賢記清湯腩|全港最癲清湯脯!話說元朗大街後面條巷仔真係臥虎藏龍,呢間賢記門面似足舊式粉麵檔,入到去即刻比陣牛骨香勾咗魂!之前聽朋友講話佢哋朝早五點半開爐吊湯,用足料牛筒骨加數唔清幾多斤牛腩熬到湯色金黃,最癲係用騸牯牛,飲落喉嚨尾果油香真係其他清湯腩舖冇得比!飲完成個喉嚨暖笠笠仲有陣回甘,同某啲落重胡椒遮羶味嘅舖頭完全兩回事!叫左碗牛腩河,腩位分得夠晒刁鑽。崩沙腩肥膏位閃令令,咬落似食緊牛脂啫喱;坑腩連住筋膜位爽到啪啪聲,最正係啲肉淋身得嚟仲keep到絲絲纖維,浸完都唔會散!牛味濃到似食緊和牛刺身級數!重點嚟喇——嗰啲新鮮手帶牛成粒乒乓波咁大,同埋佢哋嗰個自家製嘅辣椒油真係不得了!成粒牛丸跟牛尾濃鬱得嚟係有層次呀,彈牙就唔使講啦,但牛肉牛腩牛丸食完你會有唔同牛嘅味道,你就知道人哋落咗啲功夫喺邊度!見到隔籬枱個熟客柯打「雙腩加底」,跟風叫多份牛爽腩,嘩!真係腩界天花板,半肥瘦位夾住層啫喱狀膠質,入口即刻化成陣牛油香,連平時唔食肥膏嘅女友都搶住夾。埋單兩個人食到捧住個肚都係$200有找,今次真係中咗清湯腩毒,食完第二日已經心思思想返轉頭!結論:由湯底鮮味到牛腩質感,呢間絕對係香港清湯腩嘅隱世天花板。某啲網紅店排長龍果啲,同賢記比真係差成條彌敦道。食勻全港十八區,敢講句——清湯腩王者,非賢記莫屬!(利申:食完即刻encore多碗外賣返屋企孝敬阿爸) #元朗真味 #清湯腩界MVP #食過返尋味系列…Read More

不一樣的一鴨四食

有d菜色就係一餐飯的重點,係「一件事」,食片皮鴨就係「一件事」。呢件事係一個人做唔黎的,一定要約班朋友(個人覺得最少都四個人),而且好食的片皮鴨餐廳一般都要訂位,好似呢間羲和雅館咁,一直想食但又冇咁神心去訂台,所以遲遲都冇試過,直到呢次疫情,終於唔洗book台可以walk in食啦。講開呢間餐廳,環境就真係一流,裝修現代而且間隔合適,每枱都有自己一個合適的空間,岩晒鍾意唔會同人迫的人。另外就係中餐一般俾人印象就係好嘈,因為除左人聲好大之外,杯碟碰撞聲都真係會令人心煩意亂,但呢d都冇係呢間餐廳出現,值得一讚。片皮鴨相信好多人都食過,所謂的一鴨四食近乎都係千篇一律,不外乎就係鴨湯,片皮,抄鴨肉絲,整埋個抄飯,唔係話唔好,物盡其用又食得飽你,但其實除片皮外果三食都係沒有特色平平無奇咁。但呢間的一鴨四食就真係估佢唔到,因為佢竟然片皮都佔左三食(拿,你可以話佢取巧,但事實人地又真係整到出黎俾你三種完全唔同的體驗)例牌鴨就係你面前切,佢切得唔算快,但唔係因為刀功唔好亦唔係俾時間你打卡,而係剛才講的要片皮都有三種食法所以個切法又同其他片皮鴨唔同,唔講咁多又睇下張成品圖先啦!由左至右有三種唔同的片皮,最左果邊係大家最常食到的皮連肉(事實上應該都同大家食開的有唔同,因為佢皮肉油脂比例她靚,只用脾肉)而另外兩款就係鴨胸肉同鴨皮,食的次序由最右開始食到最左,頭兩款不用皮來包,但食法配的醬汁都真係好唔同。最後一食係咩呢?估你唔到竟然係炸鴨骨,第一次食到,開頭以為冇乜肉有乜好食,但原來骨炸到脆連少少肉,食落香口唔油,送酒真係一流。其他小菜都很出色,特別要講隻雞翼,能夠幾麥芽糖完全煮到汁的狀態真係好花功夫,而且唔會死甜,雞翼亦有先炸過,真係要趁熱食,食過返唔到轉頭。食飯飯聚,係呢個時勢真係變得好奢侈,所以揀岩朋友揀岩人的,一定係要搵間好食的餐廳食下。…Read More

