如果唔係去開附近做嘢,真係唔知道離開地鐵站咁遠嘅地方有間AEON,而AEON入面又有幾間餐廳,就決定行個街食埋野先走啦。由於今日冇着低胸針織衫,所以決定唔食薩利亞,而試咗佢旁邊呢間泰國菜。六點去到,應該剛剛開始晚市,我哋係第一枱客人,地點都算寛敞舒適。荔枝梳打,賣相平平實實,我鍾意佢唔算太甜,但又有荔枝嘅香味,仲有大大粒嘅荔枝肉。生菜包係其中一樣我最鍾意食嘅泰國菜。佢哋用嘅生菜好新鮮,而且係生菜鮮嫩嘅部份。肉碎酸酸辣辣,辛辣程度比較親民,應該大部份香港人都食得到。後來老闆娘過咗嚟同我哋傾偈,原來佢哋使用嘅豬皮係佢地泰國廚師自己鮮炸,仲要一共炸兩次先保持到香脆同冇油益味。豬皮炸走晒d肥油,所以一d都唔油膩。青咖哩羊腩咖哩好香口,茄子係先烤過嘅。羊腩炆得好淋,而且冇乜騷味,加埋蒜蓉包就最襯。佢地嘅招牌船麵湯底都好足料,我叫咗嘅牛肉船麵,肉類有肥牛、牛腩,仲有牛丸。大大碗,如果有叫其他嘢食,一個人真係未必食得晒。芒果糯米飯嘅芒果好多,用嘅係泰國水仙芒,清甜得來又唔膩,芒飯比例同響泰國食嘅好相似(芒果多糯米飯少)。少少暖嘅糯米飯,大份量嘅芒果加埋椰汁,咁樣麗完結一餐,實在無敵。呢度嘅地點唔算就腳,店面都有少少隱蔽,不過勝在超級市場旁邊,行完街正好可以食啲嘢休息吓,而且價錢唔貴,性價比高,座位亦算舒適,值得一試。…Read More

響銅鑼灣新開左東京米之蓮星級餐廳金色不如歸香港嘅姊妹店。比IFC金色不如歸似乎更有特色,除咗佢哋招牌拉麵外,呢度其中一個主題係牡蠣,即係𧐢。晚飯時間經常大排長龍,今日星期五晚七點前到達有時竟然有位。呢度食嘅𧐢都係煮熟嘅,第一道似係壽司形式嘅,用味付紫菜包住壽司飯同漬左既𧐢,𧐢嘅香味好濃烈,鮮味留在口內久久不散。牡蠣野菜天婦羅有兩隻𧐢同3塊野菜。除咗𧐢之外,其中一件野菜係明太子釀秋葵,感覺好驚喜。雖然未比未必比得上高級既天婦羅專門店,但一啲都唔失色。呢未沾左醬汁嘅𧐢串燒,可能因為我哋冇飲酒,感覺就鹹咗一啲。吉列芝士一口豚都非常唔錯,不過冇比較冇傷害,相對來講附近申子居酒屋嘅吉列芝士豚就實在出色太多。牛舌丼細細個,適合唔係食太多飯嘅OL。滿滿嘅蛋汁令人好開心,白松露油亦都冇蓋過牛舌嘅香味,不過我就覺得牛舌太韌,唔係太咬得開。華味鳥都好食,雞肉鬆軟有香味豚肉餃子就普普通通不過不失反而佢嘅招牌拉麵,慢煮叉燒同湯底都唔錯,但就覺得冇乜特別,可以專注吃牡蠣🦪菜式。座位唔算好舒服,但食物質素唔錯,如果唔使排隊,整體來講係令人滿意嘅一餐。…Read More

位於灣仔同銅鑼灣中間新開嘅Hari Hotel,原本應該係主打會展客嘅精緻商務酒店,酒店有兩間餐廳分別係日本菜同意大利菜。今次就試吓佢嘅意大利午餐。餐廳屬於C類,所以一定要安心上路,而最多一台六人。午餐時間唔算少人,所以都係要一早預訂。午餐可以揀兩道或三道菜書麵包同餅乾片都做得好好,而我最喜歡嘅係佢俾我哋點麵包嘅陳醋,來貨真係好好好出色,點點下唔夠都要叫佢加。前菜我選擇咗鵪鶉蛋沙律,佢嘅油醋同樣出色,沙律都好新鮮,鵪鶉蛋佢用poach,可能太細隻,雖然有少少糖心,但卻冇我想像中嘅流心。而且可能太細隻,poach完後蛋味走咗。羊肉好大份而且幾嫰滑。主菜我叫咗ribeye,medium rare做得剛剛好冇血水,面頭係燒得香嘅。配菜沙律同蕃茄質素都好好。春雞都好滑,但面頭嘅herbs就鹹咗少少。甜品tiramisu,好大份,mascapone cheese同lady finger嘅比例好好,雖然好飽但都忍唔住要食。以佢嘅質素同環境呢一個價錢絕對交足功課。…Read More

