去灣仔會展,午餐很想食燒鵝,就試吓這間天龍燒鵝,在灣仔好似有兩間分店,這間近地鐵站和會展。侍應猛sell 套餐,不想吃套餐,兩人叫了燒鵝「皇」下庄$155,燒腩仔例牌$90,白飯一碗$12。白飯的飯碗很奇怪,不是一個傳統的碗,似個有手柄的膠杯多過碗,白飯一般,夠大碗。燒腩仔正正常常,切得非常細件,但偏瘦,-定不是五花腩,已經有啲失望。最不濟的是燒鵝,不應叫燒鵝皇,有很失望感覺,燒鵝皮皺起來,不是新鮮,皮不脆,-定不是剛燒好,淋淋的皮,而且還淋上很咸的汁。侍應還說燒鵝很新鮮很好吃,其實一點也不新鮮,剛燒好的燒鵝皮應該是脆脆的。這餐廳真係令人失望,又一次中伏,想留港消費,但香港的餐廳真是令人失望。…Read More

今天是公眾假期,到豬腳小姐吃午餐,不用排隊。地方不是很大,大多是三人、四人枱,凳是可以揭起,把背包或其他物品放在凳底內,不怕被人拿掉銀包或背包。地方很特別,不停播放着音樂,歌曲也算輕鬆愉快。看餐牌主打是豬腳,有原味有蒜蓉也有辣的,有大和中的選擇,今次叫了一個蒜蓉豬腳,侍應提議我們蒜蓉另上,先吃原味,再把蒜蓉鋪上面便可以吃過兩種味道。豬腳很美味,皮和肥膏都肥美。也有一次性的手套可以用來吃豬骨。一個中號的豬腳已經是頗多,價錢是$400,加埋伴菜,兩個人一定夠飽。伴菜有多款,有蘿蔔、洋蔥、海藻等等,還有一碟大菜沙律。而且盆菜可以免費加添,我覺得最好吃的是那些海藻做成幼絲加上沙律醬很彈牙美味。今次亦叫了一個紫菜飯,價錢是$50,侍應提議我們,先把配料撈勻再手握造成一個個波波的伴飯。但覺得反正也是吃落肚,就把所有配料全部撈勻,當炒飯吃,更加可口、更加自由。店內應該有酒牌,日本啤酒和韓國白酒。計及加1服務費,今次共$495,有多種付款方法,食物份量頗多,要用外賣盒走吃剩的豬腳,下次不用叫紫菜飯,那麼兩人份量便剛好。…Read More

今晚專程到漆咸圍的雲香園,叫了一個雲香園米線,一個怕辣就愛清湯底,另一個就愛小辣的酸辣湯底。餸和米線的份量都頗多,餸料有冬菇、台灣腸、雞翼、雞絲、腐皮、魚肉春卷等等。台灣腸比較鹹,雞翼好味,魚肉春卷就非常一般,腐皮和雞絲都好吃,其他餸料都算多,味道就不過都是一般。整體來說,環境就一般小店形式,當然沒有服務,所以沒有+1收費。米線清湯底味道就一般,若果喜歡酸辣湯料就幾特別,酸辣湯底有肉碎,而且比較惹味。…Read More

路經圓方商場,見到一間新的餐廳 ,嚐 Taste For Taste, 有粥粉麵飯。堂食過午餐,茶錢每位$6,是一個大壺倒給客人,尚算可以。午餐時,每日有不同的蒸飯,一個羊肚菌杞子滑雞蒸飯$88,真的是原碗蒸出來,羊肚菌、和雞都幾好味,堂食加一小費貼士,加埋茶錢,這個蒸飯都算貴$104,因為份量不多,食完都唔夠飽。另外一位叫了一個牛腩、牛筋配河粉 $60, 河粉和牛腩牛筋都算多,味道也很好,加茶錢和貼士總數$72,不便宜但可接受因為份量和味道都合理。另外一次,晚上就買個粥品試一試,干貝(瑤柱)排骨粥外賣$62,瑤柱就細細粒兩粒,排骨就更離譜只係得一舊,排骨粥嘅味道就一般啦,雖然圓方商場租金一定不平,但排骨粥的價錢也不便宜喎,得一舊排骨是不是有點兒搶錢呀。我個人的結論,在這間店外賣就不要啦,因為不知買回去是會否一肚氣。是否外賣客不會回頭向店舖投訴。堂食計埋茶錢和加一,價錢就真係有酒店的高度,只是食品質素未夠這般高質。雙拼河粉還可以,蒸飯就一定不夠飽,性價比不高。…Read More

