Cooley oyster @銅鑼灣銅鑼灣係美食集中地,今次又發現到又平又正嘅餐廳,位於希慎地庫,連接地鐵站F出口,就算大熱天時,大雨大風都方便到達。前菜叫了3款主打的生蠔,包括36,45,54個月的愛爾蘭cooley oyster, 原來是2024 great taste awards 得獎食品,味道蠔味鮮甜,creamy, 海水味不濃,略帶回甘,屬於甜味特別出又滑溜的口感,建議最少叫45個月的先食得夠暢快,品質夠新鮮,完全沒有腥味,亦沒有強烈海水咸味或金屬味,好適合溫和派的生蠔食客,食多幾隻都唔會膩,配上檸檬及cocktail 汁,可自行配搭。除左主力的cooley oyster, 仲有多款主菜可以選擇,我就叫左香煎日本帶子配三文魚籽及海膽意粉,仲有香煎頂級紐西蘭肉眼牛排,主菜份量好足,意粉醬有海膽同三文魚籽好鮮味而且濃郁,香煎帶子好厚肉,半熟程度而且鮮甜,加入帆立貝增鮮,意粉熟度剛好有咬勁。牛排好大塊,medium rare 剛剛好,肉質夠嫩,肉味香,有炭燒嘅風味,高質牛排,性價比高。餐湯蘑菇湯足料香濃,香桃梳打清新微甜,豐富用餐完整性。整體地點方便,食物質素高,款式多元化,人均約200多,性價比高,有機會會再幫襯。…Read More

秋冬又到左食蟹嘅季節,每年都會搵日本蟹食,今年再次去到蟹慶食毛蟹,而且仲發現新推左個好抵食嘅蟹宴套餐,原隻毛蟹拆膏拆肉,仲有刺身拼盤,鵝肝蒸蛋,網燒牛扒,蟹膏伴冷烏冬,都係$899一位。地方闊落,一入店就見到幾隻毛蟹同我打招呼。蟹肉柚子沙律,滿滿鮮蟹肉配沙律菜同柚子醋汁,清爽清爽。前菜2點,係冷牛蒡同冷螺肉。刺身四點,有吞拿魚,三文魚,牡丹蝦,帆立貝刺身,新鮮鮨味,厚切魚生食得特別滿足。鵝肝魚籽蒸蛋,好滑嘅茶碗蒸,加入香濃鵝肝同三文魚籽,鮮味爆登又暖胃。時令蟹,北海道原隻毛蟹,師傅拆肉拆膏上碟,食靚蟹都可以食得非常輕鬆,啖啖肉,而且份量足,蟹羔鮮甜,齒頰留香。松葉蟹腳雜錦天婦羅,炸得鬆脆,炸功應記一功。明太子蘆筍,油漬明太子煮蘆筍,滿滿明太子咸香滋味。名古屋汁燒穀飼牛扒,5成熟網燒牛扒,配燒汁芝麻,肉嫩牛肉味濃。鯛魚白湯,香濃雪白嘅魚湯,加入日本豆腐,暖胃滋潤。蟹肉稻庭冷烏冬,彈牙滑溜嘅稻庭烏冬,配醬油冷湯,加上鮮味蟹膏同三文魚籽,又清爽又彈又鮮味,帶黎飽肚感之餘又唔會漏。甘物: 抹茶蕨餅,紅豆抹茶奶凍,軟彈嘅蕨餅配香濃抹茶奶凍,重抹茶味又唔係好甜,正合我意。想係香港輕鬆食新鮮日本蟹的話,另無他選。…Read More