簡簡單單食個小炒晚餐,見到招牌主打係少鹽少油嘅住家菜就去試咗。價錢算幾唔錯,晚餐每位大約$100就已經有湯、主菜、白飯,仲送甜品。雖然豆豉鯪魚油麥菜本身都算係多油嘅菜式,但如果主打少鹽少油,呢道菜嘅鹽同油又真係多咗啲。沙拉骨份量唔算真係好多,但一定夠食,味道都唔錯。老火湯都幾入味,而且應該都真係冇落味精。反而送嘅清補涼糖水唔會太甜而且味道都幾好。撇除佢唔係佢自己所講咁少鹽少油,呢度嘅食物性價比都算係唔錯嘅。…Read More

香港仔一向唔多好嘢食,特別係想坐得好啲,或者食非中式嘅食物,好嘅選擇喺香港仔唔多。不過呢間位於香港仔工廈內嘅精品小店食品質素同環境都相當唔錯。小店座位唔多,大概都唔多於20個,呢度嘅主打係茶,茶單來有好多唔同嘅選擇。餐廳嘅食具基本上都係資助同選用即棄嘅,即棄來講嘅餐具質量都算唔錯。玫瑰山楂梳打好適合夏天飲,微酸微甜再加埋氣泡,熱熱地嘅日子好有透心涼嘅感覺。午餐包括小食、主菜同飲品。Portobello炒意粉炒得好香脆皮三黃雞既皮又脆又薄,雞肉又嫰又多汁,而且由於我減少食澱粉質,佢都可以選擇沙律而唔一定要選擇飯。小食係三文魚刁草撻,味道就普普通通,不過都尚算唔錯。以後響香港仔搵朋友食飯傾偈又多一個好地方。小店座位唔多,要上去食飯最好都要訂位。…Read More

之前一路好鍾意睇Viu TV嘅煮食真人騷,其中一位真人騷大廚就係祥仔。大廚開咗呢間茶餐廳已經一段日子,食品係有高級餐廳質素嘅茶餐廳食物,例如通粉佢會做carbonara、蕃茄豬扒飯係升級版、就連午餐肉都有自家製、常餐炸魚柳亦係極之精美,座位亦都寛敞舒適,所以呢度真係一個升級版嘅茶餐廳。好多年前大廚經營灣仔嘅餐廳我已經好喜歡呢道卡幫尼長通粉,佢用嘅煙肉好靚,長通粉嘅軟硬度剛剛好,面頭嘅芝士脆脆梗係香口。估唔到做茶餐廳佢亦都保留左呢度菜式,而且味道比以前佢經營嘅高級餐廳都絕對冇失色。蕃茄炸豬扒飯係我嘅最愛,一睇豬扒嘅炸粉已經知道不得了,用料一流,你切落去果下已經知道豬扒鮮嫩多汁,蕃茄飯亦都好正,完美配搭!另外我哋都叫咗紅酒燒豬扒,兩款豬扒嘅用料應該係一樣,所以味道都好好。兩款唔同豬扒嘅煮法各有特色,都值得嘗試。…Read More

終於試到出名嘅灌湯餃

響點心界當中,其中有一款我好鍾意食但係又冇乜地方做到嘅就係灌湯餃,我講緊嘅唔係一盅盅用湯浸住嘅浸湯餃,而係肯點心籠蒸出,皮薄,篤穿左入邊就有湯汁流出黎嘅正宗灌湯餃。之前飲食男女有一個灌湯餃特輯,但由於俾人接埋咗都已經睇唔到,反正其中一間就係留家廚房。灌湯餃嘅皮做得好薄,湯汁味道好好,餡料亦都好足,一人一隻,好有滿足感。蝦多士除咗黑膠仲有蝦肉,雖然唔係好大隻,但查完之後一啲都唔油膩,喜歡食香口野嘅朋友一定好鍾意。劉家廚房老闆劉翁師承江太史一系,其中一道特色菜係太史戈渣,係用雞湯蒸做底左一個糕點,然後再拎去炸,最後點少少糖食,喺呢度嘅其中一款招牌菜。另一道有名嘅小菜係苔條九肚魚,香口而入邊嘅魚肉好滑身,不過我就覺得個燒汁多咗少少。蝦子百花釀豆腐嘅蝦子味道好充足,多口味龍嘅嘢,食少少清淡嘅菜式中和一下。蔥油撈麵睇落好簡單,但越簡單嘅菜式月考功夫,面唔可以太乾唔可以太濕,蔥油要夠味之餘又不能太濃烈,平衡需要做得好好,而呢個絕對做得到。甜品蛋散都好夠鬆軟,有蜜糖同椰絲,不過個人就認為蜜糖唔係好夠啦。呢度嘅環境坐得舒服,侍應服務都唔錯,食物水準更加係一流。但如果要食灌湯餃記得記得記得一定要預訂,唔係係唔會有得食嘅。…Read More

