一間非常特別嘅日本餐廳,去到唔係坐低就食,先去一間雅致嘅房間,由一位穿上和服嘅女士介紹茶道,有置身日本温泉酒店嘅感覺,品嘗用80度水煮嘅抹茶,係江戶風迎接客人嘅方法,同場仲有夕張蜜瓜菓子,好香好甜好好味我食嘅係「鮨」omakase $1480前菜有蟹肉秋葵啫喱,最特別嘅係日本仙人掌,第一次食,點少少黑,原來係甜甜哋,仲有咁多汁,仲有日本白梅貝,有白乾汁浸,再配上辣椒絲食完呢個咁特別嘅前菜後,開始食壽司,每件都好新鮮,配上唔好配料以增加鮮味,今次嘅壽司分別有:深海池魚石垣鯛北海道帆立貝伊左目梳子魚赤鯥魚幻星鰹北寄貝銀鱈魚BB 赤貝金目鯛牡丹蝦鯖魚白板昆布漬白子中拖羅馬糞海膽松葉蟹手卷食到中途,廚師送上青桔啫喱,旁邊配上煙燻蘿蔔夾cream cheese,清清喉嚨食完壽司仲有,布甸蛋,舞茸湯同蝶豆花水順玄餅,好飽又滿足食完仲有禮物
