木村美子 有時因想偷懶,不願做飯,出外揾嘢食,啲餐廳好壞不一,就算找到間好小小嘅餐廳,但啲侍應素質也有好有壞,而我唔識周圍揾嘢食,食來食去都係幾間,就拿富都來講吧,我也彈了好幾次,更有一次激到我火滾,飯都唔食就氣鼓鼓地走人,但過咗一排,一樣又跑去幫襯,哈,我夠無骨氣,仲有德興小籠包,我有一次彈得佢飛起,再次幫襯後發覺佢哋改進咗唔少,至少客人來時走時懂得幫客人拉玻璃門,就這呢一點就值得加佢分。有openrice,有我哋呢班所謂嘅“上帝”監督,啲餐廳不自律嘅話,自會自討苦吃,哈哈哈!

受R邀請,我去大角咀ge南亭泰國菜用咗三次膳,每次都係輕咬狂噬,食得不亦樂乎,次次都捧腹走人,只可惜我次次唔記得攜帶相機,:(沒影到相,雖然無相睇,但我也好想同大家分享一下我的食後感。:)environment > 獨具特色ge風扇燈吊頂,倍感優雅,最令我欣賞嘅係牆上ge大師級油畫,泰國亭畫得維妙維肖,而其他幾幅畫雖說簡簡單單,卻能帶出幾分灑脫與輕鬆ge氛圍,用起餐來覺得分外舒適,令人暫時忘記咗工作上生活上嘅壓力。:)food > 最值得講嘅係,個menu好多嘢揀,聽講呢間餐廳ge大廚係前泰國皇室嘅御廚,有口福!粉絲肉蟹煲,一掀煲蓋,一股濃郁嘅蟹香味即刻撲鼻而來,令我垂涎三尺,拉拉聲大動筷子,夾一啖粉絲放入口中,粉絲彈牙,仔細品嘗,就會感到粉絲有股鮮美蟹香味,粉絲吸曬蟹汁,保證咗肉蟹香味能夠“充分施展”:),而肉蟹都好夠份量,大大個蟹鉗啖啖肉,食落好過癮,食完粉絲,啃完蟹肉,先發覺煲底墊咗一層肥瘦適中ge豬肉,已烤成焦黃嘅肉巴,陣陣焦香味飄出,同蟹香味相得益彰,可以講豬肉起到了畫龍點睛之作用,令粉絲同蟹肉更加香氣逼人,值得一讚!:)香軟薄餅,喜歡食印度薄餅,便覺得呢度嘅薄餅遜色少少。:(飛天通菜,不一般ge菜名,貪其有趣點咗來食,果然有驚喜,炒法同平時食開嘅通菜有啲唔同,有豆豉香,少少辣,辣得來又會令人忍唔住追住食。炸春卷,皮色金黃,皮薄,甘香酥化,而內餡看上去平淡無奇,粉絲、黑木耳等混合而成,但一啖咬下去,各種食材在細細ge咀嚼中格外香甜,且香而不膩,食嘅便係呢種混搭嘅口感,食完齒頜留香,回味無窮。芒果糯米飯,黑白糯米飯團各一個,加上黃色芒果,乍一上枱,便令人睇得賞心悅目,食落又香又滑。柚子蝦仁沙律,蝦仁爽口,大粒又新鮮,柚子肉甜,再拌以青檸汁,酸酸甜甜,好醒胃。從炒菜到炸嘢,從主菜到甜品,百般滋味在心頭,滿足咗我ge饕餮之欲,除了味道好好之外,上碟配飾亦係一大特色,使視覺、嗅覺和味覺都受盡誘惑。service > all staff都好nice,讚!:)食完三餐,覺得南亭泰國菜不愧係泰國菜中嘅佼佼者,值得一試!!!…Read More

