係外面睇係好吸引,最鐘意係個木招牌,和味濃。餐牌特別,似手寫,又有小小似勁抽體。食凍野先。睇餐牌刺身價錢唔貴,心諗會唔會係元氣既質量先。一上枱,E,厚切黎WOR,個樣好得,點知食落仲得!肥美甘香,想留番小小係牙隙做宵夜。間八簿切,睇見片到咁通透就知唔錯,食落爽口有鮮味,其實好喜歡個蔥花醋汁,好好味。鮟鱇肝,其實係無咩腥味,粉粉地既texture加頭先講過好喜歡既蔥花醋汁,好難會唔好食。呢度既份量仲比出面食既多,食起黎唔洗就住就住,係滿足既!凍食完咗到熱食,蜆湯既蜆細細隻,幾甜,喜歡濃味味噌湯既, 呢個一定要飲。大根螺係關東煮既湯味,用咁大粒東風螺先至係$48, 好抵食!味噌牛筋味道偏甜,牛筋唔係入口即溶,仲保留好有咬口,而又好鬼入味,係勁。炸野開始喇!來一口炸雞,裡面既肉係軟滑的。吉列蠔個粉厚度適中, 呢個蠔SIZE用黎炸最好,夠熟,又唔會咬開之後入面D汁會流哂出黎,令個皮唔脆。針魚天婦羅,好好味,真係好好味,一定要食。新鮮既味!正!最正既緊係要壓軸出場,燒松葉蟹爪,啖啖肉既蟹鉗,有人幫你剝埋殼一燒到啱啱好放係你面前,仲唔拿拿聲食完再re-order! 呢度個價錢同份量係安排得好好,兩個人可以試好多款唔同既菜式,一大班人不停repeat order又唔會覺得太貴,食完唔飽。應該會經常幫襯!…Read More

店裡面的裝潢,是簡單的淺木色,七張小木枱,吧台六位,再忙的時候,都是招呼二十個客人,再繁忙也只是二大個人在說話,吃個寧靜的假飯是可以的。吧台裡的陝少空間,有三位師傅。而餐牌上,可選的有四種,梅,竹,松,特上。梅和竹是份量上的不同。松是多了蟹肉,而特上是多了蟹肉和海胆。看價錢,都不貴。大致是$108-$298。第一次試食,來點基本的。點了竹,靜待上餐時,可以細閱讀下桌上的食法拍指引。三種食法讀完,會期待是什麼玩法。先上桌的是wasabi和醬油。wasabi是新鮮磨的,醬油倒進去,可見wasabi是一小顆一小顆的浮起來,跟平常會完全完全融化到醬油裡的狀態,這個更好食,不嗆鼻子,讓舌頭更能嚐到山葵的香。然後是一碟小前菜,是芝麻醬油甘魚片。之前沒試過這個食法,只是芝麻醬略微搶了油甘魚的香。一個豐盛的丼,在桌上出現,魚生的形態如新地筒上的軟雪糕,份量大概到鼻尖。聲音導航的話,只會聽見嘩,嘩,嘩。貪吃的,先不理會指示上的食法,將醬油由頂端淋過去,醬油像瀑布,流過魚高山。趕快爬一口吃吧!飯是微熱,之前吃過的、丼,飯都是冷的,這個微熱的感覺,好幸福。其實微熱的飯,並沒有影響魚生的鮮味。魚生是已經混好,第一匙,是鱲魚,跟上一顆小青瓜,很清新。好了,小偷步已經滿足了第一輪,那就跟跟指示吃。食法第一開關,手卷式。紫菜好脆,如果想把紫菜最好的狀態放進口,不要太貪心包一大團飯和魚生,剛夠一口吃就最好。那紫菜就不會被手指的溫度的魚生的水份,把紫菜變軟。食法二,是最爽的,就是大口大口的吃。剛偷步的時候是鱲魚清新,要來一口,是蔥吞拿魚腩蓉,肥美的魚蓉軟滑,蔥沒有切得很細,蔥和魚蓉會有口腔新鮮定混合起來。再一口是有柚子的香,柚子的香,很溫柔,只是很輕,很淡的經過味蕾,你會捨不得那種溫柔,而不停的想再吃。請不要吃得太忘形,因為還有第三種食法,就是加湯魚。還記得那片油甘魚片,記緊要放在飯上面。而湯並不是侍應拿個湯壺幫你加,而是要交到師傅的手,由師傅看份量來看湯的份量。再回來桌上的,是一碗熱騰騰的漬飯。以為是普通味噌湯?不是這樣簡單,第一口,有蜆的鮮味。第二口,有三文魚的油香,第三口是魚骨的濃味。整個吃的過程,都充滿著層次和驚喜,$148是物超超超超所值。後話:比較小型的餐廳,飲食的質素總會比大的店來得好,因為廚師專心的做好眼前的,而不是趕上菜而分散了專注,所以小店是很值得光顧的。…Read More
