睇完電視介紹,mark低咗呢間小食店今日出開深水埗就試下叫了生菜魚肉,加個煎餃添,原本想叫4隻,服務員姐姐力sell 叫8隻,我話驚食唔哂呀~姐姐話啲餃主要係菜,好好食一定食得哂,好啦😅,咁就叫8隻啦 生菜魚肉(細)小時候街邊食既生菜魚肉,生菜切粗絲,生放於碗底,再加滾燙魚肉湯,食既時候生菜仍帶爽脆的口感;但這裡生菜好少兼好淋。慶幸魚肉口感爽彈,有葱香果皮香。不過魚肉跟湯頭都偏甜,有點奇怪。。煎鴛鴦餃椰菜餃加韭菜餃,上到枱原來唔係太大隻,咁真係可以食得哂。。。正如姐姐講,菜多肉少,更加上馬蹄粒,夾唔夾就見人見智。可能加了馬蹄,餃子味道偏淡,連韭菜餃都比較淡。生菜魚肉湯如果唔好咁甜,其實都不錯,至於餃子,附近有更多好選擇。…Read More

誰會在開業初期去一些KOL吹捧的食肆咁笨?幾出色既團隊開業初期,都必定會出亂子,仲要排隊添?咪傻啦~所以幾鍾意飲茶都好,早已決定開業最少一個月後才光顧。趁今天風大雨大才去,貪不用排隊,果然,飛都唔使拎,即刻入座。雖自稱是過百年老字號,但"襟江"呢個招牌已經消失超過半世紀,還能算是真百年品牌嗎?新好舊也好,出品好才見真章。。。可惜。。希望越大,失望越大叉燒:聽說主理叉燒的師傅系出名門,賣相不差,肉質是好的,但味道過甜,甜得有點嗆喉,沒有燒味的香氣。伴碟的不是傳統“蠔油豆”,而是甜到漏的黃豆,質感味道跟紅豆無異。(其實係見到隔離枱柯打,跟人叫一碟,隔離枱食唔哂打包,侍應問我地兩個人食唔食得哂。。。。仲諗住好大碟😅,其實點會食唔哂!)燒賣:是傳統手切肉燒賣,可惜食粉(鬆肉粉)有點重手,吃不出肉的質感,肉味也被掩蓋了。雞扎:跟燒賣同一缺點,食粉重手。其中一件腐皮夾有毛髮,只好要求更換。雞扎內的魚肚有點發過了頭,溶溶爛爛的,惟一可讚是夾上鮮淮山。鴨腳扎:腐皮較薄,但味道調得不錯,是當日比較好的點心。芝麻卷併花生糯米糍是暖的,有芝麻味,不過不是兒時芝麻卷的質感,即不能攤開菲林卷進食😅。反而糯米糍很不錯,很軟糯,花生餡滿滿的,甜度剛好煎三色糕正常發揮,三款糕質地都偏“削”,但可以接受。會比多次機會,下次會試下“錦滷雲吞”。不過可以肯定這不會是我飲茶的首選酒家。…Read More

食完好耐,而家先補食後感。。姪女考完試,諗住搵啲好嘢食慶祝下。見到網上個個拎杯菠蘿特飲打卡,就即管試下。千揀萬揀,揀了最唔貼題的分店,貪就腳,就揀咗呢間。餐廳其實在food court 入口,感覺就係food court的一部分。(其實佢9成分店都不是seaside🤣)講番食物先來一杯“熱情金菠蘿沙冰”$68,味道尚可,不過成本應該去哂呢個不能重用,食唔到飲唔到,只係用嚟打卡既菠蘿仔身上,所以杯嘢唔平也不值這個價錢,飲到尾糖水沉哂底(菠蘿頂住,根本搞唔到),有啲甜。姪女要咗杯“濟州柑橘乳酸手梳打” $48,齋睇賣相,完全跟名稱連不上,跟侍應再三確認,佢話就係呢杯。咁呢~都係一杯好普通既飲品囉~食物方面,柯打了-明太子蟹肉飯卷這個飯卷正常發揮,飯面的明太子醬,明太子跟沙律醬的比例是 1:99😅,完全食唔出明太子味道。-山薊菜大蜆意粉份量OK, 但不見山薊菜(artichoke)蹤影,蜆肉跟意粉味道不錯。-甜辣(有骨)炸雞(半份)這個值得推薦,份量跟味道都很好,如果再幫襯,應該只會叫炸雞食。至於服務。。。乜有服務咩~全部侍應圍埋傾計,可能客唔多啦最後同姪女得出一致comment, 有啲餐廳,真係試過就算。…Read More