是日朋友生日,為佢慶祝,約咗係重慶燒大食一餐。文英街幾十米內便開咗四間“重慶燒”,雖然都係小小間,但生意可以做到咁興隆,已經足夠叫人刮目相看。七點幾去到,已滿座,在店門口等咗十幾分鍾,滿街的燒烤味,一股股熱浪直逼過來,熱得周身沸騰,在此等位絕對係苦差事,為咗一嘗蜜燒南瓜餅,再熱都等。:(終於,我哋攞位坐低,攞點餐紙點嘢食,發現價錢全部作過調整,比之前都貴過一兩蚊,一餐食落分分鍾貴廿幾三十蚊。:(嗌嘅啲嘢食逐一上檯,大動筷子。涼拌黑木耳$20/碟,以黑醋、鼓油和辣椒醬涼拌,酸酸辣辣,幾醒胃,就算平時少吃醋嘅我都可以食入口,惟一要嫌嘅係黑木耳太過粗硬,唔似之前來食開嘅黑木耳細滑。:(芝士牛油焗海中蝦$48/9只,採用海蝦,這會比塘養蝦來得更有蝦嘅鮮甜味,加埋香口芝士和牛油,用錫紙包住來焗,鎖住海蝦嘅鮮味,食起來更加香甜,根本唔需要用豉油蘸住來食。:)蒜燒美國石蠔$84/6只,以新鮮石蠔鋪上蒜茸,調好味道,直接放在燒烤爐上燒,燒熟後點綴上蔥花紅椒絲,甚是漂亮。成只蠔連啲蒜蓉夾入口,或者蒜茸味辟走咗蠔嘅腥味,並唔覺得腥。燒韭菜$11/串,將韭菜逐條逐條串成一串,好中意用來燒韭菜的調味粉,令得平平無奇嘅韭菜霎時化平凡為神奇,令人食落津津有味,只不過成條韭菜幾考牙力,要不然一半在口中一半在喉嚨處並不好受,哈!燒雞腎串$11/串,調味料同韭菜嘅調味料一樣,咬一塊入口,煙煙靱靱,一樣考牙力。燒原條茄子$22/條,將一條茄子對半切開,在切面鋪滿蒜蓉,調好味道成條攞去燒,燒到爛熟,食時用筷子挑起白色茄子肉,雖說茄子肉淡而無味,但中合咗調好味道嘅蒜茸,淡中有味,恰到好處。:)燒多春魚$22/6條,逐條多春魚用竹簽從魚嘴處插入再燒,食時握住竹簽,乾淨又方便,幾好。多春魚,顧名思義,都係大肚魚,食住多春魚時,我都會小心食曬每一粒魚子,那每一粒魚子都係每條魚媽媽嘅寶貝兒,每一粒便係一條魚BB。有時,食住多春魚時,我嘅腦海中會忍不住會生出一種一知半解嘅疑惑:為何多春魚條條有魚子,唔通多春魚族全係雌性?而雌性又如何繁殖下一代,唔通好似《西遊記》中女人國嘅女人,飲一啖河水便會大肚?嘻嘻,明知女人國不過乃一種神話式嘅描寫,但動物界嘅神奇,確實令我匪夷所思!扯遠了,再說回燒烤。日式燒飯團$20/兩個,用米飯握實成三角形狀嘅飯團,兩面翻轉燒,飯團嘅表面灑上調味粉,外鹹內淡,外焦內濕,這令我諗起家鄉嘅飯焦。小時候,家族十幾口人嘅飯菜一鍋煮,食嘅係大鍋飯,而我哋福建人最喜歡煮鹹飯食,簡單省時,即係用油、米、菜和鹽,加適量水一鍋煮成大鍋飯,通常鍋底一定有飯焦,而我最樂意攞果啲飯焦來食,焦黃焦黃的,又帶有油香味,香脆香脆的,食在嘴中很過癮,只是吃多了會熱氣。而今晚吃在口中嘅日式飯團燒功並不到位,內里的飯粒仲係凍嘅,表面也並不香脆,這有啲遺撼。:(香辣田螺$30/碟,這不是現炒田螺,凍冰冰,好辣,並且大大粒,可以用竹簽挑出螺肉來食,我並唔知大粒螺貴啲定係細粒螺貴啲,就我個人而言,我反而喜歡細細粒嘅田螺,可以用大拇指和食指抓住送往嘴邊,以嘴唇輔助舌頭,一吸氣將螺肉吸入嘴中,有種啃瓜子般嘅好玩與過癮,嘻嘻!