呢間喺荃灣起家,長期排隊的拉麵店,相信好多人慕名而來,亦有更多係忠實粉絲,一食再食。而且價錢同6-7年前第一次黎食都仲係一樣拉麵師傅係日本黎的師傅,所以啲職員溝通都會講幾句日文,拉面就得幾款,亦無太多變化,唔怕有選擇困難。長頭髮的客人,店員會細心送上頭髮橡筋,令你可以食得舒適。椅下面有放袋的籃子,所以整體黎講,店長都係一個暖男黎。咁講返食物質素,首先面條係粗面,麥味都幾香,而且要留意份量係平常店的1.5倍! 小妹唔小心點左個正常份量,唔浪費食到尾,最後係飽到想嘔。黎到食沾面,配料有紫菜,香蔥,肉碎,好大塊叉燒,調過味的筍,仲有檸檬。豬骨湯汁點左正常,加左少少鮮檸檬汁令整體味道好豐富,有唔同層次,不過食食下,湯汁變冷,亦沾上面條的水份,令湯汁的味變淡了。下次食會點濃味。調左味的筍好好味,但可以改善的係叉燒,雖然大大塊好抵,但係叉燒如果外表燒一下令油脂溶化,會更香更惹味。湯汁可以保持加熱住的話,亦可以令沾面的味道更能發揮得好。食完面條再加魚湯,飲哂個豬骨汁,十分滿足。…Read More

即叫即整手卷,元朗食開,黎到荃灣食街,性價比更高,價錢比元朗食仲平。咁食物質素有無因為咁將貨就價呢?試一試就知。喺元朗食開辣味三文魚,所以點一樣的嘢黎比較一下,另外就點左芥末魷魚。辣味三文魚,2間的味道差唔多,荃灣呢間的辣味再香少少,而荃灣師傅小勝一籌,因為值得一讚的係切碎的三文魚,放喺紫菜同飯一齊的比例較多,令食的時候,頭幾啖唔會淨係得肉,而下面無哂肉得飯。而芥末八爪魚都係大路嘢的味道的芥末味都算平衡,唔太攻鼻或者太辣。…Read More

朋友話去大快活找食咖哩,味道同質量都還可以,咁就試下啦~去到未到2點,基本上午餐好多嘢已經賣哂,好在淨係想試下咖哩,仲有咖哩腩可以點,五十幾蚊無嘢飲,加埋杯紅豆冰變左60幾蚊,都唔平。等緊拎嗰陣,紅豆冰已經放左上盤,但咖哩牛腩竟然仲要整,白飯同紅豆冰喺出菜位足足差唔多10分鐘,杯紅豆冰變成紅豆汁,咖哩都未出到,加上又不斷有人排隊拎嘢食,而家疫情,都幾擔心衛生問題。終於拎到咖哩牛腩,薯仔有2大舊,牛腩細細粒大約5元硬幣的大細5至6粒,仲有3至4件牛筋左右。咖哩味比較甜,餸飯都幾開胃,但咖哩的香料唔算好突出,整體只係ok, 薯仔太多相對牛腩太少。朋友點左個新出的脆爆厚切吉列雞飯,呢個有啲驚喜,個飯等左好耐,應該係新鮮炸塊雞扒,咬落好香脆,雞扒厚切,有肉汁,但肉味老實講就平淡啲,食耐凍左的時候,啲雪味出返黎,而且有骨。而飯係配左日本咖哩,味道無阿活黃咖哩嗰種咁香,如果個咖哩牛腩的咖哩配呢塊雞扒應該正少少。…Read More

藍籌屋苑第一城,衣食住行都好方便,餐廳都有好多唔同選擇。唔算好講究,但至少唔同類型的菜色都有。今日食左台灣麵的下午茶,坐窗邊位,下午茶選擇都唔少,今次點左雞翼米線,同酸辣湯面。因為同老人家食,佢的米線特登叫師傅煮腍啲易入口,米線上仲有肉燥,幾開胃,而香煎雞翼都好香口,不過不失。酸辣湯面就比較係香港化左嗰種,同喺香港的上海店食的酸辣湯都一樣,味道都好大眾化,酸辣度適中,惹味開胃。而珍珠奶茶係港式台灣店的傳統口味,珍珠煙韌。…Read More

尖沙咀落堂順便行過去尖東食拉面,點左濃豬骨湯沾面。第一個最欣賞的地方,係沾面汁會,店而家係用火爐上,呎個細心點真係好重要。食沾面要冷面熱湯,熱湯令面質嫌為變軟而變成最佳食用的口感,但食食下好快湯唔熱,冷的面即使沾湯汁都仲係偏硬,而且湯汁亦失去左香氣。呢度熱住的湯可以保持住温度,令食沾面一直都喺最理想的狀態。濃湯的豬骨湯好香濃,口味食重啲的我覺得配沾面岩岩好,但直接飲就太濃嘅,要之後加魚湯先飲到。有一段時間無食,今日個面係扁面條,之前食好似係粗面條? 至於叉燒方面,肉就薄左啲,上碗已經散開,不過有燒過外皮,風味會突出啲。而筍就比較簡單,無另外再處理過。糖心蛋味道較淡,而且熟左啲啲。當面條沾上熱湯汁再食,沾上豬骨湯汁,滿足感十足。食完後,記得請店員加鏗魚湯,記得只係加少少先,淡左無得濃返。倒埋魚湯黎飲的時候,更加品嚐到豬骨湯同魚湯的味道同層次。滿足哂。…Read More