全世界最高嘅酒吧

要講風景靚嘅酒店,其中一間最能居高臨下睇盡維港美景嘅就係Ritz Carlton酒店。位於酒店嘅118樓,號稱全世界最高嘅酒吧,酒吧有環迴270度嘅維港靚景,樓層極高,係酒店咁多間餐廳入邊睇風景最好嘅。餐廳有室內同室外兩部份,如果要講景觀就當然要坐室外,七月中天氣好熱,但可能又位於高層通風好好,所以就算陽光普照嘅夏天,坐喺度都唔會覺得好熱。118樓corner位嘅風景,絕對比得上$5000一晚嘅酒店套房。我哋選擇左望向太平山方向嘅維港同汲水門方向嘅位置,打卡影相都好靚。餐牌好有特色,其中以五行創作左金木水火土五款雞尾酒,餐牌亦都用咗五款唔同材質。由於我本身屬餓金命,所以我冇睇到未到就選擇左metal。味道都唔錯。另外小食我哋叫咗爆谷雞,味道不過不失,不過嚟呢一度其實主要都係食靚景啦。…Read More

一直好喜歡太古廣場嘅dim sum library,新穎得來味道又唔會奇奇怪怪嘅新式中菜。今次第一次去圓方的Dim Sum LibraryOpenrice訂位仲可以選擇特價套餐九道菜連嘢飲每人都係三百幾蚊,都好抵食。Cocktail餐牌都成$100一杯,包左係個每位$330嘅套餐入邊,真係好抵。擔擔湯包係我其中一個最愛,少少香辣嘅味道,但又唔會過分濃烈,皮薄,而且味道真係有食上海擔擔麵嘅感覺。龍蝦菜苗餃嘅龍蝦好爽口,但味道唔係好重黑松露蝦餃味道唔錯,其實唔落黑松露已經好香。雖然我覺得多咗少少,但亦冇違和感。魚香鹹水角比一般嘅香口,黑色睇落去好特別,仲有暗暗嘅閃光,黑椒和牛酥係另一個呢度必點嘅點心,外皮有啲似出面食開嘅蘿蔔酥,但入邊係用黑椒炒香左嘅和牛做餡,分外香口。煙燻筍嘅味道好特別,牛肋條口感同味道都唔錯,香而不辣。我本身比較鍾意食硬身嘅蔬菜,羽衣甘藍平時當沙律食已經好鍾意,啫啫咗之後更加香口,熟食別有一番風味。鹹魚帶子炒飯都好足料,飯炒得夠乾身,不過鹹魚味就真係冇乜。烏龍蛋其實係烏龍茶味嘅焦糖燉蛋,呢道甜品嘅味似伯爵茶多過似烏龍茶,不過蛋身都好滑。呢度嘅服務冇太古廣場咁貼心,但食物水準同太古廣場分店相若,而且套餐抵食,值得推薦。…Read More

響我嘅資料蒐集當中,瑰麗酒店Butterfly Room嘅下午茶其中一個非常難預訂嘅嘅下午茶。金蘭預訂我相信佢一定有佢嘅道理,無論點都好試一次先。由於冇預早太多book,所以只係book到下晝一點嘅時段,而一點已經開始Server下午茶了。飲品我選擇咗凍咖啡,下午茶套餐嘅飲品都係無限添飲。鹹點有四款,三文魚卷、無花果鵝肝mousse泡芙、蕃茄芝士菠菜麵包三文治同埋黑松露火腿蛋三文治。鹹點嘅擺盤好精緻,見到都好開心。Scone真係不得不提。入口鬆化,麵粉同牛油香夾得剛剛好,而佢跟想來嘅橘子將亦都非常之好,配合埋clotted cream真係冇得頂,每一件都係新鮮出爐,不經番熱 。至於其他甜品會由甜品車推出,基本上係任食,所以呢個可定義為一個甜品自助餐。呢度嘅mille feuille好出名,酥餅比較硬身,夾層嘅忌廉都好香。焦糖芝士蛋糕味道都相當唔錯甜品好多款,全部嘅質素都好好加上佢舒服嘅環境,值得一試,不過就要提早預訂啦。…Read More

