好多年前試過兩間沾麵, 味道同印象麻麻, 一係杰撻撻, 一係太濃太咸, 所以有得揀都未必揀沾麵。經屋企人推薦, 所以試試<麵屋福>。小店位置唔係響大街, 又小小隱世Feel~麵有三款, 我叫左魚介豚骨沾麵 ($73)。屋企人叫左黑蒜油豚骨沾麵 ($83), 另加味荀 ($10)。因為本身愛食硬麵, 所以特別請店主提供硬麵。- 麵: 麵黎到見都麵係粗身, 外表似烏冬, 一咬落去麵身煙韌, 有麥香。- 湯: 雖然湯表面上好似有層油, 望落去感覺有D油膩, 但驚喜地食落爽薄, 唔杰唔張口唔油膩, 反而有油香同豚骨香。 雖然湯上有少許魚介粉, 但我還是喜歡不加魚介粉, 另湯頭豚骨味更突出~ - 叉燒: 麵附有叉燒兩片, 與其話叉燒, 其實話豚肉好似較合適, 因為口感1) 軟滑, 2)肉味濃, 3) 唔肥膩, 4) 唔乾身, 好味~ - 日本半熟蛋: 湯入面竟然有一整隻流心蛋, 因為蛋無切開一半, 反而係完整一隻放在湯中, 所以一口咬落去, 好似心太軟咁, 蛋汁流出, 好香蛋黃味~ 可惜口唔夠大, 如果整粒放入口中, 蛋味圍繞口腔, 相信更正- 味荀: 不得不推介味荀份量夠兩個人分, 本身鍾意食荀~~ 味荀甜甜地, 口感又爽, 唔會太咸, 令到湯底味道多一層次!食到最後, 店員會替你加湯於沾麵湯中, 令到湯稀一D , 可以直接飲用, 但其實我覺得不加湯的稀杰度都OK, 唔會太杰。相比屋企人食既黑蒜油豚骨沾麵 , 反而更愛魚介豚骨, 因為味道唔會因黑蒜油而變得複雜, 味道更分明及和諧~~整體能成功令我對沾麵改觀 眼見係小店, 相信要多D支持, 希望可以Keep 住做落去, 保留到性價比高的食店~…Read More

只要有年青人的地方, 梗有珍珠奶茶店在左近~荃灣區再有一間新珍珠奶茶店進駐- 李奧四郎製茶~這茶店茶類選擇不限於紅茶綠茶, 更有其他茶類如桂花綠茶...高山烏龍...今次特別試了期間限定 玫瑰奶蓋 + 古樹金桂 (即是桂花綠茶)+珍珠。由於 玫瑰奶蓋要另外調製, 所以等候時間亦 較長, 要15分鐘...終於等到茶到手~~飲過奶蓋的朋友仔都知, 飲奶蓋先飲茶上奶泡, 試真奶香, 才飲茶。這時發覺杯蓋頗貼心, 因為杯蓋同時配有 "直接飲用杯嘴連塞子" 及 用於插飲筒的圓孔~ 所以飲起來不用揭蓋, 亦可以飲到奶泡, 讚玫瑰花味奶蓋口感頗厚, 奶味濃, 玫瑰花味都突出, 帶有莓味。而茶亦有桂花香, 比起其也店稱有花香的茶更突出。 玫瑰花味再配上桂花香亙相輝映, 味道亦相配~ 但珍珠頗軟身, 不太適合愛煙韌口感的我, 而且頗甜。見到果茶用了不少新鮮水果炮製, 下次可以試試…Read More