估你唔到有野食賣的乾貨店

一般聽到話食鮑參翅肚都會起中式高級酒家,一圍圍咁坐住。但係呢度係完完全全另一種玩法,第一次跟地圖行到鋪面的人都一定會懷疑自己有冇行錯路。無錯,就係咁樣一間賣乾貨的鋪頭(感覺仲好雜添,因為又有酒又有罐頭)入到裡面就仲奇怪,間鋪細到一眼睇晒,左邊就全面牆都係舊酒,右手邊就好唔夾咁有幾張卡位,D卡位其實迷李到似香港舊冰室,真係你身材肥少少都好難坐入去。其實到呢一刻都仲係覺得呢間咁的餐廳會唔會好伏的,你覺得成個格局佢賣公仔麵都有D唔穩陣,仲要係鮑參翅肚,有D野唔係平就得的喎。本人一直都覺得如果俾100食垃圾的話,我寧願俾500食好西。但講多無謂,都黎到咪唯有跟朋友試一次啦。首先,你估唔到係份MENU,真係她膠好平民,一堆無設計的A4過膠紙,排滿晒好誇張的菜式,其寶係有D難睇難揀的,有選擇恐懼的真係要搵定目標先好入。其次,上菜速度又真係比想像中快,可能就係因為一眼睇番係做4台客的關係。好啦,直接去菜式呢個係精彩,又係估你唔到,賣翅的地方好多人行入一黎第一件事問老闆的係仲有冇蕃茄, 食果日真係就有一對客人入黎問左冇就話下次再黎,真係好有妹仔大過主人婆的感覺。當然, 我食完之後都好明白點解會咁。一來真係好食,微酸帶甜,蕃茄都咁有層次, 真係唔講得笑。二來,呢個小食簡直係一個人打晒全場,點解?因為一開波唔洗講佢梗係用黎開胃啦,,到中段佢又起到中和重口味的效果, 到尾作為甜唔飯後果又係一流,所以真係唔好一開波就食晒碟野。主角鮑參翅肚,水準之作,你期望食到應該有的味道同唔質佢都有,唯一值得提的係份量,呢點你睇相都明,唔需要點講。性價比超高。反而呢個龍蝦伊麵真係要講下,圖中係全隻龍蝦份量,168餐牌的係半隻,真係好抵食而且重要係呢D菜最緊要熱食, 一煮完就起, 真係唔可以唔試。伊麵 一凍左就硬,龍蝦汁一凍左味道又變成太濃, 但呢道上菜時仲係滾緊,呢種狀態的伊麵真係未試過,試左好難返轉頭。…Read More

初體驗係好重要正所謂的第一印象好多時都會變成終身印象。由於人生第一次食生蠔,真係食完肚屙幾日,一直都怕怕。以後食蠔都係唔熟唔食。但係由於食朋友飯局,佢大力推薦呢度食野,話唔食蠔都可以食其他,結果就改變左對蠔的睇法。首先呢度有所謂的特價生蠔,十蚊隻,之前都試過有其他地方的鋪頭做呢個優惠的,但係價錢真係反映質素,本身就冇期望,但黎到的南非蠔,真係除左係細隻d外,食落口果種creamy同厚肉又點會似十蚊,而且海水味適中。朋友同時叫左隻最貴的法國生蠔俾我試,外型真係標準的靚生蠔樣,大小適中,飽滿靚仔,而且蠔殼上仲有個Q嘜認證,睇落去都真係好高級。味道當然就冇得輸,而且第一次明白點解d人話生蠔係有層次,原來靚野真係吃得出,d味入口之後不斷有變化,亦明白點解食生蠔配酒真係一流。餐廳另一個好好的位係,佢每隻生蠔都幫你切好起左肉,方便一口就可以放晒入口,唔洗自己係咁刮刮刮。每當你食完一盤生蠔後,佢地就會問你再加唔加?而且原來十蚊生蠔係可以無上限任叫的,真係食生蠔的人的福音。當確認左你地食夠生蠔啦,佢地先會開始上熱盤,呢樣野我覺得好重要!凍熱野食的次序一錯,其實真係浪費晒d野食我地果晚仲叫左佢地推介的炸啤酒薯條,頂,真係好好食,依家打番食評都已經又想食。炸豬手又係一流,其實個牛油果蟹肉沙律都好正,只係個份量你都見,幾個人分的話,一啖就冇,但又未好食到要叫多個。…Read More

向來都覺得熟食市場唔會有什麼出色作品,而且一般環境本身就不太理想,所以聽到朋友推介去咩熟食市場食好西,一般都敬而遠之。但今次係由一位識食的朋友推介,而且又好近屋企,所以就試下。餐廳裝修就真係冇乜特別,不過其中一間房內的poster係幾懷舊,睇番牆上的報導先知間野原來都幾耐歷史,而且係後來先搬過黎觀塘呢度。朋友一口氣推介左佢個黑豉油系列,星馬野黑豉油真係唔可以唔試,而我仲揀左佢寫住招牌的大細腳黑豉油撈麵。豬腳雞腳都好林,黑豉油汁濃郁香甜,係重口味之選,日日食就唔得,但間唔中就會想回味的味道。另外不得不推介的一定係豬皮同蠔仔。豬皮真係啖啖骨膠原的感覺,而且非常乾淨,一條毛都冇,最怕食到豬皮有毛。蠔仔鮮甜,而且有一個豉油醬俾你點,畫龍點晴。最後不得不試的仲有佢地杯拉茶,非常好飲。…Read More