蜜燒南瓜餅$18/3個,這是我的心頭好!可以講呢一餐全由我拿主意,而我就係沖住呢樣甜品而揀咗呢間餐廳嘅。之前嚟食過,一食難忘,而家專登為它而來。不過,今晚有啲小小失望。原因一,侍應忘記咗幫我哋落單,食完所有嘢,遲遲唔見心頭好出現,追問之下先知無落單,補單後制作需時,惟有耐心等候,等啊等,等到花也謝了;原因二,今晚嘅南瓜餅出品大不如前,表皮火候唔夠,軟淋淋,可謂“期望越大,失望越大。”:(總體來講,朋友對嘅呢餐慶生餐都算滿意。:)所有嘢都係細細碟,可以食多幾碟,雖然三個人食咗三四百蚊,但有七八樣嘢食落肚,有蝦有蠔,算係咁喇!…Read More

約咗係旺角新世紀嘅潮館食晚飯,呢間餐廳已幫襯過幾次,每次來會嘗試嗌反沙竽,但係每次侍應都是相同的答復:沒!!!:(呢次我點餐時索性問都唔問,費事作無謂嘅點菜,點知R見我無嗌又主動開口幫我嗌反沙竽,答復還不是一樣:沒!!!:(有餐牌上的菜式,卻又十次嗌十次沒,不如刪去罷了,免得顧客一次又一次點餐,最終卻得個“桔”,簡直在浪費大家的口水。:(沒有反沙竽,點了個南瓜金餅,嗜甜如命嘅我,對呢個南瓜金餅滿抱期待,點知幾分鍾之後,侍應過來同我哋講:“沒南瓜金餅!”放棄南瓜金餅,R補點了一個叫竽泥什麽鵝的,應該屬於竽頭類嘅甜品,然後又樂滋滋地在等。過了五分鍾左右,一個經理級人馬走過來說:“竽泥鵝沒有!!!”哭笑不得!!!:(沒辦法,顯然呢間餐廳嘅甜品得個睇字,無得食,惟有放棄,免得自計沒趣。首先上檯嘅係醃肉炒韭菜,呢個菜唔錯,韭菜好翠綠,味較清淡,配上較鹹嘅醃肉,啲味鹹得來又被韭菜分淡咗鹹味,啱好!食完成碟韭菜,又有個侍應過來問:“你哋係唔係嗌咗鹵水掌翅同埋鹹菜豬肚湯?”顯然我哋點嘅其他菜肴都仲未幫我哋落單,韭菜來時,白飯遲遲唔出場,等到白飯終於端上來了,卻只剩下最後一根韭菜,而其他菜有排等,忍不住嘿嘿地笑。等啊等啊等,主菜一個個上檯了。蔥花炒小蠔仔,唔腥,蠔仔裹咗少少生粉,鎖住啲鮮味。鹵水掌翅,有啲鹹,盤底嗰啲原本無味嘅白蘿蔔撈咗啲鹵汁,反而喧賓奪主更顯好味。鹹菜豬肚湯,湯都有啲鹹,湯中加入胡椒,鹹得來都算好飲。四季豆炒駝鳥肉,用XO醬和紅椒炒,唔食得辣的我食落都覺好辣!除了管理一團糟之外,菜肴嘅味道都算OK。希望下次再幫襯時,樓面嘅素質到會有所提高。…Read More

去旺角西洋菜街ge百老匯睇《黑癲鵝先生》,買咗八點四十五分ge飛,還有大把時間,於是便到隔離ge花園餐廳食嘢。花園餐廳主打食排,睇見紐西蘭牛排,血淋淋咁,看了都驚,且唔講我拜觀音唔食牛肉,見嗰舊牛排只得三成熟,禁不住喔大個咀。倒是餐包好食,我有份食;羅宋湯亦好飲,我有份飲。我叫咗花園炒飯,押上自家餐廳大名,我諗應該唔錯吧,果然不出所料,唔錯!有茄汁豬排魚柳之類,材料夠足。:)…Read More
