螢雪想食壽司,所以叫咗個有16品嘅螢雪餐先來八寸,即係前菜,一共有三款,汁煮鮑魚,煙鴨胸鵝肝配桃汁,春天野菜之花,白蘆筍,好清新開胃象拔蚌壽司,上面係肝煮成湯嘅啫喱肉質彈牙爽口 啫喱清甜炭燒金目鯛,個汁用魚骨熬製'上面係烏魚子,鮮甜又有炭燒香栗子蟹,中間係流心鵪蠢蛋,蛋黃連飯同蟹肉,我最愛池魚壽司, 已經搽咗醬油,可直接食,鮮甜牡丹蝦壽司,上面淋上由蝦頭膏加生蛋黃整嘅汁,再加蝦殼提煉嘅蝦油,大大突出蝦嘅鮮味螢光魷魚拌飯,放用紫海膽蒸,好入味,今年第一次食螢光魷魚,要好好把握有得食嘅季節熟成超過2個星期中拖羅,搽咗醬油漬,上面黃芥茉,好肥美海膽壽司,上面灑上淡雪鹽,唔會太咸,配合海膽剛剛好赤陸魚一夜干,炸過嘅魚鱗,放在一大片紫菜上,肉質結實,又有唔同口感真鯛魚,下面放咗湯葉腐皮同新鮮紫菜醬汁,魚鮮甜仲有好香豆味煙燻鰤魚,配檸檬汁同蘆筍,白肉魚,慢慢食,鮮味出晒煙燻和牛,放在一個盒內,等10秒用左手開蓋,好似仙境咁,牛肉外面脆脆哋肉好淋,食完食埋旁邊嘅紅蘿蔔同粟米你清清個口腔炭燒中吞拿魚魚腩再加上上無菌蛋黃,有炭燒香又肥美大拖羅刺身,入口即溶小長井蠔,經過慢煮,細細隻肉質結實蟹肉麵加蟹豉油及蟹油,好似食咗成隻蟹咁九繪魚燉湯,好清甜食完仲會送上煙燻過嘅焙茶,清清個口,好細心甜品係士多啤梨,同埋豆沙銅鑼燒,大滿足…Read More
