廟街嘆完煲仔飯,未夠喉。老婆仔熱愛中式糖水,我就當然開飯APP搜索,最近就係鵝記,縱然只得幾個笑臉,反正一試無妨。甫入店,地方光猛、簡約、乾淨、企理,與廟街一貫邋遢形象截然不同,感覺有如沙漠中的綠洲,深夜十一點幾,店内只有幾位客人,正好坐得鬆動自在。氣温低於廿度,熱食穩陣。我要綠豆沙,老婆仔要渣咋。重要的事情寫在前面,店舖凌晨打烊,臨收舖前大半個鐘點嘅熱糖水仲係滾熱辣嘅!坊間不少糖水舖賣嘅所謂熱糖水,繁忙時間都只係暖嘅!糖水夠熱,好感大增。試一口綠豆沙,不得了。濃淡甜度適中,臭草、海帶、果皮應該要有嘅都有,最緊要係真起沙!坊間不少糖水舖將一碗綠豆沙整到水還水、沙還沙,搞到好似金魚缸嘅水同石春明確分離咁樣。呢一碗至係我要嘅綠豆沙,暫時嚟講,除咗屋企老人家煲嘅之外,街上我從未食過煲得咁好。至於喳咋,由於本人唔鐘意食,一啖都冇食。以下意見係老婆仔原話:「夠淋、足料、不會太杰。」…Read More

此店位於婚紗街盡頭,三角公廁附近,金巴利道嘅小學隔籬。店面玻璃偌大的三個字「老火湯」,相比店名,更似寶號招牌。近日經某傳媒報道,嚟呢度嘅人忽然多咗,目測店內有人影相打卡,相信都係傳媒效應。凌晨搭正十二店,門外泊滿車,入嚟買外賣嘅人不斷,店內亦幾乎滿座,睇得出生意算唔錯。蝦醬炒飯,聞落係香,但食落偏油,好一般。勝在份量足,兩女一男三人行,啱啱好食哂。蝦仁炒蛋,煮呢個菜嘅食肆幾乎無一例外地衰響啲蝦食落唔夠新鮮呢個問題上,此店亦然。主打重頭戲係啲湯,都係講返湯水。三個人分別叫咗三款湯試味,花生雞腳湯、胡椒豬肚湯、蕃茄薯仔湯。花生雞腳湯-一個飯碗嘅湯之中有成五隻雞腳加一件冬菇,雞腳冇剪甲,我唔介意,皆因煲呢個湯,雞腳若然剪甲就會爛哂,識煲就係唔應該剪甲,咁至有雞腳吮吓骨。湯中充滿黏口膠質,老火煲出嚟無疑,花生香雞腳甜,掂。胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯-三個湯當中,呢個最好。夠辣,豬肚乾淨。但鹹菜唔好食,外貌似洋蔥,乾身、薄、冇味。豬肚份量非常多。蕃茄薯仔湯-鮮甜、濃郁。我就飲到好似有啲茄膏味。下次路過再試試佢個菜乾豬肺湯。…Read More

同女友响尖沙咀workout完,半夜近十一點肚仔餓搵嘢食,梗係第一時間上「開飯網」按圖索驥睇睇附近邊度有好嘢食啦。女友不論四季都鍾情打邊爐,好啦!今晚就哂妳!就搵打邊爐。掃一掃附近,竟然發現寶勒巷有一間「冇喊臉」嘅火鍋喎!一於上去試吓。行到樓下一望,哦原來就係舊時最大嗰間卡拉OK嗰棟大廈嘅2字樓。升降機上到去一睇,嘩!乜得我哋兩個人包場呀?一眼睇哂,立即意會到老闆似乎深諳香港人熱愛卡位嘅獨特文化,全場統統都係卡位嚟,而且係仿照高級韓式烤肉店嗰種高椅背寬敞卡位,向馬路嘅窗口位嘅窗臺仲有成呎咁闊嘅空間可以用嚟擺放隨身包袱,嘩一坐低已經覺得好舒服好正呀!藍色格調嘅餐紙與水杯,黑白分明嘅兩雙筷子,細節上之細緻就係值得矜貴。個人好鍾意呢種陶瓷質感嘅餐具,最重要嘅係佢冇水漬!出面好多扮高級嘅食肆,無論啲餐具用得幾靚,始終畀未抹乾淨嘅水漬出賣!但係呢度冇發生咁嘅事,好嘢!襯埋一set嘅茶壺與紙巾,掂!用竹筒裝嘅生蒜、乾蒜、辣椒乾、蔥花、辣椒豉油、沙嗲、芝麻等八味架。zoom近少少畀大家睇吓,肥仔奇則向來獨沽一味落生蒜。好嘞門面嘢講完,入正題,點菜!首先梗係揀個湯底啦!因為肥仔奇想試真啲食材嘅真味,所以故意點一個清淡啲嘅湯底。入面大概有五、六件豬肺,呷一口湯,比不上真正嘅老火杏汁豬肺湯,但真係勝在夠清淡。等水滾嘅時候想點個劍魚腩刺身食住先,點知冇貨。店員推介咗餐牌上冇嘅油甘魚畀我,好啦冇所謂,一於睇吓埋單收我幾錢囉!食落始終唔係日本餐廳嗰回事。但係望吓呢個ワサビ係真係即磨唔係粉溝水,之後用返佢嚟點其他食材係一樣咁惹味!皇帝菜好新鮮,清新、清爽、清甜!海蝦丸堅有海蝦味,墨魚丸堅有墨魚味,鯪魚球入面仲有清香嘅果皮,豬肉丸就好普通。珊瑚蚌勁新鮮勁有海鮮味,唔似出面有啲舖頭,為咗令啲食材擺多幾日而起勢落粉「嗱」到冇哂鮮味。攤出嚟就幾好睇,但係唔知係咪因為品種問題,呢種牛一灼就黑,而且咬落牛味唔算好濃、唔算好突出。夜晚九點半後全單65折。…Read More