又一次沒有參考食評的教訓

同姪女閑逛新商場,選了這家裝修簡約,有點日系feel的餐廳食lunch,結果。。。。中伏了食物端上來時是很吸引的,但食物放進口便露底牌了😖烤北海道帶子虎蝦蛋包飯點菜時,侍應問我要什麼汁?有日式咖哩、萫茄、奶油磨菇及蘋果燒汁,心想選了帶子虎蝦,就揀個無咁濃既磨菇汁啦。。。。點知真係淡如水,既無奶油味,也無磨菇香,連磨菇影都無,只是稀溜溜的普通預制剪袋白汁底,比茶記既白汁都不如。帶子可煎多1分鐘,蝦倒是不錯。烤七味黑豚爽肉餐牌說是烤,其實是上粉炸,仲要炸到硬掘掘。唯一可取是蛋及飯,咖哩汁還可以😔價錢不算便宜,但這質素真的不值,很明顯工場預制,店舖剪袋的料理。…Read More

30/12/2022食完,今日先有空寫下劣評趁學校假期,同姪女入去愉景灣行下影下相一路都影得好開心,點知。。。。。。食飯時就中伏,只怪自己無睇食評就入去。坐低睇咗輪餐牌,心知不妙,因為啲相既賣相話比你知呢間唔係越南餐廳。穩陣啲,叫個香茅豬扒飯,外藉侍應話無豬扒。轉手撕雞湯河,sorry, 無手撕雞。。轉海鮮海蜆紫菜湯河(見佢menu寫住from local market daily), 點知無蜆。。。。外藉侍應建議幫我轉哂做蝦,咁佢都好好禮貌嘅,就要蝦啦。結果。。。。正如其他食評咁講湯底無味雪藏無殼蝦無味整碗粉就好似滾水加河粉加白烚雪藏蝦加一堆香草😭😨 也不見紫菜蹤影。姪女叫咗香煎雞扒撈檬上枱既雞扒係上咗粉漿炸既,絕對唔係煎,而且係凍既。最差係嗰個越南菜靈魂“碌冧” nuoc cham,味道不知所謂,根本只係魚露,得個咸味,完全無調過味。因為沒有做好碌冧,所以另一個小食,炸軟殼蟹米紙卷也大打折扣,令人好失望。睇餐牌,店主標榜新鮮食材,給客人一個“不同”的越南菜用餐經驗。唉!算吧啦,整餐飯最出色的就是兩杯柚子梳打,專心做好一間酒吧算啦! …Read More

從小到大,最喜歡食瀨粉,但這間瀨粉跟食開既很不同,比較軟淋,不似坊間的爽滑,正如另一食評所講,當食米線好了。車仔麵形式,叫了蘿蔔,竹笙,魚片頭及香茅豬扒。專登點清湯試功架。湯是很清淡,加上薑碎,大頭菜,肉碎,蛋絲,不過不失。蘿蔔味淡,煮得未夠身,不淋。魚片頭正常雪藏貨色最差係豬扒😤,麵先上,隔了幾分鐘豬扒才出現。諗住豬扒另上應該會香口惹味,點知又乾又凍。都無期望即煎,但好明顯塊豬扒攤咗好耐,又無翻炸😡因為趕時間,都費事出聲,用湯浸暖食算數。應該唔會再幫襯。…Read More

朋友介紹,加上不少好食評,第一次光顧。可惜希望越大落差越大。點了:北海道帶子沙律蟹餅羊架肉眼扒(原本想柯打海鮮platter,不過暫停供應)沙律普通,蟹餅應該加了魚肉。羊架有4件,但薄切。味道一般,是炭烤吧,因為碟上有很多炭屎,LOL很乾,我寧願出2件,但厚切。配菜也很出事,除了那條蘆筍,其他如南瓜、烤蒜根本未熟。肉眼扒尚可,但明顯攤涼了,那個另外盛起的紅酒汁更凝固了,倒不出來,要用匙羹,已不是汁,是"糕"。會唔會有下次,未知,可能食普通pasta, burger會好啲。…Read More