剛在港島做完野,朋友建議食日本菜,用手機搜尋了一下然後揀左呢間小店一試,貪的就是地方細而且位於寧靜一角,可以安靜放鬆咁食飯,其實對香港人黎講唔易。餐廳有一個對街的大窗可以打開,現在秋涼非常通風,爽。午餐提供的set都是丼,朋友分別點了燒鰻魚丼及雜錦刺身定食,我就唔想食飯,所以點左主menu的菜色,分別點到花魚一夜干及幾樣串燒,由於餐廳做緊推廣,所以我們一行三人點左半打生蠔(一隻$10)生蠔肉甜,肉質飽滿,有淡淡海水味,非常抵食。燒鰻魚丼,鰻魚肉厚,醬汁濃度合適,咬起來仍有肉汁,火喉控制得宜。雜錦魚生定食,有成七款魚生,款款新鮮,魚生厚切,超仁之選只係$158。花魚一夜干,經典日式菜,穩定高質,唔想食飯,配杯酒就一流,不過餐廳暫時未有酒牌,要飲的暫時要自己帶黎。總括黎講,抵食有質素小店,西營盤又一小確幸,九龍區都有多d就好。…Read More

朋友住西貢一直都推薦呢間小小的麵店上星期又突然凍幾日,於日就搵左晚去試朋友推薦的胡椒湯底揀左雞肉再加凍豆腐,然後要左個粗麵條(粗幼選擇非常多,但朋友推薦叫我食寬麵條)麵質好彈牙,香口有質感,完全唔係普通麵條可以比(下次有機會再試埋其他麵條)雞肉份量適中,唔算太多但夠食,肉滑但唔算香,應該都唔係新鮮雞。但重點真係個湯底,非常好飲,好香而且唔係味精湯,一流!胡椒唔太辣,而且佢好好味,外面未食過呢個味道。食完成個人暖晒咁走,好滿足,我估以後都好難食番d連鎖米線餐廳啦!…Read More

香港少見的livehouse餐廳

熟識搵食的朋友都知道大角咀一帶係好多好野食,價錢又唔太貴,所以成日都會去試下大角咀的小店。昨日如常同同事放lunch去搵食, 行到利得街竟然見到呢間新餐廳不經不覺間開了幕,從外面望入去真係有d靚到唔敢入,因為睇上去完全唔係一間會開係大角咀的餐廳,好在門口就擺放左當日的lunch menu, 一睇之下,價錢又完全唔貴,於是同同事決定試下新野行入去。原來餐廳真係試緊業,正式開張的日子好似係四月,但依家餐廳提供的野食選擇已經非常多,午餐有六款選擇而且提供前菜同餐飲,亦有素食選擇,順帶一提佢地的餐飲選擇非常多而且特別,同事見到都好興奮(因為日日都只係飲開檸茶檸水之類)最後我同同事揀左兩款野食,大蝦意粉同嫩煎半雞。點餐過程相當奇妙,因為待應的裝扮同態度都完完全全係高級餐廳的水準,搞到我都唔好意思,而同事(女)仲係咁望住人,搞到人地都唔好意思(花痴呀~~春天呀~~)。前菜原本以為都係沙律類,點知見到時真係完全唔知係咩野,竟待應解釋原來係蟹肉呀.......真係完全估佢唔到俾蟹肉做前菜你食,賣相根本就係去高級餐廳叫野食的賣相,估唔到午餐前菜都做番一樣的水準,蟹肉份量相當多而且十分新鮮味道濃郁,上面加左個唔知咩野汁同埋少少的芝士,連埋底的脆片一齊食,口感非常好,值得一試。(雖然好似冇得係menu就咁叫)同事的意粉上左先,一見已經覺得有d後悔冇叫到,因為賣相真係好吸引,而且香味十足,係聞到已經好想食,意粉的份量唔算好多但食落非常好食,好想知道係唔係自家整的麵條,因為同平時食開的真係好唔同。而且佢地雖然係叫大蝦意粉,但佢地個汁的香味係好似食緊龍蝦意粉的味,大蝦亦非常新鮮彈牙,整體質素完完全全超越左呢個價錢應有的質素。我點的半雞隨後亦到,點的時候係純粹因為見到有雞係最飽所以點呢個,但係都一直擔心精緻餐廳的份量應該唔會太多,唔知隻半雞會有幾大份呢?到上菜的時候我就知道擔心係多餘的,因為隻雞真係好大隻,見到隻雞上的時候個賣相已經相當有驚喜,個雞皮係睇得出的脆,但又唔會同肉完全分離,雞肉的部份仲有少少的微粉色,生熟程度係剛剛的好,肉汁相當多,肉嫩(完全符合商品說明條例)而且份量相當大,唔知係唔係剛開鋪關係,待應竟然會同我主動介紹菜色,話隻雞係傳統的磚頭雞的做法,用重物壓住隻雞黎煎,所以可以令到佢保留咁多肉汁(其實我初時係以為佢地隻雞係部份用左慢煮,然後先再煎)。餐飲同事叫左杯士多啤梨乳酪,同事話好飲但偏甜少少,而我就試左佢地杯美式咖啡,咖啡豆非常香,水準都相當好。…Read More