久不久我都會睇吓有咩新餐廳,睇雜誌見到呢間餐廳,以木為主調嘅裝修感覺清新舒服,雜誌介紹嘅菜式睇相都非常唔錯,所以就去咗試。可能由於餐廳限聚問題,座位相當寬敞,感覺清新舒服,同朋友傾偈亦都好方便,唔會太逼夾。晚市有套餐,我哋分別叫咗三個套餐,主菜係龍蝦蟹肉卷粉、烤豬胺同油封鴨。跟餐嘅嘢飲我哋改咗叫特飲,我叫嘅香茅茶好清新舒服,喺炎熱嘅夏天飲落去更加開心。個樣亦都好靚。未到齊人之前,我哋額外叫咗一份鵝肝多士,鵝肝唔算特別香,但煎得好好,以$98來講算好大份同抵食。然而問題就出現了,當我哋叫咗三個主菜後,等咗一陣,第一道上台嘅竟然係甜品!我哋同服務員表示我哋甚至未食主菜,然而服務員應該係跟系統執單,表示應該冇錯,我哋叫佢拎返入去。跟住上嚟嘅就係主菜,咪住,乜我哋唔係有湯嘅咩?我哋三個人share三個主菜,結果係食完第二道菜先至有湯飲,呢個安排完全唔合格。上菜次序完全錯晒,作為一間西餐廳呢件事情不能接受。講返食品,龍蝦蟹肉卷粉,卷粉質感al dante,卷喺粉入邊嘅蟹肉都好香,龍蝦鉗炸過,稍為太乾,但都可以接受,算係三個主菜入邊最好嘅。燒豬安嘅醬汁其實好好,豬本身嘅質地亦都唔錯,但overcook左,太乾唔Juicy,呢個係廚房嘅問題。最差係呢個油封鴨,油封鴨嘅重點係鴨肉夠林,基本上刀一切落去,肉就會自動離骨而皮係要吼得脆身。呢隻油封鴨,乾過美心雞髀,薯仔亦都係乾爭爭嘅,完全唔合格!由於覺得冇啖好食,我哋再加左一個野菌pizza,散又幾好喎,皮烤得好,高亦都夠香,到底廚房發生乜事?甜品係芒果cheese cake,正正常常咁啦。買單超過$500一位,餐廳位置唔算係好好嘅地方,環境尚算舒適雅緻,但以咁樣嘅食品質素完全唔收貨。總體來講彩色嘅設計其實幾靚,亦都好吸引,但廚房做出嚟係完全失敗,到底只係當日嘅問題,定呢個係佢哋嘅正常水準?我都好想知。…Read More

環境舒適嘅意大利菜

晚上嘅海港城,經過之前嘅強檢事件,靜得似死城。所以好容易都攞到海景枱。麵包籃既麵包唔算好突出,但係餅乾同酥條就好好食。作為一個偏好食熱氣野嘅人,炸魷魚圈無論係小炒店、意大利餐廳、酒吧我都好喜愛,呢度嘅炸魷魚圈炸粉唔算厚,沙律配菜都好新鮮,而我最喜歡嘅就係佢嘅炸zucchini,香口得來唔油膩。龍蝦湯嘅龍蝦肉唔算多,但味道好濃郁,在冷清嘅晚上暖一暖胃都係一件好事。平時食意大利飯我喜歡偏硬身,但今次因為同屋企人去,佢哋唔習慣al dante嘅口感。服務員都好細心問我哋習唔習慣比較硬身嘅口感,咁我叫佢煮軟身少少,出到嚟屋企人都覺得好好。當然,我自己就覺得太軟身,但餐廳了解到香港人口味同傳統口味有一定區別而特別問一問客人,都係一件貼心嘅事。和牛千層麵並唔難煮,平時喺屋企都有做,不過呢度嘅黃牛千層麵無論質料軟硬度,芝士嘅多少都做得好好。黑毛豬豬扒嘅調味就冇乜特別,但豬扒好多肉汁,味道夠香,主要都係肉嘅香味,調味就普普通通,冇乜特色之餘亦冇喧賓奪主。芒果拿破崙嘅芒果酸甜適中,酥皮就唔夠酥啦,最好食嘅反而係個開心果雪糕,好香開心果味。作為今餐嘅完結都算好滿足。…Read More