逢初一十五食齋,早兩日十五,唔得閒自備齋菜,所以老遠由尖沙咀行去佐敦普光齋買外賣。原來每天都有2款"快餐"供外賣,只售$15 (仲有飲品及點心一款), 價錢好吸引不過賣相唔吸引;所以另外叫了一碟"福建炒飯"外賣,外賣部阿姐已經話今日齋期,會等耐啲,心諗20分鐘咩都煮起啦,故繼續等.....結果等了35分鐘...仲要比人(熟客)打尖, 遲來先上岸。算啦, 阿姐都警告過我...其實對上個初一都同朋友係到食飯(散座), 當日叫了芝士焗西蘭花, 齋鹵味, 及雲耳炒麵。齋鹵味好快到,成碟食完再等了30分鐘先上炒麵, 再等5分鐘上埋西蘭花,因為當日樓面同廚房都掛住招呼"周秀蘭"個枱。味道ok啦, 不過西蘭花就有啲失望, 都係食啲真正齋菜好。下次都係唔好懶,行遠少少去"六榕仙館" 好過(雖然佢地啲廚房食肉, 上次去到聞到好大陣肉味, 原來廚房蒸魚, 佢啲樓面又大大聲講馬經, 不過食物味道比普光齋好)很懷念小時候跟家人到"東普陀" 食和尚煮的真正粗齋。…Read More

差點忘記了這間餐廳,開張第一天已幫襯,但只此一次, 感覺是不去也罷。已經有心理準備第一天會亂, 要等, 但估唔到會咁。叫了二人餐, 有"海南雞"(他們不是叫海南雞的, 但忘記了叫咩, 不過切切實實是海南雞囉), 炒菜, 炸春卷, 蜆湯, 糙米飯, 甜品, 預咗份量細, 所以叫多個"青口"。當日客不多, 應該是真正比錢幫襯的客不多, 唔使錢老闆請來試餐的客就多。幫我地落單個經理好叻囉, 唔使寫低, 記得我地叫咩(actually 都係兩個order啫)預咗漏單, 結果真係。二人餐嗰海南雞好快上, 份量超少, 比大家樂份量還少。我和bf一人3件咁多, 味道一般。等左好耐, 等到呆左都無人理我地,之後上湯, 都係一般, 反而春卷熱辣辣, 唔錯。再等左好耐, 炒菜上場, 嘩, 我以為去錯隔離別府, 食炒野菜哩, 炒椰菜, 一人兩啖食哂。諗住青口要煮耐啲, 就唔吹佢啦。於是問個侍應二人餐嗰糙米飯係碟上定碗上,點知佢答我係跟海南雞上嗰喎。吓!海南雞食完好耐囉噃,其他菜都食哂, 咪無嘢送飯囉。嗰侍應聽完好驚咁即刻出一碗飯比我地, 記住係一碗囉, 一碗好似酒樓細碗仔size咁大。因為已經無哂餸, 我無食囉, 我bf食左一啖都唔食, 因為無味,諗住等青口到才食埋佢。我問個侍應, 二人餐係唔係得一碗飯, 佢竟然話係。我見隔離枱都係叫同一個餐, 但有兩碗, 問佢點解, 佢話唔知!不過隔離枱啲飯都係食完哂所有野先出囉, 好明顯係樓面廚房無溝通邊個負責出飯囉。又等左好耐, 忍唔住問個經理(落單嗰個)追單, 因為青口仲未上, 佢無厘表情點吓頭, 跟住行開, 然後甜品都上埋, 佢先好似小新做錯事既表情, 笑住話無落單, sorry都無聲就走開, 個captain見我地黑哂面, 就行埋來say sorry, 話請飲咖啡, 話新開張同事唔熟手, 我答佢係經理幫我地落單, 佢竟然答我"等我坐佢個位就唔會發生咁既事",所以一句講哂, 這間餐廳, 不去也罷。…Read More
