介紹友人到石硤尾呢間著名小店,試吓出唒名嘅燒賣。去到門前,已有數名人客排隊,上前跟隊,見前面所有人都起碼買一串燒賣,確非浪得虛名!即買即食,熱辣辣,軟腍腍,雖然魚肉香味不及以往,好似多了點漿粉,但配上自家制辣椒油和調味的豉油,蓋過不足,所以還是會繼續幫襯吧!…Read More

襯假期到久仰大名的周記醬料試吓它的手工燒賣。當日去到店舖,已見有不小人圍在蒸櫃前等著買燒賣或其他小食。當然,燒賣是最熱門的選擇。在等候間,其他店員亦會問問會否有其他需要。始終這是傳統的醬料舖,林林總總,各式各樣的汁醬醃料,甚至另一出名的糖心皮蛋,亦令人心癢。價錢合理不貴,而且支持傳統小店的堅持下,選擇了幾款醬料及皮蛋,店員追問要不要買點子薑來送配,惜個人不太喜歡,就沒有要了。說回燒賣,外賣時已加進辣油和豉油。不過說實的真是非常失望。沒有魚味,又不彈牙。若不是靠醬油提味,完全不明白為什麼會這樣受歡迎。令人費解。…Read More

佛誕前後,很多齋舖均有售賣欒樨餅,一款呈綠色的傳統糕點。但近年試過很多間,都有點點魚目混珠的情況,不是沒有欒樨葉汁的甘味,就是像加了色的水晶餅,不倫不類。偶然經過呢間素食店,見到櫥窗有一份四件的欒樨餅,正猶豫買不買來試試,店員便上前推介,並強調真材實料,絕冇添加。帶回家孝敬媽媽,竟連她也讚口不絕。欒樨餅軟糯適中,甘味餘香,感覺清淨,靈神潔心。欒樨餅是時令食品,過了佛誕,就不多見,所以要把握機會呢!…Read More

由父輩在深水埗的老舖到現在的分店,一直都有幫襯。從前只供應簡單的潮州粉面,到今天的五花百門,第二代投放的心機和管理,不只是承傳優良品質,更青出於藍。此店選址一流,在灣仔鬧市中,在繁忙的告士打道側,靠近維港。一列大窗可觀察泊車的狀況,車主快食快閃,可以更安心。坐在寬敞的大廳中,樓底夠高,就算人多也不覺擠迫侷促,食得自在。至於食品質素方面,豬膶一丁麵個人口味,喜愛少湯,多薑酒,夾一塊厚切的黃沙豬潤,又爽又滑又軟又綿,配上彈牙的出前一丁,再加幾滴原裝的日清麻油和自家製的辣椒油,灑少少泰國胡椒粉,就是一碗能使人吃清見底的絕頂好麵食。配上一杯濃濃的央走,口感誘惑,茶香濃郁,略帶拖非的味道,是一個愉快的下午茶。只是少少美中不足,就是友人點了一碟炒牛肉撈麵,雖然牛肉是生炒的,但上菜的時候,牛肉溫度不足,並不是新鮮熱辣,而且食落有點點冰鮮的味道,可惜可惜。加上炸雞翼,沾上了粉漿,雖然味道不錯,但有點油膩,而且賣相並不非常吸引。但此店的食物整體非常不錯,值得支持,一定會一來再來。…Read More

隱伏在小巷麵店,就算不是經網絡kol推介,單看外內裝修和食品選擇已經心動。但遲遲未有幫襯,只是未有合適機會。今日下午四時許經過,又不見人龍,就快快入坐。基本上客源不盡,坐下不久已有几樣食材售完。沒有點招牌豬什湯河,只依個人口味點了胡椒湯底豬膶、粉腸、珍珠蠔河粉:粉腸偏硬,豬膶又薄又削,但珍珠蠔仔味濃,胡椒湯頗辣亦偏咸,不過把河粉混在其中,加几粒唐芹,中和番。冬天天氣凍時,飲一口湯,應該幾暖胃。配上自家勁辣菜莆。堅辣。良久不散。自家五花菊花茶:我相信是真材實料。飲完好舒服。真心推介👍我覺得就算唔食其他嘢,呢一杯都好值得獨立買走飲。醉雞翼。雞冇味又唔滑,浪費了香濃且甜的醉汁,美中不足💁整體來講,感覺一般,不過我仍會願意來試其他食物,因地道的麵館真是買少見少,而且呢類型的食材,準備工作繁複,需要多啲支持😊…Read More

身為街坊,傳有名的海南雞食店,落戶分店於太子,當然冒名來訪。看到店內裝修,落本落心思,略顯格調。點了兩個套歺,包括招牌海南雞飯,芽菜雞飯。又配上輕食肉骨茶和椰子雞雜湯。再額外跟歺點了炒通菜和小食拼盤。雞件的份量適中。但頗為油膩。有多件的皮和肉也是分離的。不過味道也不錯。有淡淡的香咪!油飯則幾出色。是加入了混醬和已調好味的!惜吃到底,碗內已泛油,有點膩滯!個人認為芽茶有點青草腥味。而且這款雞味較淡。多靠汁醬提味,不太推介。肉骨茶味道偏咸,但料多,可佐飯。喜出望外是拼盤的脆蝦卷。蝦肉彈牙,蝦味濃,而且熱辣辣,好食😋跟歺的檸檬薏米水唔甜,更有點苦,幸好點了杯桔仔蜜,加了粒話梅,正好平衡一下!最後悔是點了這個通菜。有色無味無鑊氣🫣若加點馬拉盞快炒就更好了!…Read More

久仰大名的海南雞飯店。星期六下午四點到訪。遠距離在路口已見有人聚集。經過樸實老店小巷,來到店前,已心急不已。聽說每日限量,賣完即止,外賣又如流水不斷,心想盡快內進,一嘗滋味。幸好流轉亦快,食客們好像有感要盡快還枱,好讓其他食客「一親雞澤」,態度速度也非常合作。配合標題,此店最小有三「勇」😎1. 選址😃不在大街捱貴租又塵多,但置於被住宅大樓包圍的小巷,而且附近土瓜灣舊區又在重建變天中,多了中產家庭和年青人口,不愁客源。2. 出品😃貴精不貴多的食品選擇。而且供應有限數。-如今次飲唔到椰子雞湯:因送完即止。-外賣想要多盒醬料,又說每隻雞只跟兩盒。-海南雞的數量,更不在話下,賣晒就明天請早。3. 擺盤😃 用淺灰色歺碟,載著油飯靚雞🐔和混醬!沒有多餘溢出來的油或汁!clean n clear 😍完全感受到從冰水撈出雞,然後立即切件上碟的爽快利落。感覺高質,零負擔👏🏻👏🏻吃完碟上也沒有一淌剩油!海南雞不但肉質嫩滑而香軟,去骨後又減少吐骨的麻煩和傳播口沫的風險,而且雞肉連皮及骨(雞翼沒去骨)也入到味,各自有獨特的香味和質地,好吃極了!😋😋😋油飯更是出色!淡淡的椰香充滿在口腔,間中咬到脆脆的佐料,又是好吃到不得了!😋😋😋最後不得不分享給家人這份吃到美食的滿足和喜悅,外賣了兩隻雞回家,延續海南雞飯之夜!🤪🤪🤪…Read More
