經荃灣友介紹下，終於嚟到口耳相傳👉🏻玉子燒專賣店。夜晚7點嚟到，店鋪雖小，位於係橫街角落頭，但傳出好大陣"煙燻味"，所以都易揾。玉子款式有咸有甜，今次點左2款口味👉🏻芝士黑松露玉子燒👍🏻 & 紫薯玉子燒👍🏻玉子原材料係來自日本蛋，蛋特別香同滑。廚師係收到Order後即時製作，燒好玉子後，再用煙燻1分鐘左右，成個製作過程只需10分鐘，就收到熱辣辣嘅玉子燒。不過仲未食得架！玉子經過煙燻後，要等待3分鐘先可進食，因為煙燻再留耐D帶出更香濃嘅蛋味。先食<黑松露玉子燒>，濃濃嘅松露同芝士好夾，一人食哂一件都唔覺滯。再食<紫薯玉子燒>，厚厚嘅紫薯，好香甜。總括: 值得番兜，再試埋其他味。而且價錢好平高質，$30-38/件，好滿足。…Read More
