士呢一日大家都真係食咗個大滿足!…Read More

上海菜一直都係我喜愛嘅中國菜之一,除咗喜愛佢嘅飽點外,還有回鍋肉、酸辣湯、上海年糕都係我喜愛嘅上海食物。呢晚同大少奶去完迪迪尼玩後,經食友介紹,我哋就去咗佐敦嘅皇之家大姊食上海菜。甫坐下,我哋就要咗回鍋肉炒年糕、小籠包同豆腐粉絲湯。之後見到金黃色嘅炸銀絲卷,又再叫咗一客食。豆腐粉絲湯比較鹹咗啲,唔知係唔係落多咗味精,不過材料就非常豐富,滿滿的一大碗回鍋肉炒年糕唔會太油,只係略為唔夠辣,辣多少少會更好小籠包非常濃郁嘅湯汁,超正之作銀絲卷一定要食炸,蒸雖然好食,但一定唔及炸嘅好味。外脆內軟嘅銀絲卷,最喜愛先掏空飽心,再食脆脆嘅外皮…Read More

住宅區內的隱蔽食店

當日哥哥話帶我哋去何文田一間好隱蔽嘅餐廳食飯,初初我以為佢講嘅係 The Squirrel Coffee and Kitchen。仲係威係勢咁串佢話已經去過,點知佢帶咗我哋去一間更隱蔽嘅餐廳。一間响一棟私人住宅樓下嘅餐廳,佢隱蔽之處係佢處於何文田嘅內街,前後左右嘅都係一些私人住宅,平時正常都唔會人外人行入呢條街。哥哥話佢嘅意粉好味,但見到佢有羊鞍,我又忍唔住想食羊鞍。最後當然我都係堅持自己所想,要咗份法式香草烤羊鞍。無乜羶味,只係有少少肥膏,羊鞍亦唔會烤得太乾身。哥哥一家都分別叫咗唔同款式嘅意粉,鮮三文魚黑白意粉配芥末籽忌廉汁,這個意粉明顯上好 creamy,但難得亦唔會太漏,三文魚亦真係選用咗新鮮三文魚,夾起唔會鬆鬆散散嘅感覺。小魔怪都 KO 哂整碟意粉。海鮮天使幼麵配龍蝦汁,魷魚、青口、鮮蝦再加埋龍蝦汁,海鮮都幾新鮮,青口亦唔係細細隻、容易食辣茄茸鮮蝦巴馬火腿燴意粉,唔算太辣。就咁望都可以見到起碼有四隻蝦,隻蝦都幾大隻,亦好爽口…Read More

秋冬孖寶蛇羹與羊腩煲

早上仍是帶著和暖嘅天氣,只係著了一件連身裙加一條頸巾,外套都無帶到。到夜晚放工時,變得了有陣陣寒意,心裡就擔心今晚飯局後,寒意會否更加嚴重。今晚優意食堂這個飯局來得正合時宜,食過蛇羮、羊腩煲,加上花鵰煀雞,再加不斷添飲嘅西班牙紅酒,寒意盡去,還感覺到體內嘅陣陣暖意。優意食堂 ~ 我會解讀為優閒寫意食堂, 遙望住維港夜景,一個舒適嘅環境,絕對給人優閒寫意嘅感覺。由國福樓改為優意食堂與二星的夜上海屬同一集團,現任大廚陳師傅低調但來頭不少,曾在恆生銀行會所主理,生拆蛇肉功夫極為認真,佢嘅私房太史五蛇羹水準也是城中頂尖之一。西班牙小何賽特選珍藏火腿 ~ 這個小吃嚟配紅酒就剛好,如果配火腿嘅多士能夠再脆啲就更好喇第一次品嘗以這種方式烹調葱油鮮製腐竹,清甜爽口燒汁炒和牛脷,非常腍滑今晚嘅主角正宗太史蛇羹,湯底濃郁鮮甜。用料豐富,生拆新鮮蛇肉,每一啖都可以品嘗到一絲絲嘅蛇肉另一亮點古法雙冬羊腩煲,用咗新鮮黑草羊嘅腩部炆成,並不是仿間一般所用嘅普通羊肉。平舖直擺嘅羊腩,不論係羊腩或佢嘅配料 (冬菇、枝竹、荀、馬蹄) 都炆得非常入味。陳年花雕煀雞,不是太重嘅花雕味。刻意地揀咗件雞胸肉食,非常嫩滑而不柴如意冬菇豆腐,很精緻嘅一道菜蝦絲煎麵,脆扑扑嘅煎麵帶有啖啖嘅蝦味魚、蝦、蟹炒飯,炒飯炒得粒粒皆乾身平時好少在外食杏仁茶,因為我會覺得佢哋嘅杏仁味太重,但這個蓮子蛋白杏仁茶,杏仁味剛好,加上蛋白變得更加幼滑脆皮芝麻煎堆 炸得剛好,亦唔會過油絕對係一個令人難以忘懷嘅飯局!…Read More
