銅鑼灣終於有正嘅烤魚

來到銅鑼灣的小魚兒,我點了幾道經典菜式,每一道都讓我驚艷,不得不說,這家餐廳果然名不虛傳。首先是招牌菜「黃金蒜香豆花海鱸魚」,這道菜的賣相就已經很吸引人,金黃色的魚肉上鋪滿了晶瑩剔透的豆花,再配上香氣撲鼻的蒜蓉,讓人垂涎欲滴。入口後,魚肉鮮嫩細膩,豆花滑嫩爽口,蒜香濃郁而不嗆鼻,三種味道完美融合,令人回味無窮。「寬粉」和「蓮藕片」是這道菜的最佳配角,寬粉爽滑彈牙,蓮藕片清甜爽脆,與魚肉一起吃,口感層次豐富,更能襯托出魚肉的鮮美。接著是「椰香咖喱焗雞扒飯」,這道菜的香氣更是令人難以抗拒。雞扒外皮香脆,內裡肉質鮮嫩,咖喱醬汁香濃,椰香撲鼻,飯粒軟硬適中,每一口都充滿了香氣和滿足感。小魚兒的菜式不僅美味,而且份量也十分足夠,價格也十分合理,性價比很高。餐廳的環境舒適,裝修典雅,服務員態度親切,服務周到,整體用餐體驗非常棒。總體來說,銅鑼灣小魚兒的菜式美味可口,份量充足,價格合理,環境舒適,服務周到,是一家值得推薦的餐廳。由於份量太大,兩個人都食唔晒,打包嗰陣時服務員仲會好細心咁樣幫我哋包晒保鮮紙驚漏汁…Read More
