啊!原來堂記星期日是不開的,難怪上次摸門釘!因人多無位所以叫了外賣,回家慢慢嘆!兩碗鴨腎菜干豬骨粥,想叫燒鴨腸,但因賣晒,所以叫了叉燒蝦腸!先試腸粉:蝦及叉燒平均分布,腸粉可算是滑,但反而入面d料先至係波!蝦很爽口,口感不錯!不知是否經過蒸焗(新鮮出爐),叉燒粒比燒臘店賣的叉燒飯還要香,真是奇怪...!再說鴨腎菜干豬骨粥,碗內充斥菜干,鴨肉肉碎等材料!菜干及陳腎本應是很搶味的食才,但堂記把各材料的味道都調得很均衡,水準不錯!p.s.:兩碗粥加腸粉都只不過是$45...低食!…Read More

之前朋友推薦過,一路無時間嚟試,上次想嚟又排晒隊,被迫放棄,今次醒喇....5點鐘就嚟囉位,今次終於可以一試!之前睇過D POST,話碟碟$50,但今日是7月,依家碟碟係50有2呀!即係加左2蚊價! 由於時間過早及人數不多,所以只"輕試"幾道菜1)頭抽浸米鴨(半隻),肉質嫩滑,頭抽味較用滷水味為鮮!(2)盆菜豬肉,有點像梅菜扣肉,當然是無梅菜,不過佢用竽頭墊低,加埋D醬汁,肉淋,OK 啦!(3)梅子面醬烏頭魚(一條),呢碟一放低,仲以為佢好辣,因顏色紅紅地,試後原來一點都不辣,而且兩種醬料加起來,味道確實不錯!(4)麵醬油麥菜(5)蒸饅頭10個 總括而言:味道算不錯,而服務也不像其他大哥大姐說的差!佢標榜是圍村菜,而味道也確實與一般中菜或酒樓有別!不過今次試菜不多,待我下次叫多幾味,試真D,再下結論! 數年前來過已很久沒來.昨晚跟同事一行六人跑去落山道鴻福火鍋讓他們試下火鍋加BBQ!在網上已看過環境,所以他們也沒什麼要求,都是跟想像中一樣的...差!鱘龍魚湯底賣晒,亦沒有魔鬼魚湯底,我們只好叫了鯊魚骨湯底,另外開一個爐BBQ,兩者皆是炭爐!先來雞軟骨,手切肥牛,大蜆,四寶丸,鱔圈,獅庵,大頭蝦,雞翼,香腸,魚春,魚扣,鴕鳥肉,鵝腸,白菜仔,珊瑚蚌!如果比較火鍋/BBQ邊樣食物較好...?我會說是BBQ..因用BBQ去燒海鮮類:如大蜆,鱔圈,大蝦等味道及鮮味較佳!其他則可算是無什麼特別,只屬一般貨色!再說到火鍋,好老實講可以話完全吾掂!好像鴕鳥肉..外出普遍是鮮紅色的,但這裡的是好像剛在雪櫃取出而且又雪了很久似的,完全無色彩,獅庵,我地燒又試過放下鍋又試過,總是不打開的,店員話是打不開的,"我話吾新鮮至呱",佢又話新鮮..新鮮請放心!佢真係吾知我係潮州人,細細個就見老爸食獅庵,只要用水"陸"一陣,自自然然會打開,而裡面都係紅紅地就一口食了它...呢D就叫新鮮!(當然依家吾可以更食,因有肝炎菌),.點似佢咁話"死都吾開蓋喎"咁叫新鮮!再講果碟鵝腸,一放低在桌上,我而經即刻掉埋一邊,點解?因肥到離晒大譜,邊有可能咁肥,全部脂肪,我又問伙計,佢又話係咁肥,寫明是肥鵝腸,我睇菜譜都無寫,如寫了肥鵝腸,我一定不ORDER!其他配料只是交行貨,但都屬較差的貨,總之一句.....吾掂!但最大問題是大熱天時吃炭爐火鍋加BBQ遇到一間冷氣不夠的....實在辛苦極了,回家後仲要成身炭味!相對幾年前來過,果陣時D配料好很多,就像此網頁的二編專訪一樣配料新鮮,但現在卻不是!P.S.:呢餐仲要收$1100…Read More

去圓方睇完戲,本來想去堂記食腸粉,點知咁岩無開!咁就去左附近的添記法式三文治.剛到場,已經有客在等,等了約10分鐘,終於到我order,其實佢無得好似subway咁有得選咩配料,只有法包(大)$38,細$20,蒜茸包$5!我就叫了每樣一份!即場睇住老闆"開包",放各款碎肉在包內,當中有一樣是肝片(雞或豬肝,小心健康各位),然後放入焗爐焗約10分鐘,出爐後再放入蕃茄,紅蘿蔔,青瓜等,再加小小胡椒粉和鮮露即可!過我手已急不及待咬了一大口......!..正...!真是未試過咁鬆脆法國包!好味道!後記:讚~即焗即食,包當然鬆脆可口!蒜茸包都幾好味....當然啦都係襯熱食嘛! 彈~制作比想像中簡陋,此終只用手而無用手套,收錢和做包是同一個人! 食品配料應該可以多d選擇! …Read More
