To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 路經西九龍高鐵站,想飲茶食個午餐,選了在B1M1樓添好運。很久以前食過外賣,味道和價錢還可以。今日坐下來飲茶,很多內地遊客,裝修和茶餐廳一般,叫了酥皮焗叉燒包$35,鮮蝦餃$44,叉燒腸,鳳爪排骨飯。焗叉燒包味道還可以,但不夠熱。叉燒腸,又是不夠熱,粉皮頗厚,味道一般。鮮蝦餃說還是即蒸的,不熱而且這個價錢,和酒店的蒸點都差不多,簡直是暴利。最差勁,最差勁,最差勁,重要嘅講三次,鳳爪排骨飯,排骨細到像指甲一般大,冇乜肉,肥膏就有些。飯餸都非常少,這不只是暴利,簡直是搶錢。以這個價錢,裝修服務都差勁,食品質素完全是失望。