途經尖沙咀緬甸臺附近的深記粉麵家,中午時分,兩個人就食兩個午餐,一個乾炒肉片河粉及海鮮炒飯。價錢不便宜,要$65的碟頭飯包熱飲。熱飲就叫了熱奶茶,沒有茶味只有淡淡的未完全過清水的漂白水味,喝了一啖便不敢飲。乾炒肉片河,賣相一般,得幾片肉片,味道差勁,河粉炒得很非常鬆散,碎碎的。海鮮炒飯,簡直好誇張,只有雪藏細蝦幾隻,加些魷魚絲碎,仿蟹柳,雞蛋絲就話係海鮮炒飯。直程想到海關投訴。但應該投訴都無用,店方好識取巧,都無佢辦法。這間店我就永遠都不會再幫襯,各位就自己決定吧。…Read More

今天是星期日,中午到灣仔的發達叉燒,店內已經差不多坐滿客人。好在仍不用搭枱,今天叫了兩個雙拼飯,燒鵝拼叉燒和燒鵝髀拼叉燒。燒鵝髀全隻沒有斬開,用碟另外上,看得出沒有偷走部分鵝肉,燒鵝髀加$30,我就覺得超值。兩個雙拼飯,飯量都不多,女士們仍可能足夠,男士應該覺得餸比飯多,不夠飽。不知道是否因為是雙拼飯,燒鵝的味道還可以,而且亦算多鵝肉,但是燒鵝就不夠香味,亦不夠熱。叉燒只有一兩舊味道比較好和肥美,其他的都是瘦和乾爭爭,不是美食。見到其他人有叫叉燒蛋飯,看到一盒盒蘭王蛋,餐廳標明是用日本蘭王蛋,成本都貴啲,味道都好啲。不論是雙拼飯或者叉燒蛋飯,看到叉燒都不是全部肥美,可能要特別加錢要求轉肥叉才肥美。若果不想等位就要早啲到。若果想叉燒好食,就要轉肥叉。若果想燒鵝好食,就要加錢要鵝髀全隻上。整體來說,發達叉燒比灣仔同區三角街的那間燒味餐廳好食好多,最重要是:不會偷換走客人的燒鵝髀肉。發達叉燒的性價比算很高,比其哥或棋子,甘牌和鏞記燒鵝更值。但論燒鵝香味,覺得仍是元朗天鴻的燒鵝甘香抵食。…Read More

在灣仔工作後,放工到這間餐廳買外賣,很想食燒鵝,所以買咗半隻燒鵝加餸。肶免斬,價錢係$248再加兩蚊外賣盒,總數港幣$250。但帶返屋企後,打開盒,肶是全隻沒有斬開,但半隻鵝其他部分好像是由兩隻不同的燒鵝肉拼合而成,色澤和肉質都好像完全不一樣。其中有大部份肉很乾的,味道亦很差。有些沒有良心的店,客人買燒味,廚房可以要由不同燒味肉拼湊而成。並且把賣不出的燒味或出爐很久的,留給外賣單客人,是否因為外賣客人多數不會回店向你追討。各位到任何餐廳若果外賣,就千萬要小心。香港食肆沒落是有它的原因。…Read More

在佐敦近日多了好多兩餸飯店,佳記在上海街這店好似開了頗久,中午時間都頗多人排隊。$33 兩餸飯算中檔,不包飲品,加$2有湯或熱飲。今日買了肉豆腐和咖喱雞兩餸。咖喱雞件數頗多,大大件肉,但大家都預咗無雞味,咖喱汁也比較水汪汪。豆腐肉餅有三件,可惜也一樣無味,肉餅的口感也不太好。整體來講,食物分量夠多,飯量也多。$33 不太值,但一定夠飽肚,而且不太用排隊。若不想行去油麻地多啲選擇,佐敦佳記可選。比起岱民(廟街)飯多啲,餸好味些,但岱民祗是$25,但岱民咖喱得薯仔多,無雞肉。…Read More