喺元朗要搭西鐵,留喺商場間間餐廳都至少八九十蚊,咁去Food court 望望,睇落環境都唔錯,都有各類型的選擇。喺助點餐機,跟風跟前面學生妹買呢間,自己又跟風先。選左牛肝菌意粉,估唔到40蚊內有交易喎。見到店員不停手不斷炒意粉,意粉都係即炒的。上碟賣相就好踏實,裝飾嗰啲就無乜,都係炒完直接上碟咁。食落牛肝菌醬的味都幾濃,意粉比較粗,比預期中出色,軟硬度因為較粗,所以都相對硬少少,而份量都好大份,足夠飽肚。Food court 有靚紙杯提供飲用水供應,大家飲多啲水健康啲。…Read More

蕃茄湯喺香港愈來愈多,但每間都各有唔同主打的菜色。呢間正品蕃茄湯特別在蕃茄湯底膽會配上5個不同的演釋方法,令本身平凡的蕃茄湯更多變化。今日試左個隊長肉餅要麻辣蕃茄湯公仔面,同墨魚腐皮卷黑椒蕃茄湯通粉。首先喝一口湯,接著就會再喝另一口湯,停唔到😂 呢間店稱湯底用豬骨餚成再加新鮮蕃茄湯煲,唔錯係幾鮮味,麻辣醬呢款就重味啲,多啲乾葱,味道複雜而刺激。肉餅比想像中大塊,而且仲有2塊咁多,肉餅厚而食到一粒粒冬菇碎,但肉就明顯係機攪的,肉質實但無乜口感。另外黑椒蕃茄湯,蕃茄味突出好多,而且有洋蔥帶出了甜味,黑椒就惹味,只係飲湯的話,黑椒呢款相對會好飲啲。而墨魚腐皮卷有4條,外皮煎香脆,墨魚膠口感好煙韌,亦有一粒粒墨魚肉。唯一不足是店內服務員的培訓,點菜後不會覆單,而且自己玩手機的喇叭調到極大聲,全店都聽到。…Read More

屋企人生日,想特別啲買個榴槤蛋糕慶祝一下,諗起平是食開啫喱的沛公甜品。首先好好彩,打電話問仲有1個,8吋 賣298蚊。拎到個外賣盒未打開,已經有一陣榴槤的香氣,到食完飯切蛋糕,店員好細心咁跟埋生日牌仔同蠟燭。8吋原來都好大個,而千層蛋糕中間的蛋皮好香蛋味,軟身好口感唔錯。而中間的忌廉有啖啖的香甜榴槤味,唔會太甜,質地適中,唔會變哂水咁。雖然298價錢本身覺得有啲貴,但實際真係大件,而且仲食到有榴槤肉,都對得住呢個價,屋企多幾個人一齊分享好開心。…Read More

食物好,可惜服務一般。作為街坊酒樓嘢食都唔錯,所以吸引左附近幾條村的街坊黎食飯同飲茶。好多時街坊酒樓都有呢啲問題,例如要人到左叫飛等位、枱同枱好迫、唔夠樓面、成日都漏單呢啲,由細食到大的褔滿庭,或多或少都有會…今日就好啲,下午1點左右黎到,咁岩拎到張細枱唔搭枱,等左一陣就有得入。叫左滑蛋蝦人炒河,賣相好靚,蛋金黃色,蝦仁大大隻,而份量都幾大碟。 炒河粉選揀厚薄適中,炒底再加上滑蛋蝦仁濕芡撈埋食,調味濃啖亦岩岩好。牛肉腸粉,皮薄又軟滑,但變左新式的做法,預先分開成6件,坐大家唔係咁熟的,就唔駛擔心夾開條腸粉後,一件大啲一件細啲。鮮蝦餃,呢度似乎蝦係出色嘢,蝦爽口彈牙,蝦餃唔似預先蒸定,皮薄好煙韌,蝦味鮮甜。雪山叉燒飽,一般般,外面只係灑左糖霜,但雪山叉燒包外面唔淨係糖霜黎。鮮竹卷,正路嘢,似工場拎返黎加熱的味道,似層相識嗰啲。藥材雞腳,夠哂腍,湯底濃,食到好多骨膠原咁,但唔夠熱,有隻雞腳無俾湯浸到的部份係凍的。最後揾左阿姐叫加乳鴿,呢樣無紙寫,就咁拎住餐牌同阿姐落,等左20分鐘都無上台,走到出收銀check 單係無落過。補返落後5分鐘就上台。成個場得3個姐姐樓面,食完成枱碟都無人收,又無人路過可以加到水。而家好多餐廳都用每枱自助點餐,遙距拎飛攞位,真係有好有唔好,人情味可能少左,但係少左呢啲漏單的情況,食個飯都輕鬆啲。…Read More