家人生日,十人同行,以信用卡優惠慶祝來享用自助晚餐。也許適逢星期天之夜,偌大地方未見滿座,部份四人卡位空置。麵包蟹蓋,就如那粉紅色的什麼一樣可遇不可求。廚師每次添加,只有三隻蟹蓋,其餘皆為麵包蟹的其他部份斬件。眼見有「識食中人」一次盡掃所有蟹蓋。為何專揀蟹蓋?貪其膏多也。肥仔奇整晚亦僅拿得兩隻蟹蓋而已。眾所周知,麵包蟹肉不如長腳蟹肉鮮甜可口,惟有其膏堪比坊間膏蟹有如鹹蛋黃般的鹹香鮮味。經常吃自助餐者必知,此等開邊龍蝦冷盤,但食其「龍蝦」二字而已,實在灼得過熟,口感韌實,龍蝦味淡,惟有一點點龍蝦膏稍作安慰。即開生蠔爽口彈牙,新鮮而蠔味足。奈何酒店自助餐通病,開蠔者老是用水洗刷一番,致令蠔殼碎沒了,海水味也沒了。煙三文魚無渣,鹹度適中,可惜魚味略淡,油份不足。巴馬火腿味道意料之內,鹹鮮而無臭豬味,合格。澳洲和牛切得太薄,煎得過熟。若能要求一厘米厚切五成熟,估計不輸扒房出品。鵝肝多士油香豐膩,無禽鳥臭味,質素比得上同區朗_酒店,可一可再之選。羊架極嫩帶血,可惜肉嫩而味淡,中規中矩。特意叮囑雪糕位師傅,每款味道只要半球,如是肥仔奇分兩次共嚐了七種味道。冷盤尚有各式凍肉、凍蝦、長腳蟹、沙律、刺身、壽司等。熱葷有燉湯、中西湯、燒味、口水雞、蒸魚、蒸扇貝、肉醬千層麵、咖哩等。甜品有曲奇餅、各式蛋糕、芝麻糊、豆腐花等。肥仔奇吃自助餐從來不貴不吃,不精不吃,沒有吃過的也就不予置評了。…Read More

香港人都知道,尖沙咀食肆普遍價錢是遊客價,相同質量的食物往往比非遊客區貴20%或以上。由於肥仔奇近來經常出沒尖沙咀,當然要搜一下「開飯網」查探有何特色、便宜、好吃之處。是次第一回光顧Big John,見其門口狹小,若非熟客,一般路人甲乙丙是難以察覺此舖是食肆,更大可能誤以為這是一間髮廊。店內牆上掛滿狗照片,想店主必屬愛狗之人,不言而喻。顧客左右兩旁面壁而坐,中間一路直通店門,簡單直接、善用空間,目測只容十多人。內裡盡頭收銀位旁尚有數個樓梯底下座位,最宜「傾密偈」。此店採取先付款後捧餐方式,先到裡邊點餐付款,然後取得號碼牌,約等數分鐘,就有專人捧餐叫號,應聲收牌上菜。麵包軟而不熱,啖之無麵粉香。雞扒炸老了,太乾。自家製的醬汁亦難以補其不足之處。奶味茶味不出,入口亦欠滑,雖未至於難以下咽,亦只算中規中矩之作。…Read More

重要嘅事情講在最前面,打電話訂位嘅時候,接電話嘅小姐話星期一同二都冇做宵夜自助餐嘞(星期日仲有冇做我就唔記得嘞)。埋位先嚟刺身,點解唔係先拎生蠔?因為呢度啲刺身唔知點解係比生蠔搶手得多。呢度嘅三文魚向來品質有保證,好彩嘅話仲會搵到魚腩位,個人就最鍾意食三文魚嘅呢個部位,可惜今次影相時係冇魚腩。不過唔緊要,普通魚肉依然係有三文魚味,唔腥冇臭。雖然唔係即開嘅生蠔,但係勝過唔少肥仔奇食過嘅即開生蠔,蠔味極濃,唔需要任何調味就咁食已經食到兩打。不一定撞啱有提供嘅紅酒燴牛尾,撞啱有嘅話你一定要試,牛味正得很,肉質鬆軟冇渣。豉椒炒花蛤嘅豉椒味始終及不上大排檔,花蛤嘅貝殼類海產鮮味亦淡,好在佢冇沙。嗱嚟多張生蠔畀大家比對吓外觀質素。呢度嘅熱葷係會有轉換嘅,視乎去貨速度有幾快啦,此所以呢,千祈唔好諗住嗰晚人少就發達喇冇人爭嘢食,錯哂!要有返起碼坐滿一半人先多機會試多啲口味㗎!呢度嘅甜品係出哂名品質好水準高,個人至愛芒果拿破倫同半熟朱古力蛋糕。特別係芒果拿破倫,夾間鬆化,餡料奶香唔太甜。雲呢嗱+咖啡+朱古力雪糕係肥仔奇每次食自助餐寫上完美句號嘅習慣。…Read More
